본 발명의 생육 보조제가 농작물의 생산에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 대량생산 대표 농작물 중 하나인 양파에 대하여 적용실험을 실시하였다. 양파 재배기간인 3월초 ~ 6월초의 기간 동안 재배시험을 실시하고 결과를 비교하였다. 이 실험은 경상북도 김천시 구성면 소재의 실제 양파재배농가에서 진행하였으며, 본 발명 생육 보조제에 대한 유효성 여부를 확인하기 위하여 3개 그룹(대조군, 시험군1, 시험군2)으로 나누었다. 구체적으로는 기존의 통상적인 양파 재배법을 따른 대조군, 기 등록특허 제10-1245434에 따라 제조된 생육 보조제를 적용한 시험군1, 본 발명의 생육보조제를 적용한 시험군2의 3개 그룹으로서, 각각 면적 661㎡씩 시험 대상지 단위로 구분하였다. 3개 그룹에 대한 발명품의 적용 여부 이외의 조건은 일체 동일하였으며, 양파 재배 시 필요한 통상의 영양제 및 살충제 살포시(재배기간 중 4회)에 각 시험 대상지별로 살포성분을 각각 달리하였다. 즉, 대조군에는 영양제 및 살충제만 살포하였으며, 시험군1에는 대조군의 살포상태에 기 등록특허 생육 보조제를 혼합 살포하였고, 시험군2에는 대조군의 살포상태에 상기 실시예 1에서 제조한 생육 보조제를 혼합하여 살포하였다. 용수 희석비율은 농작물별로 달라질 수 있으나, 본 시험에서는 용수 100중량부에 대하여 생육 보조제를 0.5 ~ 1.0중량부의 비율로 희석하였으며, 약 10㎖/3.3㎡로 균일하게 살포되도록 하였다. 농작물에 대한 적용시험이므로 결과는 시험완료 후의 출하량을 직접적으로 비교하였으며, 그 결과는 아래 표 2와 같다.In order to grasp the effect of the growth supplement of the present invention on the production of crops, application experiments were conducted on onions, which are one of the representative crops of mass production. That is, the control group was sprayed with only nutrients and pesticides, test group 1 was sprayed with a mixed patent growth aid in the spraying state of the control group, test group 2 was mixed with the growth aid prepared in Example 1 in the spraying state of the control group By spraying. Water dilution ratio may vary for each crop, but in this test, the growth aid was diluted to 0.5 to 1.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of water, and uniformly sprayed at about 10 ml / 3.3 m 2. As it is a test applied to crops, the results were directly compared with the shipments after the test was completed, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.

양파에 대한 본 발명 생육 보조제의 적용시험 결과 다음의 사항을 확인할 수 있었다. 대조군의 결과에 대한 시험군2의 결과로서 생산량비2가 1.24로 나타났는데, 이는 본 발명 생육 보조제의 적용 시 양파생산량이 현저히 증가(24%)하였기 때문이다. 부수적으로, 대조군에 대한 시험군1의 생산량비1가 1.17인 것으로 미루어, 기존 생육 보조제에 의한 생산량 증대효과도 재확인 할 수 있었다. 최종적으로 생산량비2와 생산량비1을 비교해 보면, 생산량비1에 비해 생산량비2가 약 7% 증가하였음을 나타내는데 이는 기존 생육 보조제에 비하여 본 발명의 생육 보조제에 의한 양파생육 효과가 향상되었음을 의미한다. 이 외에도, 양파의 시중가격은 개별 크기에 의하여 결정됨을 고려하면, 양파의 크기가 현저히 증가함에 따른 효과는 생산중량 증가 이외에도 생산단가의 향상이라는 경제적 효과가 따른다고 하겠다. 또한 이들 결과를 바탕으로 본 발명의 생육 보조제를 타 농작물에 적용 시 생산량 증가 효과를 예상할 수 있다.As a result of the application test of the growth aid of the present invention to onion, the following items were confirmed.
