一种犁的犁铧。犁铧是耕地中承受荷载最大,磨损最严重的部件,磨钝后阻力急剧增大,耗能相应增大。本案提供的犁铧用高强度耐磨材料做成母体,在刃口部复合一层更加耐磨的合金材料,由于两种材质耐磨差异,当复合在刃口部的材料磨损时,母体同步磨损,复合在刃口的硬质耐磨材料较薄,所以刃口一直保持锐利,使工作阻力保持最小,从而提高了效率,节约了动力,起到明显的节能和延长使用寿命的作用。

技术领域一种用于田间耕地犁的犁铧。 
背景技术现有的犁铧用硬质耐磨材料做成,但由于犁铧在工作中极易磨损,犁铧磨钝后,耕地的功能损耗急剧加大,耕地成本增加,另一方面地硬时犁易上浮,耕地质量变差。 
发明内容本案提供的犁铧不会磨钝,达到耐用和节能的目的。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种用于耕地的犁的犁铧,用高强度耐磨材料做成,在其刃口面复合一层更耐磨的硬质材料,犁铧在耕地时,其刃口起到起土和碎土的作用,同时也受到泥土的磨损,由于犁铧体和复合在刃口面硬质材料耐磨性的差异,当复合在刃口处的硬质材料磨损一点,其上部犁铧体会迅速相应磨去,能一直保持锋利的刃角,并达到越磨越锐不会磨钝的效果。 
由于采用上述方案制成的犁铧更耐磨,并越磨越利,从而提高了使用寿命,节约了动力,提高了耕地质量。

具体实施方式犁铧体1用高强度耐磨材料做成,其下前方是犁铧刃口2,犁铧刃口2起到起土和碎土的作用,耕地时60%-70%的牵引力消耗在 这里,所以保持其锋锐能起到节能的重要作用。硬质材料3就复合在刃口2的下面,由于硬质材料3更加耐磨,提高了使用寿命,在硬质材料3磨损时其上部犁铧母体会迅速磨去,复合在刃口部的硬质耐磨材料较薄,所以保持刃口2锋锐,并越磨越锐,使工作阻力保持最小,起到节能作用并减少耕地成本保证耕地质量。

图3中复合硬质材料3为凹弧面,这种断面除了具有以上功能和优点外,更不会使犁铧的下部磨出圆钝角,不会使犁在耕硬地时上浮和增加阻力。复合硬质材料的方法在其他专利申请中公布。
