Abstract

本发明涉及连接器技术领域,具体涉及一种线夹连接器,包括U型架和弹片,弹片的下端连接U型架的底板,弹片的上端朝向U型架的容纳空间内弯折,U型架向外撕裂形成有夹线板,夹线板和底板之间形成有用于夹持线缆的夹持槽,这样结构设置,能够节省整体一种线夹连接器的空间,使得接触器与线夹集成在一起,节省整体手机板内部的空间,有利于手机小型化的发展。

本发明涉及连接器技术领域,具体涉及一种线夹连接器。
背景技术
目前手机越来越趋向于扁平小巧型,这样给予手机内部的器件空间越来越小,手机板上的器件密布,而现有的手机板中,线夹和接触器都是单独焊装或者组装,则需要给予两个产品更多的空间,不利于手机小型化的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,而提供一种节省空间的一种线夹连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种线夹连接器,包括U型架和弹片,所述弹片的下端连接所述U型架的底板,所述弹片的上端朝向所述U型架的容纳空间内弯折,所述U型架向外撕裂形成有夹线板,所述夹线板和所述底板之间形成有用于夹持线缆的夹持槽。
其中,所述夹线板依次沿着所述U型架的第一侧板、所述U型架的底板撕裂形成。
其中,所述第一侧板上撕裂形成有撕裂口,所述弹片的末端设有能够凸伸进所述撕裂口的卡块。
其中,所述U型架的第二侧板的末端连接有部分朝向所述容纳空间内折弯的弯折部,所述弯折部的折弯方向与所述U型架的开口方向相反。
其中,所述夹持板依次沿着所述弯折部、所述第二侧板撕裂,且撕裂成型后向上弯折。
其中,所述第二侧板的底部与所述夹线板的底部位于同一平面。
其中,所述夹线板的侧臂末端连接有导引板,所述导引板的折弯方向与所述夹持槽的开口方向相反。
其中,所述弹片为经一次弯折后开口朝向底板方向的U型弯曲壁。
其中,所述第二侧板的末端朝向所述第一侧板的末端弯折有挡板,所述挡板挡止在所述弹片的U型弯曲壁与弹片的根部之间的外壁。
本发明的有益效果如下:夹线板自U型架撕裂成型,将夹线板直接从U型架的原有材料中得到,节省材料,两者之间无缝连接,连接稳固,且无需再外接其他材料与U型架固定在一起使得两者之间的连接不稳固,这样的结构设置,当将线夹连接器安装在手机板被时,能够节省整体手机板内部的空间,有利于手机小型化的发展,且在生产线夹连接器的时候,只需要开一套模具、一次冲压、一次电镀、一次组装即可,节省成本。

接触器1,底板10,第二侧板11,撕裂口110,第一侧板12,容纳空间13,弹片14,卡块15,挡板16,夹持槽20,弯折部21,导引板23,夹线板24。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
本发明的一种线夹连接器的具体实施方式,如图1-图2所示,包括接触器1,该接触器1为天线接触器,接触器1包括U型架和弹片14,U型架的开口朝向左,该U型架由竖直设置的底板10、第二侧板11和第一侧板12组成,第二侧板11和第一侧板12连接在该底板10的上下两侧,且第二侧板11和第一侧板12均朝向左弯折,底板10与第二侧板11、第一侧板12之间具有一容纳空间13,第二侧板11的末端连接有部分折弯的弯折部21,且该弯折部21朝向容纳空间13内折弯,该弯折部21的折弯方向与U型架的开口方向相反,且弯折部21贴合底板10的外表面延伸。底板10的端部连接有弹片14,该弹片14朝向容纳空间13的方向(朝向U型架的底板10方向)弯折形成,该弹片14为经一次弯折后开口朝向底板10方向的U型弯曲壁。
U型架向外撕裂形成有夹线板24,该夹线板用于夹持线缆,夹线板24依次沿着弯折部21、第二侧板12撕裂,且撕裂成型后并向上弯折,夹线板24和底板10之间形成有能够夹持线缆的夹持槽20,该夹持槽20与底板10之间形成为U型,其开口朝向上。上述结构中,夹线板24自U型架撕裂成型,将传统的夹线板24与U型架结合在一起,将夹线板24直接从U型架的原有材料中得到,节省材料,两者之间无缝连接,连接稳固,且无需再外接其他材料与U型架固定在一起使得两者之间的连接不稳固,这样的结构设置,当将线夹连接器安装在手机板被时,能够,节省整体手机板内部的空间,有利于手机小型化的发展,且在生产线夹连接器的时候,只需要开一套模具、一次冲压、一次电镀、一次组装即可,节省成本。
夹线板24的侧臂末端连接有导引板23,该导引板23为弧形设置,且导引板23的折弯方向与夹持槽20的开口方向相反,当线缆插入的时候能够沿着该导引板23进入到夹持槽内,导引板23起到引导线缆插入的作用。
第二侧板12的底部与夹线板24的底部位于同一平面,即U型架的第二侧板12的底部与夹线板24底部均与PCB板(未图示)焊接,弹片14用于与壳体(未图示)连接,该壳体为金属壳体,这样的设置使得壳体通过U型架与夹线板24实现与PCB板的电连接。夹线板24连接在弯折部21的中部,使得夹持20槽夹持线缆更加稳固。
第二侧板12的末端还连接有与弯折部21相邻的挡板16,该挡板16向上(朝向第一侧板12的末端)弯折凸伸,挡板16挡止在弹片14的U型弯曲壁与弹片14的根部之间的外壁上,这样能够防止弹片向外过度弹出,挡板16起到限位的作用。
如图3-图4所示,另一个实施例,其他结构与上述实施例一致,不同之处在于:夹线板24依次沿着第一侧板11、底板10撕裂形成,夹线板24与底板10之间形成有夹持槽20,该夹持槽20为开口向上的U型槽,线缆位于该夹持槽20内。第一侧板11上设有撕裂口110,弹片14的末端设有卡块15,该卡块15能够凸伸进撕裂口110内,防止弹片14发生弹性形变后过度弹出。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种线夹连接器,其特征在于:包括U型架和弹片,所述弹片的下端连接所述U型架的底板,所述弹片的上端朝向所述U型架的容纳空间内弯折,所述U型架向外撕裂形成有夹线板,所述夹线板和所述底板之间形成有用于夹持线缆的夹持槽;所述U型架的底板的一侧折弯有第二侧板,所述U型架的第二侧板的末端连接有部分朝向所述容纳空间内折弯的弯折部,所述弯折部的折弯方向与所述U型架的开口方向相反;所述夹线板依次沿着所述弯折部、所述第二侧板撕裂,且撕裂成型后向上弯折。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述第二侧板的底部与所述夹线板的底部位于同一平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述夹线板的侧臂末端连接有导引板,所述导引板的折弯方向与所述夹持槽的开口方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片为经一次弯折后开口朝向底板方向的U型弯曲壁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述第二侧板的末端朝向所述U型架的第一侧板的末端弯折有挡板,所述挡板挡止在所述弹片的U型弯曲壁与弹片的根部之间的外壁。
