Abstract

一基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,其包括:一服务器,多个导航终端和对应的多个用户,其中:所述服务器包括一数据库,其储存有一地图和一对应于所述地图的轨迹图层。所述轨迹图层划分为各存储单元,从而各所述存储单元对应于所述地图的一地理区域。所述服务器实时接收各所述导航终端上传的定位数据和其相应的时刻,确认所述导航终端在所述地图上的地理位置所对应的存储单元,并将所述导航终端对应的用户名和所述时刻存储于所述存储单元中。所述用户通过所述导航终端输入一推送区域以生成一导航广告;所述服务器接收所述导航广告,依据所述推送区域对应的存储单元内的用户轨迹数据计算筛选出关联人,并将所述导航广告发送给所述关联人。

Description

基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,尤其是一能在广告推送后进行跟踪分段计费的导航广告推送系统。
背景技术
目前市场上大部分用户轨迹存储、回访和跟踪方案,是系统实时采集用户的定位坐标,并按照所述采集时刻的时间为序,将所述定位坐标存储于所述用户在数据库中对应的存储单元中。本发明将要揭露的导航广告推送系统,服务器需要计算分析用户历史轨迹数据,从所有用户出筛选出合适的广告推送对象。按照现有的坐标数据的存储结构方案,所述导航广告推送系统的服务器在计算筛选一地理区域的关联用户时,需要计算所有用户的GPS轨迹数据,从而导致服务器计算负载较大。尤其在用户数量大量增长后,服务器完成一次任务关联人筛选时,浪费在无关轨迹数据的运算会大量增加。因此很有必要提出一种用户轨迹数据的存储结构,来有效过滤跟广告推送无关轨迹数据,从而降低服务器的运算负载,以适应系统用户数量的不断增长。
本申请的发明人在之前的美国专利US 9127951和国际申请文件 PCT/CN2015/088812中分别公开了交互式动态云导航系统。所述交互式动态云导航系统中,在筛选任务关联人时,也同样出现了服务器运算负载增大的情况。
当前市场上的互联网广告大多以广告点击量或推送用户数量为计费单位,而广告被推送或被点击后,系统对于用户的消费行为缺乏必要的跟踪,这给广告投放者带来了巨大的广告投入风险。
目前市场已有根据用户轨迹数据自动更新地图路网数据的技术方案,然而这些技术方案简单地将用户轨迹等同于道路,容易将很多错误轨迹纳入到地图公共路网中,例如驴友用户的登山轨迹、用户在私人领地活动的轨迹。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,用于推送广告、分析用户在接收广告后的轨迹特征并分段式地计费,以降低广告投入风险。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一用户轨迹存储结构,以降低服务器在计算筛选广告推送对象时的计算量。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,其帮助地图补充路网数据。其中,所述导航广告推送系统通过所述用户轨迹存储结构,分析用户历史轨迹,计算出一区域内用户通过的数量或人次,以判定该区域内的用户轨迹是否为公共道路。
为达到以上目的,本发明提供了一基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,其包括:
一服务器,多个导航终端和对应的多个用户,其中:各所述导航终端包括一数据采集模块、一第一数据存储模块、一第一数据传输模块和一第一输入输出模块;所述数据采集模块用于实时采集所述导航终端的定位数据和所述定位数据相应的时刻;所述第一数据存储模块用于存储数据;所述第一数据传输模块用于所述导航终端和所述服务器之间的数据传输;所述第一输入输出模块用于接收所述用户的输入和向所述用户输出所述导航终端存储的数据;
所述服务器包括一数据库,其储存有一地图、一对应于所述地图的用于存储用户轨迹数据的轨迹图层和对应于所述多个用户的多个账户,其中:各所述用户通过其对应的导航终端于所述服务器登录其对应的账户;各所述账户包括一用户名和一账户积分,其中所述用户名是所述账户在所述服务器的唯一身份识别码;所述轨迹图层依照所述地图划分为各存储单元,从而各所述存储单元对应于所述地图的一地理区域;依据所述数据采集模块和所述第一数据传输模块,所述服务器实时接收各所述导航终端上传的定位数据和其相应的时刻,确认所述导航终端在所述地图上的地理位置所对应的存储单元,并将所述导航终端对应的所述用户名和所述定位数据相应的所述时刻存储于所述存储单元中;所述用户轨迹数据由所述导航终端对应的所述用户的所述用户名和所述时刻组成;
所述导航终端用于接收所述用户的所述输入以生成一导航广告,其中所述用户的所述输入包括位于所述地图上的一推送区域坐标和一导航目的地坐标;所述服务器用于接收所述导航广告,依据所述推送区域对应的存储单元内的用户轨迹数据计算筛选出关联人,并将所述导航广告发送给所述关联人;所述关联人包括以下11个类型中至少一个类型的用户:
(1)在所述地图内标记出熟悉区域的用户,其中所述熟悉区域包含所述推送区域;
(2)在所述推送区域出现的频率超过一第一数值的用户;
(3)在生成所述导航广告的时刻,正出现在所述推送区域的用户;
(4)在所述导航广告生成用户指定的时间段内,出现在所述推送区域的用户;
(5)在所述推送区域出现的次数超过一第二数值的用户;
(6)在所述推送区域停留的时间累积超过一第三数值的用户;
(7)出现在所述推送区域的时刻与生成所述导航广告的时刻的差值小于一第四数值的用户;
(8)地理位置与所述推送区域的中心距离小于一第五数值的用户;
(9)出现在所述推送区域时,移动速度小于一第六数值的用户;
(10)所述用户被所述服务器授权为一区域的关联人用户,所述区域包含所述推送区域;
(11)所述用户通过导航终端,在地图一区域发起一数据检索,所 述一区域包含所述推送区域;
其中所述第一数值、所述第二数值、所述第三数值、所述第四数值、所述第五数值和所述第六数值均由生成所述导航广告的所述用户设定。
优选地,所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,还包括:对应于所述多个用户的多个辅助终端,其中:各所述用户通过其对应的辅助终端于所述服务器登录其对应的账户;各所述辅助终端包括一第二数据存储模块、一第二数据传输模块和一第二输入输出模块;所述第二数据存储模块用于存储数据;所述第二数据传输模块用于所述辅助终端和所述服务器之间的数据传输;所述第二输入输出模块用于接收所述用户的输入和向所述用户输出所述辅助终端存储的数据;所述辅助终端用于接收所述用户的所述输入以生成所述导航广告。其中所述生成所述导航广告的时刻,以所述服务器接收到所述导航广告的时刻为准。
优选地,在所述存储单元中,所述服务器将所述用户名以所述时刻为序排列储存。
优选地,在所述存储单元中,所述服务器以所述用户名为类别存储所述时刻。
优选地,所述服务器还用于分别在所述服务器将所述导航广告发送给所述关联人后、在所述服务器检测到所述关联人到达所述导航目的地后或在所述服务器统计出所述关联人在所述导航目的地停留的时间或次数超过一第七数值后,扣除所述用户的所述账户积分,其中所述第七数值由 所述服务器设定。
优选地,所述服务器还用于分析用户历史运动轨迹,统计在地图一非道路区域内,通过的用户数量或人次,并在所述用户数量或人次超过一定数值时,将所述非道路区域的用户运动轨迹在地图内更新为道路数据,其中所述一定数值由所述服务器预先设定。
优选地,所述数据采集模块为一GPS模块;所述定位数据为GPS定位数据。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统具有如下优点。首先,所述服务器将各所述导航终端上传的定位数据和其相应的时刻存储于所述轨迹图层,构成所述用户轨迹数据,服务器不需要逐个计算每一个用户轨迹坐标,从而极大地减轻了所述服务器在计算关联人时的计算负荷。用户的轨迹存储不再依赖用户的定位坐标。在用户轨迹回放时,服务器只需按照所述采集时刻的时间为序,将用户在不同时刻所处的存储单元所对应的地理区域的中心进行线性连接,便可实现用户的轨迹回放。其次,本发明提供的所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统基于对用户在接收广告推送后的运动轨迹,分析用户行为或消费情况,通过分次扣除账户积分,实现分段式广告计费,有助于降低广告投入风险。再次,在补充地图的道路数据过程中,所述基于地理位置的广告推送系统通过统计在地图非道路区域的用户轨迹,并计算所述非道路区域内通过的用户数量或人次,避免将使用频率低的极端探险驴友的轨迹或私人领地活 动的非公共区域轨迹纳入地图公共道路中。

请参见图1至图4,依据本发明一第一实施例,本发明为一基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,包括:
一服务器1,多个导航终端2和对应的多个用户3,其中:各所述导航终端2包括一数据采集模块21、一第一数据存储模块22、一第一数据传输模块23和一第一输入输出模块24;所述数据采集模块21用于实时采集所述导航终端2的定位数据和所述定位数据相应的时刻;所述第一数据存储模块22用于存储数据;所述第一数据传输模块23用于所述导航终端2和所述服务器1之间的数据传输;所述第一输入输出模块24用于接收所述用户3的输入和向所述用户3输出所述导航终端2存储的数据;及
对应于所述多个用户3的多个辅助终端4,其中:各所述辅助终端4包括一第二数据存储模块41、一第二数据传输模块42和一第二输入输出模块43;所述第二数据存储模块41用于存储数据;所述第二数据传输模块43用于所述辅助终端4和所述服务器1之间的数据传输;所述第二输入输出模块43用于接收所述用户3的输入和向所述用户3输出所述辅助终端4存储的数据;其中:
所述服务器1包括一数据库11,其储存有对应于所述多个用户3的多个账户111、一地图112和一对应于所述地图112的用于存储用户轨迹数据的轨迹图层113,其中:各所述用户3通过其对应的导航终端2于所 述服务器1登录其对应的账户111;各所述用户3通过其对应的辅助终端4于所述服务器1登录其对应的账户111;各所述账户111包括一用户名1111和一账户积分1112;所述轨迹图层113依照所述地图112划分为各存储单元1131,从而各所述存储单元1131对应于所述地图112的一地理区域;依据所述数据采集模块21和所述第一数据传输模块22,所述服务器1实时接收各所述导航终端2上传的定位数据和其相应的时刻,确认所述导航终端2在所述地图112上的地理位置所对应的存储单元1131,并将所述导航终端2对应的所述用户名1111和所述定位数据相应的所述时刻存储于所述存储单元1131中;所述用户轨迹数据由所述导航终端2对应的所述用户的所述用户名1111和所述时刻组成。
如图1和图5所示,依据本发明所述第一实施例,所述导航终端2用于接收所述用户3的所述输入以生成一导航广告5,所述辅助终端4亦用于接收所述用户3的所述输入以生成所述导航广告5;所述导航广告5包括:关联人数据51、一广告正文52、一导航目的地坐标53和一广告认可选项54。所述关联人数据51包括关联人类型511、推送区域坐标512和多个关联人类型511之间的逻辑运算关系513。所述导航目的地坐标53和所述推送区域坐标512分别对应于所述地图112上的一导航目的地和一推送区域。所述服务器1用于接收所述导航终端2和所述辅助终端4上传的所述导航广告5,依据所述推送区域对应的存储单元1131内的用户轨迹数据计算筛选出关联人31,并将所述导航广告5发送给所述关联人31。
所述推送区域坐标512是由发起所述导航广告5的所述用户3在所述地图112选择的一区域的坐标。所述服务器1将用于计算用户历史轨迹数据,从所有用户筛选出所述推送区域坐标512对应关联人31,并将所述导航广告5发送给所述关联人31。
所述导航目的地坐标53是由发起所述导航广告5的所述用户3在所述地图112选择的又一区域的坐标。所述区域是所述导航广告5向所述关联人31提供、展示具体商品或服务的地理区域,同时也是发起所述导航广告5的所述用户希望关联人31在接受广告推送后进入的地理区域。
其中,所述广告正文52是所述导航广告5向所述关联人31展示的具体广告内容,其可以是一段产品描述文字,也可以是一段音频或图片。
其中,所述逻辑运算513关系包括:和、或、非和异或。
其中,所述关联人类型511包括以下11个类型中的至少一个类型:
(1)在所述地图112内标记出熟悉区域的用户,其中所述熟悉区域包含所述推送区域;
(2)在所述推送区域出现的频率超过一第一数值的用户;
(3)在生成所述导航广告的时刻,正出现在所述推送区域的用户;
(4)在所述导航广告生成用户指定的时间段内,出现在所述推送区域的用户;
(5)在所述推送区域出现的次数超过一第二数值的用户;
(6)在所述推送区域停留的时间累积超过一第三数值的用户;
(7)出现在所述推送区域的时刻与生成所述导航广告的时刻的差值小于一第四数值的用户;

如图6所示,依据本发明所示第一实施例,所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统推送广告包括以下步骤:
(1)所述用户3通过其导航终端2或辅助终端4在所述服务器1登陆其账户111;(2)所述用户3向所述导航终端2或所述辅助终端4输入,包括选择所述关联人类型511和逻辑运算关系513、设定所述推送区域坐标512和所述导航目的地坐标53和输入所述广告正文52,从而发起所述导航广告5;(3)所述用户3将所述导航广告5上传至所述服务器1;(4)所述服务器1接收所述导航广告5,分析用户在所述推送区域的历史轨迹数据,计算筛选出所述导航广告5对应的所述关联人31;(5) 所述服务器1将所述导航广告5发送给所述关联人31;(6)所述服务器1将所述用户3的所述账户积分1112扣除一第一广告分值;(7)所述关联人31通过其导航终端2或辅助终端4在所述服务器1登陆其账户111,接收所述导航广告5,选择所述广告认可选项54以产生广告调用数据,并上传所述广告调用数据至所述服务器1;(8)所述服务器1接收所述广告调用数据,制定所述导航目的地坐标53与所述关联人当前位置之间的导航线路,并将所述导航线路发送给所述关联人31;(9)所述关联人31接收所述导航线路,并按照所述导航线路移动至所述导航目的地坐标53对应的所述导航目的地;(10)所述服务器1将所述用户3的所述账户积分1112扣除一第二广告分值;(11)所述服务器1统计所述关联人31在所述导航目的地停留的时间或次数;当所述关联人31在所述导航目的地停留的时间或次数超过一第七数值时,所述服务器1将所述用户3的所述账户积分1112扣除一第三广告分值,其中所述第七数值由所述服务器1预先设定。
所述第一广告分值、所述第二广告分值和所述第三广告分值组成一广告分值组合。所述广告分值组合由所述服务器1为不同地理区域或不同时间段设定,用于在所述服务器1将所述导航广告5发送给所述关联人31后分次扣除所述用户3的所述账户积分1112。所述第一广告分值在所述导航广告5被发送后扣除;所述第二广告分值在所述服务器1将所述关联人31导航至所述导航目的地后扣除;所述第三广告分值在所述关联人 31在所述导航目的地停留的时间或次数超过所述第七数值时扣除。
所述服务器为不同地理区域或不同时间段设定所述广告分值组合后,广告分值组合的选取由所述关联人31的导航终端2所处的地理区域,或由所述导航广告5被发送给所述关联人31的时刻所处的时间段来决定。
所述轨迹图层113与所述地图112相对应,用于存储所述用户轨迹数据。为进一步描述所述轨迹图层的结构,基于所述第一实施例,在本发明一第二实施例中,所述数据采集模块21为一GPS芯片;如图7所示,所述地图112以网状分割线划分为4*7个不同的地理区域,其中各所述网格对应于一地理区域;在所述轨迹图层内有4*7个存储单元1131对应于各所述网格。例如,网格g4对应于存储单元G4。网格的数目可以根据定位精度的要求调整;在所述第二实施例中,网格的总数为28个,仅为解释说明。本发明的定位数据在所述第二实施例为GPS定位数据,但在其他实施例中亦可为LBS或蓝牙等其他方式的定位数据。
如图8所示,所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统存储所述定位数据具体包括以下步骤:(1)所述用户3通过其导航终端2在所述服务器1登陆其账户111;(2)所述导航终端2通过其数据采集模块21采集GPS定位信号,并通过所述第一数据传输模块23将采集到的GPS定位信号和采集时间上传至所述服务器1;(3)所述服务器1接收所述导航终端3上传的所述定位信号和所述采集时间;(4)所述服务器1解析所述GPS信号,找出所述导航终端2所处的地理位置对应的所述网格,并将所述用 户3的所述用户名1111和所述采集时间存储于所述网格在所述轨迹图层113内对应的存储单元1131;(5)所述服务器1还进一步用于以所述用户名1111为类别,将所述用户定位信号的采集时刻存储到所述用户对应的类别中,或所述服务器1按照所述采集时刻的时间为序将所述用户名1111存储于所述存储单元1131内。
传统的GPS轨迹存储方式,一般都是将用户的GPS信号或坐标数据,在数据库中实时存储到用户账户下的一存储区域。这种传统的存储结构对于用户的GPS轨迹回放和调用较为有利。但是本发明需要快速计算出地图某一区域的关联人,服务器如果再从所有用户的的GPS轨迹中逐个调取分析,必将会带来巨大运算量和时间延迟。通过本技术方案,服务器在计算一区域的关联人时,服务器只需要在所述区域对应的网格存储单元内,进行计算分析,从而排除了其他大量无关轨迹数据的干扰,以达到降低服务器运算负载的目的。
依据所述第二实施例,如图9所示,所述服务器1可以按照所述采集时刻的时间为序将所述用户名1111存储于一存储单元D3内;或者,如图10所示,所述服务器1以所述用户名1111为类别将所述采集时间存储于所述存储单元D3内。
依据所述第二实施例,所述服务器1通过合并和拆分所述网格来调整用户定位精度。如图11所示,所述服务器1将所述网格a1再次用网格划分为4个不同的地理区域a11、a12、a13和a14,同时为拆分后的每个 网格再次在所述轨迹图层113建立相应的存储单元,以提高所述用户定位精度。
如图12所示,所述服务器1将9个相邻的网格c2、d2、e2、c3、d3、e3、c4、d4、e4合并为一个网格c2e4,同时将所述9个相邻的网格在所述轨迹图层113对应的9个存储单元1131合并为一个存储单元,以降低所述用户定位精度。当所述用户3发起的所述导航广告5对应的推送区域为所述网格c2e4时,所述服务器分析9个存储单元C2至E4的用户轨迹数据,计算筛选出所述导航广告5对应的所述关联人31。
在技术方案中,每一个网格对应的地理区域面积以不超过4平方公里为最佳实施方案;在涉及地球球面面积修正时,对于面积超过4名方公里的网格,进行所述网格拆分。
如图13所示,依据所述第二实施例,所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统还可以用于为地图112补充路网数据,具体包括以下步骤;
(1)所述用户3通过其导航终端2或辅助终端4上传所述定位数据和所述定位数据对应的时刻至所述服务器1;(2)所述服务器1接收所述定位数据,分析用户轨迹,发现所述用户在所述地图112上某区域以一定速度移动,且发现所述地图112在对应的所述区域内没有与所述用户轨迹匹配的道路数据;(3)所述服务器将所述用户3在所述区域内的移动轨迹标记为待定道路,所述服务器进一步通过分析用户GPS轨迹,并统计所述待定道路通过的人次和涉及的用户数量;(4)当所述待定道路通过 的人次或所述用户数量超过一定数值,所述服务器1确认所述待定道路为正式道路,并在所述地图112内更新所述正式道路数据,其中所述一定数值由所述服务器根据不同区域预先设定;(5)当所述待定道路通过的用户人次、用户数量、用户移动速度未达到标准值时,所述服务器1解除所述区域的待定道路状态。
为了更好地解释说明所述基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,本发明一第三实施例以本发明在实际生活中的应用为例。A宾馆的员工a,在B机场区域发布一促销广告,广告的推送对象要求为:(1)晚上21:00-23:00出现的旅客;(2)推送对象不能是在机场区域工作的员工。所述A宾馆的员工a发布导航广告,具体流程如下:
(1)所述服务器在F市预设一广告分值组合,或为18:00—23:59时间段预设一广告分值组合,其中B机场地理区域属于F市辖区范围内,同时服务器预设一用户停留时长为1小时;(2)所述员工a通过其导航终端或辅助终端登录所述服务器;(3)所述员工a设置所述导航广告推送区域为B机场;(4)所述员工a设置导航目的地坐标为A宾馆在地图对应的坐标;(5)所述员工a输入具体促销广告内容作为广告正文:本宾馆现推出标准间7折促销活动,现价100元/天,欢迎入住;(6)所述员工a选择关联人类型4,并设定时间段为21:00至23:00;(7)所述员工a选择关联人类型5,并设定其界限值为10次;根据机场员工与旅客的轨迹差异性,机场员工在此区域停留的次数会超过10次;(8)所 述员工a选择逻辑关系“非”,即类型4非类型5;(9)所述员工完成导航广告设置,将所述导航广告发送至所述服务器;(10)所述服务器接收所述导航广告,计算筛选所述导航广告所对应的关联人;(11)22:01所述服务器将所述导航广告推送给筛选出的一关联人c,同时在员工a对应的账户内扣除一数值积分,其对应F市的广告分值组合中第一广告分值或18:00---23:59时间段对应的广告分值组合中第一广告分值;(12)所述关联人c接收所述导航广告,选择所述认可选项,并提交给所述服务器;(13)所述服务器自动为所述关联人c规划到达所述导航广告对应目的地宾馆A的导航线路,并将所述导航线路发送给所述关联人c;(14)所述关联人c接收导航线路,并于22:45到达宾馆A区域;(15)所述服务器在所述员工a对应的账户扣除一数值积分,其对应于F市的广告分值组合中第二广告分值或18:00---23:59时间段对应的广告分值组合中第二广告分值;(16)所述服务器进一步分析轨迹,发现所述关联人c在宾馆A区域停留时间已经超过1个小时,此轨迹特征则可认定为关联人c已充分了解宾馆A提供的产品并消费;(17)所述服务器进一步从所述员工a对应的账户扣除一数值积分,其对应于F市的广告分值组合中第三广告分值或18:00---23:59时间段对应的广告分值组合中第三广告分值。
需要说明的是,所述关联人c在接受所述导航广告推送后(步骤11后),也可以不选择认可选项99,直接按照自己熟悉线路,到达目的地A宾馆。所述服务器在分析所述关联人c的轨迹数据,发现所述关联人c在 A宾馆区域停留时间超过1个小时,服务器进一步从所述员工a对应的账户扣除一数值积分,其对应于机场区域的广告分值组合中第三广告分值或22:01所处时间段对应的广告分值组合中第三广告分值。
通过上述实施例,本发明的目的已经被完全有效的达到了。熟悉该项技艺的人士应该明白本发明包括但不限于附图和上面具体实施方式中描述的内容。任何不偏离本发明的功能和结构原理的修改都将包括在权利要求书的范围中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于地理位置的导航广告推送系统,其包括:
    一服务器,多个导航终端和对应的多个用户,其中:所述服务器包括一数据库,其储存有一地图、一对应于所述地图的用于存储用户轨迹数据的轨迹图层和对应于所述多个用户的多个账户,其中:各所述用户通过其对应的导航终端在所述服务器登录其对应的账户;各所述账户包括一用户名;所述服务器还用于将所述地图用网状分割线划分为多个不同的网格区域,并为每个网格区域在轨迹图层建立一相应的存储单元;其中:
    各所述导航终端包括一数据采集模块、一第一数据存储模块和一第一数据传输模块;所述数据采集模块用于实时采集所述导航终端的定位信号和所述定位信号相应的采集时刻;所述第一数据存储模块用于存储数据,以进一步存储所述定位信号和所述采集时刻数据;所述第一数据传输模块用于所述导航终端和所述服务器之间的数据传输,以进一步将所述定位信号和所述采集时刻发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器还用于接收所述定位信号和相应的所述采集时刻,并计算出所述定位信号的坐标;所述服务器进一步分析出所述坐标在地图内所处相应网格区域,并将所述导航终端在所述服务器登录账户的用户名和所述定位信号的采集时刻,一并存储到所述网格区域在轨迹图层对应的存储单元内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导航广告推送系统,所述服务器还进一步用于以所述用户名为类别,将所述用户定位信号的采集时刻存储到所述用户对应的用户名类别中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的导航广告推送系统,所述服务器还进一步用于按照采集时刻的时间为序,将所述用户名存储于所述存储单元内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的导航广告推送系统,所述导航终端还包含一第一输入输出模块用于接收所述用户的输入和向所述用户输出所述导航终端存储的数据;所述用户通过第一输入输出模块输入数据以生成一导航广告,所述输入数据包括位于所述地图上的一推送区域坐标;所述服务器用于接收所述导航广告,并计算所述推送区域内对应的关联人,并将所述导航广告发送给所述关联人;所述关联人包括以下11个类型中至少一个类型的用户:
    (1)在所述地图内标记出熟悉区域的用户,其中所述熟悉区域包含所述推送区域;
    (2)在所述推送区域出现的频率超过一第一数值的用户;
    (3)在生成所述导航广告的时刻,正出现在所述推送区域的用户;
    (4)在所述导航广告生成用户指定的时间段内,出现在所述推送区域的用户;
    (5)在所述推送区域出现的次数超过一第二数值的用户;
    (6)在所述推送区域停留的时间累积超过一第三数值的用户;
    (7)出现在所述推送区域的时刻与生成所述导航广告的时刻的差值小于一第四数值的用户;
    (8)地理位置与所述推送区域的中心距离小于一第五数值的用户;
    (9)出现在所述推送区域时,移动速度小于一第六数值的用户;
    (10)所述用户被所述服务器授权为一区域的关联人用户,所述区域包含所述推送区域;及
    (11)所述用户通过导航终端,在地图一区域发起一数据检索,所述一区域包含所述推送区域;
    其中所述第一数值、所述第二数值、所述第三数值、所述第四数值、所述第五数值和所述第六数值均由生成所述导航广告的所述用户设定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导航广告推送系统,所述导航终端还用于在所述服务器登录账户,并接收所述导航广告;所述服务器在生成所述导航广告的账户内扣除一数值的积分,所述数值对应于所述导航广告推送区域或推送时刻所处时间段的广告分值组合的第一广告分值。
  6. 根据权利5所述的导航广告推送系统,所述输入数据还包含一广告认可选项和一导航目的地坐标;所述关联人通过所述导航终端接收所述导航广告后选择所述广告认可选项以产生广告调用数据,并上传所述广告调用数据至所述服务器;所述服务器进一步计算出所述关联人当前位置到所述导航目的地之间的导航线路,并将所述导航线路发送给所述关联人;所述服务器还用于在生成所述导航广告的账户内扣除一数值积分,所述数值 对应于所述导航广告推送区域或推送时刻所处时间段的广告分值组合的第二广告分值。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的导航广告推送系统,所述服务器用于通过计算所述关联人轨迹数据,检测所述关联人导航终端在所述导航目的地区域的停留时间或停留次数;若发现所述停留时间超过一时长或停留次数超过一数值,所述服务器进一步用于在生成所述导航广告的账户内扣除一数值积分,所述数值对应于所述导航广告推送区域或推送时刻所处时间段的广告分值组合的第三广告分值;
    其中所述时长、所述数值由服务器预先设定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的导航广告推送系统,所述服务器还用于将所述多个相邻网格区域合并为一个新的网格区域;所述服务器进一步将合并前的多个相邻网格区域在轨迹图层对应存储单元,合并为一个新的存储单元,并使新的存储单元对应于新的网格区域。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的导航广告推送系统,所述服务器还用于将所述网格区域,再次用网状分割线划分为多个不同的网格区域,同时为拆分后的每个网格再次在所述轨迹图层新建相应的存储单元。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的导航广告推送系统,所述服务器还用于计算分析所述地图的非道路区域的用户轨迹数据,若所述非道路区域用户的通过人次或通过用户数量达到一数值,所述服务器进一步将所述非道路区域标注为道路区域;
    其中所述一数值,由服务器预先设定。
