发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可快速拆换显示面板的显示器框架,以及一种应用所述显示器框架的显示器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式采用如下技术方案:
一方面,提供一种显示器框架,包括主框体和前框体,所述主框体的边缘处间隔贴附多个磁体,通过所述前框体与所述多个磁体之间的磁吸力将所述前框体连接至所述主框体;
所述主框体与所述前框体共同围设出第一收纳腔,所述主框体正对所述第一收纳腔的位置处开设有背光窗口,所述前框体正对所述第一收纳腔的位置处开设有显示窗口。

其中,所述前框体包括凸起部,所述凸起部正对所述第二收纳腔,且所述凸起部朝向远离所述主框体的方向凸出。
其中,所述凸起部上开设有电气窗口,所述电气窗口使所述第二收纳腔连通至所述显示器框架的外部。
其中,所述显示器还包括后框体,所述后框体连接至所述主框体,并且所述后框体与所述前框体分别位于所述主框体的两侧,所述后框体与所述主框体共同围设出第三收纳腔,所述背光窗口连通所述第一收纳腔与所述第三收纳腔。
另一方面,还提供一种显示器,包括如上任一项所述的显示器框架以及显示面板,所述显示面板置于所述第一收纳腔内,且所述显示面板的显示区正对所述显示窗口。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
当本发明所述显示器框架用于安装显示面板以形成显示器时,所述显示面板由所述主框体和所述前框体共同固定,因此仅需拆下所述前框体即可快速拆换所述显示面板。同时,由于所述前框体与所述主框体是借助磁吸力(也即所述多个磁体对所述前框体的磁性吸力)相互连接的,因此可以轻松地自所述主框体上拆下所述前框体或者将所述前框体安装至所述主框体,可反复操作且不会对主框体和前框体产生破坏。
本发明所述显示器采用所述显示器框架,因此可快速拆换所述显示面板。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供一种显示器框架,包括主框体3和前框体1,主框体3的边缘处间隔贴附多个磁体32,前框体1采用金属材质,通过前框体1与多个磁体32之间的磁吸力连接至主框体3。主框体3与前框体1共同围设出第一收纳腔100,主框体3正对第一收纳腔100的位置处开设有背光窗口31,前框体1正对第一收纳腔100的位置处开设有显示窗口11。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,所述显示器框架用以安装显示面板21以形成显示器,第一收纳腔100用于放置显示面板21,显示面板21的显示区210正对显示窗口11。
当本实施例显示器框架用于安装显示面板21以形成显示器时,显示面板21置于第一收纳腔100内,光线穿过背光窗口31进入显示面板21,在显示面板21内发生变化后自显示窗口11射出,从而实现显示器的显示功能。此时,显示面板21由主框体3和前框体1共同固定,因此仅需拆下前框体1即快速拆换显示面板21。同时,由于前框体1与主框体3是借助磁吸力(也即多个磁体32对前框体1的磁性的吸力)相互连接的,因此可以轻松地自主框体3 上拆下前框体1或者将前框体1安装至主框体3,可反复操作且不会对主框体3和前框体1产生破坏。
应当理解的,本实施例中前框体1的材质一般为磁体32可吸引的材质,例如金属。
进一步地,请参阅图2,背光窗口31正对显示窗口11,且背光窗口31的面积与显示窗口11的面积相等。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,优选的,背光窗口31的中心与显示窗口11的中心对齐,并且当显示面板安装至第一收纳腔100时,显示区210的中心与背光窗口31的中心以及显示窗口11的中心对齐。同时,背光窗口31的面积以及显示窗口11的面积大于等于将要安装的显示面板21的显示区210的面积,从而使显示面板21可以进行完整地显示。
进一步地,请一并参阅图3和图4,主框体3包括多个限位块33,多个限位块33彼此间隔分布在背光窗口31的周边。当显示面板21放置与第一收纳腔100时,显示面板21被多个限位块33所固定,以使显示面板21的显示区210正对背光窗口31以及显示窗口11。
在本实施例中,背光窗口31的周边指连接背光窗口31边缘的区域,多个限位块33可以邻接背光窗口31边缘设置,也可以与背光窗口31边缘间隔一小段距离设置。背光窗口31的周边通常包括四边,多个限位块33均匀分布至四边。请一并参阅图1至图3以及图5,当显示面板21放置于第一收纳腔100时,显示面板21的每一边均会被多个限位块33定位。多个限位块33的具体个数依据显示面板21的大小进行调节。多个限位块33可以一体成型在主框体3上,也可以后续贴附安装在主框体3上。
进一步地,前框体1的材质为不锈钢,因此前框体1容易被磁体32吸附,且前框体1质量小,可以适当减少磁体32的数量。多个磁体32与主框体3之间设置有胶水或者双面胶。所述胶水或者双面胶使得多个磁体32与主框体3之间的粘力大于多个磁体32与前框体1之间的磁吸力,拆卸前框体1时,多个磁体32仍固定在主框体3上。主框体3也可选用金属材质,例如不锈钢材质,可增加主框体3与磁体32之间的磁吸力。进一步地,多个磁体32间隔地分布在主框体3上,磁体32体积以及数量均可以依据主框体3以及前框体 1的结构和体积进行调节设计。
进一步地,请一并参阅1和图2,主框体3与前框体1还共同围设出第二收纳腔200,第二收纳腔200邻接第一收纳腔100设置,也即第二收纳腔200与第一收纳腔100大致并排设置。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,当所述显示器框架用以安装显示面板21以形成显示器时,同时在第二收纳腔200内放置驱动板22。由于第二收纳腔200与第一收纳腔100并排设置,因此驱动板22与显示面板21的更换动作互不影响,均可单独进行,降低了采用显示器框架的显示器的维修成本。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图2,前框体1包括凸起部12,凸起部12正对第二收纳腔200,且凸起部12朝向远离主框体3的方向凸出。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,当驱动板22安装至第二收纳腔200时,凸起部12使驱动板22上的具有较高高度的元件221也可以容易地被放置于第二收纳腔200内。在本实施例中,凸起部12上同时开设有电气窗口121,电气窗口121用于放置驱动板22的电气接口222,使电气接口222连接至所述显示器框架的外部。电气窗口121在凸起部12上的位置可以依据不同的驱动板22的结构进行调节。
进一步地,请一并参阅1和图2,显示器还包括后框体5,后框体5连接至主框体3,并且后框体5与前框体1分别位于主框体3的两侧。后框体5与主框体3之间形成第三收纳腔300,背光窗口31连通第一收纳腔100与第三收纳腔300。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,当所述显示器框架用以安装显示面板21以形成显示器时,第三收纳腔300用于放置背光模组4,背光模组4发出的光线穿过背光窗口31进入第一收纳腔100,也即背光模组4发出的光线进入显示面板21的显示区210,从而为显示面板21提供背光源。
应当理解的是,本实施例中第三收纳腔300还可以用于放置其他部件。后框体5的结构以及第三收纳腔300的结构均可以依据具体需求进行不同的设计,并不限于本实施例图示所示形状。
请一并参阅图5和图6,本发明实施例还提供一种显示器,包括如上述实施例所述的显示器框架和显示面板21。显示面板21置于第一收纳腔100内, 且显示面板21的显示区210正对显示窗口11。
在本实施例中,当显示面板21发生损坏时,仅需拆下前框体1即快速拆换显示面板21。同时,由于前框体1与主框体3是借助磁吸力(也即多个磁体32对前框体1的吸力)相互连接的,因此可以轻松地自主框体3上拆下前框体1或者将前框体1安装至主框体3,可反复操作且不会对主框体3和前框体1产生破坏。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,所述显示器还包括驱动板22,驱动板22电连接显示面板21。当所述显示器框架形成有第二收纳腔200时,驱动板22置于第二收纳腔200内。由于第二收纳腔200与第一收纳腔100并排设置,因此驱动板22与显示面板21的更换动作互不影响,均可单独进行,降低了所述显示器的维修成本。
进一步地,请一并参阅图5和图6,所述显示器还包括背光模组4,背光模组4置于主框体3背离前框体1的一侧,并且正对背光窗口31设置,从而为显示面板21提供背光源。请一并参阅图1、图2、图5以及图6,当所述显示器框架包括后框体5,且后框体5与主框体3形成第三收纳腔300时,背光模组4可以置于第三收纳腔300内。此时,显示面板21不再需要固定至背光模组4,能够避免产生拆换显示面板21需要同时拆解背光模组4的问题。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示器框架,其中,包括主框体和前框体,所述主框体的边缘处间隔贴附多个磁体,通过所述前框体与所述多个磁体之间的磁吸力将所述前框体连接至所述主框体;
    所述主框体与所述前框体共同围设出第一收纳腔,所述主框体正对所述第一收纳腔的位置处开设有背光窗口,所述前框体正对所述第一收纳腔的位置处开设有显示窗口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示器框架,其中,所述背光窗口正对所述显示窗口,且所述背光窗口的面积与所述显示窗口的面积相等。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示器框架,其中,所述主框体包括多个限位块,所述多个限位块彼此间隔分布在所述背光窗口的周边。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示器框架,其中,所述前框体的材质为不锈钢。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的显示器框架,其中,所述多个磁体与所述主框体之间设置有胶水或者双面胶。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的显示器框架,其中,所述主框体与所述前框体共同围设出第二收纳腔,所述第二收纳腔邻接所述第一收纳腔设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示器框架,其中,所述前框体包括凸起部,所述凸起部正对所述第二收纳腔,且所述凸起部朝向远离所述主框体的方向凸出。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示器框架,其中,所述凸起部上开设有电气窗口,所述电气窗口使所述第二收纳腔连通至所述显示器框架的外部。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的显示器框架,其中,所述显示器还包括后框体,所述后框体连接至所述主框体,并且所述后框体与所述前框体分别位于所述主框体的两侧,所述后框体与所述主框体共同围设出第三收纳腔,所述背光窗口连通所述第一收纳腔与所述第三收纳腔。
  10. 一种显示器,其中,包括显示器框架以及显示面板;
    所述显示器框架包括主框体和前框体,所述主框体的边缘处间隔贴附多个磁体,通过所述前框体与所述多个磁体之间的磁吸力将所述前框体连接至所述主框体;
    所述主框体与所述前框体共同围设出第一收纳腔,所述主框体正对所述第一收纳腔的位置处开设有背光窗口,所述前框体正对所述第一收纳腔的位置处开设有显示窗口;
    所述显示面板置于所述第一收纳腔内,且所述显示面板的显示区正对所述显示窗口。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的显示器框架,其中,所述背光窗口正对所述显示窗口,且所述背光窗口的面积与所述显示窗口的面积相等。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的显示器框架,其中,所述主框体包括多个限位块,所述多个限位块彼此间隔分布在所述背光窗口的周边。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的显示器框架,其中,所述前框体的材质为不锈钢。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的显示器框架,其中,所述多个磁体与所述主框体之间设置有胶水或者双面胶。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的显示器框架,其中,所述主框体与所述前框体共同围设出第二收纳腔,所述第二收纳腔邻接所述第一收纳腔设置。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的显示器框架,其中,所述前框体包括凸起部,所述凸起部正对所述第二收纳腔,且所述凸起部朝向远离所述主框体的方向凸出。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的显示器框架,其中,所述凸起部上开设有电气窗口,所述电气窗口使所述第二收纳腔连通至所述显示器框架的外部。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的显示器框架,其中,所述显示器还包括后框体,所述后框体连接至所述主框体,并且所述后框体与所述前框体分别位于所述主框体的两侧,所述后框体与所述主框体共同围设出第三收纳腔,所述背光窗口连通所述第一收纳腔与所述第三收纳腔。
