本发明由于开关键帽通过开口与固定凸起相配合,通过固定凸起对开口进行卡紧限位,使得开关键帽能够很好的固定在壳体上,保证开关键帽的可以非常稳固的设置在壳体上,大大提高了开关键帽的耐用性。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种粉扑器,所述粉扑器包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有开关键帽,所述开关键帽上设置有开口,所述壳体上设置有与所述开口相配合的固定凸起。所述开关键帽通过所述开口与所述固定凸起相配合,通过所述固定凸起对所述开口进行卡紧限位,使得所述开关键帽不容易松动掉落,保证所述开关键帽的可以非常稳固的设置在所述壳体上,大大提高了所述开关键帽的耐用性。

下面参考图1至图7描述本发明实施例的粉扑器。
如图1至7所示,本实施例公开一种粉扑器,粉扑器包括壳体,壳体1上设置有开关键帽4,开关键帽4上设置有开口42,壳体1上设置有与开口42相配合的固定凸起141,开关键帽4通过开口42与固定凸起141相配合,通过固定 凸起141对开口42进行卡紧限位,使得开关键帽4能够很好的固定在壳体1上,保证开关键帽4的可以非常稳固的设置在壳体1上,大大提高了开关键帽4的耐用性。
开关键帽4上设置有键帽凸起41,开口42设置在键帽凸起41上,开口42至少设置两个,键帽凸起41与壳体1相互配合,使得开关键帽4可以很好的固定在壳体1上,保证了开关键帽4的良好运行,同时开口42至少设置两个可以保证开关键帽4固定非常的牢固,不容易松动,本实施例中开口42设置三个,均匀设置在键帽凸起41上,这样可以很好的对开关键帽4进行非常牢固的限位,保证开关键帽4可以更加便捷的操作,所述开关键帽4内还设置有键帽加强筋43,键帽加强筋43为十字形设置,这样使得开关键帽4更加的耐用,键帽加强筋43延伸到键帽凸起41所在的平面外部,这样可以使得开关键帽4的操作更加精准,非常方便按压操作。
壳体1的内表面上设置有按键围骨14,按键围骨14可以很好的对开关键5进行保护,使得开关键帽4更加的耐用,固定凸起141均匀设置在按键围骨14的内壁上,使得固定凸起141可以很好的与键帽凸起41上的开口42相配合,保证开关键帽4的固定得更加稳定更加牢固,从而保证开关键帽4可以稳定且良好的被按压,固定凸起141至少设置两个,固定凸起141的数量与卡口的数量相配合,本实施例中固定凸起141设置三个,均匀设置在按键围骨14的内壁上,这样可以很好的对开关键帽4进行非常牢固的限位,保证开关键帽4可以更加便捷的操作。
两个相邻的固定凸起141之间设置有支撑凸起142,支撑凸起142可以很好的对键帽凸起41进行支撑,支撑凸起142设置在按键围骨14的内壁上,支撑凸起142与键帽凸起41相配合对键帽凸起41进行支撑限位,开关键帽4的侧壁的外表面也很好的得到支撑,使得开关键帽4的的按键行程更长,非常方便开关键帽4的操作更加方便,而且大大提高了开关键帽4的耐用性。
壳体1上设置有开关固定结构15,开关固定结构15内设置有开关键5,开 关固定凸起141非常好的保护了开关键5,将开关键5固定放置在开关固定结构15,可以很好的防止开关键5的共振而导致开关键5不能正常工作,,使得粉扑器可以良好高效的工作,开关键5与开关键帽4相配合,通过开关键帽4控制开关键5,开关键帽4很好的保护了开关键5,可以避免灰尘落入开关键5,保证开关键5的良好的工作,同时开关键帽4的用于按压的表面积比较大,使得使用者的按压操作更加的舒适方便。
开关固定结构15包括第一凸起151,开关键5安装在第一凸起151内,第一凸起151对开关键5进行限位,很好的对开关键5进行固定,第一凸起151上设置有第一凹口152,第一凹口152对称设置,第一凹口152的设置非常方便对开关键5的组装和拆卸,在第一凸起151内设置有用于支撑的第二凸起153,第二凸起153的设置可以很好的对开关键5进行支撑,使得开关键5可以与开关键帽4进行良好的接触,同时第一凹口152与第二凸起153可以方便开关键5的良好的散热,保证开关键5的良好高效的工作。
壳体1上设置有马达固定结构16,马达固定结构16上设置有振动马达6,马达固定结构16很好的对振动马达6进行固定,马达固定结构16包括马达固定围骨161,马达固定围骨161上设置有用于固定的马达固定凹口162,振动马达6放置在马达固定凹口162中进行卡紧固定,使得振动马达6固定非常的稳固,保证粉扑器良好高效的运行,使得粉扑器的扑粉工作更加均匀细腻。
马达固定围骨161等间距设置,这样设置使得出模非常方便,同时使得内部结构非常的简洁,大大节省了加工生产成本,马达固定围骨161设置四个,使得振动马达6固定非常的牢固,有效的防止振动马达6工作时脱落,从而使得粉扑器更加安全高效的工作。
壳体1的一端设置有卡盖座31,卡盖座31上设置有粉扑座32,粉扑座32上设置有粉扑装置33,卡盖座31上设置有凹口311,通过凹口311可以非常方便将粉扑装置33卸载下来,从而可以非常方便的对粉扑装置33进行更换,方便使用不同的材质的粉扑装置33,使得使用者可以更加方便的使用粉扑器,壳 体1上还设置有壳体凹口17,壳体凹口17对称设置在电池仓11的两侧,这样非常方便电池的安装和拆卸。
卡盖座31与粉扑座32的外圆周面呈柱状,柱形的设置方便粉扑装置33的安装,同时使得壳体1的握持手感更加舒适,卡盖座31的直径大于粉扑座32的直径,卡盖座31与粉扑座32一体成型或固定连接,这样设置使得设计和加工非常的方便,方便制造厂生产中粉扑器的出模,大大降低生产成本,卡盖座31上设置有卡盖312,卡盖312可以很好的起到保护粉扑装置33的作用,可以保证粉扑器的卫生,防止灰尘等杂物进入粉扑器,使得使用者更加卫生的使用粉扑器。粉扑装置33包括固定套331和粉扑套332,粉扑套332与固定套331相配合,这样可以单独更换固定套331或粉扑套332,非常的绿色环保,大大的减低了使用者的开支成本,而且可以根据不同的化妆品或这不同的肤质来选择合适的粉扑套332,操作非常的方便,当让也可以直接备用几个粉扑装置33,每个粉扑装置33装不同材质的粉扑套332,这样使得更换粉扑装置33更加的方便简单。粉扑装置33与粉扑座32卡合或旋合,这样非常方便粉扑装置33的安装和拆卸,方便更换不同的粉扑装置33,使得适用人群范围更加的广泛,卡盖312与卡盖座31卡合或旋合,这样非常方便卡盖312的安装和拆卸,方便使用者使用。
壳体1上设置有电池仓11,电池仓11上设置有电池盖2,电池盖2上设置有电池盖卡扣21,电池盖卡扣21与壳体1配合卡紧,电池盖2上还设置有滑块凸起22,壳体1上设置有与滑块凸起22相配合的壳体滑槽12,电池盖卡扣21通过与壳体1的配合,使得电池盖2在滑块凸起22的运动方向上卡扣牢固,从而电池盖2可以很好的固定在壳体1上,对电池仓11内的电池7起到很好的保护作用,同时滑块凸起与壳体滑槽12相互配合对电池盖2进行卡紧固定,使得电池盖2在滑块凸起的运动的垂直方向上不容易滑动,从而保证电池盖2的固定更加的牢固,电池盖卡扣21与滑块凸起从不同的方向对电池盖2进行限位,非常好的对电池盖2进行固定,使得电池盖2固定更加牢固。
电池盖2的内表面上设置有按压顶骨23,按压顶骨23对电池仓11内的电池7进行压紧固定,可以很好的对电池7进行固定,同时按压顶骨23压紧电池7时,电池7反向作用按压顶骨23,使得滑块凸起与壳体滑槽12卡合更加紧密,使得电池盖2固定更加牢固,按压顶骨23至少设置两个,设这样可以更好的固定电池7,同时使得电池盖2的受力更加的均匀,保证电池盖2的牢固稳定的固定,按压顶骨23之间设置连接凸起24相连接,连接凸起24对按压顶骨23进行加固,保证按压顶骨23的刚性,使得按压顶骨23更加的耐用。
电池盖卡扣21上设置有卡扣凸起211,电池盖卡扣21沿其运动方向延伸到电池盖2的外部,方便电池盖卡扣21的配合卡紧,壳体1上设置有与电池盖卡扣21相配合的壳体卡口13,壳体卡口13内设置有与卡扣凸起211相配合的壳体卡槽,在装配电池盖2时,电池盖卡扣21进入壳体卡口13内部,设置在内部的壳体卡槽与卡扣凸起211相互配合对电池盖2进行卡紧,操作非常的方便,固定非常的牢固。
电池盖2的外表面上设置有防滑凸起25,在对电池盖2进行推拉时,防滑凸起25可以起到很好的防滑作用,方便对电池盖2的操作,使得对电池盖2的卡紧和拆卸变得非常的方便省力,防滑凸起25的底部周围设置有用于加固的第一倒角251,第一倒角251的设置方便使用者使用,使得使用者的手指接触部分更加的舒适,同时第一倒角251可以对防滑凸起25的底部进行加固,使得防滑凸起25更加的耐用。
电池盖2为弧形设置,弧形设置的电池盖2,使得电池盖2的刚性更强,电池盖2不容易损坏,可一个更好的保护电池仓11内的电池,使得粉扑器的使用更加的安全可靠,电池盖2卡扣21和滑块凸起对称设置,按压顶骨23也对称设置,对称设置使得电池盖2的固定更加的牢固,同时非常方便出模,大大降低了生产成本,而且对称设置使得电池给非常的美观。
按压顶骨23等距离设置四个,这样设置使得出模非常方便,同时使得内部结构非常的简洁,大大节省了加工生产成本,按压顶骨23设置四个,使得对电 池的固定非常的牢固,有效的防止电池7在工作时脱落,从而使得粉扑器更加安全高效的工作,按压顶骨23平行设置,按压顶骨23上设置有第二倒角231,第二倒角231的设置使得按压顶骨23的边角更加的圆滑,不容易对电池造成损坏,使得粉扑器的使用更加的安全可靠,同时第二倒角231的设置使得按压顶骨23看起来非常的美观。
本发明的粉扑器体积非常的小,非常便于携带,而且结构简单,使用方便,具有较强的市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述粉扑器包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有开关键帽,所述开关键帽上设置有开口,所述壳体上设置有与所述开口相配合的固定凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述开关键帽上设置有键帽凸起,所述开口设置在所述键帽凸起上,所述开口至少设置两个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述壳体的内表面上设置有按键围骨,所述固定凸起均匀设置在所述按键围骨的内壁上,所述固定凸起至少设置两个。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:两个相邻的所述固定凸起之间设置有支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起设置在所述按键围骨的内壁上,所述支撑凸起与所述键帽凸起相配合对所述键帽凸起进行支撑限位。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述壳体上设置有开关固定结构,所述开关固定结构内设置有开关键,所述开关键与所述开关键帽相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述开关固定结构包括第一凸起,所述第一凸起上设置有第一凹口,所述第一凹口对称设置,在所述第一凸起内设置有用于支撑的第二凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述壳体上设置有马达固定结构,所述马达固定结构包括马达固定围骨,所述马达围骨上设置有用于固定的马达固定凹口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述马达固定围骨等间距设置,所述马达固定围骨至少设置两个。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述壳体的一端设置有卡盖座,所述卡盖座上设置有粉扑座,所述粉扑座上设置有粉扑装 置,所述卡盖座上设置有凹口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种粉扑器,其特征在于:所述卡盖座与所述粉扑座的外圆周面呈柱状,所述卡盖座的直径大于所述粉扑座的直径,所述卡盖座与所述粉扑座一体成型或固定连接,所述卡盖座上设置有卡盖,所述粉扑装置包括固定套和粉扑套,所述粉扑套与所述固定套相配合,所述粉扑装置与所述粉扑座卡合或旋合,所述卡盖与所述卡盖座卡合或旋合。
