Description

Liquefied gas carrier
The present invention relates to the placement of residential areas and cargo control rooms in a liquefied gas carrier.
Liquefied gas carriers generally have a residential area at the stern, and the level of the residential area tends to increase in order to secure a prospect in the bow direction from the stern bridge. In particular, in a liquefied gas carrier ship that operates using a spherical tank system, this tendency becomes significant because the tank protrudes high from the upper deck (see Patent Document 1 and FIG. 1). In addition, in a liquefied gas carrier, it is necessary to provide a cargo control room at a position where the cargo area can be visually confirmed, and it is necessary to secure a forward view from the wheelhouse, so the cargo control room is usually located just below the wheelhouse. Arranged in a hierarchy.
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2015-217749
If the height of the residential area is high and the number of levels in the residential area is large, the construction cost and construction period will increase. As a method of suppressing the height and level of the residential area while ensuring the prospect from the wheelhouse, it is conceivable to arrange the residential area at the bow. However, in consideration of only the prospects from the wheelhouse and the cargo control room, if the conventional arrangement of the stern living quarters is applied to the bow as it is, the characteristics of the fact that the residential quarters are arranged at the bow are not necessarily the characteristics. Is not fully utilized.
The present invention, in a liquefied gas carrier ship, arranges a residential area at the bow to reduce the height and the number of floors of the residential area more effectively, and visibility of the cargo area from the front view of the wheelhouse and the cargo control room The purpose is to ensure sufficient.

Furthermore, the height of the console 30 is set to a height at which the rear view of the worker P through the window 42 (partial or entire monitoring of the cargo area 12) can be secured.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the residential area of the liquefied gas carrier ship is arranged at the bow, and the cargo control room, which has conventionally been downstairs of the wheelhouse in order to see the cargo area, is at the same level as the wheelhouse. By arranging it on the rear side, it is possible to reduce the number of floors in the residential area while maintaining the visibility of a part or the whole of the cargo area, and to suppress the height as much as possible.
Also, by setting the wheelhouse and the cargo control room as one section and separating them with, for example, curtains, equipment and air conditioning equipment can be shared, and equipment costs can be reduced. Furthermore, since the stairs are not surrounded by steel plates, a rear view from the wheelhouse is ensured when the curtain is opened. Moreover, in this embodiment, a larger space can be taken as a cargo equipment room by arrange | positioning a cargo equipment room in the stern part where the residence area disappeared.
In this embodiment, a liquefied gas carrier ship of a spherical tank type has been described as an example, but the present invention can be applied to other types of liquefied gas carrier ships.
