Description

一种固液分离装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种分离装置,特别涉及一种固液分离装置。
背景技术
在现有食品加工、化工生产、农业生产过程中,常采用固液分离器对固体和液体进行分离,现有的固液分离器主要包括有过滤分离装置、离心分离装置等设备。过滤分离器尽管结构简单,但其对于吸水能力强的物料的分离效果差。离心分离装置对吸水性好的物料分离效果好,但其结构复杂,成本高,投资过大,资源浪费大,不利于的大量处理。
在上述的生产过程中,常常需要一种分离量大,成本低廉,操作简单的固液分离装置,而现有技术中恰恰缺少这样的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种固液分离装置,使其能够达到分离量大,同时能对较大的固形物和较小的固定物可进行分离,其结构简单,操作方便的技术效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种固液分离装置,包括有第一支撑架、第二支撑架与第三支撑架,第一支撑架的中间设有主动辊,第二支撑架的上端设有从动辊,第三支撑架上设有相互耦合的第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊,所述主动辊与第一齿形辊经传动部件相连接,主动辊与从动辊上设有紧绷的传送网带,传送网带的下端设有集液池,从动辊的下方设有集料池;所述第一支撑架的顶端连接有绞龙,绞龙的出料口位于第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊的耦合部位的正上方,绞龙的另一端上设有水平的驱动部件与竖直的固液进料口。
本发明工作时,驱动部件带动绞龙转动,从固液进料口进入绞龙内,绞龙将物料从绞龙出料口排出,进入耦合的第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊之间,驱动部件带动主动辊转动,传动部件带动第一齿形辊转动,从而经第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊挤压后,物料一方面被分隔成多道料流,同时,物料被挤压,部分液体被挤出,且物料成块、饼或片装后落在传送网带上,主动辊转动的同时带动传送网带和从动辊转动,小的固定物和液体透过传送网带上,落到集液池内,去除上层液体后可再次分离;大的固形物随着传送网带运动,送到集料池内。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:随着第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊的挤压,传送网带的运动,物料中的固体和液体进行分离,固形物压制成干渣或呈饼状,便于运输和收集。在耦合的第一齿形辊和第二齿形辊之间,物料不仅仅是挤压,由于辊表面线速度不一致,还有一个磋磨、揉捻的过程,这一过程保证了挤压后的物料不至于过于紧密,同时,水分也能充分排出,该 装置结构简单,投资成本低,方便操作。该装置可用于食品加工、化工生产、农业生产等需要进行较粗的固液分离作业场所。
为了便于主动辊与从动辊的转动,所述主动辊与从动辊分别经轴承固定在第一支撑架与第二支撑架上。
为了便于第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊的转动,所述第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊分别经轴承连接在第三支撑架上。
为了有效地过滤掉中的液体,所述传送网带为一种等间隙的滤网,所述滤网的间隙大小一般为0.5mm到1.5mm的方孔,优选的滤网为1.0mm方孔。
为了便于进入进料口,所述固液进料口呈上大下小的喇叭口形状。
为便于将物料平摊输送给第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊,所述绞龙的出料口呈扁平形。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为一种固液分离装置,包括有第一支撑架101、第二支撑架102与第三支撑架103,第一支撑架101的中间设有主动辊5,第二支撑架102的上端设有从动辊601,主动辊5与从动辊601分别经轴承9固定在第一支撑架101与第二支撑架102上,第三支撑架103上设有相互耦合的第一齿形辊602与第二齿形辊603,第一齿形辊602和第二齿形辊603轴端设有相互啮合的传动齿轮604,使得第一齿形辊602与第二齿形辊603两者可以相逆转动;第一齿形辊602与第二齿形辊603分别经轴承9连接在第三支撑架103上,主动辊5与第一齿形辊602经传动部件7相连接,主动辊5与从动辊601上设有紧绷的传送网带8,传送网带8为一种等间隙的滤网,滤网的间隙大小一般为0.5mm到1.5mm方孔,优选的滤网为1.0mm方孔,传送网带8的下端设有集液池10,从动辊601的下方设有集料池11;第一支撑架101的顶端连接有绞龙2,绞龙的出料口201位于第一齿形辊602与第二齿形辊603的耦合部位的正上方,绞龙的出料口201呈扁平形,以便将物料分散开;绞龙2的另一端上设有水平的驱动部件3与竖直的固液进料口4,固液进料口4呈上口大下口小的喇叭口形状。
工作时,驱动部件3带动绞龙2转动,物料从固液进料口4进入绞龙2内,绞龙2将从绞龙2出料口排出,进入耦合的第一齿形辊602与第二齿形辊603之间,驱动部件3带动主动辊5转动,传动部件7带动第一齿形辊602转动,物料从而经第一齿形辊602与第二齿形辊603挤压后,掉落到传送网带8上,主动辊5转动的同时带动传送网带8和从动辊601转动,物料中的液体、小的固形物从传送网带8上排出,落到集液池10内,物料中大的固形物随着传送网带8运动,落到集料池11内。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种固液分离装置,包括有第一支撑架、第二支撑架与第三支撑架,其特征在于:第一支撑架的中间设有主动辊,第二支撑架的上端设有从动辊,第三支撑架上设有相互耦合的第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊,第一齿形辊和第二齿形辊轴端设有相互啮合的传动齿轮;所述主动辊与第一齿形辊经传动部件相连接,主动辊与从动辊上设有紧绷的传送网带,传送网带的下端设有集液池,从动辊的下方设有集料池;所述第一支撑架的顶端连接有绞龙,绞龙的出料口位于第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊的耦合部位的正上方,绞龙的另一端上设有水平的驱动部件与竖直的固液进料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述主动辊与从动辊分别经轴承固定在第一支撑架与第二支撑架上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述第一齿形辊与第二齿形辊分别经轴承连接在第三支撑架上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述传送网带为一种等间隙的滤网,所述滤网的间隙大小一般为0.5mm到1.5mm,优选的滤网间隙大小为1.0mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述固液进料口呈上口大下口小。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述绞龙的出料口呈扁平形。
