一种单面拉链上止 技术领域
本实用新型设计一种拉链的止动件,尤其是一种适用于拉链的单面上止。
背景技术
目前使用的拉链止动件,多为金属件机械咬合在拉链布带上制作的U型上止,这种上止自身为刚性,使用感不佳,或者将拉链顶端部分的拉链元件进行超声波处理或高频处理熔合,将拉链布带与链牙融合成一体,这种方法很可能在止动件的表面产生毛刺,当使用与衣服上时,与颈部接触,更容易产生不舒服的感觉。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种单面拉链上止,包括拉链布带、拉链链牙排和拉头,拉链链牙排相对安装在两根拉链布带的内侧边缘上,该拉链链牙排包括多个链牙元件,在拉链链牙排顶端,至少一对链牙元件向拉链布带的外侧移动;拉链布带的上表面在向外侧移动的链牙元件处添加熔合料,将链牙元件与拉链布带熔合在一起,形成块状的拉链止动件,拉链止动件仅设于拉链布带的上表面,拉链布带的底面光洁。
拉链布带包括芯线,拉链布带的内边缘向拉链布带的上表面卷曲包裹芯线,所述拉链链牙排安装在卷曲侧边缘。
芯线穿过链牙元件,拉链链牙排缝合在拉链布带上。
当拉头沿拉链链牙排移动,移动至所述拉链止动件处,拉链止动件会卡主拉头,使拉头无法继续移动。
拉头包括上翼片和下翼片,上翼片的侧缘设有朝向下翼片延伸的上凸缘,下翼片的侧缘设有朝向上翼片延伸的下凸缘,上下凸缘形成用于穿插并引导所述拉链布带的穿插通道。
拉链止动件的厚度大于拉头的上下凸缘的间距。
优选的,拉链为尼龙拉链,链牙元件为线圈状拉链链牙,使用熔合料将尼龙拉链的链牙元件与拉链布带熔合在一起,在拉链布带的上面形成块状的拉链止动件。
优选的,拉链为胶牙拉链,链牙元件为塑胶方块牙,使用熔合料将胶牙拉链的链牙元 件与拉链布带熔合在一起,在拉链布带的上面形成块状的拉链止动件。
优选的,拉链止动件包括多对链牙元件,增加拉链止动件占有的链牙元件个数,进一步保证止动效果。
优选的,链牙元件包括连接头,形成拉链上止件的链牙元件的连接头,与安装在同一根拉链布带上的形成拉链上止件的其他链牙元件的连接头熔合,进一步保证止动效果。
本技术方案的有益效果是:与目前已有的技术方案相比,一方面制备本方案中的拉链上止件的工艺流程简单,成本低,适用范围广;另一方面,拉链上止件只在拉链的单面设置,使拉链更为美观。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种单面拉链上止,包括拉链布带1、拉链链牙排2和拉头3,拉链链牙排2相对安装在两根拉链布带的内侧边缘11上,该拉链链牙排包括多个链牙元件21,在拉链链牙排顶端,至少一对链牙元件22向拉链布带的外侧12移动;拉链布带的正面在向外侧移动的链牙元件处添加熔合料,将链牙元件与拉链布带熔合在一起,形成块状的拉链止动件23,如图2所示,拉链布带的底面光洁。
拉链布带包括芯线,拉链布带的内边缘向拉链布带的上面卷曲包裹芯线,所述拉链链牙排安装在卷曲侧边缘4。
芯线穿过链牙元件,拉链链牙缝合在所述拉链布带1上。
当拉头3沿拉链链牙排2移动,移动至所述拉链止动件23处,拉链止动件23会卡主拉头3,使拉头无法继续移动。
拉头包括上翼片和下翼片,上翼片的侧缘部设有朝下翼片侧延伸的上凸缘,下翼片的侧缘部设有超上翼片侧延伸的下凸缘,上下凸缘形成用于穿插并引导所述拉链布带的穿插通道。
拉链止动件的厚度大于拉头的上下凸缘的间距。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,拉链为尼龙拉链,链牙元件为线圈状拉链链牙,使用熔合料将尼龙拉链的链牙元件与拉链布带熔合在一起,在拉链布带的上面形成块状的拉链止动件。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,拉链为胶牙拉链,链牙元件为塑胶方块牙,使用熔合料将胶牙拉链的链牙元件与拉链布带熔合在一起,在拉链布带的上面形成块状的拉链止动件。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,拉链上止件包括多对链牙元件,增加拉链止动件占有的链牙元件个数,进一步保证止动效果。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,链牙元件包括连接头,形成拉链上止件的链牙元件的连接头,与安装在同一根拉链布带上的形成拉链上止件的其他链牙元件的连接头熔合,进一步保证止动效果。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的单面拉链上止,其特征在于:所述芯线穿过链牙元件,拉链链牙排缝合在所述拉链布带上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的单面拉链上止,其特征在于:所述拉头沿拉链链牙排移动,所述拉链止动件形成为限制拉头的止动端。
