Description

一种自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法及移动终端 技术领域
本发明属于音乐的处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法及移动终端。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种音乐的关闭方法及移动终端 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法及移动终端,旨在解决现有技术中存在的为了有助于容易入睡,用户喜欢在睡觉之前听着音乐,然而,用户容易听着音乐便睡着了,可这时音乐还在不停的循环播放,这不仅浪费了手机的电量,反而等用户入睡后该音乐还容易惊醒用户,从而降低了用户的友好体验的问题,同时也旨在通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法,所述自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法,包括如下步骤:
接收智能手环发送的用户的心率数据;
根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;
如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;
根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐,并向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括:
数据接收模块,用于接收智能手环发送的用户的心率数据;
判断模块,用于根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;
指令生成模块,用于如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;
音乐关闭模块,用于根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐;
信息推送模块,用于向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。
有益效果
相对于现有技术,本发明的自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法及移动终端,通过接收智能手环发送的用户的心率数据;根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐,并向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。本发明能自动判断用户是否处于睡眠状态,然后自动关闭当前播放的音乐,并向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。,其不仅节省了移动终端的电量,而且不会打扰用户的睡眠,大大提升了用户的友好体验,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显专利(申请)权人的权益。

图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种自动关闭音乐时的信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中,接收智能手环发送的用户的心率数据;
在本发明实施例中,佩戴在用户手上的智能手环,其能实时采集用户的心率数据,然后将该心率数据发送至移动终端。
在步骤 S102 中,根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;
在本发明实施例中,将智能手环发送的所述心率数据与预设数据库中的睡眠心率数据进行比较,如果智能手环发送的所述心率数据在所述睡眠心率数据范围内,那么判定用户处于睡眠状态。
在步骤 S103 中,如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;
在步骤 S104 中,根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐,并向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。
在本发明实施例中,关闭当前播放的音乐,并向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。之后, 同时还关闭扬声器,以使移动终端不会发出任何声音。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种移动终端的结构示意图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该移动终端包括:数据接收模块 101 、判断模块 102 、指令生成模块 103 、音乐关闭模块 104 、信息推送模块 105 。

判断模块 102 ,用于根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;
指令生成模块 103 ,用于如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;
音乐关闭模块 104 ,用于根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐;
信息推送模块 105 ,用于向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。

    接收智能手环发送的用户的心率数据;
    根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;
    如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;
    根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐,并向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。
  2. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    数据接收模块,用于接收智能手环发送的用户的心率数据;
    判断模块,用于根据所述心率数据判断用户是否处于睡眠状态;
    指令生成模块,用于如果判断出用户处于睡眠状态,则生成音乐关闭指令;
    音乐关闭模块,用于根据所述关闭指令;关闭当前播放的音乐;
    信息推送模块,用于向用户的移动终端推送专利信息。
