Description

一种监控时通话技术的数据采集方法及系统 技术领域
本发明属于监控领域,尤其涉及一种监控时通话技术的数据采集方法及系统。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 一种监控互通方法及系统 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种 监控时通话技术的数据采集方法及系统 ,旨在解决现有的监控 无法实现摄像头一方与监控人员一方互联互通 的问题 ,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况 。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种 监控时通话技术的数据采集方法,所述方法包括:
将移动终端与摄像头连接至服务器;
摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过;
若有,则摄像头将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端,并启动摄像头麦克风,通过服务器实现与移动终端的实时通话,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种 监控互通系统 ,所述系统包括 :
移动终端,用于连接至服务器,接收服务器传来的图像信息,并通过服务器与摄像头端进行实时通话;
摄像头,用于 通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有,则将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端;
服务器,用于作为移动终端与摄像头的信息交换;
数据发送单元,用于 向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
在本发明实施例中, 首先将移动终端与摄像头连接至服务器。当摄像头侦测到有人经过时,将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端,并启动摄像头麦克风,通过服务器实现与移动终端的实时通话,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。由此不但实现了监控功能,向用户及时地发出摄像头监控到的信息,同时还可以实现用户与监控之人的实时通话,用户体验较好,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例一:
如图 1 所示为本发明第一实施例提供的一种监控时通话技术的数据采集方法的流程图, 为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中, 将移动终端与摄像头连接至服务器。
在本发明实施例中,将摄像头及需要用来监控摄像头的移动终端通过网络连接至同一服务器。预先在移动终端上开发一个应用程序,用于与服务器连接,实现与服务器之间的信息交换,即接收服务器发送过来的信息,并将在移动终端处收的信息发送给服务器。此处的移动终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑等。
在步骤 S102 中, 摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过。
在本发明实施例中,摄像头持续对周围的环境进行监控,由于无人时,摄像头拍摄到的图像是不会变化的。因此,当有人出现时,摄像头通过移动侦测功能会发现拍摄到的图像产生了变化。
在本发明实施例中,如果摄像头移动侦测到的图像没有发生改变,说明无人经过,则返回步骤 S102 继续通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过。
在步骤 S103 中,若摄像头侦测到有人经过,则将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端。
在本发明实施例中,如果摄像头通过移动侦测发现图像发生了变化,则将拍摄到的图像信息传输至服务器,服务器再将图像信息转发至移动终端。
在步骤 S104 中,摄像头启动麦克风,通过服务器实现与移动终端的实时通话,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
在本发明实施例中,摄像头移动侦测到有人经过后,一边将拍摄到的图像信息传输给服务器,同时,启动麦克风,将麦克风接收到的语音信息实时传输至服务器。服务器再将接收到的语音信息传输给移动终端。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。
在本发明实施例中,移动终端接收到服务器传输过来的语音信息和图像信息后,用户也可通过移动终端自带的麦克风输入语音信息,移动终端即时将麦克风输入的语音信息发送给服务器,并由服务器转发给摄像头,以此便实现了摄像头处与移动终端处的实时通话。
在本发明实施例中, 首先将移动终端与摄像头连接至服务器。当摄像头侦测到有人经过时,将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端,并启动摄像头麦克风,通过服务器实现与移动终端的实时通话,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。由此不但实现了基本了监控功能,向用户及时地发出了摄像头监控到的信息,同时还可以实现用户与监控之人的实时通话,用户体验较好,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
实施例二:
图 2 为本发明实施例提供的一种监控互通系统的结构图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部份。
在本发明实施例中, 监控互通系统 包括: 移动终端 1 、摄像头 2 、 服务器 3 、 数据发送单元 4 。其中:
移动终端 1 ,用于连接至服务器,接收服务器传来的图像信息,并通过服务器与摄像头端进行实时通话。
摄像头 2 ,用于 通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有,则将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器 3 中转发至移动终端。
服务器 3 ,用于作为移动终端 1 与摄像头 2 的信息交换;
数据发送单元 4 ,用于 向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
在本发明实施例中,将摄像头及需要用来监控摄像头的移动终端通过网络连接至同一服务器。预先在移动终端上开发一个应用程序,用于与服务器连接,实现与服务器之间的信息交换。 当摄像头移动侦测到有人经过,则将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端。同时,启动麦克风,将麦克风接收到的语音信息实时传输至服务器。服务器再将接收到的语音信息传输给移动终端。移动终端接收到服务器传输过来的语音信息和图像信息后,用户也可通过移动终端自带的麦克风输入语音信息,移动终端即时将麦克风输入的语音信息发送给服务器,并由服务器转发给摄像头,以此便实现了摄像头处与移动终端处的实时通话。由此不但实现了监控功能,可向用户及时发出摄像头监控到的信息,同时还可以实现用户与监控之人的实时通话,用户体验较好,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以在存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,如 ROM/RAM 、磁盘、光盘等。

  1. 一种监控时通话技术的数据采集方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    将移动终端与摄像头连接至服务器;
    摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过;
    若有,则摄像头将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端,并启动摄像头麦克风,通过服务器实现与移动终端的实时通话,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种监控互通系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    移动终端,用于连接至服务器,接收服务器传来的图像信息,并通过服务器与摄像头端进行实时通话;
    摄像头,用于 通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有,则将拍摄的图像信息通过服务器转发至移动终端;
    服务器,用于作为移动终端与摄像头的信息交换;
