Abstract

L'invention concerne une batterie et un boîtier (200) de batterie caractérisée en ce que la batterie comprend un noyau (100) de batterie et un boîtier (200) de batterie, le boîtier (200) de batterie comprenant, à son tour, une coque supérieure (210) et une coque inférieure (220) dont le matériau est un métal. Entre la coque supérieure (210) et la coque inférieure (220) se forme le boîtier (200) de batterie par le biais d'un soudage au laser avec soufflet d'étanchéité sur toute la circonférence, le noyau (100) de la batterie étant logé dans le boîtier (200) de batterie. Cet boîtier (200) de batterie est en matériau métallique et forme une cavité étanche au moyen du soudage au laser avec soufflet d'étanchéité sur toute la circonférence, le noyau (100) de batterie étant disposé dans la partie interne de la cavité du boîtier (200) de batterie. La structure de cette batterie est, grâce à l'utilisation d'un matériau métallique pour le soudage au laser permettant d'obtenir le boîtier (200) de batterie, très sûre, elle présente en sus une bonne dissipation de chaleur et une bonne étanchéité.
