Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de surveillance vidéo caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une unité de suivi de personnes qui détecte des personnes à partir d'une image de trame et suit chacune des personnes détectées sur une pluralité de trames ; une unité de génération d'informations de flux de personnes qui, à partir d'un résultat de suivi de l'unité de suivi de personnes, reconnaît des personnes, parmi les personnes détectées, dont des directions de déplacement et des vitesses de déplacement sont estimées comme étant proches les unes des autres, en tant que des groupes, et qui génère des informations de flux de personnes comprenant une direction de déplacement de groupe et une vitesse de déplacement de groupe pour chacun des groupes ; une unité d'analyse d'informations de flux de personnes qui détermine, à partir des informations de flux de personnes, si un événement inhabituel s'est produit dans un flux de personnes, et spécifie une position lorsqu'il est déterminé qu'un événement inhabituel s'est produit ; une unité de détection de personne candidate suspecte qui détecte, en tant que personne candidate suspecte, une personne, parmi les personnes, qui est présente à proximité de la position spécifiée par l'unité d'analyse d'informations de flux de personnes ; et une unité de présentation de personne candidate suspecte qui présente la personne candidate suspecte détectée.
