弹片
本申请要求于2016年1月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为2016200517718、发明名称为“弹片”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及弹片。
背景技术
随着电子技术的不断发展,电子设备成为了人们生活中必不可少的工具。由于电子设备产生的电磁辐射严重的影响了通信质量,人体的安全和健康,所以电子设备的电磁辐射量减小的要求,以及防静电的要求也应运而生,通过电子设备里的金属件增加弹片来接地的方式来达到上述要求。
在现有技术中,弹片多为单触点的接地方式,在一些表面接触效果较差或者因外部震动而使弹片脱离接触点导致电子电路不能导通,接地效果差,影响电子产品功能的稳定性,达不到电磁辐射量减小以及防静电的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹片,以解决以上背景技术部分提到的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供了一种弹片,包括第一弹脚、第二弹脚和焊接部;
所述第一弹脚包括第一弹力壁和第一钩子;
所述第二弹脚包括第二弹力壁和第二钩子;
所述第一弹脚和/或所述第二弹脚与所述焊接部连接,并相对于所述焊接部向外弯折延伸。
可选地,所述第一弹脚是通过U形的焊接板的一端向外弯折延伸后再向内弧形弯折形成的;所述第二弹脚是通过所述U形的焊接板的另一端向外弯折延伸后再向内弧形弯折形成的。
可选地,所述第一钩子位于所述第一弹脚的末端,为凸状结构;所述第一弹力壁位于所述凸状结构与所述第一弹脚的根部之间。
可选地,所述第二钩子位于所述第二弹脚的末端,为凹状结构;所述第二弹力壁位于所述凹起结构与所述第二弹脚的根部之间。
可选地,所述第一钩子为凸起的180度的圆弧形。
可选地,所述第二钩子为凹出的钝角圆弧形。
可选地,所述第一弹脚和/或所述第二弹脚用于接地。
可选地,所述第一弹脚与所述第二弹脚向外弯折延伸的方向相反。
可选地,所述弹片通过表面贴装方式连接到印制电路板中。
可选地,所述弹片应用于电子设备中,所述第一弹脚向上止压于所述电子设备的第一区域,所述第二弹脚向下止压于所述电子设备的第二区域,所述焊接部与接地部件连接。
本发明提供的弹片,包括第一弹脚、第二弹脚和焊接部;第一弹脚和/或第二弹脚与焊接部连接,并相对于焊接部向外弯折延伸。可以增强弹片接地的稳定性,实现了电子设备里的两个部件同时接地。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种终端,还提供一种终端,包括:如以上各实施例提供的所述弹片。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性和解释性的,并不能限制本发明。

这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述为使得本发明的目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
参见图1,本发明提供的一种弹片,包括第一弹脚101、第二弹脚102和焊接部103;第一弹脚101包括第一弹力壁和第一钩子;第二弹脚102包括第二弹力壁和第二钩子;第一弹脚101和/或第二弹脚与焊接部连接,并相对于焊接部103向外弯折延伸。
在本发明实施例中,焊接部可以是本领域中熟知的形状,如长条状、U形、V形或其结合组成的形状等,图1中的焊接部是长条状。弹片,可以是第一、二弹脚通过焊接的方式与焊接部连接而成,也可以是通过一体成型塑造而成,还可以是弯折而成。
在本发明实施例中,弹片可以应用于电子设备中,弹片可以水平放置于电子设备中,第一弹脚向上止压于电子设备的第一区域,第二弹脚向下止压于电子设备的第二区域,焊接部与需要接地的部件连接。其中,第一区域和第二区域是电 子设备中较易产生/接收电磁辐射和/或静电的区域,或是电子设备中需要重点防护电磁辐射和/或静电的区域,比如,第一区域为核心芯片(如SoC,System on Chip,片上系统)区域、第二区域为金属外壳,或第一区域为触控屏、第二区域为核心芯片区域,或第一区域为主板、第二区域为天线区域,或上述各区域的任意组合等,第一区域和第二区域的选取不应视为对本发明具体实施方式的限制。通过连接于焊接部的第一弹脚和第二弹脚同时止压于电子设备,且第一弹脚与第二弹脚均向外弯折延伸,由于第一弹力壁和第二弹力壁的结构和弹性,分别使得第一钩子和第二钩子与电子设备紧密接触,增强了弹片接地的稳定性,实现了电子设备里的两个部件同时接地。
上述电子设备包括移动终端装置、电子消费产品,所述的移动终端装置为手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、MP4播放器、或车载电脑。
可选地,第一弹脚是通过U形的焊接板的一端向外弯折延伸后再向内弧形弯折形成的;第二弹脚是通过U形的焊接板的另一端向外弯折延伸后再向内弧形弯折形成的。
弹片可以是一体成型结构,由导电性能良好的焊接板材经过冲压折弯制成。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,第一钩子位于第一弹脚的末端,为凸状结构;第一弹力壁位于凸状结构与第一弹脚的根部之间。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,第二钩子位于第二弹脚的末端,为凹状结构;第二弹力壁位于凹起结构与第二弹脚的根部之间。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,第一钩子为凸起的180度的圆弧形。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,第二钩子为凹出的钝角圆弧形。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,第一弹脚和/或第二弹脚用于接地。
可选地,参见图2,在本发明实施例中,弹片可以通过表面贴装方式连接到印制电路板中,图2中的阴影部分为两个弹脚,将图2中的焊接部表面贴装到印制电路板中,其中表面贴装可以是焊接。
本发明提供的弹片,包括第一弹脚、第二弹脚和焊接部;第一弹脚和/或第二弹脚与焊接部连接,并相对于焊接部向外弯折延伸。可以增强弹片接地的稳定性,实现了电子设备里的两个部件同时接地。
在本发明的又一实施例中,还提供一种终端,包括:如以上各实施例提供的所述的弹片。
本领域普通技术人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执轨道,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。本领域普通技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种弹片,其特征在于,包括第一弹脚、第二弹脚和焊接部;
    所述第一弹脚包括第一弹力壁和第一钩子;
    所述第二弹脚包括第二弹力壁和第二钩子;
    所述第一弹脚和/或所述第二弹脚与所述焊接部连接,并相对于所述焊接部向外弯折延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,
    所述第一弹脚是通过U形的焊接板的一端向外弯折延伸后再向内弧形弯折形成的;
    所述第二弹脚是通过所述U形的焊接板的另一端向外弯折延伸后再向内弧形弯折形成的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,
    所述第一钩子位于所述第一弹脚的末端,为凸状结构;
    所述第一弹力壁位于所述凸状结构与所述第一弹脚的根部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,
    所述第二钩子位于所述第二弹脚的末端,为凹状结构;
    所述第二弹力壁位于所述凹起结构与所述第二弹脚的根部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第一钩子为凸起的180度的圆弧形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第二钩子为凹出的钝角圆弧形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第一弹脚和/或所述第二弹脚用于接地。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第一弹脚与所述第二弹脚向外弯折延伸的方向相反。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述弹片通过表面贴装 方式连接到印制电路板中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述弹片应用于电子设备中,所述第一弹脚向上止压于所述电子设备的第一区域,所述第二弹脚向下止压于所述电子设备的第二区域,所述焊接部与接地部件连接。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1-10任一项所述的弹片。
