Description

资源数据的共享方法、装置及系统
本申请要求于2015年12月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201511025588.7、发明名称为“资源数据的使用权限的共享方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于移动终端及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种资源数据的共享方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着智能手机等移动终端的普及及互联网技术的发展,人们对基于移动终端的数据共享的需求越来越高,但是目前在移动终端尚无共享服务器上的数据的方法,移动终端只能通过蓝牙的方式与其他移动终端建立连接关系,然后将本机的数据共享给其他移动终端。
Mac OS X(一套运行于苹果Macintosh系列电脑上的操作系统)提供了不同用户之间的文件夹共享,但是这种共享只限于计算机,且只适用于计算机上的文件夹共享,可实现范围相对较小。
发明内容
本申请提供一种资源数据的共享方法、装置及系统,通过共享资源数据的使用权限,扩大了数据共享的实现范围。
本申请提供的一种资源数据的共享方法,包括:
服务器接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,所述共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及与所述第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息;
根据所述第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号,判断所述第一系统帐号是否与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
若所述第一系统帐号与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述待共享资源数据的使用权限授予所述第二系统帐号。
本申请提供的一种资源数据的共享方法,包括:
第一移动终端在检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、所述共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的标识信息及作为共享对象的第二系统帐号,将包含所述第一系统帐号、所述第二系统帐号以及所述待共享资源数据的标识信息的共享指令发送给服务器;
所述服务器接收所述第一移动终端发送的所述共享指令,根据所述第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号,判断所述第一系统帐号是否与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,若所述第一系统帐号与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述待共享资源数据的使用权限授予所述第二系统帐号。
本申请提供的一种资源数据的共享装置,包括:
接收模块,用于接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,所述共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及所述第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息;
判断模块,用于根据所述第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号,判断所述第一系统帐号是否与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
授权模块,用于若所述第一系统帐号与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述待共享资源数据的使用权限授予所述第二系统帐号。
本申请提供的一种资源数据的共享系统,包括:服务器、第一移动终端以及第二移动终端;
其中,所述第一移动终端,用于在检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、所述共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的标识信息及所述第二移动终端的第二系统帐号,将包含所述第一系统帐号、所述第二系统帐号以及所述待共享资源数据的标识信息的共享指令发送给服务器;
所述服务器,包括上述资源数据的共享装置。
从上述本申请实施例可知,本申请通过服务器根据第一移动终端发送的共享指令,将第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的使用权限,共享给与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的并具有好友关系的第二系统帐号,由于本申请是将使 用权限而非数据本身进行共享,因此相较于现有技术,在本申请中,只要是第一系统帐号关联的数据均可与其他系统帐号中进行共享,从而扩大了数据共享的实现范围。

为使得本申请的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而非全部实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的资源数据的共享系统的结构示意图。如图1所示,服务器100、第一移动终端200以及第二移动终端300。三者之间可以通过有线或无线网络进行数据交互。其中,第一移动终端200和第二移动终端300可以包括但不限于:智能手机、平板电脑、智能可穿戴设备等。第一移动终端200和第二移动终端300中安装有相同的操作系统。当第一移动终端200和第二移动终端300第一次登录该操作系统时,需要注册系统帐号。可以通过注册获取的的系统 帐号,第一移动终端200和第二移动终端300可取得资源数据的使用权限的管理权限。
其中,第一移动终端200,用于在检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的标识信息及作为共享对象的该第二移动终端300的第二系统帐号,将包含该第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及待共享资源数据的标识信息的共享指令发送给服务器100。
服务器100,用于接收第一移动终端200发送的共享指令,共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息;判断第一系统帐号是否与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;若第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册(即,注册改第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号时所使用的操作系统的类型相同)并具有好友关系,则将待共享资源数据的使用权限授予第二系统帐号;根据第二系统帐号,将待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端300,使得第二移动终端300可根据描述信息使用待共享资源数据。
第二移动终端300,用于接收服务器100推送的待共享资源数据的描述信息并进行展示。
上述服务器100、第一移动终端200以及第二移动终端300实现各自功能的过程,具体请参考以下实施例。
请参阅图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的资源数据的共享方法的实现流程图,可应用于图1中所示的服务器100中,如图2所示,该方法包括:
S201、服务器接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及与该第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息。
待共享的资源数据可以包括但不限于:与第一系统帐号关联的存储于第一移动终端和/或服务器上的任意资源数据,如:音乐、视频、图片以及电子书数据等等。
第一系统帐号的好友系统帐号可以是利用与注册第一系统帐号所用的操作系统相同的操作系统注册的,也可以是利用与注册第一系统帐号所使用的操作系统不相同的操作系统注册的。例如虽然第一系统帐号是iOS系统帐号,但是作为第一系统帐号的好友系统帐号的第二系统帐号可以是iOS系统帐号,也可以是TencentOS的系统帐号。
S202、判断第一系统帐号是否与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系。
服务器中配置有系统帐号数据库,其中记录有不同的系统帐号与操作系统之间的对应关系,以及各系统帐号与其好友系统帐号之间的对应关系。在接收到第一移动终端发送的共享指令后,服务器根据该共享指令中包含的第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号,通过查询系统帐号数据库,判断第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,即判断该第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号是否是使用相同操作系统注册的,并且是否具有好友关系。
在本申请一实施例中,从数据库中获取第一系统帐号注册时所使用的第一操作系统的信息,以及第二系统帐号注册时所使用的第二操作系统的信息。利用该第一操作系统的信息和该第二操作系统的信息判断该第一操作系统和该第二操作系统是否为相同的操作系统。
在本申请一实施例中,可以利用该第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号判断是否具有好友关系。例如,通过判断该第一系统帐号或第二系统帐号是否包含在对方的好友列表中来判断是否具有好友关系。例如,该第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号分别为即时通信(IM)帐号,例如QQ号码。通过判断该第一QQ号码的好友列表中是否包含该第二QQ号码,如果该第一QQ号码的好友列表中包含该第二QQ号码,则认为该第一QQ号码和第二QQ号码具有好友关系。或者,判断该第二QQ号码的好友列表中是否包含该第一QQ号码,如果该第二QQ号码的好友列表中包含该第一QQ号码,则认为该第一QQ号码和第二QQ号码具有好友关系。
S203、若第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将待共享资源数据的使用权限授予第二系统帐号。
当第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系时,将待共享资源数据的使用权限授予第二系统帐号并记录。例如:将待共享资源数据关联给第二系统帐号,并记录待共享资源数据与第二系统帐号之间的关联关系。
进一步地,若共享指令中未包含第二系统帐号,则服务器查询系统帐号数据库,获取所有与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的且与第一系统帐号具有好友关系的目标系统帐号,将该共享指令指示共享的待共享资源数据的使用权限授权给该目标系统帐号。
S204、根据第二系统帐号,将待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端,使得第二移动终端可根据描述信息使用待共享资源数据。
待共享资源数据的描述信息可以包括待共享资源数据的列表,该列表中记录有各共享资源数据的名称、链接等。服务器根据共享指令中的第二系统帐号,将待共享资源数据的列表推送给第二移动终端,以通知第二移动终端,有用户将待共享资源数据的列表中的数据的使用权限共享给了第二移动终端的用户,并使得第二移动终端的用户可以使用该列表中的数据,例如根据各共享资源数据的名称选择对应链接,从服务器拉取相应资源。
本申请实施例中,服务器根据第一移动终端发送的共享指令,将与第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的使用权限,共享给与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的并具有好友关系的第二系统帐号,由于本申请是将使用权限而非数据本身进行共享,因此相较于现有技术,在本申请中,只要是第一系统帐号关联的数据均可与其他系统帐号中进行共享,从而扩大了数据共享的实现范围。
请参阅图3,图3为本申请实施例提供的资源数据的共享方法的实现流程图,可应用于图1中所示的服务器100中,如图3所示,该方法包括:
S301、接收第一移动终端发送的注册请求,注册请求中包含第一移动终端使用的操作系统的标识、用于登录共享系统的第一系统帐号及密码信息。
S302、根据注册请求,对第一移动终端进行系统注册,将资源数据的使用权限的管理权限授予该第一系统帐号,使得该第一移动终端可基于该第一系统帐号,将资源数据的使用权限共享给与第一系统帐号绑定的好友系统帐号,即与该第一系统帐号具有好友关系的其他系统帐号。该第一系统帐号和该好友系统帐号在注册时使用相同的操作系统。
第一移动终端可通过服务器注册系统帐号,获得该资源数据的使用权限的管理权限。其中,对该资源数据的使用权限的管理权限包括:授予其他帐号共享使用权限与取消共享使用权限,即将该资源数据的使用权限共享给其他帐号以及取消其他帐号使用该资源数据的权限。其中,资源数据可以包括但不限于:与第一系统帐号关联的存储于第一移动终端和/或服务器上的任意资源数据,如:音乐、视频、图片以及电子书数据等等。
S303、接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、 第二系统帐号以及与该第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息。
S304、判断第一系统帐号是否与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系。
S305、若第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将待共享资源数据的使用权限授予第二系统帐号。
S306、根据第二系统帐号,将待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端,使得第二移动终端可根据描述信息使用待共享资源数据。
步骤S303至步骤S306与上述实施例中的步骤S201至步骤S204相同,具体可参考上述实施例的相应内容,此处不再赘述。
S307、接收第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求。查询请求中包含:第二系统帐号以及第一系统帐号。
用户可通过点击预置的共享资源数据管理操作界面中的查询按钮,触发第二移动终端发送资源数据的使用权限的查询请求,例如:点击音乐管理界面中的权限查询按钮,然后在弹出的好友系统帐号选择窗口中选择作为查询对象的第二系统帐号,以查询第二系统帐号的用户是否授权自己相关资源数据的使用权限。
S308、判断第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系。
服务器通过查询预置的系统帐号数据库,判断第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系。
S309、若第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将第一系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表发送给第二移动终端。
若第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则查询授权记录,根据之前记录的待共享资源数据与第二系统帐号之间的关联关系,得到第一系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表,并将该资源数据列表发送给第二移动终端。
进一步地,若第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号不是基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则向第二移动终端返回提示信息,以提示第二移动终端第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号不是基于相同类型的操作系统注册,无法查询到相关使用权限。
进一步地,若查询请求中未包含第一系统帐号,则查询上述授权记录,得到所有与第二系统帐号关联的,其他系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据的列表,并发送给第二移动终端。
S310、接收第二移动终端基于资源数据列表发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求中包含共享目标资源数据的标识信息;
第二移动终端将服务器发送的资源数据列表显示给用户,使得该用户基于该资源数据列表选择待使用的目标共享资源数据,并触发第二移动终端发送取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求。
S311、许可第二移动终端使用目标共享资源数据。
服务器根据第二移动终端发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,许可第二移动终端使用目标共享资源数据,例如将作为目标共享资源数据的音乐数据发送给第二移动终端,以便第二移动终端进行播放。或者,允许第二移动终端使用第二系统帐号登录第一系统帐号授权共享的游戏,并将游戏数据发送给第二移动终端等等。
本申请实施例中,服务器根据第一移动终端发送的共享指令,将第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的使用权限,共享给与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的并具有好友关系的第二系统帐号,由于本申请是将使用权限而非数据本身进行共享,因此相较于现有技术,在本申请中,只要是第一系统帐号关联的数据均可与其他系统帐号中进行共享,从而扩大了数据共享的实现范围。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的资源数据的共享方法的时序图,如图4所示,该方法包括:
S401、第一移动终端在检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的标识信息及作为共享对象的第二系统帐号。
在本步骤中,用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作,以将该资源数据的使用权限共享给其他帐号。
在步骤S401之前,第一移动终端需通过服务器注册系统帐号,取得资源数据的使用权限的管理权限,其中,该管理权限包括:授予共享使用权限与取消共享使用 权限。
具体地,第一移动终端向服务器发送注册请求,注册请求中包含第一移动终端使用的操作系统的标识、用于登录共享系统的第一系统帐号及密码信息;服务器接收第一移动终端发送的注册请求,根据注册请求,对第一移动终端进行系统注册,授予第一系统帐号资源数据的使用权限的管理权限,使得第一移动终端可基于第一系统帐号,将第一系统帐号关联的资源数据的使用权限共享给该第一系统帐号的好友系统帐号。其中,该第一系统帐号和该好友系统帐号是使用相同类型的操作系统注册的。
资源数据可以包括但不限于:与第一系统帐号关联的存储于第一移动终端和/或服务器上的任意资源数据,如:音乐、视频、图片以及电子书数据等等。
第一移动终端在利用第一系统帐号登录共享系统后,检测用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作。用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作的实现方式,具体地,例如:用户可以在音乐播放界面中点击“音乐会员权限共享”按钮,然后在弹出的分享对象选择界面中选择作为分享对象的目标好友系统帐号,完成音乐会员所拥有的音乐资源使用权限的共享;或者,用户可以在电影点播界面选择“会员专享影片”菜单,然后弹出的操作窗口中点击“共享”,接着在弹出的分享对象选择界面中选择作为分享对象的目标好友系统帐号,完成会员专享影片播放权限的共享。
当检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的上述共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、上述共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的标识信息及作为共享对象的第二系统帐号。需要说明的是,也可根据用户的指定,预先标记一个或多个用户选定的共享资源数据作为可共享的资源数据,当用户在进行共享操作时,若用户未选择待共享资源数据,则将预先标记的共享资源数据发送给服务器。
S402、第一移动终端将包含第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及待共享资源数据的标识信息的共享指令发送给服务器。
S403、服务器接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,判断第一系统帐号是否与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,若第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将待共享资源数据的使用权限授予第二系统帐号。
注册该好友系统帐号时使用的操作系统与注册该第一系统帐号时使用的操作系 统可以是相同的操作系统也可以是不同的操作系统。例如,虽然第一系统帐号是iOS系统帐号,但是作为第一系统帐号的好友系统帐号的第二系统帐号可以是iOS系统帐号,也可以是TencentOS系统帐号。
服务器中配置有系统帐号数据库,其中记录有不同的系统帐号与操作系统之间的对应关系,以及各系统帐号与其好友系统帐号之间的对应关系。在接收到第一移动终端发送的共享指令后,服务器根据该共享指令中包含的第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号,通过查询系统帐号数据库,判断第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,并当第一系统帐号与第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系时,将待共享资源数据的使用权限授予第二系统帐号并记录,例如:将待共享资源数据关联给第二系统帐号,并记录待共享资源数据与第二系统帐号之间的关联关系。
进一步地,若共享指令中未包含第二系统帐号,则服务器查询系统帐号数据库,获取所有与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的且与第一系统帐号具有好友关系的目标系统帐号,将该共享指令指示的待共享资源数据的使用权限授权给该目标系统帐号。
S404、服务器根据第二系统帐号,将待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端。
待共享资源数据的描述信息可以包括待共享资源数据的列表,该列表中记录有各共享资源数据的名称、链接等等。服务器根据共享指令中的第二系统帐号,将待共享资源数据的列表推送给第二移动终端,以通知第二移动终端,有用户将待共享资源数据的列表中的数据的使用权限共享给了第二移动终端的用户,并使得第二移动终端的用户通过第二移动终端使用该列表中的数据。
进一步地,除了推送之外,服务器还可根据第二移动终端基于第二系统帐号发送的相关请求,许可第二移动终端使用第一系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据。具体地可包括以下步骤:服务器接收第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求,查询请求中包含:第二系统帐号以及第一系统帐号;判断第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;若第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将第一系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表发送给第二移动终端;接收 第二移动终端基于资源数据列表发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求中包含共享目标资源数据的标识信息;许可第二移动终端使用目标共享资源数据。
具体地,用户可通过点击预置的共享资源数据管理操作界面中的查询按钮,触发第二移动终端发送资源数据的使用权限的查询请求,例如:点击音乐管理界面中的权限查询按钮,然后在弹出的好友系统帐号选择窗口中选择作为查询对象的第二系统帐号,以查询第二系统帐号的用户是否授权自己相关资源数据的使用权限。
服务器通过查询预置的系统帐号数据库,判断第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系。
若第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则查询授权记录,根据之前记录的待共享资源数据与第二系统帐号之间的关联关系,得到第一系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表,并将该资源数据列表发送给第二移动终端。
进一步地,若第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号不是基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则向第二移动终端返回提示信息,以提示第二移动终端第二系统帐号与第一系统帐号不是基于相同类型的操作系统注册,无法查询到相关使用权限。
进一步地,若查询请求中未包含第一系统帐号,则查询上述授权记录,得到所有与第二系统帐号关联的,其他系统帐号授权第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据的列表,并发送给第二移动终端。
第二移动终端将服务器发送的资源数据列表显示给用户,使得该用户基于该资源数据列表选择待使用的目标共享资源数据,并触发第二移动终端发送取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求。
服务器根据第二移动终端发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,许可第二移动终端使用目标共享资源数据,例如将作为目标共享资源数据的音乐数据发送给第二移动终端,以便第二移动终端进行播放;或者允许第二移动终端使用第二系统帐号登录第一系统帐号授权共享的游戏,并将游戏数据发送给第二移动终端等等。
本申请实施例中,服务器根据第一移动终端发送的共享指令,将第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的使用权限,共享给与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系 统注册的并具有好友关系的第二系统帐号,由于本申请是将使用权限而非数据本身进行共享,因此相较于现有技术,在本申请中,只要是第一系统帐号关联的数据均可与其他系统帐号中进行共享,从而扩大了数据共享的实现范围。
请参阅图5,本申请实施例提供的资源数据的共享装置,可应用于上述实施例中的服务器中,实现上述实施例提供的资源数据的共享方法。如图5所示,该装置主要包括:
接收模块401,用于接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,该共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及该与第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息;
判断模块402,用于判断该第一系统帐号是否与该第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
授权模块403,用于若该第一系统帐号与该第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将该待共享资源数据的使用权限授予该第二系统帐号。
该装置进一步包括:发送模块404,用于根据该第二系统帐号,将该待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端,使得第二移动终端可根据该描述信息使用该待共享资源数据。
本实施例未尽之细节,请参阅前述图1至图4所示实施例的描述,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,根据第一移动终端发送的共享指令,将第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的使用权限,共享给与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的并具有好友关系的第二系统帐号,由于本申请是将使用权限而非数据本身进行共享,因此相较于现有技术,在本申请中,只要是第一系统帐号关联的数据均可与其他系统帐号中进行共享,从而扩大了数据共享的实现范围。
请参阅图6,本申请实施例提供的资源数据的共享装置,可应用于上述实施例中的服务器中,实现上述实施例提供的资源数据的共享方法。在上述实施例提供的一种资源数据的共享装置的基础上,与上述实施例不同的是,如图6所示,在本实施例提供的资源数据的使共享装置中:
进一步地,接收模块401,还用于接收该第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求,该查询请求中包含:该第二系统帐号以及该第一系统帐号;
该判断模块402,还用于当接收模块401接收到该第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求时,该判断该第二系统帐号与该第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
该发送模块404,还用于若该第二系统帐号与该第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将该第一系统帐号授权该第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表发送给该第二移动终端;
该接收模块401,还用于接收该第二移动终端基于该资源数据列表发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,该获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求中包含该共享目标资源数据的标识信息;
该装置还包括:许可模块501,用于许可该第二移动终端使用该目标共享资源数据。
进一步地,接收模块401,还用于接收该第一移动终端发送的注册请求,该注册请求中包含该第一移动终端使用的操作系统的标识、用于登录共享系统的该第一系统帐号及密码信息;
该装置还包括:注册模块502,用于根据该注册请求,对该第一移动终端进行系统注册,授予该第一系统帐号资源数据的使用权限的管理权限,使得该第一移动终端可基于该第一系统帐号,将该资源数据的使用权限共享给该第一系统帐号绑定的基于相同类型的操作系统注册的好友系统帐号。
进一步地,该资源数据包括:与该第一系统帐号关联的存储于该第一移动终端和/或该服务器上的任意资源数据。
本实施例未尽之细节,请参阅前述图1至图4所示实施例的描述,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,根据第一移动终端发送的共享指令,将第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的使用权限,共享给与第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册的并具有好友关系的第二系统帐号,由于本申请是将使用权限而非数据本身进行共享,因此相较于现有技术,在本申请中,只要是第一系统帐号关联的数据均可与其他系统帐号中进行共享,从而扩大了数据共享的实现范围。
图7为本申请实施例中资源数据的共享装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,该设备包括:处理器701、非易失性计算机可读存储器702、显示单元703、网络通信接 口704。这些组件通过总线705进行通信。
本实施例中,存储器702中存储有多个程序模块,包括操作系统706、网络通信模块707和应用程序708。
处理器701可以读取存储器702中的应用程序所包括的各种模块(图中未示出)来执行资源数据的使用权限的共享以及数据处理。本实施例中的处理器701可以为一个,也可以为多个,其可以为CPU,处理单元/模块,ASIC,逻辑模块或可编程门阵列等。
其中,操作系统706可以为:Windows操作系统、Android操作系统或苹果iPhone OS操作系统。
应用程序708可包括:资源数据的共享模块709。该资源数据的共享模块709可包括图6所示装置中的接收模块401、判断模块402、授权模块403、发送模块404、许可模块501和注册模块502形成的计算机可执行指令集709-1及对应的元数据和启发式算法709-2。这些计算机可执行指令集可以由所述处理器701执行并完成图2至图4所示方法或图6所示资源数据的共享装置的功能。
在本实施例中,网络通信接口704与网络通信模块707相配合完成资源数据的共享装置的各种网络信号的收发。
显示单元703具有一显示面板,用于完成相关信息的输入及显示。
在本申请所提供的多个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个模块或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信链接可以是通过一些接口,装置或模块的间接耦合或通信链接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请中各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上 述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本申请并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本申请,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定都是本申请所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。
以上为对本申请所提供的资源数据的共享方法、装置及系统的描述,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本申请实施例的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种资源数据的共享方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,所述共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及与所述第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息;
    利用所述第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号,判断所述第一系统帐号是否与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
    若所述第一系统帐号与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述待共享资源数据的使用权限授予所述第二系统帐号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述第二系统帐号,将所述待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端,使得第二移动终端可根据所述描述信息使用所述待共享资源数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求,所述查询请求中包含:所述第二系统帐号以及所述第一系统帐号;
    判断所述第二系统帐号与所述第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
    若所述第二系统帐号与所述第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述第一系统帐号授权所述第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表发送给所述第二移动终端;
    接收所述第二移动终端基于所述资源数据列表发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,所述获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求中包含所述共享目标资源数据的标识信息;
    许可所述第二移动终端使用所述目标共享资源数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令之前,包括:
    接收所述第一移动终端发送的注册请求,所述注册请求中包含所述第一移动终端使用的操作系统的标识、用于登录共享系统的所述第一系统帐号及密码信息;
    根据所述注册请求,对所述第一移动终端进行系统注册,授予所述第一系统帐 号资源数据的使用权限的管理权限,使得所述第一移动终端可基于所述第一系统帐号,将所述资源数据的使用权限共享给所述第一系统帐号绑定的基于相同类型的操作系统注册的好友系统帐号。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述资源数据包括:与所述第一系统帐号关联的存储于所述第一移动终端和/或所述服务器上的任意资源数据。
  6. 一种资源数据的共享的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一移动终端在检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、所述共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的标识信息及作为共享对象的第二系统帐号,将包含所述第一系统帐号、所述第二系统帐号以及所述待共享资源数据的标识信息的共享指令发送给服务器;
    所述服务器接收所述第一移动终端发送的所述共享指令,根据所述第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号,判断所述第一系统帐号是否与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,若所述第一系统帐号与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述待共享资源数据的使用权限授予所述第二系统帐号。
  7. 一种资源数据的共享装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一移动终端发送的共享指令,所述共享指令中包含:第一系统帐号、第二系统帐号以及与所述第一系统帐号关联的待共享资源数据的标识信息;
    判断模块,用于根据所述第一系统帐号和第二系统帐号,判断所述第一系统帐号是否与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
    授权模块,用于若所述第一系统帐号与所述第二系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述待共享资源数据的使用权限授予所述第二系统帐号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    发送模块,用于根据所述第二系统帐号,将所述待共享资源数据的描述信息推送给第二移动终端,使得第二移动终端可根据所述描述信息使用所述待共享资源数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求,所述查询请求中包含:所述第二系统帐号以及所述第一系统帐号;
    所述判断模块,还用于当接收模块接收到所述第二移动终端发送的资源数据的使用权限的查询请求时,所述判断所述第二系统帐号与所述第一系统帐号是否基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系;
    所述发送模块,还用于若所述第二系统帐号与所述第一系统帐号基于相同类型的操作系统注册并具有好友关系,则将所述第一系统帐号授权所述第二系统帐号共享使用的资源数据列表发送给所述第二移动终端;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第二移动终端基于所述资源数据列表发送的获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求,所述获取目标共享资源数据的使用权限的请求中包含所述共享目标资源数据的标识信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    许可模块,用于许可所述第二移动终端使用所述目标共享资源数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第一移动终端发送的注册请求,所述注册请求中包含所述第一移动终端使用的操作系统的标识、用于登录共享系统的所述第一系统帐号及密码信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    注册模块,用于根据所述注册请求,对所述第一移动终端进行系统注册,授予所述第一系统帐号资源数据的使用权限的管理权限,使得所述第一移动终端可基于所述第一系统帐号,将所述资源数据的使用权限共享给所述第一系统帐号绑定的基于相同类型的操作系统注册的好友系统帐号。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述资源数据包括:与所述第一系统帐号关联的存储于所述第一移动终端和/或所述服务器上的任意资源数据。
  12. 一种资源数据的共享的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:服务器、第一移动终端以及第二移动终端;
    其中,所述第一移动终端,用于在检测到用户触发资源数据的使用权限的共享操作时,获取登录时使用的第一系统帐号、所述共享操作指向的待共享资源数据的 标识信息及所述第二移动终端的第二系统帐号,将包含所述第一系统帐号、所述第二系统帐号以及所述待共享资源数据的标识信息的共享指令发送给服务器;
    所述服务器,包括如权利要求7至11任意一项所述的资源数据的共享装置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二移动终端,用于接收所述服务器推送的所述待共享资源数据的描述信息并进行展示
