胶带及其制作方法、显示装置 技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及一种胶带及其制作方法、显示装置。
背景技术
显示装置包括显示面板和背光模组,显示面板通过胶带粘结于背光模组的胶框上,由于胶框通常是通过切割的方式形成的,使得胶框的不同位置处具有高度差,进而使得胶框的很大一部分区域无法与胶带接触,导致胶带中的粘结层与胶框之间的接触面积较小,粘结层与胶框之间的粘结力较小,使得显示面板容易与背光模组分离。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供一种胶带及其制作方法、显示装置。
根据本公开的至少一个实施例,提供一种胶带。

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
在显示技术领域,为了减小胶框的不同位置处的高度差采用的一种方式是对胶框进行表面腐蚀处理(VDI),以粘结层与胶框之间的接触面积,提高粘结层与胶框之间的粘结力,但本申请的发明人发现,如图1所示,表面腐蚀处理后的胶框1’的表面仍然凹凸不平,粘结层无法与胶框1’的下凹位置接触,导致粘结层2’与胶框1’之间的粘结力仍然无法满足需求,使得显示面板3’与背光模组粘结仍然不够牢固。
本公开实施例提供一种胶带,如图2和图3所示,该胶带1包括层叠设置的第一离型膜11、第一粘结层12、衬底层13、第二粘结层14和第二离型膜15。第一离型膜11朝向第一粘结层12的一面上设置有多个凹坑111,第一粘结层12包括嵌入多个凹坑111中的多个第一凸起121。
本公开实施例提供的胶带1具有如上所述的结构,使得在将第一离型膜11剥离后,第一粘结层12上具有多个第一凸起121。在使用该胶带1将背光 模组和显示面板粘合时,如图4所示,胶带1中的第二粘结层14与显示面板2粘合,第一粘结层12与背光模组中的经过表面腐蚀处理的胶框3粘合,其中第一粘结层12上的各个第一凸起121能够与胶框3的下凹位置接触,进而能够有效增加胶框3和第一粘结层12之间的接触面积,提高了胶框3和第一粘结层12之间的粘结力,使显示面板2和背光模组粘结更牢固。由于第一粘结层12中的粘合剂具有一定流动性,即使第一粘结层12上的多个第一凸起121与胶框3上的下凹位置不是一一匹配的,在贴附作业时施加的压力的作用下,多个第一凸起121也会与胶框3的下凹位置接触,进而增加胶框3和第一粘结层12之间的接触面积。
需要说明的是,在以上描述中,并未对第二粘结层14和第二离型膜15的结构进行限定,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行选择。由于在胶带1的使用过程中,第一粘结层12用于与背光模组中的胶框3粘合,第二粘结层14用于与显示面板2粘合,也即,第二粘结层14与显示面板2中的表面非常平整的玻璃基板粘合,因此,本公开实施例中,例如,如图2所示,第二离型膜15朝向第二粘结层14的一面为平面,以使得第二粘结层14朝向第二离型膜15的一面为平面,进而能够使得第二粘结层14与显示面板2之间的接触面积较大,使显示面板2与第二粘结层14之间的粘结力较大。
此外,本申请的发明人还发现,使用现有技术中的胶带粘合背光模组和显示面板时,胶带中的粘结层在受热时会发生很大的横向形变而发生褶皱,会进一步降低粘结层与胶框之间的粘结力,为了避免上述问题的出现,在本公开实施例中,例如,如图3所示,第一离型膜11朝向第一粘结层12的一面上的相邻两个凹坑111之间具有间隙,进而使得将第一离型膜11剥离后,第一粘结层12上相邻两个第一凸起121之间具有间隙,该间隙能够为第一凸起121在横向上的形变提供一定的空间,从而能够有效减小甚至消除第一粘结层12受热后在横向上的形变,避免因第一粘结层12褶皱而导致第一粘结层12与胶框3之间的粘结力降低的问题出现。
可选地,本公开实施例中的第一离型膜11和第二离型膜15均为聚脂薄膜,例如PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)薄膜,以使第一离型膜11和第二离型膜15具有机械性能优良,刚性、硬度及韧性高,耐穿刺,耐摩擦,耐高温和低温,耐化学药品性、耐油性、气密性和保香性良好等优点。可选地,第一粘结层12和第二粘结层14中的粘合剂均为丙烯酸类粘合剂,以使第一粘 结层12和第二粘结层14具有高强度,耐冲击、耐候性佳,可油面粘接,使用方便,抗冲击及剪切力强等优点。可选地,衬底层13为机械性能优良的聚脂薄膜。需要说明的是,第一离型膜11、第一粘结层12、衬底层13、第二粘结层14和第二离型膜15的材质不局限于此,本领域技术人员可以根据需要进行选择。
另外,若胶带1的厚度过小,则会导致胶带1中的第一粘结层12和第二粘结层14中的粘合剂过少,第一粘结层12与背光模组中的胶框3,或者第二粘结层14与显示面板2之间的粘结力均过小,使得背光模组和显示面板2易分离,若胶带1的厚度过大,则会导致显示装置的厚度过大,不利于显示装置的薄型化,因此,需要对胶带1的厚度进行合理的设置。示例性地,本公开实施例中胶带1的厚度为0.03mm~0.1mm。
为了便于本领域技术人员实施,下面本公开实施例对第一离型膜11朝向第一粘结层12的一面的多个凹坑111的设置方式进行详细的描述:
可选地,本公开实施例中,如图2和图3所示,第一离型膜11朝向第一粘结层12的一面上设置有具有相同形状的多个凹坑111,以使第一离型膜11的制作方法简单。例如,由于背光模组中的胶框3经过表面腐蚀处理后,胶框3上的下凹位置通常具有不同的尺寸,为了进一步增加第一粘结层12与胶框3之间的接触面积,例如,第一离型膜11朝向第一粘结层12的一面上设置有具有相同形状、且具有至少两种不同尺寸的多个凹坑111,此时,第一粘结层12中嵌入上述多个凹坑111中的多个第一凸起121也具有至少两种不同尺寸,使得第一粘结层12上的第一凸起121能够更好地与胶框3上的下凹位置接触。本公开实施例中的第一离型膜11朝向第一粘结层12的一面上设置的多个凹坑111也可以具有不同形状。

为了便于本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开实施例中的胶带1的优势,本公开实施例中通过如图8所示的方式,对现有技术中的胶带中的粘结层和本公开实施例中的胶带1中的第一粘结层12的粘结力进行测试,其中,现有技术中的胶带和本公开实施例中的胶带1的区别为本公开实施例中的胶带1中的第一离型膜11上具有多个凹坑111,第一粘结层12包括分别嵌入该多个凹坑111中的多个第一凸起121,该多个凹坑111的形状为半球形状,每个凹坑的深度为5μm~10μm,每个凹坑111的开口的直径为5μm~10μm。
对现有技术中的胶带中的粘结层进行的粘结力测试结果和对本公开实施例中的胶带1中的第一粘结层12的粘结力的测试结果见表一:

由表一中内容可知,与现有技术中的胶带相比,本公开实施例中的胶带1中的第一粘结层12与背光模组中的胶框3之间的粘结力明显提高。
此外,本公开实施例还提供一种显示装置,如图4所示,该显示装置包括背光模组和显示面板2,背光模组包括表面腐蚀处理后的胶框3,其中,背光模组的胶框3与以上所述的胶带1中的第一粘结层12粘合,显示面板2的周边区域与以上所述的胶带1中的第二粘结层14粘合。
由于本公开实施例提供的显示装置具有如上所述的结构,从而使得第一 粘结层12上的各个第一凸起121能够与背光模组中的经过表面腐蚀处理的胶框3的下凹位置接触,进而能够有效增加胶框3和第一粘结层12之间的接触面积,提高了胶框3和第一粘结层12之间的粘结力,使显示面板2和背光模组粘结更牢固,使显示装置的结构更稳定。
此外,本公开实施例还提供一种胶带的制作方法,该胶带的制作方法用于制作以上所述的胶带,例如,如图9所示,该胶带的制作方法包括:
步骤S901、提供一用于制作第一离型膜的模具,模具底部设置有多个第二凸起,多个第二凸起分别与多个凹坑一一匹配。
步骤S902、使用模具制作第一离型膜。
步骤S903、在第一离型膜的设置有多个凹坑的一面上形成第一粘结层。
步骤S904、在第一粘结层上覆盖衬底层。
步骤S905、在衬底层上形成第二粘结层。
步骤S906、在第二粘结层上覆盖第二离型膜。
由于本公开实施例提供的胶带的制作方法包括如上所述的步骤,使用该制作方法制作的胶带具有以上所述的结构,从而使得该胶带的制作方法具有和上述胶带相同的有益效果,此处不再进行赘述。
以上所述,仅为本公开的示例实施例,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的普通技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或改进,这些变化和改进都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种胶带,包括层叠设置的第一离型膜、第一粘结层、衬底层、第二粘结层和第二离型膜,其中所述第一离型膜朝向所述第一粘结层的一面上设置有多个凹坑,所述第一粘结层包括嵌入多个所述凹坑中的多个第一凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胶带,其中,所述第一离型膜多个所述凹坑的形状相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的胶带,其中,形状相同的多个所述凹坑具有至少两种不同尺寸。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的胶带,其中,多个所述凹坑不规则分布在所述第一离型膜朝向所述第一粘结层的该面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的胶带,其中,所述凹坑的形状为类章鱼吸盘式形状,或者,半球形状,或者,圆锥形状。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的胶带,其中,所述凹坑的开口的直径为5μm~10μm。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的胶带,其中,所述凹坑的深度为5μm~10μm。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的胶带,其中,相邻两个所述凹坑之间具有间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的胶带,其中,所述第二离型膜朝向所述第二粘结层的一面为平面。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的胶带,其中,所述第一离型膜和所述第二离型膜均为聚脂薄膜,所述第一粘结层和所述第二粘结层中的粘合剂均为丙烯酸类粘合剂,所述衬底层为聚醋薄膜。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的胶带,其中,所述胶带的厚度为0.03mm~0.1mm。
  12. 一种显示装置,包括背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组包括表面腐蚀处理后的胶框,其中所述背光模组的胶框与如权利要求1-11任一项所述的胶带中的所述第一粘结层粘合,所述显示面板的周边区域与如权利要求1-11任一项所述的胶带中的所述第二粘结层粘合。
  13. 一种胶带的制作方法,用于制作如权利要求1-11任一项所述的胶带, 包括:
    提供一用于制作所述第一离型膜的模具,所述模具的底部设置有多个第二凸起,多个所述第二凸起分别与多个所述凹坑一一匹配;
    使用所述模具制作所述第一离型膜;
    在所述第一离型膜的设置有多个所述凹坑的一面上形成所述第一粘结层;
    在所述第一粘结层上覆盖所述衬底层;
    在所述衬底层上形成所述第二粘结层;以及
    在所述第二粘结层上覆盖所述第二离型膜。
