Description

密闭盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种密闭盒,尤其涉及一种具有开启锁紧机构的密闭盒。
背景技术
目前市场上的密闭盒在实际应用中存在两个问题。给用户带来不方便和噪音。第一个问题在开启锁紧过程中不能通过一个动作完成。目前市面上的密闭盒开启锁紧方式,在开启过程中,第一个动作是通过翻转或向下按钮解除锁紧装置,第二动作是拉、推或向上掀起达到完全打开取物的目的,反之锁紧也一样,先拉、推或向下合上抽屉或盖子,接着通过翻转或向下按钮锁紧装置;第二个问题是噪音,在锁紧过程中由于采用翻转或向下按钮解除锁紧动作,带给密闭盒本身及与固定密闭盒的装置之间会产生噪音。这两种给用户带来不好的体验。同时翻转机构,需要翻转空间的让位,会损失抽屉的有效容积。
因此,有必要设计一种改进的密闭盒来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够同时开启并被打开的密闭盒。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种密闭盒,包括一盒体及遮罩在盒体上将所述盒体密闭的盖体,所述盒体具有一开口向上的收容腔及分别位于所述收容腔两侧的两侧壁,每个所述侧壁外侧设有沿前后方向延伸的滑槽,所述密闭盒还设有滑动连接所述盖体和所述盒体的开启锁紧机构,所述开启锁紧机构设有滑动固定在所述滑槽内的推动件以及旋转固定在所述推动件上且安装在所述盖体内的连杆,所述连杆在所述推动件的作用下向上顶起及向后推动所述盖体以将所述收容腔暴露于外界。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述推动件设有一位于所述盒体一端上方的本体及自本体两端向下延伸的两挂壁,所述本体上设有向上凸起的推手部,所述推手部向上穿过所述盖体暴露于外界。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述连杆设有一收容在所述盖体内的支撑杆以及自支撑杆两端垂直延伸的两耳杆,每个所述耳杆安装在所述挂壁上,当所述推动件向后整体移动时,所述挂壁向后推抵所述耳杆,所述耳杆则向上驱动所述支撑杆以向上撑起所述盖体。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,每个所述挂壁上设有呈倒L形连通的导轨槽及限位槽,所述限位槽上下延伸贯穿所述挂壁,所述导轨槽前后延伸贯穿所述挂壁。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述限位槽的顶端与所述导轨槽的前端连通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述开启锁紧机构还包括一能够沿前后方向滑行在所述滑槽内的滑动件,所述滑动件设有安装在所述限位槽上的第一滑轮和安装在所述导轨槽上的第二滑轮,所述第二滑轮能够绕所述第一滑轮的作逆时针旋转。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一滑轮设有位于能够滑行在所述滑槽内的前定向滚轮、位于所述前定向滚轮外侧的固定轮以及同时贯穿所述前定向滚轮与所述固定轮轴心的第一轴杆,所述前定向滚轮与所述固定轮之间间隔一间距以形成一卡持部。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第二滑轮设有一从动滚轮以及贯穿所述从动滚轮的轴腔,所述从动滚轮的边缘卡持在所述卡持部内,所述耳杆的末端收容在所述轴腔内。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述盖体设有盒盖及安装在所述盒盖上方的顶盖,所述顶盖与所述盒盖之间设有一能够让所述支撑杆上下移动的限位空间。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述盒盖朝向所述顶盖的一侧设有向上突出的若干固定柱,所述固定柱前后排列以将所述支撑杆在所述限位空间内沿前后方向限位。
相较于现有技术,本发明密闭盒通过在盖体与盒体之间设置一开启锁紧机构,并且所述开启锁紧机构包括有滑动固定在盒体的上的推动件以及旋转固定在推动件上并且安装在盖体内的连杆,所述连杆在所述推动件的作用下旋转,同时向上及向后推动所述盖体脱离所述盒体使得所述密闭盒打开。如此使得本发明密闭盒仅仅通过一个向后方向的推动动作,即达成开启和打开所述密闭盒的效果;另外如果所述密闭盒作为冰箱抽屉,则不需要翻转盖体就能打开冰箱抽屉,也节省了因为需要翻转盖体而需要的翻转空间,从而保证了冰箱抽屉的有效容积。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2所示,本发明揭示了一种冰箱抽屉900,所述冰箱抽屉900设有门板91、盒体1、将所述门板91及所述盒体1固定在一起的固定轴(未标号)以及安装在盒体1底部两侧的滑轨92。所述滑轨92用来供应所述盒体1相对冰箱内胆(未图示)向前或者向后滑行。
所述冰箱抽屉900还设有遮蔽在所述盒体1顶部以将盒体1遮蔽成一密闭盒100的盖体2以及位于所述盒体1与盖体2之间的密封圈4。本发明中将对所述密闭盒100着重进行描述。
请参图2至图9所示,在本发明密闭盒100的第一实施方式中,所述密闭盒100包括一开口向上的收容腔10、位于所述冰箱抽屉900的门板91后侧与所述收容腔10前侧的前壁11、自前壁11两端向后延伸位于所述收容腔10两侧的两侧壁12、位于所述收容腔10后侧的后壁13以及位于所述收容腔10底部的底壁14。所述盒体1还设有位于所述前壁11顶部前侧向前突出形成的两个收纳部111,所述收纳部111为开口向后的容置腔。所述两侧壁12在顶部侧边分别设有一沿所述冰箱抽屉900的前后方向延伸的滑槽121。两个侧壁12上设置的两个所述滑槽121相对应并相对称。
请参图2至图6所示,所述盖体2包括安装在所述盒体1上方的一盒盖21及一固定在所述盒盖21前端的顶盖22。所述盒盖21设有一遮蔽在所述收容腔10上方的平板状的第一 主体23、自第一主体23两侧向外再向下弯折形成的两第一侧板24以及自第一主体23最前端向前水平延伸形成的固定板25。所述两第一侧板24位于所述盒体1的两侧壁12外侧将所述滑槽121遮挡。所述固定板25设有顶面251、位于所述固定板25前端并自所述顶面251下凹形成的两个相互平行的导引槽252以及分别设于每个所述导引槽252两侧的若干固定柱253。所述固定板25的顶面251低于所述第一主体23的顶面。如此,当所述顶盖22固定在所述固定板25上后,在所述顶盖22与固定板25之间上下方向形成具有一定高度的空间。两个所述第一侧板24相对的内侧,在所述主体23的后端设有固定在所述第一侧板24上的后定向滚轮26。当所述盖体2安装在所述盒体1上时,所述后定向滚轮26在所述盒体1的两个滑槽121内前后滑行,从而带动所述盖体2相对所述盒体1向后或者向前滑行。
每个所述导引槽252的两侧的若干所述固定柱253沿前后方向分为两组,第一组所述固定柱253设于所述固定板25前部,所述第一组固定柱253包括有沿左右方向对称设置在所述导引槽252两侧的两个第一固定柱253;第二组所述固定柱253设于所述固定板25后部靠近所述第一主体23处,包括有两个对称设置在所述导引槽252两侧的两个第二固定柱253以及一个位于所述导引槽252外侧且位于其中一个所述第二固定柱253后侧的第三固定柱253。
所述顶盖22遮盖在所述固定板25上方。所述顶盖22设有平板状的第二主体221、自第二主体221两侧分别向外再向下弯折延伸的第二侧板222以及位于所述顶盖22后端向后倾斜延伸形成的一延伸壁223。所述第二主体部221在其四个角落处,对应所述第一主体23的每个所述固定柱253处设有上下贯穿的通孔224,在中间部位设有上下贯穿的让位孔225。所述顶盖22通过螺钉(未标号)穿过所述通孔222进入所述固定柱253内,从而使得所述顶盖22与所述盒盖21固定在一起。请结合图7所示,所述顶盖22与所述固定板25的顶面之间间隔有一定距离。如此设置,在所述固定板25与所述顶盖22之间形成有一让位空间(未标号),所述让位空间在所述第二固定柱253与第三固定柱253之间沿前后方向进一步限位形成局部的限位空间220。
请参图3至图5所示,所述密闭盒100还包括一安装在所述盖体2与盒体1之间的开启锁紧机构3。所述开启锁紧机构3设有滑动固定在所述滑槽121内的推动件31、旋转固定在所述推动件31上的连杆32以及带动所述推动件31及所述连杆32自前向后在所述滑槽121内滑行的滑动件33。
所述推动件31为一一体式推杆。所述推杆31包括一位于所述盖体2的固定板25上方的本体311及自所述本体311两端向下弯折延伸位于所述盒体1两侧壁12外侧的两挂壁312。
请结合图3所示,所述本体311前侧边缘对应所述第一固定柱253处设有向后凹陷的若干缺口313,在两个所述缺口313之间,所述本体311设有向前突伸入所述收纳部111内的突出块314,在所述突出块314的顶端还安装有一能够沿所述导引槽252前后滚动的第一转轴315,所述本体311在其后侧边缘与所述突出块314前后对应安装有一能够沿所述导引槽252前后滚动的第二转轴316,所述第一转轴315、第二转轴316下半部分收容在所述导引槽252内。所述本体311的后侧边缘在两个所述第二转轴314之间设有自所述本体311顶面向上突出的推手部317,所述推手部317向上穿过所述顶盖22的让位孔225并暴露在外界。
每个所述挂壁312底部设有左右贯穿所述挂壁312的倒L形连通的导轨槽318和限位槽319。所述导轨槽318沿前后方向延伸并沿内外方向贯穿所述挂壁312,所述限位槽319沿上下方向延伸并沿内外方向贯穿所述挂壁312。所述限位槽319的顶端与所述导轨槽318的最前端连通。
请结合图7所示,所述连杆32设有沿所述盒体1宽度方向收容在所述限位空间220内的支撑杆321以及自支撑杆321两端弯折或者垂直延伸的两个耳杆322。所述两个耳杆322的末端分别安装在两个所述挂壁312上。所述开启锁紧机构3还包括套置在所述支撑杆321上的扭簧323,所述扭簧具有两个弹性臂3231弹抵在所述顶盖2的延伸壁223内侧。
所述滑动件33设有安装在所述限位槽319内的第一滑轮(未标号)及安装在所述导轨槽318内的第二滑轮(未标号)。所述第一滑轮包括前定向滚轮331、固定轮332以及贯穿所述前定向滚轮331及固定轮332中心的第一轴杆333。所述前定向滚轮331与所述固定轮332之间间隔一间距形成一卡持部334。所述第一轴杆333向外穿过所述限位槽319从而使得所述前定向滚轮331能够夹持在所述挂壁312与所述滑槽121的底壁之间。而所述挂壁312则位于所述第二侧板222的内侧。
所述第二滑轮设有一从动滚轮335以及贯穿所述从动滚轮335的轴腔(未标号)。所述从动滚轮335的边缘卡持在所述卡持部334内,所述连杆32的耳杆322的末端穿过所述导轨槽318收容在所述从动滚轮335的轴腔内,此时所述连杆32的支撑杆321可绕所述轴腔所在轴心线旋转。所述前定向滚轮331、从动滚轮335及所述固定轮332自内向外依序排列在所述挂壁312内侧。所述从动滚轮335能够以所述第一轴杆333为轴心,绕所述前定向滚轮331作逆时针旋转。
请结合图9所示,本发明冰箱抽屉900在被抽拉出冰箱内胆后,需要打开所述密闭盒100时,使用者通过推动暴露在外界的推手部317从而迫使所述第一转轴315及第二转轴316沿所述盖体2的导引槽252向后滚动,进而带动所述本体部311及挂壁312沿所述导轨槽 318的延伸方向向前移动直至所述导轨槽318与所述限位槽319的交界处,与此同时,所述连杆32的支撑杆321在所述限位空间220内沿上下方向向上滑行至抵住所述顶盖22的第二主体221底面,且所述耳杆322已经由原先的向后倾斜状态变为竖直状态。并且,所述第一转轴315及所述突出块314已经沿所述导引槽253向后滑行,从所述盒体1的收纳部111退出,当继续向后推动所述推手部317时,所述耳杆322相对所述导轨槽318已无法继续向前运动,此时所述从动滚轮335相对所述前331定向滚轮作逆向旋转运动,所述耳杆322的末端进入所述限位槽319,所述固定轮332对所述从动滚轮335提供向上的支撑力,从而带动所述耳杆322向上撑起所述支撑杆321,使得所述支撑杆321的扭簧323向上顶起所述盖体2,进而使得所述盖体2与所述盒体1分开,继续向后推动所述推手部317,则所述盖体2通过所述后定向滚轮26在所述滑槽121内向后滑行而逐渐与所述盒体1分离,进而使得所述收容腔10暴露于空气中。关闭锁紧则步骤反之。
请参图10所示,在本发明密闭盒100’的第二实施方式中,所述密闭盒100’与第一实施方式中的密闭盒100的结构大致相同,主要区别在于开启锁紧机构(未标号)。此处不再对密闭盒100’的其他结构赘述,仅对所述开启锁紧机构进行描述。所述开启锁紧机构设有滑动固定在所述滑槽121’内的推动件31’、旋转固定在所述推动件31’上的连杆32’以及带动所述推动件31’及所述连杆32’自前向后在所述滑槽121’内滑行的滑动件33’。
请结合图6与图10所示,图10中第二实施方式密闭盒100’的所述连杆32’、滑动件33’与图6中第一实施方式密闭盒100的结构相同,区别在于第二实施方式密闭盒100’的所述开启锁紧机构还包括一设于顶盖22’的电动驱动结构5’以及一与所述电动驱动结构5’电性连接的开关按键6’,所述推动件33’未设置推手部,而是在所述推动件31’的本体311’后侧边缘设置有与本体311’固定的齿条317’,所述齿条317’与所述电动驱动结构5’啮合连接。所述电动驱动结构5可内置电控程序,或者与密闭盒100’内置的电控程序电性连接。当需要打开所述密闭盒100’时,按下开关按键6’,所述电动驱动结构5’通电运转,驱动所述齿条317’向后运动,从而带动所述推动件33’向后滑行,依据电控预先设定的程序,所述连杆32’的耳杆322’的末端走完所述倒L形的导轨槽318’及所述限位槽319’,此时所述盖体2被所述连杆32’的支撑杆321’向上撑起,所述密闭盒100’处于松弛状态然后轻推盖体2’即可打开所述密闭盒100’;反之,当需要锁紧密闭盒100’时,当所述推动件31’的突出块314’进入所述收纳部111’内时,按下所述开关按键6’,所述电动驱动结构5’反向带动所述齿条317’向前移动,依据所述电控程序,走完L形距离,使得所述支撑杆321旋转放下所述盖体2,从而所述密闭盒100’锁紧。
综上所述,本发明第二实施方式的密闭盒100’在第一实施方式的基础上通过将手动驱动所述推动件31向前滑行替换为由电动驱动机构5’电动驱动所述推动件31’向前滑行,如此使得密闭盒100’在第一实施方式密闭盒100的基础上实现板自动化开启和关闭,使用更方便。
请参图11至图21所示,结合图1所示,本发明冰箱抽屉900还可在第一实施方式中的所述密闭盒100的盖体1与所述冰箱内胆之间增加设置一固定在冰箱内胆上的隔板7、7’及8,所述隔板7、7’及8与所述密闭盒100共同组合成第一实施方式的密闭盒组件200、第二实施方式的密闭盒组件200’以及第三实施方式的密闭盒组件300。
请参图11至图13所示为第一实施方式的密闭盒组件200,所述隔板7为一平板状板体,平行设于所述密闭盒100的盖体2上方。所述隔板7在靠近所述推手部317处设有一上下贯穿的开口71、自所述开口71两侧向上竖直延伸的两个壁体72、分别贯穿所述两个壁体72的两个安装孔73以及自所述隔板7向上向后倾斜延伸并且左右连接两壁体72的第二斜壁74,所述安装孔73位于所述隔板7的上方。所述第二斜壁74与两壁体72之则形成一个让位70。
所述隔板7还包括一阻挡件75,所述阻挡件75设有位于两侧竖直延伸的两安装壁751、位于所述安装壁751前侧并左右连接所述安装壁751的第一斜壁752、位于两安装壁751后侧并连接两安装壁751的后壁753以及自每个安装壁751外侧向外垂直突出的安装柱754。所述安装柱754安装在所述安装孔73内,所述阻挡件75能够绕所述安装柱754所在轴线在所述开口71内上下旋转而收容在所述第二斜壁74与两壁体72之间的所述让位70内。所述安装壁751的顶部还设有向外突出的凸台7511,所述凸台7511位于所述开口71上方,被所述隔板7的顶面向上支撑,从而将所述阻挡件75定位在所述开口71内,使得所述阻挡件75向下不会脱离所述隔板7。所述第一斜壁752的外侧面为第一阻挡面,所述第一阻挡面自前向后自下向上延伸。所述后壁753的外侧面为第二阻挡面,所述第二阻挡面竖直延伸。所述安装柱754上还套设有弹簧755,所述弹簧两端分别具有向下及向上伸出的第一弹性臂7551及第二弹性臂7552,在本实施方式中,所述弹簧755作为扭簧运作。
当冰箱抽屉900呈关闭状态时,所述隔板7的阻挡件75位于所述推手部317的后方,所述第一斜壁751的第一阻挡面朝向所述推手部317,稍微向后推动所述冰箱抽屉900,所述推手部317则抵顶在所述第一阻挡面上,所述阻挡件75被向上推顶,所述阻挡件75绕所述安装柱754旋转直至所述阻挡件75向上收缩至所述开口71上方的让位70内,此时所述第一弹性臂7551推抵所述第一斜壁751,所述第二弹性臂7552推抵所述第二斜壁74;当所 述推手部317越过所述阻挡件75后,所述阻挡件75在自身重力及所述弹簧755的第一、第二弹性臂7551、7552的推抵下向下复位至所述凸台7511被所述隔板7的顶面支撑,此时所述第二阻挡面位于所述推手部317的前侧,当消费者需要打开密闭盒100时,只要向外拉出所述冰箱抽屉900,所述阻挡件75推抵所述推手部317使得所述盖体2与所述隔板7保持相对静止,所述冰箱抽屉900的盒体1则向外被拉出,由此打开所述冰箱抽屉900。后续需要清理所述盖体2,则只需要向上推抵所述阻挡件75,使得所述阻挡件75向上回缩至所述让位70内,然后拉出所述盖体2即可。
综上所述,所述冰箱抽屉900在所述密闭盒100与所述冰箱内胆之间增加设置隔板7形成密闭盒组件200,在所述隔板7对应所述推手部317的地方设置一可上下伸缩的阻挡件75,当推手部317推抵该阻挡件75的第一阻挡面752时,所述阻挡件75向上回缩,如此使得推手部317越过阻挡件75,而后所述阻挡件75在自身重力及弹簧的作用下向下复位,使得阻挡件75的第二阻挡面753位于所述推手部317的前侧,对所述推手部317进行反向推抵,从而使得该密闭盒100在被向外拉出冰箱内胆时,所述盒体1被拉出,而所述盖体2则被所述阻挡件75推抵相对隔板7静止,进而达到利用冰箱抽屉900自身机构自动打开密闭盒100的目的。
请参图14至图17所示的密闭盒组件200’的第二实施方式,本实施方式中的密闭盒组件200’相较图11至图13中所示的密闭盒组件200的区别在于隔板7’的结构,因此在此仅对隔板7’进行描述。所述隔板7’为一平板状板体,平行设于所述密闭盒100的盖体2上方。所述隔板7’在靠近所述推手部317处设有一上下贯穿的开口71’、位于所述开口71’上方的两安装孔(未标号)以及旋转安装在所述开口71’内的阻挡件75’。所述阻挡件75’设有一自前向后,自上而下延伸的第一阻挡面752’、与所述第一阻挡面752’相对的背面753’位于所述阻挡件75’两侧的安装柱754’。所述安装柱754’旋转安装在所述安装孔(未标号)内。所述推手部317位于所述第一阻挡面752’的前侧,所述隔板7’还设有收容在所述开口71’内且一端固定在所述背面753’上的弹性伸缩件755’以及位于所述开口71’上方且自前向后自上而下延伸与所述隔板7’连接的斜板74’。所述弹性伸缩件755’的另一端固定在所述斜板74’上,所述斜板74’朝向所述开口71’的一侧设有向所述开口71’突出的突柱76’。所述弹性伸缩件755’固定在所述斜板74’的一端套置在所述突柱76’上。在本实施方式中,所述弹性伸缩件755’为顶簧,利用弹簧自身的压缩及回弹运作。当所述推手部317向后向上推抵所述阻挡件75’时,所述阻挡件75’向上抵压所述弹性伸缩件755’并进入所述开口71’内,当所述推手部317越过所述阻挡件75’的自由末端后,所述阻挡件75’弹性向下复位,此时所述推手部317 位于所述背面753’的后侧。
综上所述,所述冰箱抽屉900在所述密闭盒100与所述冰箱内胆之间增加设置隔板7’形成密闭盒组件200’,在所述隔板7’对应所述推手部317的地方设置一可上下伸缩的阻挡件75’,当推手部317’推抵该阻挡件75’时,利用所述阻挡件75’的弹性伸缩功能,使得推手部317越过阻挡件75’而被阻挡件75’的背面753’反向推抵,从而使得该密闭盒100在被向外拉出冰箱内胆时,利用阻挡件75’阻挡推手部317使得密闭盒100的盒体1相对所述盖体2向外退出而达到打开密闭盒100的目的。如此使得密闭盒100得以配合所述隔板7’自动打开。
请参图20至图21所示为第三实施方式的密闭盒组件300,本实施方式中的密闭盒组件300相较图11至图19中所示的密闭盒组件200、200’的区别在于隔板8的结构,因此在此仅对隔板8进行描述。所述隔板8为一平板状板体,平行设于所述密闭盒100的盖体2上方。所述隔板8在靠近所述推手部317处设有一上下贯穿的开口81、自所述开口81四周向上竖直延伸的第一立方体(未标号)、位于所述第一立方体内的第一收容室80以及安装在所述第一收容室80并且暴露在所述隔板8下方的阻挡件9。
所述第一收容室80与所述开口81连通。所述第一立方体设有竖直延伸位于所述第一收容室80两侧的两第一壁体82及自两第一壁体82内侧面分别凹陷形成的两个心形槽83。所述两心形槽83镜像对称。每个所述心形槽83设有位于底部的第一定位部831、自第一定位部831向后再向上延伸的第一导槽832、自第一定位部831向前再向上延伸的第二导槽833以及位于第一导槽832与第二导槽833顶部交接的第二定位部834。所述第二定位部834位于所述心形槽83的顶部心形交接处。
所述阻挡件9设有与所述第一立方体相对应的第二立方体(未标号)、位于第二立方体内的第二收容室90、以及安装在第二收容室90内弹簧91。所述第二立方体为第一立方体的缩小版,如此使得第二立方体能够收容在第一立方体的第一收容室80内。所述第二立方体设有与所述两第一壁体82对应的两第二壁体92以及位于第二立方体底部左右连接所述两第二壁体92的底壁93。每个所述第二壁体92上设有向外突出安装在所述心形槽83内的转轴921。所述底壁93朝向所述第二收容室90的一侧设有向上突出用来定位所述弹簧91的立柱931。
在本实施方式中,当冰箱抽屉900处于冰箱内胆内呈关闭状态时,所述阻挡件9位于所述推手部317的后侧。所述第二立方体的转轴921收容在所述心形槽83的第一定位部831内,所述弹簧91沿上下方向处于松弛状态。若使用者需要打开冰箱抽屉并开启密闭盒100 时,首先向后稍微推抵所述冰箱抽屉900,直至所述推手部317的顶部推抵所述阻挡件9的第二立方体下端,此时在推力的作用下,所述第二立方体向上运动,所述转轴921从第一定位部831开始向后向上被所述心形槽83的第一导槽832向上滑动直至所述转轴921滑动进入所述第二定位部834内,所述第二立方体收容进入所述第一立方体的第一收容室80内,此时所述推动件317则越过原先所述阻挡件9所在位置继续向后运动;然后外界再对所述阻挡件9底壁93继续向上按压,所述转轴921则从所述第二定位部834继续沿所述第二导槽833向前向下滑行至回落至第一定位部831内,此时所述阻挡件9在所述弹簧91的推抵下从所述开口81内向下超出所述隔板8达成复位,使得所述推手部317位于所述阻挡件的8的后侧(请结合图20所示)。如此所述阻挡件9形成对推手部317的阻挡,当使用者向外拉出所述密闭盒100时,所述盖体2则被所述阻挡件9阻挡而不发生移动,所述盒体1则向外滑出,从而达成所述冰箱抽屉900及所述密闭盒100的打开。
本实施方式密闭盒组件300与第一、第二实施方式密闭盒组件200、200’的区别在于:本实施方式中的阻挡件9在被定位在第二定位部834内后,需要外界力量推动才能将阻挡件9向下复位。如果不用外力按压阻挡件9,则密闭盒100为机械式样打开。利用外力按下后,则可自动打开密闭盒100。
综上所述,所述冰箱抽屉900在所述密闭盒100与所述冰箱内胆之间增加设置隔板8形成密闭盒组件300,在所述隔板8对应所述推手部317的地方设置一可上下伸缩的阻挡件9,当推手部9推抵该阻挡件75’时,利用所述阻挡件9可操作的向上收起及向下复位,使得推手部317越过阻挡件9而被阻挡件9反向推抵,从而使得该密闭盒100在被向外拉出冰箱内胆时,利用阻挡件9阻挡推手部317使得密闭盒100的盒体1相对所述盖体2向外退出而达到打开密闭盒100的目的。如此使得密闭盒100得以配合所述隔板8自动打开。
以上实施例仅用于说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案,对本说明书的理解应该以所属技术领域的技术人员为基础,例如“前后贯穿”指的是在未安装其他零件之前是贯穿的,再例如对“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”等方向性的描述,尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密闭盒,包括一盒体及遮罩在盒体上将所述盒体密闭的盖体,所述盒体具有一开口向上的收容腔及分别位于所述收容腔两侧的两侧壁,每个所述侧壁外侧设有沿前后方向延伸的滑槽,其特征在于:所述密闭盒还设有滑动连接所述盖体和所述盒体的开启锁紧机构,所述开启锁紧机构设有滑动固定在所述滑槽内的推动件以及旋转固定在所述推动件上且安装在所述盖体内的连杆,所述连杆在所述推动件的作用下向上顶起及向后推动所述盖体以将所述收容腔暴露于外界。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述推动件设有一位于所述盒体一端上方的本体及自本体两端向下延伸的两挂壁,所述本体上设有向上凸起的推手部,所述推手部向上穿过所述盖体暴露于外界。
  3. 如权利要2求所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述连杆设有一收容在所述盖体内的支撑杆以及自支撑杆两端垂直延伸的两耳杆,每个所述耳杆安装在所述挂壁上,当所述推动件向后整体移动时,所述挂壁向后推抵所述耳杆,所述耳杆则向上驱动所述支撑杆以向上撑起所述盖体。
  4. 如权利要3求所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:每个所述挂壁上设有呈倒L形连通的导轨槽及限位槽,所述限位槽上下延伸贯穿所述挂壁,所述导轨槽前后延伸贯穿所述挂壁。
  5. 如权利要4求所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述限位槽的顶端与所述导轨槽的前端连通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述开启锁紧机构还包括一能够沿前后方向滑行在所述滑槽内的滑动件,所述滑动件设有安装在所述限位槽上的第一滑轮和安装在所述导轨槽上的第二滑轮,所述第二滑轮能够绕所述第一滑轮的作逆时针旋转。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述第一滑轮设有位于能够滑行在所述滑槽内的前定向滚轮、位于所述前定向滚轮外侧的固定轮以及贯穿所述前定向滚轮与所述固定轮轴心的第一轴杆,所述前定向滚轮与所述固定轮之间间隔一间距以形成一卡持部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述第二滑轮设有一从动滚轮以及贯穿所述从动滚轮的轴腔,所述从动滚轮的边缘卡持在所述卡持部内,所述耳杆的末端收容在所述轴腔内。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述盖体设有盒盖及安装在所述盒盖上方的顶盖,所述顶盖与所述盒盖之间设有一能够让所述支撑杆上下移动的限位空间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的密闭盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖朝向所述顶盖的一侧设有向上突出的若干固定柱,所述固定柱前后排列以将所述支撑杆在所述限位空间内沿前后方向限位。
