一种路灯自动开启技术的信息推送方法以及感光路灯,所述方法包括:记录开灯的光照强度阈值(S100);检测当前的光照强度(S101);判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值(S102);若否,保持原状(S103);若是,开启路灯,并向用户推送本装置技术信息(S104)。通过感应外界光线强度来开启路灯,并向用户推送本装置技术信息,从而方便路灯的开启操作,减少人工干预,能自动根据环境的变化来推后或提前开灯时间。

Description

路灯自动开启技术的信息推送方法 及 感光路灯 技术领域
本发明属于照明领域,尤其是涉及 一种路灯自动开启技术的信息推送方法以及感光路灯 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 自动开启路灯的方法以及感光路灯 》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例 提供一种操作简单且能够适应四季昼夜长短变化、天气阴晴变化的 来推后或提前开灯时间 方法, 从而方便路灯的开启操作,减少人工干预,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种路灯自动开启技术的信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录开灯的光照强度阈值;
检测当前的光照强度;
判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值;
若否,保持原状;
若是,开启路灯,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了感光路灯,所述感光路灯包括:
记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,开启单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录开灯的光照强度阈值;
检测单元,用于检测当前的光照强度;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接及所述检测单元输出端连接, 用于 判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值;
开启单元,其输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,用于当前光照强度低于所述光照强度阈值时,开启路灯;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述开启单元输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过感应外界光线强度来开启路灯,并向用户推送专利信息,从而方便路灯的开启操作,减少人工干预,能自动根据环境的变化来推后或提前开灯时间,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是本发明实施例提供的一种路灯自动开启技术的信息推送方法 的流程示意图 ,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S100 中 , 记录开灯的光照强度阈值。
所述光照强度阈值可根据实际路段环境进行设置,对人流较大路段或者交通复杂路段可以将所述光照强度阈值调低,方便行人通行,但是不能太低,避免路灯之间光照的相互影响。在人流较小的路段可以适当调高所述光照强度阈值,以达到节能环保的目的。
在步骤 S101 中 , 检测当前的光照强度。
在步骤 S102 中,判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值;若否,进入步骤 S103 ,保持原状;若是,进入步骤 S103 ,开启路灯,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过感应外界光线强度来开启路灯,并向用户推送专利信息,从而方便路灯的开启操作,减少人工干预,能自动根据环境的变化来推后或提前开灯时间,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的感光路灯的结构示意图,所述感光路灯包括:
记录单元 21 ,检测单元 22 ,判断单元 23 ,开启单元 24 ,信息推送单元 25 ,其中:
记录单元 21 ,用于记录开灯的光照强度阈值;
检测单元 22 ,用于检测当前的光照强度;
该技术为现有技术,光电传感器是采用光电元件作为检测元件的 传感器 。它首先把被测量的变化转换成光信号的变化,然后借助光电元件进一步将光信号转换成电信号。
判断单元 23 ,其输入端与所述记录单元 21 输出端连接及所述检测单元 22 输出端连接,用于判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值;
开启单元 24 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 23 输出端连接,用于当前光照强度低于所述光照强度阈值时,开启路灯;
信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述开启单元 24 输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:用户在记录单元 21 记录开灯的光照强度阈值,检测单元 22 检测当前的光照强度,判断单元 23 判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值,如果否,保持原状,如果是,开启单元 24 开启路灯,同时,信息推送单元 25 向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种路灯自动开启技术的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录开灯的光照强度阈值;
    检测当前的光照强度;
    判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,开启路灯,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 感光路灯,其特征在于,所述感光路灯包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,开启单元,信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录开灯的光照强度阈值;
    检测单元,用于检测当前的光照强度;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接及所述检测单元输出端连接, 用于 判断当前的光照强度是否低于所述光照强度阈值;
    开启单元,其输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,用于当前光照强度低于所述光照强度阈值时,开启路灯;
    信息推送单元,其输入端与所述开启单元输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
