Description

一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法和系统
本申请要求于2016年1月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610064546.2、发明名称为“一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及自助服务终端领域,尤其涉及一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法和系统。
背景技术
随着大量ATM(自动柜员机)的使用,ATM及其周围环境的安全问题日益突出,安防事件频繁发生,为了防止盗卡、暴力破坏、伤害客户等案件发生,现有的ATM(自动柜员机)的安防措施采用了两个相互独立的安全检测控制系统。一个是ATM系统内的安全检测控制系统即ATM系统;一个是ATM系统外的安全检测控制系统即安防系统。ATM系统是利用ATM设备内部自身的检测控制系统,只能对ATM设备内部的安全情况进行检测控制,对ATM设备之外周围环境的安全情况无法检测控制。安防系统只能对ATM设备之外周围环境的安全情况进行检测控制。两个系统是相互独立的,没有任何的交集,没有任何的交互,没有任何的信息共享,没有任何联动措施,不能做到相互联动,不能充分利用两个系统的优势、达不到最佳的安防效果。
例如现有的ATM系统的防盗卡技术处理方式为当ATM系统检测到犯罪分子在ATM上安装盗卡装置时,首先将ATM设备停机,并将盗卡作案情况报告给银行ATM后台监控系统,监控系统在界面显示出来,整个系统只是记录有盗卡作案,但不能对盗卡作案立即采取有效的措施抓获犯罪分子、阻止作案得逞。而且犯罪分子安装盗卡作案具有时间和地点上的不确定性,若遇到监控无人值守,银行后台人员更不能在最短时间知道有盗卡作案行为,也就不能做出快速的处理,当银行人员事后知道有盗卡行为,已造成了严重的后果。ATM检测监控系统的被动性决定了不能将犯罪分子盗卡作案情况第一时间通知到犯罪地点附近的保安室及其它报警系统,以 致作案得逞,犯罪分子逍遥法外。
又例如,现有的ATM系统的防暴力防震动处理方式,当有犯罪份子对设备本身进行恶意暴力破坏时,ATM系统只会暂停交易,将暴力破坏信息传送给银行后台监控系统,当ATM后台监控无人值守时,无法及时阻止犯罪份子对设备的破坏,致使银行网点遭受损失,短时间内还影响设备的利用率。
再例如,当犯罪份子挟持客户在ATM设备进行转账取款等交易时,这种情况,ATM系统由于只能检测到设备内部的安全情况,对这种周围环境的安全异常情况无法监控到,从ATM系统内部自身来判断一切正常。安防系统是能检测到此种周围环境的安全异常情况,但是安防系统的措施只能是立即输出报警。由于ATM系统与安防系统是两个相互独立的系统,不能相互联动,所以这种安全异常情况安防系统做不到让ATM暂停交易或者让ATM进入非正常交易流程,ATM系统仍然处于正常交易状态。对于这种安全异常情况下ATM系统仍然处于正常交易的状态,客户为了保护资金安全最容易想到的、而且实际采取的战术策略往往就是主观上故意输错密码而遭到人身伤害或摄于恐惧将资金转给犯罪份子。这种情况如果能将两个系统联动起来,就是说安防系统检测到这种周围环境的安全异常时,能够控制ATM系统界面显示设备故障退卡暂停交易,或者进入非正常交易流程例取款转账显示余额不足,查询显示余额小于100元。由于这种设备故障而暂停交易、余额不足,属于客观原因,而不属于客户主观故意,一定程度上能减轻或者避免犯罪分子对客户人身的伤害,也能保护客户资金的安全。
本发明提供一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法和装置,将安防系统和ATM系统通过公共连接信息交互模块连接起来,使得两个系统能够实现信息共享、交换信息、相互控制、相互联动,充分利用两个系统的优势、达到最佳的安防效果。

本发明实施例提供了一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法和系统,能够解决现有ATM系统和安防系统相互独立,无法发挥两个系统的 联动优势的问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法,ATM系统与安防系统之间通过信息交互系统建立通信连接,所述方法包括:
当所述ATM系统检测到安全异常状况时,所述信息交互系统获取所述ATM系统根据所述安全异常状况生成的报警信号;
所述信息交互系统发送所述报警信号至所述安防系统,使得所述安防系统根据所述报警信号进行安防响应;
当所述安防系统检测到自助服务终端周围环境发生安全异常情况时,所述信息交互系统获取所述安防系统根据所述安全异常情况生成的安防控制指令;
所述信息交互系统发送所述安防控制指令至所述自助服务终端的ATM系统,使得所述ATM系统根据所述安防控制指令进行应对处理。
可选地,所述安防系统根据所述报警信号进行安防响应具体包括:
所述安防系统根据所述报警信号确认发生所述安全异常状况的终端网点地址;
所述安防系统查询所述终端网点地址附近的报警资源;
所述安防系统根据所述报警资源生成报警输出任务;

安防信号源:当犯罪分子在ATM上进行改装或暴力破坏等作案时,此模块就会产生输出信号。进一步,安防信号源还包括网点自身的环境传感器、光线传感器、视频监控、烟感触感器等传感器,若传感器触发,都会输出信号。
安防检测模块:安防检测模块一直在检测安防信号源,检测是否有安全异常信号,一旦检测到安全异常信号时,就立即输出给抖动滤波模块交由它处理。
抖动滤波模块:对安全异常信号进行防抖动、滤波处理,以便得到连续的、稳定的、确认无误报的安全异常信号,作为确认的最终的有效安全异常信号。对于抖动、不稳定的信号采用丢弃方法。
软件控制模块:用于轮询抖动滤波模块的安全异常信号的输出,将各种安全异常信号统一转换为报警信号输出;解析执行安防系统下发到公共连接信息交互模块的对ATM系统控制指令。其有两方面功能,其一是检测抖动滤波模块是否有有效的安全异常信号,一旦检测到有效的安全异常信号,则立即向ATM系统与安防系统的公共连接信息交互模块输出报警信号。另一方面接收安防系统下发到公共连接信息交互模块的对ATM系统控制指令,接收到立即对ATM设备进行相关控制,例如暂停交易、恢复交易,进入非正常交易流程等。
公共连接信息交互模块(即上述信息交互系统):ATM系统与安防系统之间唯一的信息交互连接点。在上行方向可传送报警信号,ATM系统检测到有效安全异常信号后,通过软件控制模块输出到此公共连接信息交互模块,此公共连接信息交互模块一旦有报警信号输入就会触发安防系统。报警信号通过此公共连接信息交互模块由ATM系统传递到安防系统,最后传递到安防系统的终端例如网点保安室、安全控制中心等。在下行方向,公共连接信息交互模块负责接收由安防系统向ATM系统发出的控制指令,公共连接信息交互模块一旦接收到安防系统的对ATM系统的控制指令,就会触发ATM软件控制模块进行相关控制。
安防系统终端采集模块:在上行方向用于监听公共连接信息交互模块是否有报警信号输出,一旦监控到公共连接信息交互模块有报警信号输出, 立即上报报警信号给安防系统控制中心。同时将ATM周围实时视频信号、传感器采集信息传给安防系统控制中心交由监控显示模块显示出来。在下行方向,用于监听安防系统控制中心是否有对ATM系统的控制指令下发,一旦检测到有下发的控制指令,立即交由公共连接信息交互模块传送给ATM系统的软件控制模块。
安防系统控制中心:用于接收终端采集模块上传的视频信号、传感器信息、报警信号、向终端采集模块下发ATM系统控制指令。在上行方向对视频信号、传感器信息、报警信号进行分析管理、资源调度,执行报警任务输出到安防系统输出模块。在下行方向,监控人员通过控制中心向ATM系统发出控制指令,并将控制指令传送给安防系统终端采集模块交由公共连接信息交互模块。
安防系统输出模块:主要是安防系统的报警任务执行处理终端,网点保安室等。
本应用场景下自助服务终端安防系统安全联动方法主要涉及以下两个流程:
安防联动报警流程:
S1)当有盗卡或其它作案时,触发安防信号源输出安全异常信号。
S2)安防检测模块检测到安防信号源输出的安全异常信号,并将安全异常信号输出到抖动滤波模块;
S3)抖动滤波模块对接收到的安全异常信号进行防抖动处理,过滤噪声信号,若为稳定无误报的安全异常信号,则将安全异常信号输出到软件控制模块;否则丢弃噪声信号,不作后续处理。
S4)软件控制模块采集到抖动滤波模块输出的安全异常信号,立即将ATM暂停交易,同时将报警信号输出到公共连接信息交互模块
S5)公共连接信息交互模块检测到软件模控制模块输出的报警信号,立即将报警信号传递给安防系统的终端采集模块,触发安防系统。
S6)安防系统终端采集模块侦测到报警信号后,产生报警事件并上报给安防系统控制中心。
S7)安防系统控制中心接收到报警事件后,将报警事件进行解析,对 产生报警事件的终端网点地址进行确认,调度网点地址附近的报警资源,并产生报警输出任务,将报警输出信号传递给安防报警输出模块。
S8)安防报警输出模块接收到报警输出信号后,立即进行响应,通知保安相关作案事件及地点,保安立即前往作案地点,将犯罪份子抓获,至此流程结束。
进一步,步骤1)该的流程为安防信号源会在作案时立即触发,向安防检测模块输出安全异常信号。
进一步,步骤2)该的安防检测模块是安全异常信号的受理采集模块,能在第一时间检测到安全异常信号,并将信号转交给抖动滤波模块。
进一步,步骤3)该的流程为抖动滤波模块通过硬件电路和软件采样的数字信号处理,将采集到的安全异常信号进行准确判决,以期得到现场作案的真实反映,而不是因设备所处复杂环境所致的噪声信号。此模块和步骤是判决作案和其它安全异常信号的核心环节。
进一步,步骤4)该的流程为ATM系统和安防系统在功能任务上的分水岭。软件控制模块会在检测到安全异常信号后,第一时间先将ATM设备暂停交易,作前端控制处理,这一细节就是传统的ATM系统的安防措施;但本发明更一步的优点是软件控制模块还将安全异常信号转换为后续的报警信号,将作案的时间,地点,设备编号,上传目的地址等进行处理,作为报警信息进行数据封装,交由公共连接信息交互模块传输给安防系统。
进一步,步骤5)该的流程为公共连接信息交互模块发挥路由特性,在网络传送环节充当桥接功能,在网络传输进行帧解析和封装,协议通讯等。此公共连接信息交互模块既可以实现与ATM自助终端一对一的连接,就是说一个ATM自助终端只与一个公共连接信息交互模块连接,多个公共连接信息交互模块再连接到安防系统终端采集模块的多个端口。也可以实现与ATM自助终端多对一的连接,就是说多个ATM自助终端可以与一个公共连接信息交互模块连接,公共连接信息交互模块再连接到安防系统终端采集模块一个端口。公共连接信息交互模块是ATM系统与安防系统唯一的交互接口。
进一步,步骤6)该的流程为由部署在安防系统的终端采集模块接收 公共连接信息交互模块输出的报警信号,采集模块通过主动采集和中断响应同时结合的方式,以最快速度能够捕获到上传的报警信号,然后将报警信号数据包按既定协议进行帧解析,将解析后的数据转换为适用于安防系统内部处理的数据包。
进一步,步骤7)该的流程为了报警事件能及时响应,一律采用中断的方式通知安防系统控制中心,安防系统控制中心接收报警事件后,通过对报警地点的安防资源进行数据库查询,并对当前可用资源进行调度,最后创建报警输出任务。
进一步,步骤8)该的安防系统报警输出模块负责执行报警输出任务,产生适用于各类型报警设备的输出信号传递给各个报警装置,这些报警装置具体可表现为网点保安室的警铃,分行后台监控,或者其它多媒体报警装置。报警装置接收到报警输出信号后便立即响应,通知相关的监控人员或保安,前往ATM作案地点,抓获犯罪份子,及时阻止作案,保障设备安全。至此,本方案联动报警流程结束。
安防联动控制流程:
S1)当安防系统的视频监控发现ATM周围环境有安全异常情况时例如有犯罪份子挟持客户在ATM取现或转账时,安防控制中心的监控人员从监控操作界面对作案网点所有ATM下发进入非正常交易流程的控制指令,同时部署作案地点出警。
S2)安防系统的控制中心从监控操作台解析查询目的网点IP地址,网点所有的设备编号,然后对控制指令进行内部转换,封装控制指令,目的设备IP等数据,将数据包交由安防系统终端采集模块下发。
S3)安防系统终端采集模块把从安防系统控制中心下发的控制数据包进行网络协议封装,然后转发到公共连接信息交互模块。
S4)公共连接信息交互模块把接收到的下行控制命令数据包转发给目的ATM系统
S5)目的ATM系统的软件控制模块负责接收公共连接信息交互模块下发的控制指令数据包,并将其解析,然后执行具体的进入非正常交易控制指令,ATM系统进入非正常交易流程。
S6)警情解除后,从步骤S1)可以再往ATM系统下发恢复正常交易控制指令,按如上步骤顺序,ATM系统即时恢复正常对外服务。至此,安防系统联动控制流程结束。
进一步,步骤1)该的控制指令还可以是暂停交易或交易恢复等指令。
进一步,步骤2)该的目的网络IP地址包括作案网点所有ATM设备的IP,以达到同一时间控制同一地点的所有ATM设备,让犯罪份子无机可乘。
进一步,步骤5)该的软件控制模块担任ATM系统的双向任务,既是安防联动控制流程的控制命令执行单元,又是安防联动报警流程的ATM端发起单元。
与现有技术相比,采用本方案,实现了以下显著的技术效果:
1、根据本方案提供的一种自助终端安防系统安全联动的系统和方法,最主要的技术特点是通过公共连接信息交互模块将安防系统和ATM系统连接起来,使得两个原来相互独立的系统能够实现信息共享、交换信息、相互控制、相互联动,充分利用两个系统的优势、达到最佳的安防效果。
2、实现了自助服务终端安防系统的计算机数字化,ATM系统和安防系统的双向交互联动控制,充分利用网络和安防资源,及时进行安全联动处理。犯罪份子在ATM设备进行多种可能作案时,既可以报警通知保安前往现场抓获犯罪嫌疑人,又可以在安防系统通过下发指令主动控制ATM系统暂停交易,交易恢复,进入非正常交易流程等。
3、实现此方案,只需在现有自助服务终端ATM系统、安防系统之间加一个公共连接信息交互模块,把两个系统连接起来,实现两个系统的安全联动。

    所述信息交互系统发送所述报警信号至所述安防系统,使得所述安防系统根据所述报警信号进行安防响应;
    当所述安防系统检测到自助服务终端周围环境发生安全异常情况时,所述信息交互系统获取所述安防系统根据所述安全异常情况生成的安防控制指令;
    所述信息交互系统发送所述安防控制指令至所述自助服务终端的ATM系统,使得所述ATM系统根据所述安防控制指令进行应对处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述安防系统根据所述报警信号进行安防响应具体包括:
    所述安防系统根据所述报警信号确认发生所述安全异常状况的终端网点地址;
    所述安防系统查询所述终端网点地址附近的报警资源;

    所述ATM系统判断防抖动处理后的报警信号是否稳定无噪声,若是,则所述ATM系统控制其下所有ATM设备暂停交易,并发送所述防抖动处理后的报警信号至所述信息交互系统,若否,则所述ATM系统丢弃所述报警信号。
  6. 一种自助服务终端安防系统安全联动系统,其特征在于,包括ATM系统、安防系统和信息交互系统,所述ATM系统与安防系统之间通过所述信息交互系统建立通信连接;
    所述信息交互系统包括:
    报警信号获取模块,用于当所述ATM系统检测到安全异常状况时,获取所述ATM系统根据所述安全异常状况生成的报警信号;
    报警信号发送模块,用于发送所述报警信号至所述安防系统;
    所述安防系统包括:安防响应模块,用于根据所述报警信号进行安防响应;
    所述信息交互系统包括:
    控制指令获取模块,用于当所述安防系统检测到自助服务终端周围环境发生安全异常情况时,获取所述安防系统根据所述安全异常情况生成的安防控制指令;
    控制指令发送模块,用于发送所述安防控制指令至所述自助服务终端的ATM系统;
    所述ATM系统包括:应对处理模块,用于根据所述安防控制指令进行应对处理。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自助服务终端安防系统安全联动系统,其特征在于,所述安防响应模块包括:
    终端网点确认单元,用于根据所述报警信号确认发生所述安全异常状况的终端网点地址;
    报警资源查询单元,用于查询所述终端网点地址附近的报警资源;
    报警任务生成单元,用于根据所述报警资源生成报警输出任务;
    任务下发单元,用于将所述报警输出任务下发给所述终端网点地址附近对应的安保人员。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的自助服务终端安防系统安全联动系统,其特征在于,所述应对处理模块至少包括以下一个处理单元:
    第一处理单元,用于根据所述安防控制指令进入非正常交易流程;
    所述非正常交易流程包括:
    所述自助服务终端的ATM系统下所有ATM设备查询交易显示的余额均低于预设数值;
    所述自助服务终端的ATM系统下所有ATM设备取款和转账交易均提示余额不足;
    第二处理单元,用于根据所述安防控制指令控制所述ATM系统下所有ATM设备暂停交易。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自助服务终端安防系统安全联动系统,其特征在于,所述信息交互系统还包括:
    恢复指令发送模块,用于当所述安防系统得到所述安全异常情况已解除的反馈之后,发送来自所述安防系统的交易恢复指令至所述自助服务终端的ATM系统;
    所述ATM系统还包括:交易恢复模块,用于根据所述交易恢复指令恢复正常交易。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的自助服务终端安防系统安全联动系统,其特征在于,所述ATM系统还包括:
    防抖动处理模块,用于在所述ATM系统根据所述安全异常状况生成报警信号之后,对所述报警信号进行防抖动处理;
    噪声判断模块,用于判断防抖动处理后的报警信号是否稳定无噪声;
    暂停交易模块,用于当所述噪声判断模块的判断结果为是时,控制所述ATM系统下所有ATM设备暂停交易;
    信号发送模块,用于当所述噪声判断模块的判断结果为是时,发送所述防抖动处理后的报警信号至所述信息交互系统;
    信号丢弃模块,用于当所述噪声判断模块的判断结果为否时,丢弃所述报警信号。
