Abstract
一种根据信用卡积分额度匹配提示方法及智能提示系统,所述方法包括:记录用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息(S101);判断当前信用卡积分额度是否高于设定的信用卡积分额度(S103);若否,视为客户积分不足以兑换物品和进行消费,不发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换的信息(S104);若是,发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换活动的信息(S105)。通过将用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息相匹配,所述系统能够及时发现客户的信用卡积分是否已经可以进行购物等积分兑换活动,进而刺激消费,在拉动经济增长的同时,提高信用卡的使用效率,提升银行金融机构的信用卡收益。
Description
本发明属于智能金融 领域 ,提供了一种根据信用卡积分额度匹配提示方法及智能提示系统。
现在信用卡已经成为人们日常生活中重要的支付手段,使用信用卡支付便捷,不用找零,不会担心自己钱包被大量零碎散钱占用大量空间,不仅影响着装,也容易成为小偷的觊觎。各家银行为促进客户多使用该行的信用卡,推出了大量的信用卡积分换物品,或者积分购物,或者积分打折等诸多促销活动,不但能够降低用户的生活成本,刺激消费,提升信用卡使用率,实现客户与银行的双赢,但是在现实中,因为用户因为工作的繁忙,很难顾及信用卡积分的多少,没有时间和精力去兼顾积分的多少,是否能够进行积分兑换或购物,错失购物良机,无形中增加了生活成本。
对于银行而言,积分策略虽然是对客户的让利,但在本质上是一种有效的吸引顾客的手段,积分的频繁使用可以加大本行信用卡的使用次数,增加超短期贷款的收益,是信用卡非常重要的盈利方式,如果顾客不能及时发现积分,使用积分,即便做了再多的促销活动,也只是浪费成本,并不能产生实质性的收益,也难以达到提升客户体验,增加客户粘性的预期效果。
综上,亟需通过一种发明,让系统能够及时发现客户的信用卡积分是否已经可以进行购物等积分兑换活动,进而刺激消费,在拉动经济增长的同时,提高信用卡的使用效率,提升银行金融机构的信用卡收益。
本发明实施例提供了一种根据信用卡积分额度匹配提示方法及智能提示系统,能够通过将用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息相匹配,让系统能够及时发现客户的信用卡积分是否已经可以进行购物等积分兑换活动,进而刺激消费,在拉动经济增长的同时,提高信用卡的使用效率,提升银行金融机构的信用卡收益。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据信用卡积分额度匹配提示方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;
读取用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;
判断当前信用卡积分额度是否高于设定的信用卡积分额度;
若否,视为客户积分不足以兑换物品和进行消费,不发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换的信息;
若是,发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换活动的信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种智能提示系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;
读取单元,与记录单元的输出端相连接,用于读取用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;
判断单元,与读取单元的输出端相连接,用于判断当前信用卡积分额度是否高于设定的信用卡积分额度;
调控单元,与判断单元的输出端相连接,若当前信用卡积分额度高于设定的信用卡积分额度,则发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换活动的信息。
该发明能够通过将用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息相匹配,让系统能够及时发现客户的信用卡积分是否已经可以进行购物等积分兑换活动,进而刺激消费,在拉动经济增长的同时,提高信用卡的使用效率,提升银行金融机构的信用卡收益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

是发明实施例提供的一种根据信用卡积分额度匹配提示方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中,记录用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息。
记录用户设定的信用卡积分额度信息,是由客户根据自身的刷卡情况而确定,如果客户经常使用信用卡,积分较多,就应该设定的提示积分额度较高,否则将会经常收到提示信息,影响正常生活,如果客户不经常使用信用卡,积分较少,也应设置相应的提示额度,因为积分兑换都有时效期,一旦过期便不能再使用。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息。
在步骤 S103 中,判断当前信用卡积分额度是否高于设定的信用卡积分额度;若否,进入步骤 S104
,视为客户积分不足以兑换物品和进行消费,不发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换的信息;若是,进入步骤 S105 ,发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换活动的信息。
该发明能够通过将用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息相匹配,让系统能够及时发现客户的信用卡积分是否已经可以进行购物等积分兑换活动,进而刺激消费,在拉动经济增长的同时,提高信用卡的使用效率,提升银行金融机构的信用卡收益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种智能提示系统的结构示意图,该智能提示系统包括:

- 一种根据信用卡积分额度匹配提示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:记录用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;读取用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;判断当前信用卡积分额度是否高于设定的信用卡积分额度;若否,视为客户积分不足以兑换物品和进行消费,不发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换的信息;若是,发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换活动的信息。
- 一种智能提示系统,其特征在于,所述智能提示系统包括:记录单元,用于记录用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;读取单元,与记录单元的输出端相连接,用于读取用户当前信用卡积分额度信息和设定的信用卡积分额度信息;判断单元,与读取单元的输出端相连接,用于判断当前信用卡积分额度是否高于设定的信用卡积分额度;调控单元,与判断单元的输出端相连接,若当前信用卡积分额度高于设定的信用卡积分额度,则发出提示客户进行购物等积分兑换活动的信息。
