金融机构在贵重物品存储中,一般将贵重物品放入多个保险箱进行保存。现有的保险箱多为两种,一种是普通保险箱,配有两把锁,不同保险箱的锁不能用同一把钥匙开启,不便于管理(例如:100个箱子需要200个锁头、200把钥匙),这种普通保险箱的锁很容易被盗开,并且不易被发现;另一种是一次性保险箱,破坏后无法继续使用,成本高,不能做到节约、环保。因此,无法安全、高效,准确地保证保险箱的闭锁和开锁。
发明内容
为了解决现有保险箱存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种箱体的锁紧机构。该箱体的锁紧机构用于保险箱上,能够安全、高效,准确地完成保险箱的闭锁和开锁。

如图1、图2A~2C及图3所示,本发明包括上箱体8、下箱体9及分别位于该上箱体8内部的驱动机构、旋爪3、摆杆4、锁杆5和限位装置,其中上箱体8与下箱体9的顶部连接,驱动机构安装在上箱体8上,输出端连接有旋爪3,在该旋爪3的周向上设有多个摆杆4,可在旋爪3中心的上下、左右对称排布,也可沿旋爪3的周向均布;上箱体8的内部设有多个限制锁杆5摆动的限位装置,每个限位装置上均安装有只能伸缩的锁杆5,摆杆4、锁杆5及限位装置的数量相同,且一一对应;各摆杆4的一端铰接于旋爪3上,另一端均与锁杆5的一端铰接,上箱体8与下箱体9的重合部分开有多个供各锁杆5的另一端穿入的限位孔24。

如图4所示,为了便于多个箱体堆码,在上箱体8的上表面设有凹槽A16,下箱体19的底部设有底脚15,通过下箱体19上的底脚15落入相邻上箱体8上的凹槽A16中即可实现多个箱体的堆码。
本发明的工作原理为:
箱体开锁时,如图5所示,电机1驱动旋爪3转动,进而带动各摆杆4摆动,再由各摆杆4带动锁杆5在限位块11的限制下向内缩回,锁杆5由凸起B19上的限位孔24、凹槽C内侧壁23上的限位孔24中抽出,且不突出于凸起A18的外表面,实现上箱体8与下箱体9的开锁。
箱体闭锁时,如图6所示,电机1反向驱动旋爪3转动,进而带动各摆杆4摆动,因锁杆5受限位块11的限制只能沿长度方向伸缩,故各摆杆4带动锁杆5伸出,插入凸起B19上的限位孔24、凹槽C内侧壁23上的限位孔24、凸起A18上的限位孔24中,实现上箱体8与下箱体9的闭锁。在闭锁状态,锁杆5与摆杆4在同一条直线上,处于自锁,锁杆5无法缩回。
在锁杆5伸缩的过程中,因锁杆5的另一端始终在导向块12上的限位孔24中,因此能够准确地插入到凸起B19上的限位孔24、凹槽C内侧壁23上的限位孔24、凸起A18上的限位孔24中。
通过反射式光控管13来检测旋爪13的位置,确定箱体的开锁、闭锁状态。

  2. 按权利要求1所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述限位装置为安装在上箱体(8)下表面的限位块(11),每个所述限位块(11)上均开有容置锁杆(5)的U形槽(17)。
  3. 按权利要求2所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:每个所述限位块(11)均位于容置于其上U形槽(17)内的锁杆(5)靠近与所述摆杆(4)铰接的一端。
  4. 按权利要求1所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括电机(1)及电机固定板(2),该电机(1)通过电机固定板(2)安装在所述上箱体(8)上,所述旋爪(3)与电机(1)的输出端相连,在所述旋爪(3)上开有多个弧形孔(14),每个所述弧形孔(14)内均插设有安装在所述电机固定板(2)上的限位螺钉(6),所述旋爪(3)通过该限位螺钉(6)限制旋转的范围。
  5. 按权利要求1所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述上箱体(8)与下箱体(9)的顶部相插接,所述上箱体(8)的边缘向下延伸、形成凸起C(20),该凸起C(20)内的上箱体(8)的下表面向下延伸、形成内外嵌套的凸起A(18)及凸起B(19),所述凸起A(18)与凸起B(19)之间形成凹槽B(21);所述下箱体(9)的顶部开有凹槽C(22),所述上箱体(8)上的凸起B(19)在与下箱体(9)的顶部插接时插入该凹槽C(22)内,所述凸起A(18)位于该凹槽C(22)的内侧。
  6. 按权利要求5所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述凸起A(18)、凸起B(19)及凹槽C内侧壁(23)的重合部分均开有供锁杆(5)穿入的限位孔(24),所述凸起A(18)与凸起B(19)的延伸高度相等、且高于所述凸起C(20)的延伸高度,所述凸起C(20)的的底面在与下箱体(9)的顶部插接时与所述下箱体(9)的顶面相抵接。
  7. 按权利要求5所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述凸起A(18)内表面上沿周向设有多个导向块(12),每个所述导向块(12)上均开有供所述锁 杆(5)穿入的限位孔(24)。
  8. 按权利要求1所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:每个所述锁杆(5)与其铰接的摆杆(4)在闭锁状态均处于同一条直线上。
  9. 按权利要求1所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述上箱体(8)的下表面上设有通过检测旋爪(3)的位置确定上箱体(8)与下箱体(9)开启或关闭的反射式光控管(13)。
  10. 按权利要求1所述箱体的锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述上箱体(8)的上表面设有凹槽A(16),所述下箱体(19)的底部设有底脚(15),通过所述下箱体(19)上的底脚(15)落入相邻上箱体(8)上的凹槽A(16)中实现多个箱体的堆码。
