一种结合音乐开启LED灯时的信息推送方法及装置，属于LED灯的处理技术领域。所述方法包括：接收当前播放的音乐（S101）；检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容(S102)；如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的LED灯的开启指令(S103)；根据所述开启指令，控制相应的LED灯亮起，以使亮起的LED灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状，并向用户推送专利信息(S104)。所述装置能够根据音乐内容来控制LED灯摆出所述音乐内容对应的形状，给用户带来全新的体验，同时彰显专利(申请)权人的权益。

Description

一种结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法及装置 技术领域
本发明属于 LED 灯的处理技术领域，尤其是涉及一种结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法及装置。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种 LED灯开启的控制方法及装置 》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法及装置，其能根据音乐内容来控制 LED 灯摆出所述音乐内容对应的形状，同时也旨在于彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法，所述结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法，包括如下步骤：
接收当前播放的音乐；
检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；
如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；
根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状，并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 LED 灯开启的控制装置，所述 LED 灯开启的控制装置包括：
接收模块，用于接收当前播放的音乐；
检测模块，用于检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；
指令生成模块，用于如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；
控制模块，用于根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状；
信息推送模块，用于在控制模块控制相应的 LED 灯亮起时，向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
相对于现有技术，本发明的结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法及装置，通过接收当前播放的音乐；检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状，并向用户推送专利信息。本发明能根据音乐内容来控制 LED 灯摆出所述音乐内容对应的形状，给用户带来全新的体验，同时彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中，接收当前播放的音乐；
在步骤 S102 中，检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；
在本发明实施例中，例如，预设的音频内容包括但并不限于以下内容：音频内容中包含有'心'的歌词，音频内容中包含有'花'的歌词，等等。
在步骤 S103 中，如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；
在步骤 S104 中，根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状，并向用户推送专利信息。
例如，当前播放的音乐包含有'心'的歌词，那么控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出'爱心'的形状。
又如，当前播放的音乐包含有'花'的歌词，那么控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出'花朵'的形状。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种 LED 灯开启的控制装置的结构示意图，为了便于说明，仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该 LED 灯开启的控制装置包括：接收模块 101 、检测模块 102 、指令生成模块 103 、控制模块 104 、信息推送模块 105 ，其中：
接收模块 101 ，用于接收当前播放的音乐；
检测模块 102 ，用于检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；
指令生成模块 103 ，用于如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；
控制模块 104 ，用于根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状；
信息推送模块 105 ，用于在控制模块控制相应的 LED 灯亮起时，向用户推送专利信息。
综上所述，本发明的结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法及装置，通过接收当前播放的音乐；检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状，并向用户推送专利信息。本发明能根据音乐内容来控制 LED 灯摆出所述音乐内容对应的形状，给用户带来全新的体验，同时彰显专利（申请）权人的权益。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成，该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中，存储介质可以包括：只读存储器（ ROM ， Read Only Memory ）、随机存取记忆体（ RAM ， Random Access Memory ）、磁盘或光盘等。

  1. 一种结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法，其特征在于，所述结合音乐开启 LED 灯时的信息推送方法，包括如下步骤：
    接收当前播放的音乐；
    检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；
    如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；
    根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状，并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种 LED 灯开启的控制装置，其特征在于，所述 LED 灯开启的控制装置包括：
    接收模块，用于接收当前播放的音乐；
    检测模块，用于检测所述音乐中是否包括有预设的音频内容；
    指令生成模块，用于如果检测到包括有预设的音频内容，则生成所述音频内容对应的 LED 灯的开启指令；
    控制模块，用于根据所述开启指令，控制相应的 LED 灯亮起，以使亮起的 LED 灯摆出所述音频内容对应的形状；
    信息推送模块，用于在控制模块控制相应的 LED 灯亮起时，向用户推送专利信息。
