一种房产网约看房方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网及房产领域,尤其涉及一种房产网约看房方法及系统。
背景技术
对于房地产的概念,应该从两个方面来理解:房地产既是一种客观存在的物质形态,同时也是一项法律权利。作为一种客观存在的物质形态,房地产是指房产和地产的总称,现在的房地产一般就是指房产,通俗的讲就是房子,国内的房产经过十几年的发展,现在二手房的交易量已经逐渐占领了半壁江山,现有的二手房的搜索方法一般均是通过用户输入的地址进行搜索,现有的看房预约一般为中介的电话预约,此种方式非常不方便,并且容易找不到相应的房主。

本申请提供一种房产网约看房方法。其解决现有技术的技术方案预约成功率低的缺点。

一方面,提供一种房产网约看房方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
接收看房人的预约请求;
将该预约请求以短信方式发送给房主;
接收房主返回的响应消息确定预约是否成功。

本发明提供的技术方案接收看房人的预约请求,将该预约请求以短信方式发送给房主,接收房主返回的响应消息确定预约是否成功,该方式通过短信方式,具有很长的有效时间,所以其具有预约成功率高的优点。

步骤S101、接收看房人的预约请求;
步骤S102、将该预约请求以短信方式发送给房主;
步骤S103、接收房主返回的响应消息确定预约是否成功。
本发明提供的技术方案接收看房人的预约请求,将该预约请求以短信方式发送给房主,接收房主返回的响应消息确定预约是否成功,该方式通过短信方式,具有很长的有效时间,所以其具有预约成功率高的优点。
