洗涤装置 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域,尤其是涉及一种洗涤装置。
背景技术
相关技术公开的顶开式洗衣机门盖中,大体分为两种结构。一种是折叠门盖,折叠门盖分为前门盖和后门盖,前门盖与后门盖之间有折叠转轴,折叠门盖通常以塑料材料为主。另一种是整体式门盖,即门盖可整体打开,门盖后侧有转轴,整体式门盖的材料以钢化玻璃为主。
这两种门盖都存在一些问题,例如由于门盖较重,门盖在处于打开状态时可能会下落而夹伤用户手,安全性较差。另外,如果洗衣机上方有物体阻碍,例如洗衣机放置在壁柜的正下方时,门盖打开就受到限制。同时,如果用户双手抱着一堆衣服,想要打开门盖也比较困难。
发明内容
本申请旨在解决现有技术中存在的技术问题。为此,本发明旨在提供一种洗涤装置,该洗涤装置的门盖打开方便、安全。
根据本发明实施例的洗涤装置,包括:箱体,所述箱体上形成有门盖收纳结构且所述箱体上还设有第一衣物进出口;洗涤桶,所述洗涤桶设在所述箱体内,所述洗涤桶具有与所述第一衣物进出口相对的第二衣物进出口;门盖,所述门盖设在所述箱体上,所述门盖在关闭所述第一衣物进出口的关闭位置与打开所述第一衣物进出口的开启位置之间可滑动,在所述门盖位于所述开启位置时,所述门盖至少部分地收纳在所述门盖收纳结构内;驱动器,所述驱动器设在所述箱体上,且所述驱动器与所述门盖相连以驱动所述门盖滑动。
根据本发明实施例的洗涤装置,门盖滑动至开启位置时,第一衣物进出口与第二衣物进出口均处于敞开状态,由此可向洗涤桶内投放衣物,此时门盖至少部分地收纳在门盖收纳结构中,避免了门盖打开占用箱体上方空间,也避免了门盖夹伤手的风险。且由于驱动器的设置,可实现洗涤装置开关门的操作自动化,省去了用户伸手打开门盖的麻烦,从而提升了洗涤装置的自动化和智能化,还提高了产品的时尚感、科技感。
具体地,所述驱动器为电机、弹性件或者活塞。
可选地,所述弹性件为卷簧或者弹簧。
在一些实施例中,所述门盖为卷帘式门盖。
具体地,洗涤装置还包括可转动地设在所述箱体上的转轴,所述驱动器与所述转轴连接以驱动所述转轴转动,所述转轴与所述门盖接触配合。
进一步地,所述转轴上设有齿轮,所述卷帘式门盖上设有沿滑动方向延伸的配合齿,所述齿轮与所述配合齿相啮合。
在一些具体实施例中,所述箱体的位于所述第一衣物进出口的两侧设有朝向彼此的滑槽,所述门盖的相对两侧可滑动地设在所述滑槽内。
具体地,所述滑槽形成为非平直结构,所述滑槽的一部分构成所述门盖收纳结构。
可选地,所述滑槽的一部分构造为沿竖向延伸的收纳槽。

根据本发明实施例的洗涤装置100,包括:箱体1、洗涤桶2、门盖4以及驱动器5等。箱体1上形成有门盖收纳结构3,且箱体1上还设有第一衣物进出口11,洗涤桶2设在箱体1内,洗涤桶2具有第二衣物进出口21,第二衣物进出口21与第一衣物进出 口11相对。
门盖4设在箱体1上,门盖4用于打开或关闭第一衣物进出口11,门盖4在打开第一衣物进出口11时相当于位于开启位置,门盖4在关闭第一衣物进出口11时相当于位于关闭位置,门盖4在关闭位置与开启位置之间可滑动。其中,在门盖4位于开启位置时,门盖4至少部分地收纳在门盖收纳结构3内。
可以理解的是,在门盖4处于关闭位置时,门盖4也可部分地收纳在门盖收纳结构3中,或者是门盖4与门盖收纳结构3相脱离。
也就是说,与传统洗衣机的折叠式门盖不同的是,本发明实施例的门盖4打开时可以至少部分地收容在洗衣机的内部,而不会占用洗衣机上方空间,整体更加简洁、美观,也避免了传统门盖因较重导致打开时下落夹伤手的问题。
驱动器5设在箱体1上,且驱动器5与门盖4相连,以驱动门盖4滑动。由此,可实现洗涤装置100的多种开关门控制方式。如当驱动器5可驱动门盖4由开启位置朝向关闭位置滑动时,则实现洗涤装置100的自动关门;当驱动器5可驱动门盖4由关闭位置朝向开启位置滑动时,则实现洗涤装置100的自动开门;当驱动器5既可驱动门盖4由开启位置朝向关闭位置滑动,又可驱动门盖4由关闭位置朝向开启位置滑动时,则实现洗涤装置100的自动开关门。当然,根据驱动器5的具体设置结构,还可实现门盖4的其他滑动控制方式,这里不限定。
根据本发明实施例的洗涤装置100,门盖4滑动至开启位置时,第一衣物进出口11与第二衣物进出口21均处于敞开状态,由此可向洗涤桶2内投放衣物,此时门盖4至少部分地收纳在门盖收纳结构3中,避免了门盖4打开占用箱体1上方空间。且由于驱动器5的设置,可实现洗涤装置100的开关门的操作自动化,省去了用户伸手打开门盖4的麻烦,从而提升了洗涤装置100的自动化和智能化,还提高了产品的时尚感、科技感。
具体地,在箱体1的第一衣物进出口11的相对两侧设有导轨12,门盖4的相对两侧可滑动地配合在导轨12上。
更具体地,两侧导轨12上限定出朝向彼此的滑槽121,滑槽121沿门盖4的滑动方向延伸,门盖4的相对两侧设在滑槽121内。在图4中,导轨12配合箱体1限定出滑槽121。可选地,如图10所示,门盖4的相对两侧上设有配合在滑槽121内的滑块44,以减少门盖4与滑槽121之间的摩擦力,使门盖4能顺畅地打开至任意位置。
为使门盖4收纳时可收纳在门盖收纳结构3内,门盖4可具有多种结构形式,只要门盖4能在滑动方向上弯曲或者折叠且不折断即可,同时,对应的门盖收纳结构3形式也多样。
这里,第一衣物进出口11可设在箱体1的适宜位置处,任一位置处的第一衣物进出口11上门盖4的滑动方向均不限定。例如,第一衣物进出口11可设在箱体1的顶壁,此时,门盖4也设在箱体1的顶壁,门盖4可沿前后方向滑动,门盖4也可沿左右方向滑动。或者第一衣物进出口11设在箱体1的前侧壁上,此时,门盖4也设在箱体1的前侧壁上,门盖4可沿上下方向滑动,门盖4也可沿左右方向滑动。或者箱体1的顶壁及前侧壁相邻的部分敞开形成第一衣物进出口11,此时,门盖4覆盖在对应部分的箱体1上,门盖4滑动时位于顶部的部分沿前后方向滑动、位于前侧壁的部分沿上下方向滑动。在本发明中,装置的前侧指的是装置使用时最常面对用户的一侧,与前侧相对的一侧为装置的后侧,以此为基准后可确定装置的左右侧。
为方便描述,下文的说明中均以洗涤装置100为洗衣机为例进行说明,如图1-图3所示,洗衣机上设有工作台10,第一衣物进出口11设在工作台10上。其中,工作台10为箱体1顶部的部分,第一衣物进出口11位于工作台10的顶部,门盖4沿前后方向滑动设置在工作台10顶部。可以理解的是,当门盖4设置在箱体1的其他位置,或者门盖4沿其他方向滑动时可均以此例类推,这里不再赘述。
下面参照图1-图13,描述在本发明不同实施例中门盖4、门盖收纳结构3及驱动器5的多种结构形式。可以理解的是,不同实施例中,相同的标号表明相同的部件或者具有相同功能的部件。
在一些实施例中,如图3-图9所示,门盖4为卷帘式门盖41,也就是说,门盖4能在滑动方向上弯曲。驱动器5可为电机51,电机51与门盖4相连以驱动门盖4由开启位置朝向关闭位置滑动,电机51也可驱动门盖4由关闭位置朝向开启位置滑动时。驱动器5也可为弹性件52,弹性件52与门盖4相连以常驱动门盖4朝向关闭位置滑动,或者弹性件52与门盖4相连以常驱动门盖4朝向开启位置滑动。这里,“常”指的是常态,表示弹性件52对门盖4施加朝向某一位置推动的弹性力。
下方实施一至实施例二展示了门盖4为卷帘式门盖41时的各部件结构形式。
实施例一
图3-图5展示了实施例一中的门盖4、门盖收纳结构3及驱动器5的结构。
在实施例一中,如图4和图5所示,驱动器5为电机51,箱体1上设有转轴13,电机51与转轴13相连以驱动转轴13转动。门盖4与转轴13配合,且在转轴13转动时转轴13带动门盖4沿滑槽121滑动。
如图4所示,当电机51正转(沿图中a方向转动)时门盖4向前(沿图中m方向) 滑动,从而封闭第一衣物进出口11。又如图5所示,当电机51反转(沿图中b方向转动)时门盖4向后(沿图中n方向)滑动,从而打开第一衣物进出口11。
这里,转轴13可通过与门盖4之间的摩擦力直接带动门盖4滑动,也就是说,卷帘式门盖41直接与转轴13接触,二者紧贴后产生摩擦力,从而转轴13转动时可带动门盖4绕转轴13滑动。可选地,为增加摩擦力,转轴13可为磨砂轮,或者转轴13上可设有凸筋,或者门盖4上设有磨砂面,磨砂面的表面粗糙度较大。
在实施例一的拓展方案中,如图3所示,转轴13上可设有齿轮63,门盖4上设有配合齿64,配合齿64沿门盖4的滑动方向设置。齿轮63与配合齿64相啮合,这样,在转轴13转动时齿轮63同步转动,从而带动门盖4绕转轴13滑动。或者在门盖4滑动时,门盖4配合在齿轮63上的部分转动,这样可减小门盖4与转轴13的磨损,使转动更加容易。
如图3-图5所示,滑槽121形成为非平直结构,滑槽121的一部分构成门盖收纳结构3。
在实施例一中,如图4和图5所示,滑槽121的一部分构造为沿竖向延伸的收纳槽31,收纳槽31构成所述门盖收纳结构3。收纳槽31可以位于箱体1的侧壁与洗涤桶2之间,也可以位于箱体1外。当转轴13带动门盖4向后滑动时,门盖4后端沿滑槽121滑入收纳槽31内,从而收纳在箱体1的后侧壁内。其中竖向是指大体垂直于门盖4的推拉方向的方向。由此,在打开状态下门盖4的至少一部分被收纳在竖向的收纳槽31内,减少了对箱体1顶部空间的占用。

实施例二
图6和图7展示了实施例二中的门盖4、门盖收纳结构3及驱动器5的结构。实施例二的洗涤装置100与实施例一的洗涤装置100结构大体相同,这里不再赘述。
所不同的是,在实施例二中,如图6所示,门盖收纳结构3包括与滑槽121相连通的收纳盒32,转轴13可转动地设在收纳盒32内,卷帘式门盖41可绕卷在转轴13上。
当然,该实施例中,卷帘式门盖41可直接与转轴13接触配合,卷帘式门盖41也可通过齿轮63与转轴13配合。
在该实施例中,如图7所示,滑槽121的一部分还可卷绕形成螺旋轨道33,门盖4收纳时沿滑槽121滑动最终卷入螺旋轨道33内。可选地,螺旋轨道33设在收纳盒31内。
也就是说,在实施例一中,滑槽121的延伸方向为倒L形,在实施例二中,滑槽121 的延伸方向可近似为螺旋形。可以理解的是,本发明并不限于此,滑槽121的延伸方向还可以是波浪形、W形、V形、U形等。
上述两个实施例中,电机51通过正反转的转换,以控制门盖4打开或者关闭。驱动器5也可由弹性件52替换,弹性件52可为卷簧521、弹簧522等,以利用材料的弹性对门盖4施加驱动力,或者可由活塞替换,以利用空气压力对门盖4施加驱动力。
例如,如图8所示,当驱动器5为卷簧521时,卷簧521的一端与箱体1连接,卷簧521的另一端与转轴13连接。如图8中,卷簧521的一端固接在轨道12上。
下面以卷簧521常驱动门盖4朝向开启位置滑动为例说明其工作原理。具体为:当门盖4处于开启位置时,卷簧521处于自然状态。当用户拉出门盖4以盖上洗衣机时,门盖4由开启位置滑动到关闭位置,转轴13随之正向转动,使卷簧521被拉紧蓄能。当门盖4由关闭位置释放,卷簧521的弹性力得以释放,在卷簧521的弹性力作用下带动转轴13反向转动,直至门盖4滑动至开启位置,从而实现门盖4的自动打开。
又例如,如图9所示,当驱动器5为弹簧522时,弹簧522可为两个,两个弹簧522均固定在箱体1上,两个弹簧522分别连接在门盖4的滑动方向的两端。两个弹簧522可常驱动门盖4朝向关闭位置滑动,也可常驱动门盖4朝向开启位置滑动。
还例如,驱动器5可为活塞(图未示出),活塞包括缸体和可在缸体内往复运动的芯体,缸体连接在箱体1上,芯体连接在门盖4上。当门盖4处于开启位置和关闭位置中的一个位置时,缸体内外压差为零。当门盖4滑动至另一个位置时,门盖4带动芯体相对缸体滑动,缸体内外出现压差,在门盖4被释放后活塞可通过内外压差驱动芯体回复至原位置,从而带动门盖4归位。
可以理解的是,当驱动器5替换为弹性件52或者活塞时,实施例一和实施例二中转轴13的结构、门盖收纳结构3可任意组合在替换的方案中。
在另一些实施例中,如图10和图11所示,门盖4为折叠式门盖42,也就是说,门盖4能在滑动方向上折叠。
当门盖4为折叠式门盖42时,如图10所示,驱动器5可为弹性件52,弹性件52分别连接在箱体1和门盖4之间,以驱动门盖4折叠或者展开。
以图10中弹性件52为弹簧522,弹簧522连接在门盖4的前端滑块44上。当门盖4处于关闭位置时,弹簧522处于自然状态,且门盖4处于展开状态。当用户向后推动把手43时,弹簧522被拉伸蓄能,同时门盖4折叠起来。可选地,滑槽121的一部分构成门盖收纳结构3,如图10中,滑槽121的后端构成门盖收纳结构3。
在该实施例中,弹性件52也可由活塞替换,这里不作具体限定。
当门盖4为折叠式门盖42时,驱动器5也可为电机51。具体地,如图11所示,箱体1上设有传动组件6,传动组件6包括:传动绳62和至少两个滑轮61,滑轮61设在箱体1上,其中的两个滑轮61分别沿门盖4的滑动方向分布。如图11中,如图11中两个滑轮61位于滑槽121的前后两端。传动绳62形成为闭环且至少配合在两个滑轮61上,驱动器5至少与其中一个滑轮61连接以驱动滑轮61转动,如电机51可通过驱动滑轮61转动以驱动传动绳62活动,门盖4与传动绳62连接。如图11中,门盖4的前端固定连接在传动绳62上,o点为固定点。传动绳62沿滑轮61绕转时,门盖4的前端沿前后方向滑动。这样,当门盖4的前端向前滑动时,带动门盖4整体铺展开,当门盖4的前端向后滑动时,带动门盖4整体折叠起来。
有利地,传动绳62和滑轮61设在滑槽121内。进一步地,传动组件6可以包括:两根传动绳62和两对滑轮61,两对滑轮61分别设在第一衣物进出口11两侧的滑槽121内。
在上述实施例中,当门盖4为卷帘式门盖41,箱体1上也可设有传动组件6,传动组件6包括:传动绳62和至少两个滑轮61,两个滑轮61分别设在门盖4在滑动方向上的两端。传动绳62形成为闭环且配合在两个滑轮61上,驱动器5至少与其中一个滑轮61连接,驱动器5可通过驱动滑轮61转动以驱动传动绳62活动。门盖4可固定连接在传动绳62的某一点上,这样,传动绳62活动时可以带动门盖4滑动。
门盖4可为柔性板,这样,门盖4可直接弯曲、卷绕或者折叠。
当然本发明不限于此,例如在一些示例中,门盖4包括多个门盖连片401,多个门盖连片401平行并列连接。具体地,门盖连片401为长条形的片状结构,每个门盖连片401在门盖4的滑动方向的垂直方向上延伸,如图1中门盖连片401沿左右方向延伸。由此,既保证了由多个门盖连片401连接而成的门盖4具有优异的密封性,又可以避免门盖4整体重量过大的现象,用户可以轻松地将门盖4打开或关闭,提升了用户的使用感受。
在一个具体示例中,如图12所示,门盖4还包括软体帘402,多个条形门盖连片401设在软体帘402上。可选地,门盖连片401为硬质片,如门盖连片401为塑料片、金属 片、复合材料片等。软体帘402可为布帘、塑料帘等。门盖连片401可以胶粘在软体帘402上。
在另一个具体示例中,如图13所示,多个条形门盖连片401中相邻两个门盖连片401之间转动连接。
有利地,如图1-图5所示,门盖4上还设有把手43,用户可通过把手43手动推动门盖4打开或者关闭。有利地,如图10所示,在门盖4处于关闭位置时,多个门盖连片401中最靠前的门盖连片401上设置有把手43。由此,把手43可在门盖4处于开启位置时起到限位作用。
当然,如图11所示,当门盖4完全可通过非手动方式启闭时,也可以不设置把手43。
门盖4的启闭控制方式也有多种,可以根据门盖4、驱动器5的结构具体设置,或者以组合的方式设置。
在一些实施例中,驱动器5为电机51,洗涤装置100上可设有与电机51电连接的控制开关,可以通过控制电机51的正反转,实现控制门盖4的自动打开或者关闭。
在一些实施例中,驱动器5为弹性件52或者活塞时,箱体1与门盖4之间可设有用于将门盖4定位的扣位结构。具体而言,弹性件52常驱动门盖4朝向关闭位置和开启位置中的一个位置滑动,扣位结构可用于将门盖4定位在关闭位置和开启位置中的另一个位置处。
例如,弹性件52常驱动门盖4朝向关闭位置滑动,扣位结构则连接在开启位置的门盖4与箱体1之间。这样,当扣位结构释放时,弹性件52驱动门盖4自动关闭,之后如果用户推动门盖4打开,当打开至开启位置时,将门盖4扣在扣位结构上,则门盖4保持打开状态。
又如,弹性件52常驱动门盖4朝向开启位置滑动,扣位结构则连接在关闭位置的门盖4与箱体1之间。这样,当扣位结构释放时,弹性件52驱动门盖4自动打开,之后如果用户推动门盖4关闭,当打开至关闭位置时,将门盖4扣在扣位结构上,则门盖4保持关闭状态。
优选地,扣位结构可为现有技术中公开的卡扣结构,从而用户可通过手动方式扣住门盖4或者释放门盖4。
有利地,扣位结构也可以为现有技术中公开的电控门锁,这样,用户可以通过电控门锁的开关锁住或者释放门盖4。
在一些实施例中,无论驱动器5为电机51,还是驱动器5为弹性件52、活塞等其他部件,箱体1上也均可设有用于将门盖4定位在关闭位置的门锁,以加强洗涤装置100在工作时的安全性。
可选地,门锁为现有技术中公开的电控门锁,电控门锁与洗涤装置100的控制器电连接,当洗涤装置100工作时,如果电控门锁被打开,则控制器控制装置停止运行。
可选地,箱体1或者门盖4上设有与洗涤装置100的控制器电连接的第一传感器,当洗涤装置100工作时,如果第一传感器检测到门盖4未处于关闭位置,则控制器控制装置停止运行。
在一些实施例中,驱动器5为电机51,洗涤装置100的控制器与电机51电连接以控制电机51的正反转。或者,驱动器5为弹性件52或者活塞时,箱体1与门盖4之间设有用于将门盖4定位的扣位结构,扣位结构为电控门锁,洗涤装置100的控制器与电控门锁电连接以控制电控门锁的扣锁或者解锁。洗涤装置100上还可以设有第二传感器,第二传感器与洗涤装置100的控制器电连接以控制电机51的开关或者电控门锁的开门。由此,可以进一步提高洗涤装置100的智能化、自动化。
可选地,第二传感器可以为温度传感器或者接近传感器等,当然,第二传感器还可为其他类型传感器,这里不作限定。
以温度传感器为例,箱体1的工作台10上可以设有感应区,温度传感器设在感应区内。当用户想要洗涤装置100自动开门时,可通过肢体贴在感应区上,使温度传感器检测异常。温度传感器将检测信号传递至控制器,控制器控制电机51反转以驱动门盖4打开,或者控制器控制电控门锁解锁,以释放门盖4使得门盖4在弹性件52的推动下自动打开。
下面结合上述实施例,通过下列四个具体应用过程的描述,进一步理解本发明上述洗涤装置100的结构。
在一个具体实施例中,驱动器5为弹性件52,弹性件52常驱动门盖4朝向关闭位置滑动,在开启位置时门盖4与箱体1之间可以通过卡扣结构连接定位。
用户想要打开洗衣机门盖4,以向洗衣机里投放衣服,只需要抓住把手43往后推门盖4,即可克服弹性件52的弹性力以打开洗衣机门盖4,然后将门盖4通过卡扣结构扣住。衣物投放完后,用户再向前拉动门盖4,使卡扣结构脱扣,然后门盖4在弹性件52的作用下自动回到关闭位置。
在另一个具体实施例中,弹性件52常驱动门盖4朝向开启位置滑动,在关闭位置时门盖4与箱体1之间可以通过电控门锁连接定位。
用户想要打开洗衣机门盖4时,只需要按压洗衣机上的电控门锁的开关,使电控门锁解锁,门盖4在弹性件52的作用下自动滑动至开启位置。衣物投放完后,用户可抓住把手43往前拉门盖4,然后将门盖4通过电控门锁扣住定位。同时,弹性件52再次存储动力,为下一次自动打开门盖4做好准备。
在又一个具体实施例中,驱动器5为电机51,用户想要打开洗衣机门盖4时,只需要按压洗衣机上的控制开关,电机51带动转轴13正转,从而带动门盖4向后滑动以打开。衣物投放完后,用户可再次按压洗衣机上的控制开关,电机51带动转轴13反转,从而带动门盖4向前滑动以关闭。
在再一个具体实施例中,驱动器5为电机51,箱体1上设有开门感应区和关门感应区。用户想要打开洗衣机门盖4时,可通过手臂接近开门感应区,电机51带动转轴13正转,从而带动门盖4向后滑动以打开。衣物投放完后,用户可通过手臂接近关门感应区,电机51带动转轴13反转,从而带动门盖4向前滑动以关闭。
综上所述,本发明实施例中的洗涤装置100的门盖4在开启时可以隐藏在箱体1的内部,进而避免了门盖4在开启时占用太多的空间,且提升了整机的外观更加简洁、美观。驱动器5的设置使得门盖4开关更加方便。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体上形成有门盖收纳结构且所述箱体上还设有第一衣物进出口;
    洗涤桶,所述洗涤桶设在所述箱体内,所述洗涤桶具有与所述第一衣物进出口相对的第二衣物进出口;
    门盖,所述门盖设在所述箱体上,所述门盖在关闭所述第一衣物进出口的关闭位置与打开所述第一衣物进出口的开启位置之间可滑动,在所述门盖位于所述开启位置时,所述门盖至少部分地收纳在所述门盖收纳结构内;
    驱动器,所述驱动器设在所述箱体上,且所述驱动器与所述门盖相连以驱动所述门盖滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述驱动器为电机、弹性件或者活塞。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为卷簧或者弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述门盖为卷帘式门盖。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括可转动地设在所述箱体上的转轴,所述驱动器与所述转轴连接以驱动所述转轴转动,所述转轴与所述门盖接触配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述转轴上设有齿轮,所述卷帘式门盖上设有沿滑动方向延伸的配合齿,所述齿轮与所述配合齿相啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述箱体的位于所述第一衣物进出口的两侧设有朝向彼此的滑槽,所述门盖的相对两侧可滑动地设在所述滑槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽形成为非平直结构,所述滑槽的一部分构成所述门盖收纳结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽的一部分构造为沿竖向延伸的收纳槽。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽的一部分卷绕形成螺旋轨道。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述卷帘式门盖的一端与所述转轴连接以在所述开启位置时绕卷在所述转轴上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括传动组件,所述传动组件包括:传动绳和至少两个滑轮,所述滑轮设在所述箱体上且其中的所述两个滑轮分别 沿所述门盖的滑动方向分布,所述传动绳形成为闭环且配合在所述至少两个滑轮上,所述驱动器至少与其中一个所述滑轮连接以驱动所述滑轮转动,所述门盖与所述传动绳固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述门盖为折叠式门盖。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述门盖为柔性板。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述门盖包括多个门盖连片,所述多个门盖连片沿所述门盖的滑动方向平行并列连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述门盖还包括软体帘,所述多个门盖连片设在所述软体帘上;或者,
    所述多个门盖连片中相邻两个所述门盖连片之间转动连接。
  17. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述驱动器为电机,所述洗涤装置上设有与所述电机电连接的控制开关。
  18. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述驱动器为弹性件或者活塞,所述弹性件或者活塞常驱动所述门盖朝向关闭位置和开启位置中的一个位置滑动,所述箱体上还设有用于将所述门盖定位在关闭位置和开启位置中的另一个位置处的扣位结构。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述扣位结构为卡扣结构或者电控门锁。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述箱体或者所述门盖上设有第一传感器,所述第一传感器与所述洗涤装置的控制器电连接以在检测到所述门盖未处于关闭位置时控制所述洗涤装置停止运行。
  21. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述驱动器为电机,所述洗涤装置上还设有第二传感器,所述第二传感器与所述电机电连接以控制所述电机的运行。
  22. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述驱动器为弹性件或者活塞,所述箱体上设有用于定位所述门盖的电控门锁,所述洗涤装置上还设有与所述电控门锁电连接的第二传感器。
  23. 根据权利要求21或者22所述的洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述第二传感器为温度传感器或者接近传感器。
