Abstract
一种粉碎农田砾石的刀头,该刀头包括刀头本体(1),所述刀头本体(1)头部设有由耐磨材料制成的两个第一齿头(2),所述第一齿头(2)下方设有与地面摩擦的坡面(3),所述坡面(3)向内凹陷形成凹槽,所述第一齿头(2)之间还设有第二齿头(4),所述第二齿头(4)的位置与坡面(3)的凹槽相对应。坡面(3)中间向内凹陷,使坡面(3)与砾石的接触更加稳固,从而使齿头能快速粉碎砾石,且在凹槽的对应位置增加齿头,还可以提高粉碎速率。
Description
本实用新型涉及农用器具领域,具体涉及一种粉碎农田砾石的刀头。
农田中的砾石大小不一,且形状为不规则形状,在对农田中的砾石进行粉碎的时候,一般的粉碎装置的齿头下方的坡面多为平面形,很难与砾石形成良好的接触。如中国专利授权公告号CN 204571988 U公开了一种刀头,刀头本体和由耐磨材料制成的齿头,所述齿头安装在刀头本体头部,还包括硬质合金体,所述硬质合金体安装刀头头部且位于齿头下方,所述硬质合金体上设有与底面摩擦的坡面。由于坡面为平面形,无法对砾石进行良好的固定,从而降低影响粉碎速度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种能够快速粉碎农田砾石的中的农用刀头。
为了解决上述技术问题:本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种刀头,包括刀头本体,所述刀头本体头部设有由耐磨材料制成的两个第一齿头,所述第一齿头下方设有与地面摩擦的坡面,所述坡面向内凹陷形成延坡面向上的凹槽,所述第一齿头之间还设有第二齿头,所述第二齿头的位置与坡面的凹槽相对应。
坡面中间向内凹陷,使坡面与砾石的的接触更加稳固,从而使齿头能快速粉碎砾石,且在凹槽的对应位置增加齿头,还可以提高粉碎
速率。
做为本实用新型的优选,所述第二齿头由硬质合金材料制成。使第二齿头可以粉碎硬度较高的砾石。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选,所述第二齿头的体积的为第一齿头的1/4~1/2。该结构使得第二齿头可以粉碎较小的砾石,且可以对经过第一齿头粉碎过得砾石进一步进行粉碎。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述刀头底面设有用于连接刀座的螺孔,刀头底面呈“V”型向内凹陷。“V”型底面使刀头与刀座安装更加牢固。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细说明。
如图1、2所示,本实用新型的粉碎农田砾石的刀头,包括刀头本体1,刀头本体1的头部设有两个第一齿头2,第一齿头2可以与刀头本体1一体成型,也可以采用耐磨材料制成,比如硬质合金材料,第一齿头2可以粉碎普通的砾石。两个第一齿头1之间还设有第二齿头4,第二齿头4的体积为第一齿头2的1/2到1/4之间,第二
齿头4由硬质合金材料制成,齿头的下方设有与地面摩擦的坡面3,坡面3的中间部分向内凹陷形成凹槽,凹槽延坡面方向向上,第二齿头4的位置与凹槽相对应,整个坡面的纵向截面可以呈“U”型,也可以是其他的形状。坡面中间向内凹陷,使坡面与砾石的的接触更加稳固,从而使齿头能快速粉碎砾石,且在凹槽的对应位置增加由硬质合金材料制成,且尺寸较小的第二齿头,可以对凹槽中较小的砾石进行粉碎,且凹槽可以对其中的砾石起到良好的固定作用,配合第二齿头,可以快速粉碎凹槽中的砾石。
刀头本体1的上表面上设有一个楔形的凸起5,凸起5可以与刀头本体1一体成型,也可以采用焊接的方式固定在刀头本体1上,当焊接在刀头本体上时,凸起可以采用硬质合金材料制成,增加耐磨性,凸起可以减少刀头上表面与地面接触产生的磨损。
刀头本体1的下底面设有连接刀座的螺孔,下底面也向内凹陷,呈“V”型,如图3所示,当然也可以是其他的形状,“V”型底面使刀头与刀座安装时更加牢固。
综上,本实用新型的粉碎农田砾石的刀头凹陷坡面的设计、多齿头结构提高了粉碎效率,“V”形底面设计有利于与底座的安装牢固。

- 一种粉碎农田砾石的刀头,包括刀头本体(1),所述刀头本体(1)头部设有由耐磨材料制成的两个第一齿头(2),其特征在于:所述第一齿头(1)下方设有与地面摩擦的坡面(3),所述坡面(3)向内凹陷形成延坡面向上的凹槽,所述第一齿头(2)之间还设有第二齿头(4),所述第二齿头(4)的位置与坡面(2)的凹槽位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的粉碎农田砾石的刀头,其特征在于:所述第二齿头(4)由硬质合金材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的粉碎农田砾石的刀头,其特征在于:所述第二齿头(4)的体积的为第一齿头(2)的1/4~1/2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的粉碎农田砾石的刀头,其特征在于:所述坡面(4)的横截面呈“U”型。
- 根据权利要求1、2或者4所述的粉碎农田砾石的刀头,其特征在于:所述刀头本体(1)底面设有用于连接刀座的螺孔,刀头本体底面呈“V”型向内凹陷。
- 根据权利要求1所述的粉碎农田砾石的刀头,其特征在于:所述刀头本体(1)上表面设有楔形凸起(5)。
