Description

一种自动感应烧水时的信息推送方法及装置 技术领域
本发明属于智能家居应用领域,尤其涉及一种 自动感应烧水时的信息推送方法及装置 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种 自动感应烧水方法及装置 》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种 自动感应烧水时的信息推送方法、装置及自动感应烧水器 ,旨在解决 现有的烧水器都必须由人主动开启后才能实现烧水功能,用户体验差的问题,同时也 保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种 自动感应烧水时的信息推送方法 ,所述方法包括:
传感器实时感应室内光线强度;
当传感器感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关;
当水烧开后,鸣音或亮灯提示用户,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种 自动感应烧水装置 ,所述装置包括 :
传感器,用于 实时感应室内光线强度;
烧水启动模块,用于 当传感器感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关;
提示模块,用于当水烧开后,鸣音或亮灯提示用户;
信息推送模块,用于在提示模块提示用户时, 向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
在本发明实施例中,只要用户晚上下班回家在门口开启家中照明灯,传感器就能感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且当光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关,开始烧水。水烧好后向用户发出鸣音或亮灯提示。解决了现有的烧水器只能人为的主动按键或遥控点击等方式才能启动烧水器的问题,同时当用户工作了一天回家,能够由烧水器自动感应烧水,用户只需在看到或听到水烧好的提示后接一杯热水,用户体验较佳,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例一:
如图 1 所示为本发明第一实施例提供的一种自动感应烧水时的信息推送方法的流程图, 为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中, 传感器实时感应室内光线强度。
在本发明实施例中,实时感应室内的光线强度。该传感器为光感传感器,能实时感应室内光线强度的变化。
在步骤 S102 中, 当传感器感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关。
在本发明实施例中, 一旦用户晚上下班回到家中,开启室内照明灯,室内的光线强度将会出现变化。当传感器感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,自动开启烧水开关。其中,晚上路灯亮起,夜晚街道的霓虹灯亮起,或有较强月光时,周围灯光对室内光线强度均可能造成影响,因此为了防止周围的灯光对室内光线强度的影响,预先设置一个固定值,用于对光线强度的变化进行约定,该值稍小于室内从无灯光到亮灯的光线强度变化值。
在步骤 S103 中, 当水烧开后,鸣音或亮灯提示用户,同时向用户推送专利信息。
在本发明实施例中,当烧水器把开水烧开后,发出提示提醒用户水已烧好。其中,向用户发出水烧好的提示的方法有多种,包括但不限于:鸣音提示或亮灯提示等。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

如图 2 所示为本发明第二实施例提供的一种自动感应烧水时的信息推送方法的流程图, 为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S201 中,预先设置传感器的感应时间。
在本发明实施例中,由于解决的是用户下班之后烧水器可以自动烧水的问题,同时为了避免白天用户不在家的时候烧水器烧水造成电量浪费及重复烧水的问题,可由用户预先设置传感器的感应时间。该感应时间可由用户根据平时下班到家时间自行设定,如:设定为晚上 7 点至凌晨 1 点等。
在步骤 S202 中,当到达感应时间后, 传感器实时感应室内光线强度。
在本发明实施例中,一旦到达了用户设置的传感器感应时间,传感器便开始实时感应室内的光线强度。
在步骤 S203 中, 当传感器感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关。
在步骤 S204 中, 当水烧开后,鸣音或亮灯提示用户, 同时向用户推送专利信息 。
在步骤 S205 中,当超过预先设置传感器的感应时间时,传感器停止感应 室内光线强度 。
实施例三:
图 3 为本发明实施例提供的自动感应烧水装置的结构图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部份。
在本发明实施例中, 自动感应烧水装置 包括:传感器 1 、烧水启动模块 2 及 提示模块 3 。其中:
传感器 1 ,用于 实时感应室内光线强度。 烧水启动模块 2 ,用于 当传感器 1 感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关。
在本发明实施例中, 预先设置一个固定值,用于对光线强度的变化进行约定,该值稍小于室内从无灯光到亮灯的光线强度变化值。
提示模块 3 ,用于当水烧开后,鸣音或亮灯提示用户;
信息推送模块 7 ,用于在提示模块 3 提示用户时, 向用户推送专利信息。
优选的,所述自动感应烧水装置还包括:
感应时间设置模块 4 ,用于 预先设置传感器的感应时间。
传感器启动模块 5 ,用于 当到达感应时间后,启动传感器 1 开始实时感应 室内光线强度 。
传感器关闭模块 6 ,用于 当超过预先设置传感器的感应时间时,传感器 1 停止感应 室内光线强度 。

    传感器实时感应室内光线强度;
    当传感器感应到室内光线强度由弱变强,且光线强度变化等于或大于预设的值时,启动烧水开关;
    当水烧开后,鸣音或亮灯提示用户,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法,其特征在于,所述传感器实时感应室内光线强度之前,所述方法还包括:
    预先设置传感器的感应时间,当到达所述感应时间后, 传感器实时感应室内光线强度;
    当超过预先设置传感器的感应时间时,传感器停止感应 室内光线强度。
  3. 一种自动感应烧水装置,所述装置包括:
    传感器,用于 实时感应室内光线强度;
