一种房产网订金交易方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网及房产领域,尤其涉及一种房产网订金交易方法及系统。
背景技术
对于房地产的概念,应该从两个方面来理解:房地产既是一种客观存在的物质形态,同时也是一项法律权利。作为一种客观存在的物质形态,房地产是指房产和地产的总称,现在的房地产一般就是指房产,通俗的讲就是房子,国内的房产经过十几年的发展,现在二手房的交易量已经逐渐占领了半壁江山,现有的房产订金一般是直接交给房主,此方面有个问题,即房主如果毁约,买房人需要很长时间才能将订金收回,这样对客户非常不方便。

本申请提供一种房产网订金交易方法。其解决现有技术的技术方案对客户非常不方便的缺点。
技术解决方案
一方面,提供一种房产网订金交易方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
接收房主和买房人的成功交易信息,接收买方人转入的房款的订金;
当接收到成功过户,将该订金转到房主账户;
如未成功过户,则将该订金转到买房人账户。

步骤S101、接收房主和买房人的成功交易信息,接收买方人转入的房款的订金;
步骤S102、当接收到成功过户,将该订金转到房主账户;
步骤S103、如未成功过户,则将该订金转到买房人账户。

    如未成功过户,则将该订金转到买房人账户。
