Description

一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法和装置
本申请要求在2015年12月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201511014705.X、发明名称为“一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及媒体传播技术领域,特别是指一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法和装置。
背景技术
目前,智能电视是顺应电视机“高清化”、“网络化”、“智能化”的趋势而出现的一种智能多媒体终端,具备从因特网、视频设备、计算机等多种渠道获得节目内容,通过简单易用的整合式操作界面将消费者最需要的内容在大屏幕上清晰地展现的功能。
各种视频播放网站和应用可以根据用户的观看习惯推荐用户感兴趣的视频,减少了用户搜索的时间,增加了用户体验。电视作为一个全家的观看视频的入口,往往在收看视频时只需要一个会员账号就可以提供全家的观看,不需要家庭成员每个人都要有会员账号和缴纳会员费,基于其特殊性当前的推荐算法没有办法做到为家庭成员每个人推荐感兴趣的视频。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明部分实施例的目的在于提出一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法和装置,解决了所有家庭成员使用一个账号在智能电视上进行视频观看时,无法对每个家庭成员推荐感兴趣视频的问题。
基于上述目的本发明部分实施例提供的基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法,包括步骤:
启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信 息;其中,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系;
将获取的身份信息上传至服务器,并从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
在一个实施例中,所述该用户的观看记录通过如下步骤得到:
在进行视频文件播放的过程中,监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录;
启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;
将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
在一个实施例中,所述在进行视频文件播放的过程中,判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件;
根据判断结果,若是广告视频文件,则不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度;若不是广告视频文件,则进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度。
在一个实施例中,所述监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值;
判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放;
如果存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度,判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,否则继续监测视频文件播放的时间长度;
如果不存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。
在一个实施例中,所述启动人脸检测进程之前,获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令,或者收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视频文件的触发指令。
在另一方面,本发明部分实施例还提供了一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐装置,包括:
人脸数据获取单元,用于启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
身份信息获取单元,用于根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;其中,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系;
视频文件推荐单元,用于将获取的身份信息上传至服务器,并从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
在一个实施例中,还包括观看记录上传单元,用于:
在进行视频文件播放的过程中,监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录;
启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;
将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
在一个实施例中,所述观看记录上传单元还用于:
在进行视频文件播放的过程中,判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件;
根据判断结果,若是广告视频文件,则不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度;若不是广告视频文件,则进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度。
在一个实施例中,所述观看记录上传单元还用于:
监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值;
判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放;
如果存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度,判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,否则继续监测视频文件播放的时间长度;
如果不存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。
在一个实施例中,所述人脸数据获取单元启动人脸检测进程之前,获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令,或者收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视 频文件的触发指令。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明部分实施例提供的基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法和装置,从而实现了对于一个家庭账号中的每个观看用户进行个性化、精准化的视频推荐,优化了智能电视视频服务的质量。

为使本发明部分实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明部分实施例进一步详细说明。
根据智能电视的使用现状,每个家庭成员登录账户后只能被推荐所有家庭成员感兴趣的视频文件,并进行观看,无法被推荐只针对该家庭成员观看特点的视频文件。为了解决这一问题,本发明部分实施例从用户角度,体会到用户希望能够被推荐只针对自己感兴趣的视频文件。因此,本发明部分实施例的思路是在智能电视上,建立人脸识别、视频文件以及个性化推荐之间的互联互通。
参阅图1所示,为本发明实施例中基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法的流程示意图,所述基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法包括:
步骤101,启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据。
在本实施例中,当获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令之后,可以启动人脸检测进程。或者,也可以当收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视频文件的触发指令,再启动人脸检测进程。
其中,登录智能电视账户是指,智能电视设置了家庭为单位的账户。用户首先可以通过家庭账户的验证登录到该账户中,然后再通过启动人脸检测进程,对登录该家庭账户上的不同用户进行识别。从而,可以对共用一个家 庭账户的多个用户进行识别。
在本实施例中,将人脸检测进程设置为常驻系统,默认为一直运行的后台进程。
步骤102,根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息。
在实施例中,所述的人脸用户表中存储有每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系。其中,所述的身份信息可以包括用户名、密码、性别、年龄等等内容。
需要说明的是,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息之前,可以根据所述人脸数据,判断在预先设置的人脸用户表中是否存在该用户的身份信息。如果存在则获取该身份信息,否则在人脸用户表中建立该人脸数据对应的用户身份信息。例如,可以弹出浮层让用户自行设置身份信息,将设置的身份信息与所述的人脸数据进行对应并存储到所述的人脸用户表中。较佳地,将更新后的人脸用户表上传至服务器。
在本实施例中,每个家庭账户对应一个人脸用户表,在该人脸用户表中存储有通过该家庭账户登录后的每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系。或者,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有所有用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系,其中包括通过同一个家庭账户登录后进行人脸检测的用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系,也包括通过不同家庭账户登录后进行人脸检测的用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系。
在本实施例中,当所述的人脸用户表中存储有所有用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系时,可以在所述人脸用户表中还存储有家庭账户标识。也就是说,在每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系中还设置了一个家庭账户标识,共用一个家庭账户登录的多个用户的家庭账户标识相同。
与此同时,所述的人脸用户表可以在本地进行存储,也可以不在本地存储。但无论是否在本地存储,在服务器端都要存储有所述的人脸用户表。较佳地,如果在本地没有存储所述人脸用户表,则可以以当前本地的MAC地址为参数,通过网络向服务器发送请求,获得当前存储在服务器上的人脸用户表。
步骤103,将获取的身份信息上传至服务器。
作为实施例,可以将人脸用户表中与获得的脸部数据相对应的身份信 息,上传至服务器。
步骤104,从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
在本实施例中,该用户的观看记录通过在进行视频文件播放的过程中,监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。优选地,预设的阈值为视频总时间长度的四分之三。其中,所述播放的时间长度是指视频文件已播放部分的总时间。另外,该视频文件的播放时间长度没有达到视频总时间长度的原因,可能是用户换台或关机等等情况。
然后启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据。根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息。最后,将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
在本实施例中,在进行视频文件播放的过程中,需要判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件。如果是广告视频文件,则不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度,否则进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度。从而,在监测视频文件播放的时间长度之前,便可以排除广告视频文件,使得能够精准的标记有效观看记录,同时最大程度地提高监测效率。
在本实施例中,当监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值时,判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放。如果存在广告视频文件的播放,则需要将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度。然后,判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,否则继续监测视频文件播放的时间长度。如果不存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。从该实施例中可以看出,本发明部分实施例为了能够切实做到只有用户真正观看了的视频文件才能进行标记的效果,在监测的时间长度上需要减去一些不是该视频文件的播放内容,例如视频文件播放过程中的广告视频文件。
作为一个可参考的实施例,参阅图2所示,所述基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法具体可采用如下步骤:
步骤201,获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令,或者收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视频文件的触发指令。
步骤202,启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据。
步骤203,根据所述人脸数据,判断在预先设置的人脸用户表中是否存在与该人脸数据相对应的身份信息。若存在则进行步骤205,否则进行步骤204。
步骤204,根据该人脸数据,建立该用户的身份信息,然后返回步骤201。
步骤205,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息,然后进行步骤206。
步骤206,将获取的身份信息上传至服务器。
步骤207,从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
还值得说明的是,用户的观看记录可以通过如下可参考的实施过程获得,包括:
步骤一:在进行视频文件播放的过程中,判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件,若是则执行步骤二,否则进行步骤三。
步骤二:不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度,并退出该流程。
步骤三:进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度,并进行步骤四。
步骤四:如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放,若存在则执行步骤五,否则进行步骤七。
步骤五:将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度,执行步骤六。
步骤六:判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则进行步骤七,否则返回步骤三。
步骤七:该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,进行步骤八。
步骤八:启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据。
步骤九:根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息。
步骤十:将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
在本发明部分实施例还提供了一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐装置,如图3所示,所述的基于人脸识别的视频推荐装置包括依次连接的人脸数据获取单元301、身份信息获取单元302以及视频文件推荐单元303。其中,人脸数 据获取单元301用于启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据。身份信息获取单元302用于根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息。其中,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系。视频文件推荐单元303用于将获取的身份信息上传至服务器,并从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
在本实施例中,所述人脸数据获取单元301启动人脸检测进程之前,获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令,或者收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视频文件的触发指令。
在本实施例中,每个家庭账户对应一个人脸用户表,在该人脸用户表中存储有通过该家庭账户登录后的每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系。或者,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有所有用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系,其中包括通过同一个家庭账户登录后进行人脸检测的用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系,也包括通过不同家庭账户登录后进行人脸检测的用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系。
与此同时,所述的人脸用户表可以在本地进行存储,也可以不在本地存储。但无论是否在本地存储,在服务器端都要存储有所述的人脸用户表。较佳地,如果在本地没有存储所述人脸用户表,则可以以当前本地的MAC地址为参数,通过网络向服务器发送请求,获得当前存储在服务器上的人脸用户表。
作为本发明中基于人脸识别的视频推荐装置一个可参考的实施例,如图4所示,还包括与视频文件推荐单元303连接的观看记录上传单元304。观看记录上传单元304在进行视频文件播放的过程中,监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。优选地,预设的阈值为视频总时间长度的四分之三。
然后启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据。根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息。最后,将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
在本实施例中,观看记录上传单元304在进行视频文件播放的过程中,需要判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件。如果是广告视频文件,则不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度,否则进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度。从而,在监测视频文件播放的时间长度之前,便可以排出广告视频文 件,使得能够精准的标记有效观看记录,同时最大程度地提高监测效率。
在本实施例中,观看记录上传单元304当监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值时,判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放。如果存在广告视频文件的播放,则需要将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度。然后,判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,否则继续监测视频文件播放的时间长度。如果不存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。
需要说明的是,在本发明部分实施例所述的基于人脸识别的视频推荐装置的具体实施内容,在上面所述的基于人脸识别的视频推荐的方法中已经详细说明了,故在此重复内容不再说明。
综上所述,本发明部分实施例提供的基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法、装置,创造性地解决了智能电视视频推荐服务的单一性,实现了推荐服务的多样性;能够以每个观看视频的用户为基础单位,推荐感兴趣的视频;最后,整个所述的基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法和装置紧凑,易于实现。
所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐方法,包括步骤:
    启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
    根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;其中,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系;
    将获取的身份信息上传至服务器,并从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述该用户的观看记录通过如下步骤得到:
    在进行视频文件播放的过程中,监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录;
    启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
    根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;
    将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在进行视频文件播放的过程中,判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件;
    根据判断结果,若是广告视频文件,则不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度;若不是广告视频文件,则进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值;
    判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放;
    如果存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度,判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,否则继续监测视频文件播放的时间长度;
    如果不存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述启动人脸检测进程之前,获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令,或者收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视频文件的触发指令。
  6. 一种基于人脸识别的视频推荐装置,包括:
    人脸数据获取单元,用于启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
    身份信息获取单元,用于根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;其中,在所述的人脸用户表中存储有每个用户的脸部数据和身份信息的对应关系;
    视频文件推荐单元,用于将获取的身份信息上传至服务器,并从所述服务器接收根据该用户的观看记录推荐的视频文件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,还包括观看记录上传单元,用于:
    在进行视频文件播放的过程中,监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录;
    启动人脸检测进程,获取人脸数据;
    根据所述人脸数据,在预先设置的人脸用户表中获取该用户的身份信息;
    将获取的身份信息和该有效观看记录上传至服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述观看记录上传单元还用于:
    在进行视频文件播放的过程中,判断播放的视频文件是否为广告视频文件;
    根据判断结果,若是广告视频文件,则不进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度;若不是广告视频文件,则进行监测视频文件播放的时间长度。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中,所述观看记录上传单元还用于:
    监测视频文件播放的时间长度,如果监测到播放的时间长度达到预设的阈值;
    判断在该播放的时间长度内是否存在广告视频文件的播放;
    如果存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该播放的时间长度减去该广告视频文件的播放时间长度,判断减去后的时间长度是否达到预设的阈值,若是则 将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录,否则继续监测视频文件播放的时间长度;
    如果不存在广告视频文件的播放,则将该视频文件标记为有效观看记录。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的装置,其中,所述人脸数据获取单元启动人脸检测进程之前,获取用户登录智能电视账户的指令,或者收到用户登录智能电视账户后点击视频文件的触发指令。
