本发明涉及无人机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种无人机折叠结构。
背景技术
无人机可搭载多种负载完成各种复杂任务,在航拍、农植保护等领域起着十分重要的作用;目前使用的用于植保作业的农业多旋翼无人机大都无法将机臂进行折叠,在田间作业转场和外出作业运输时均十分不便。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种机臂可折叠的无人机折叠结构。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种无人机折叠结构,包括机臂和机臂安装座;其中,还包括机臂旋转块,所述机臂旋转块与所述机臂端部下表面固定连接;所述机臂旋转块与所述机臂安装座通过螺杆可转动连接;所述螺杆搭配有用于调节松紧的防松螺母;所述机臂与所述机臂旋转块连接一端端部上表面固定连接有机臂锁块;所述机臂安装座上可拆卸连接设置有机臂锁扣,所述机臂锁扣一端设置有挡块。
本发明所述的无人机折叠结构,其中,所述机臂安装座上还设置有用于对所述机臂旋转块转动限位的限位块。
本发明所述的无人机折叠结构,其中,所述机臂上还固定设置有电调。
本发明所述的无人机折叠结构,其中,所述电调上设置有散热板。
本发明所述的无人机折叠结构,其中,所述机臂为方形机臂。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:在需要使用时,只需调松防松螺母,将机臂向上抬起,而后调紧防松螺母,同时调节机臂锁扣使挡块挡住机臂锁块,十分方便快捷,便于转运,且机臂紧固效果好;整体结构简单,成本低。

本发明较佳实施例的无人机折叠结构如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括机臂1和机臂安装座2;还包括机臂旋转块3,机臂旋转块3与机臂1端部下表面固定连接;机臂旋转块3与机臂安装座2通过螺杆4可转动连接;螺杆4搭配有用于调节松紧的防松螺母5;机臂1与机臂旋转块3连接一端端部上表面固定连接有机臂锁块6;机臂安装座2上可拆卸连接设置有机臂锁扣7,机臂锁扣7一端设置有挡块70;在需要使用时,只需调松防松螺母,将机臂向上抬起,而后调紧防松螺母,同时调节机臂锁扣使挡块挡住机臂锁块,十分方便快捷,便于转运,且机臂紧固效果好;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1和图2所示,机臂安装座2上还设置有用于对机臂旋转块3转动限位的限位块20,限制转动的角度,防止折叠角度过大时与其他机臂发生碰撞或摩擦。
如图1和图2所示,机臂1上还固定设置有电调8。
如图1所示,电调8上设置有散热板80。
如图1和图2所示,机臂1为方形机臂,为各个部件以及负载的安装提供了足够的安装空间,同时安装后也更加稳定。

  1. 一种无人机折叠结构,包括机臂和机臂安装座;其特征在于,还包括机臂旋转块,所述机臂旋转块与所述机臂端部下表面固定连接;所述机臂旋转块与所述机臂安装座通过螺杆可转动连接;所述螺杆搭配有用于调节松紧的防松螺母;所述机臂与所述机臂旋转块连接一端端部上表面固定连接有机臂锁块;所述机臂安装座上可拆卸连接设置有机臂锁扣,所述机臂锁扣一端设置有挡块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机折叠结构,其特征在于,所述机臂安装座上还设置有用于对所述机臂旋转块转动限位的限位块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机折叠结构,其特征在于,所述机臂上还固定设置有电调。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无人机折叠结构,其特征在于,所述电调上设置有散热板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机折叠结构,其特征在于,所述机臂为方形机臂。
