検査システムは、密閉可能な容器と、被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する検出装置とを備え、被検物と検出装置とが容器に収容され、検査操作が実行されると、容器内に収容された検出装置は、容器内に収容された被検物が発生する物質を検出する。

Description

検査システム及び検査装置 関連出願の相互参照
 本出願は、日本国特許出願2016-015368号(2016年1月29日出願)の優先権を主張するものであり、当該出願の開示全体を、ここに参照のために取り込む。
 本開示は、検査システム及び検査装置に関する。
 従来、食品の劣化状況を管理する食品管理システムが知られている。例えば、特許文献1には、容器内に保管された食品の劣化状況に関する情報を収集して、劣化状況を管理する食品管理システムが開示されている。

 一実施形態に係る検査システムは、密閉可能な容器と、被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する検出装置とを備える。前記検査システムにおいて、前記被検物と前記検出装置とが前記容器に収容され、前記検査操作が実行されると、前記容器内に収容された前記検出装置は、前記容器内に収容された被検物が発生する物質を検出する。
 一実施形態に係る検査装置は、検出部と、通信部とを備える。前記検出部は、被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する。前記通信部は、前記検出部が検出した前記被検物が発生する物質に関する情報を、該物質に関する情報に基づいて前記被検物のクオリティを判定する検査装置に送信する。
 他の一実施形態に係る検査装置は、検出部と、記憶部と、制御部とを備える。前記検出部は、被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する。前記記憶部は、前記被検物が発生する物質と該被検物のクオリティとを対応付けた情報を記憶する。前記制御部は、前記検出部が検出した前記物質に基づいて、前記記憶部に記憶された前記情報を参照して前記被検物のクオリティを判定する。

 特許文献1に記載の食品管理システムは、容器内に保管された食品の劣化状況を常時監視するものである。そのため、特許文献1に記載の食品管理システムによれば、当該食品管理システムのユーザが、例えば容器内に保管されていない食品の劣化状況を把握したいと考えた場合に、すぐに当該食品の劣化状況を把握できるものではない。本開示の検査システム及び検査装置によれば、利便性を向上可能である。
 以下、実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
(第1実施形態)
 図1は、一実施形態に係る検査システムの使用態様の一例を示す概略図である。検査システム10は、容器20と、検出装置30と、検査装置40とを備える。検査システム10のユーザは、容器20に、検出装置30と被検物50とを収容し、容器20を密閉した状態で、検出装置30により被検物50が発生する物質を検出する。検出装置30と、検査装置40とは、例えばBluetooth(登録商標)及びWi-Fi(登録商標)等の近距離無線技術により、互いに通信可能である。なお、本実施形態では、一例として、被検物50は食品であるとして、以下説明する。
 容器20は、外気が内部に侵入しないように密閉可能に構成されている。容器20は、検出装置30及び食品(被検物50)を挿脱可能に収容する収容室21を備える。図1に示す例では、容器20の収容室21には棚が設けられ、ユーザは、棚に検出装置30及び食品を載置できる。ユーザは、容器20の回動可能な扉22を開けて収容室21に検出装置30及び食品を収容する。扉22は、必ずしも回動可能になっていなくてもよい。扉22は、ユーザが収容室21に検出装置30及び食品を収容可能な状態となればよい。例えば、扉22は、スライド可能となっていてもよい。以下、本実施形態において、容器20は、一例として冷蔵庫であるとして説明する。
 検出装置30は、被検物50である食品が発生する物質を検出する。検出装置30は、例えばにおいセンサを備え、食品が発生するにおいを検出する。
 図2は、図1に示す検査システム10の概略構成を示す機能ブロック図である。図2に示すように、検出装置30は、検出部32と、脱臭処理部33と、入力部35と、制御部36と、記憶部37と、通信部38とを備える。
 検出部32は、容器20内において、被検物50である食品が発生する物質を検出する。検出部32は、例えばにおいセンサであり、食品が発生するにおいを検出する。検出部32は、例えばガスセンサであり、食品が発生するガスを検出する。具体的には、検出部32は、においのもととなるガス分子を吸着する感応膜と、感応膜におけるガス分子の検出を電気信号に変換するトランスデューサとを備える。
 検出部32は、例えば、有機薄膜からなる感応膜と水晶振動子とを備えた水晶振動子式においセンサを備えていてもよい。水晶振動子式においセンサは、感応膜にガス分子が吸着されると、水晶振動子の共振周波数が変化することによって、においを検出する。水晶振動子は、ガス分子の検出を電気信号に変換するトランスデューサとして機能する。
 検出部32は、例えば、半導体ガスセンサを備えていてもよい。半導体ガスセンサは、金属酸化物半導体にガス分子が吸着されると、金属酸化物半導体の抵抗値が変化し、ガス濃度を検出する。酸化物半導体は、ガス分子の検出を電気信号に変換するトランスデューサとして機能する。検出部32は、例えば、赤外線吸収スペクトル式ガスセンサ、電気化学式ガスセンサ、接触燃焼式ガスセンサ、又はバイオセンサ等を備えていてもよい。
 検出部32は、例えば異なる種類のガス分子を吸着するために、複数種類の感応膜又は金属酸化物を備えていてもよい。検出部32は、複数の水晶振動子式においセンサ、若しくは複数の半導体式ガスセンサ、又はこれらを組み合わせて備えていてもよい。検出部32は、トランスデューサにより変換された電気信号を、においに関する情報として、制御部36に送信する。
 脱臭処理部33は、収容室21において脱臭処理を行う。脱臭処理部33は、例えば脱臭装置等で構成される。脱臭処理部33がオゾン脱臭装置を含んで構成される場合、脱臭処理部33はオゾンを収容室21内に放出する。この場合、放出されたオゾンがガス分子を分解することにより、収容室21内が脱臭される。脱臭処理部33が酸素クラスター脱臭装置を含んで構成される場合、脱臭処理部33は、収容室21内の酸素分子をイオン化させる。この場合、イオン化された酸素分子(酸素クラスターイオン)が収容室21内のガス分子をイオン分解することにより、収容室21内が脱臭される。脱臭処理部33による脱臭処理により、検出装置30は、収容室21内を脱臭することができる。
 入力部35は、ユーザからの操作入力を受け付けるものであり、例えば、操作ボタン(操作キー)から構成される。本実施形態において、入力部35は、例えば検出装置30を起動させるための電源ボタンである。入力部35は、例えば検出装置30に検査処理を開始させるための、検査操作ボタンである。例えば検出装置30は、入力部35の検査操作に応じて、収容室21に収容された食品が発生するにおいを検出する。
 制御部36は、検出装置30の各機能ブロックをはじめとして、検出装置30の全体を制御及び管理するプロセッサである。制御部36は、制御手順を規定したプログラムを実行するCPU(Central Processing Unit)等のプロセッサで構成される。このようなプログラムは、例えば記憶部37又は外部の記憶媒体に格納される。
 検出装置30は、以下にさらに詳細に述べられるように、種々の機能を実行するための制御及び処理能力を提供するために、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ36aを含む制御部36を備える。
 種々の実施形態によれば、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ36aは、単一の集積回路(IC)として、又は複数の通信可能に接続された集積回路IC及び/又はディスクリート回路(discrete circuits)として実行されてもよい。少なくとも1つのプロセッサ36aは、種々の既知の技術に従って実行されることが可能である。
 1つの実施形態において、プロセッサ36aは、例えば、関連するメモリに記憶された指示を実行することによって1以上のデータ計算手続又は処理を実行するように構成された1以上の回路又はユニットを含む。他の実施形態において、プロセッサ36aは、1以上のデータ計算手続き又は処理を実行するように構成されたファームウェア(例えば、ディスクリートロジックコンポーネント)であってもよい。
 種々の実施形態によれば、プロセッサ36aは、1以上のプロセッサ、コントローラ、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコントローラ、特定用途向け集積回路(ASIC)、デジタル信号処理装置、プログラマブルロジックデバイス、フィールドプログラマブルゲートアレイ、又はこれらのデバイス若しくは構成の任意の組み合わせ、又は他の既知のデバイスおよび構成の組み合わせを含み、以下に説明される機能を実行してもよい。
 制御部36は、検出装置30の全体を制御することにより、検出装置30によるにおいの検出処理を実行する。例えば、制御部36は、外部(検査装置40)の検査操作に応じて、検出部32を起動する。制御部36により起動された検出部32は、食品が発生するにおいの検出を開始する。制御部36は、検出部32により検出されたにおいに関する情報を、検出部32から取得する。
 制御部36は、検出部32が検出したにおいに関する情報を、通信部38から検査装置40に無線送信する。
 記憶部37は、半導体メモリ又は磁気メモリ等で構成することができ、各種情報や検出装置30を動作させるためのプログラム等を記憶するとともに、ワークメモリとしても機能する。記憶部37は、例えば検出装置30によるにおいの検出処理の結果を、一時的に(所定の期間)記憶してもよい。
 通信部38は、検査装置40と通信を行うことにより、各種情報の送受信を行う。通信部38は、例えば、検査装置40ににおいに関する情報を送信する。検出装置30から検査装置40へのにおいに関する情報の送信は、例えば制御部36が検出部32からにおいに関する情報を取得するたびに実行されてもよい。検出装置30から検査装置40へのにおいに関する情報の送信は、例えばユーザにより検出装置30に対して所定の操作入力が行われた場合に実行されてもよい。
 検査装置40は、例えば端末装置として構成される。検査装置40は、報知部44と、入力部45と、制御部46と、記憶部47と、通信部48とを備える。
 報知部44は、検査装置40による検査処理の結果を報知する。報知部44は、例えば、画像、文字、色彩の表示若しくは発光等による視覚的な方法、音声等の聴覚的な方法、又はそれらの組み合わせにより報知を行うことができる。報知部44は、視覚的な方法で報知を行う場合、例えば、表示デバイスとして、画像又は文字を表示することにより報知を行う。報知部44は、例えば、LED等の発光素子を発光させることにより報知を行ってもよい。報知部44は、聴覚的な方法で報知を行う場合、例えば、スピーカ等の音発生デバイスとして、アラーム音や音声ガイド等を出力することにより報知を行う。報知部44が行う報知は、視覚的又は聴覚的な方法に限られず、被検者が認識可能な任意の方法であってもよい。例えば、報知部44は、振動パターン等により、報知を行ってもよい。
 入力部45は、ユーザからの操作入力を受け付けるものであり、例えば、操作ボタン(操作キー)から構成される。入力部45をタッチスクリーンにより構成し、報知部44である表示デバイスの一部にユーザからの操作入力を受け付ける入力領域を表示して、ユーザによるタッチ操作入力を受け付けてもよい。例えば検出装置30は、入力部45の検査操作に応じて、収容室21に収容された食品が発生するにおいを検出する。
 制御部46は、検査装置40の各機能ブロックをはじめとして、検査装置40の全体を制御及び管理する。制御部46は、種々の機能を実行するための制御及び処理能力を提供するために、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ46aを含んでよい。制御部46は、制御手順を規定したプログラムを実行するCPU等のプロセッサで構成される。このようなプログラムは、例えば記憶部47又は外部の記憶媒体に格納される。
 制御部46は、通信部48が検出装置30から受信したにおいに関する情報に基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定する。すなわち、制御部46は、検出装置30が検出部32から取得したにおいに関する情報に基づき、食品のクオリティを判定する。例えば、検出部32は、エチレン系、アンモニア系、アルコール系、アルデヒド系、硫黄系のガス分子を吸着する複数の異なるにおいセンサを備えていてもよい。制御部46は、複数のにおいセンサが検出した複数の信号に基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定してもよい。食品が発生するにおいの元となるガス分子の成分及び各成分の割合等は、各食品と、当該食品のクオリティとにより、それぞれ異なる。そのため、制御部46は、においに関する情報である、においの元となるガス分子の成分及び各成分の割合等に基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定する。例えば、制御部46は、複数のにおいセンサの出力と出力の割合とに基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定してもよい。例えば、制御部46は、複数のにおいセンサの応答の特徴量(出力値、時定数等)に基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定してもよい。例えば、検出部32は、エチレン系、アルコール系、硫黄系、アンモニア系の複数のにおいセンサを備えていてもよい。例えば野菜のクオリティを判定する場合、制御部46は、複数のにおいセンサの出力の中から、アルコール系、硫黄系、アンモニア系のにおいセンサの出力が所定値以上に増大すると、クオリティが低下した、と判定してもよい。制御部46は、記憶部47に記憶された、食品が発生するにおいと当該食品のクオリティとを対応付けた情報(データ)を参照して、食品のクオリティを判定する。ここで食品のクオリティとは、食品に関する性質又は品質をいう。
 例えば、食品のクオリティは、食品が腐っているか否かである。この場合、制御部46は、においに関する情報に基づき、食品が腐っているか否かを判定する。制御部46は、食品の腐敗の程度を判定してもよい。
 例えば、食品のクオリティは、食品が食べごろか否かである。この場合、制御部46は、においに関する情報に基づき、食品が食べごろであるか否かを判定する。制御部46は、食品が食べごろになる時期を判定してもよい。
 例えば、食品のクオリティは、食品の熟成度である。この場合、制御部46は、においに関する情報に基づき、食品の熟成度、つまり食品(例えば肉等)がどの程度熟成しているかを判定する。
 例えば、食品のクオリティは、食品の鮮度である。この場合、制御部46は、においに関する情報に基づき、食品の鮮度、つまり食品がどの程度新鮮であるかを判定する。
 例えば、食品のクオリティは、食品の産地である。この場合、制御部46は、においに関する情報に基づき、食品の産地を判定する。具体的には、制御部46は、例えば食品が国内産であるが外国産であるかを判定する。制御部46は、食品の具体的な産地を特定してもよい。
 例えば、食品のクオリティは、食品の残留農薬の程度である。この場合、制御部46は、においに関する情報に基づき、食品の残留農薬の程度、つまり食品の残留農薬の量を判定する。
 食品のクオリティは、上述の例に限られず、食品に関する他の任意の性質又は品質であってよい。制御部46は、主成分分析等の統計的手法、又はニューラルネットワークを用いてにおいを判定してもよい。制御部46は、あらかじめ食品のクオリティ毎に、複数のにおいセンサの応答の特徴量を抽出する学習プロセスを実施し、データを作成してもよい。制御部46は、記憶部47に学習済のデータを記憶させてもよい。制御部46は、記憶部47に記憶された学習済のデータと、検出部32で検出されたデータとのマッチング度合いにより、食品のクオリティを判定してもよい。制御部46は、新たに検出されたデータを基に、記憶部17に記憶された学習済のデータを更新してもよい。
 制御部46は、判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を、検査処理の結果として、報知部44から報知する。報知の方法は、上述の通り、被検者が認識可能な任意の方法であってよい。報知部44が表示デバイスである場合には、制御部46は、表示デバイスにおける、画像、文字又は色彩の表示により、報知を行う。
 制御部46は、判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を、例えば履歴データとして、記憶部47に記憶させる。
 記憶部47は、半導体メモリ又は磁気メモリ等で構成することができ、各種情報や検査装置40を動作させるためのプログラム等を記憶するとともに、ワークメモリとしても機能する。記憶部47は、例えば食品が発生するにおいと当該食品のクオリティとを対応付けた情報(データ)を記憶する。記憶部47は、例えば検査装置40による検出処理の結果を、履歴データとして記憶してもよい。
 次に、検査システム10による検査処理の一例について、図3に示すシーケンス図を参照して説明する。
 ユーザは、検査システム10において検査処理を実行させるに際し、まず、検出装置30の電源を起動する。そして、ユーザは、検出装置30と食品とを収容室21に収容する。
 ユーザは、検査装置40の入力部45を用いて、検出装置30による検出処理を実行させるための操作(検査操作)の入力を行う。ユーザの検査操作の入力に基づき、検査装置40は、検出装置30に、検出処理を実行させるための制御信号を送信する(ステップS11)。ユーザは、検出装置30の入力部35を用いて検査操作を行ってもよい。その際ユーザは、検出装置30を収容室21に収容する前に、検出装置30の検査操作を行う。
 検出装置30は、検査装置40又は検出装置30自身から取得した制御信号に基づいて、検出部32により、容器20内のにおいに関する情報を取得する(ステップS12)。
 検出装置30は、取得したにおいに関する情報を、検査装置40に送信する(ステップS13)。
 検査装置40は、検出装置30から取得したにおいに関する情報に基づいて、記憶部47に記憶されたデータを参照して、食品のクオリティを判定する(ステップS14)。
 検査装置40は、ステップS14で判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を、報知部44から報知する(ステップS15)。ユーザは、報知部44における報知により、食品のクオリティを知ることができる。
 検査装置40は、ステップS14で判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を、記憶部47に記憶する(ステップS16)。
 このように、本実施形態に係る検査システム10によれば、収容室21に検出装置30と食品とを収容した状態において、収容室21に収容された食品が発生するにおいを検出装置30が検出する。検査装置40は、検出装置30が検出したにおいに基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定する。そのため、ユーザは、食品のクオリティを把握したいと考えた場合に、当該食品と検出装置30とを収容室21に入れて、検査システム10により検査処理を実行させることにより、食品のクオリティをすぐに知ることができる。従って、検査システム10によれば、ユーザの必要性に応じて、食品のクオリティを検査できるため、従来の装置と比較して、利便性を向上可能である。
 本実施形態に係る検査システム10によれば、収容室21に収容する食品を取り替えることにより、1つの検査システム10で複数の食品のクオリティを判定することができる。収容室21に収容する食品を取り替える場合、検出装置30は、脱臭処理部33により脱臭処理を行ってもよい。
 さらに、本実施形態に係る検査システム10によれば、任意の密閉可能な容器20に食品と検出装置30とを収容することにより、食品のクオリティを検査することができる。そのため、検査システム10によれば、密閉可能な容器20があれば、どのような場所においても、食品のクオリティを検査することができる。
 上記実施形態に係る検査システム10では、検査装置40が食品のクオリティを判定した。しかし、食品のクオリティは、必ずしも検出装置30と通信可能な検査装置40により判定されなくてもよい。食品のクオリティは、例えば、上記実施形態における検出装置30と検査装置40との双方の機能を有する、1つの検査装置により判定されてもよい。この場合の検査装置の一構成例について、第2実施形態として、以下に説明する。
(第2実施形態)
 図4は、第2実施形態に係る検査装置の概略構成を示す機能ブロック図である。図4に示すように、においに関する情報を取得するとともに食品のクオリティを判定する検査装置60は、検出部62と、脱臭処理部63と、報知部64と、入力部65と、制御部66とを備える。
 検出部62及び脱臭処理部63の機能は、それぞれ上記実施形態で説明した検出装置30の検出部32及び脱臭処理部33と同様であるため、ここでは説明を省略する。報知部64及び入力部65は、それぞれ上記実施形態で説明した検査装置40の報知部44及び入力部45と同様であるため、ここでは説明を省略する。
 制御部66は、検査装置60の各機能ブロックをはじめとして、検査装置60の全体を制御及び管理する。制御部66は、種々の機能を実行するための制御及び処理能力を提供するために、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ66aを含んでよい。制御部66は、検出部62によるにおいの検出処理を制御する。制御部66は、検出部62から取得したにおいに関する情報に基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定する。このとき、制御部66は、例えば記憶部67に記憶された、食品が発生するにおいと当該食品のクオリティとを対応付けた情報(データ)を参照して、食品のクオリティを判定する。
 制御部66は、判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を、報知部64から報知する。また、制御部66は、判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を、例えば履歴データとして、記憶部67に記憶させる。
 記憶部67は、半導体メモリ又は磁気メモリ等で構成することができ、各種情報や検査装置60を動作させるためのプログラム等を記憶するとともに、ワークメモリとしても機能する。記憶部67は、例えば食品が発生するにおいと当該食品のクオリティとを対応付けた情報(データ)を記憶する。記憶部67は、例えば検査装置60による検出処理の結果を、履歴データとして記憶してもよい。
 ユーザは、検査装置60を使用して食品のクオリティについての検査処理を実行させる場合、検査装置60の電源を起動し、検査装置60による検出処理が実行できる状態とする。入力部65への検査操作に応じて、検査装置60は検出処理が実行できる状態となる。その後ユーザは、検査装置60と食品とを容器20に収容して、容器20を密閉する。検査装置60は、収容室21内のにおいに関する情報を取得し、取得したにおいに関する情報に基づいて、食品のクオリティを判定する。検査装置60は、判定した食品のクオリティに関する情報を報知部64から報知する。ユーザは、収容室21から検査装置60を取り出して報知部64の報知を確認することにより、食品のクオリティをすぐに知ることができる。
 上述した検査装置60によれば、検出部62が検出したにおいに関する情報に基づき、他の装置と通信を行うことなく、食品のクオリティを判定することができる。
 なお、検査システム及び検査装置は、上記実施形態にのみ限定されるものではなく、幾多の変形または変更が可能である。例えば、各構成部、各ステップ等に含まれる機能等は論理的に矛盾しないように再配置可能であり、複数の構成部やステップ等を1つに組み合わせたり、或いは分割したりすることが可能である。
 例えば、上記第1実施形態において、検出装置30は、食品が発生するにおいを検出するにおいセンサであると説明した。しかし、検出装置30は、においセンサ以外のセンサであってもよい。例えば、検出装置30は、被検物が発生する無臭のガス分子を検出するガスセンサ等であってもよい。
 例えば、上記第1実施形態において、検出装置30は、脱臭処理部33を有していなくてもよい。
 上記第1実施形態において、検査装置40は、端末装置として構成されると説明した。しかし、検査装置40は、例えばサーバ装置として構成されてもよい。
 上記第1実施形態において、検出装置30と検査装置40との通信手段の一例として、Bluetooth及びWi-Fiを挙げたが、通信手段はこれに限られない。検出装置30と検査装置40との通信は、他の任意の無線通信手段により確立されてもよい。検出装置30と検査装置40との通信は、有線通信手段により確立されてもよい。この場合、ユーザは、例えば検出装置30を収容室21に収容して、検出装置30に収容室21内のにおいに関する情報を取得させた後、収容室21から取り出した検出装置30を、有線で検査装置40に接続することにより、においに関する情報を検査装置40に送信してもよい。

Claims (10)

  1.  密閉可能な容器と、被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する検出装置とを備え、
     前記被検物と前記検出装置とが前記容器に収容され、前記検査操作が実行されると、前記容器内に収容された前記検出装置は、前記容器内に収容された被検物が発生する物質を検出する、検査システム。
  2.  前記容器は冷蔵庫である、請求項1に記載の検査システム。
  3.  前記検出装置は、前記容器内において脱臭処理を実行する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の検査システム。
  4.  検査装置をさらに備え、
     前記検出装置は、検出した前記物質に関する情報を前記検査装置に送信し、
     前記検査装置は、前記検出装置から前記物質に関する情報を受信し、前記受信した前記物質に関する情報に基づいて前記被検物のクオリティを判定する、
    請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の検査システム。
  5.  前記検査装置は、被検物が発生する物質と該被検物のクオリティとを対応付けた情報を記憶する記憶部を備え、前記記憶部に記憶された前記情報を参照して、前記容器に収容された被検物のクオリティを判定する、請求項4に記載の検査システム。
  6.  前記検査装置は、前記判定した前記クオリティに関する情報を報知する報知部を備える、請求項4又は5に記載の検査システム。
  7.  前記被検物は食品であり、
     前記検査装置は、前記食品のクオリティとして前記食品が腐っているか否か、前記食品が食べごろであるか否か、前記食品の熟成度、前記食品の鮮度、前記食品の産地又は前記食品の残留農薬の程度の少なくとも一つを判定する、
    請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の検査システム。
  8.  前記検出装置は、検出した前記物質に関する情報に基づいて前記被検物のクオリティを判定する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の検査システム。
  9.  被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する検出部と、
     前記検出部が検出した前記被検物が発生する物質に関する情報を、該物質に関する情報に基づいて前記被検物のクオリティを判定する検査装置に送信する通信部と、
    を備える検査装置。
  10.  被検物が発生する物質を検査操作に応じて検出する検出部と、
     前記被検物が発生する物質と該被検物のクオリティとを対応付けた情報を記憶する記憶部と、
     前記検出部が検出した前記物質に基づいて、前記記憶部に記憶された前記情報を参照して前記被検物のクオリティを判定する制御部と
    を備える検査装置。
