La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement de linge comprenant : une cuve pour stocker de l'eau et pourvue d'une ouverture pour introduire et retirer le linge, un tambour, disposé à l'intérieur de la cuve, pour stocker le linge introduit par l'ouverture ; un agitateur disposé de façon rotative à l'intérieur du tambour ; un arbre rotatif raccordé à l'agitateur par pénétration de la cuve du tambour ; une partie d'entraînement pour faire tourner l'arbre rotatif ; une partie de raccordement pourvue d'un corps de raccordement fixé au tambour, et un trou de pénétration de corps qui est disposé de façon à pénétrer le corps de raccordement et à travers lequel l'arbre rotatif est inséré ; et une partie de transmission de puissance se déplaçant de façon alternée à l'intérieur du trou de pénétration de corps lorsque l'arbre de rotation tourne, et lorsque celui-ci a tourné un nombre de fois précédemment déterminé, transférant la puissance fournie par l'arbre rotatif au corps de raccordement.
