本发明涉及一种混合草坪,具体涉及一种天然草与人造草混合草坪及其制备方法。
草坪是指由人工建植或人工养护管理,起绿化美化作用的草地。它是一个国家、一个城市文明程度的标志之一。指以禾本科草及其它质地纤细的植物为覆盖并以它的根和匍匐茎充满土壤表层的地被。适用于美化环境、园林景观、净化空气、保持水土、提供户外活动和体育运动场所。现有的草坪,包括天然草草坪和人造草草坪,天然草草坪可以吸收二氧化碳、释放氧气,并且能供多种生物休憩,但其易损伤、维护成本高以及秋冬季节会枯萎的特点限制了其使用;人造草坪维护成本低,但其质地较硬、化纤原料的草丝难以降解、同时需要借助其他工具固定的特点也限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单、易操作、便于工业生产的天然草与人造草混合草坪制备方法,同时还提供由该方法制得的稳定性好、应用范围广的混合草坪。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
天然草与人造草混合草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.编织底布:取经线和纬线,然后利用编织机编织成底布;
b.簇绒人造草丝:利用簇绒机将人造草丝簇绒在经过a步骤得到的底布上,人造草丝的两端伸出底布的同一侧,所述人造草丝两端伸出底布的长度均为35-70mm;
c.填充土壤层:向经过b步骤处理的底布上填充土壤,所述土壤填充在簇绒有人造草丝的一端,填充土壤层并对土壤层进行平整,使得人造草丝伸出底布一端的顶端距土壤层的高度为2-10mm;
d.播种天然草:在经过c步骤处理的土壤层播撒草种或者埋入草根,然后平整土壤层,待天然草生长的高度高出人造草丝的高度,即得。
本发明中,优选的方案为所述a步骤具体为:取经线和纬线,利用编织机将经线和纬线交错编织,得到底布。
本发明中,优选的方案为所述a步骤中编织机编织的针密度为370-21000个/平方英寸。
本发明中,优选的方案为所述经线为纯棉、纯麻、纯化纤、棉型混纺、毛型混纺、PE、PP和PA中的一种材料制成的经线;所述纬线由PP、棉纤混纺和PA中的一种材料制成的纬线。
本发明中,优选的方案为所述b步骤中:在将人造草丝簇绒在底布上前,在底布上铺设一层网格布,然后再进行簇绒将人造草丝的两端伸出底布上铺设有网格布的一侧;所述网格布上每平方米的网格数量为200-400个,网孔为半径10-30mm的圆孔,所述网格布上的圆孔呈阵列排布。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明的制备方法中,通过将人造草丝簇绒在底布上,其中将编织的底布编织的针密度设置在370-21000个/平方英寸,这样能够使得天然草的草根会留在草坪中,在移植的时候不会对天然草产生过大的损伤,并且在移植后,须根根系会穿出底布与并扎入地表的土层中,使得草坪更为稳定,同时土壤层的土也不会掉出底布,便于运输和移植;此外将人造草丝与天然草进行混合,天然草的根系会与人造草丝相互交联成一个整体,使得天然草的把拔出力更高;此外,本发明的制备方法易操作,便于工业生产应用;由该方法制得的草坪,具有稳定性好、应用范围广的优点。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
天然草与人造草混合草坪的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.编织底布:取PE材料制成的经线和PP材料制成的纬线,然后利用编织机编织成底布;
b.簇绒人造草丝:利用簇绒机将人造草丝簇绒在经过a步骤得到的底布上,人造草丝的两端伸出底布的同一侧,所述人造草丝两端伸出底布的长度均为70mm;所述a步骤中编织机编织的针密度为21000个/平方英寸;
c.填充土壤层:向经过b步骤处理的底布上填充土壤,所述土壤填充在簇绒有人造草丝的一端,填充土壤层并对土壤层进行平整,使得人造草丝伸出底布一端的顶端距土壤层的高度为10mm;
d.播种天然草:在经过c步骤处理的土壤层播撒草种或者埋入草根,然后平整土壤层,待天然草生长的高度高出人造草丝的高度,即得。

实验例
取由实施例1-4的方法制得的混合草坪,然后利用剪草机对其进行修剪,修剪出天然草高出人造草丝顶端15mm的草坪块,然后选取10名志愿者,10名志愿者的体重在110-120斤之间,然后在每个草坪上按照同样的线路行走一次,每隔5min钟行走一个人;对应的,该10名志愿者按照同样的间隔走过一块市售的天然草坪;然后分别观察踩踏后,各草坪的天然草叶回弹的时间,具体数据详见下表1:

取实施例1-4的方法制得的混合草坪,分别用其铺设5人足球场,10天后,然后在球场上各举行一场90min的足球赛,然后观察球场上是否有人造草丝脱落、以及真草拔出的情况。经观察记录,本发明实施例的方法制得的混合草坪,在进行90min足球赛后,仅有极少量的真草拔出,无人造草丝脱落的情况,可见该混合草坪稳定性良好。
