Description

整平送料机的压辊升降装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种整平送料机,特别涉及整平送料机的压辊升降调节装置。
背景技术
中国专利数据库中,公开了一种整平送料机,其申请号:201120501000.1;申请日:2011-12-06,公开号:CN 202377423 U;公开日:2012-08-15;该装置包括机架以及设于机架上的整平送料机构、料宽调节机构和驱动机构,所述机架两侧设有侧板;整平送料机构包括上压辊、下托辊及双向液压缸,所述上压辊与下托辊均设于所述机架两侧的侧板之间,双向液压缸与上压辊固定连接;驱动机构包括伺服电机及由伺服电机驱动的传动装置,所述传动装置与下托辊固定连接。该装置通过液压油缸的进出油流量控制上压辊压下的高度。其不足之处在于:一方面,通过流量控制上压辊压下的高度时,液压油的油量难以精确控制,导致高度调节不够准确;另一方面,高度调整后不能直观显示调节距离的大小,不方便人为控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其可以方便地精准调节压辊间隙,同时,能直观显示压辊高度的变化量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种整平送料机的压辊升降装置,包括中空的支撑体,调节轴水平穿过支撑体,调节轴的一端设有手轮,调节轴上位于支撑体内腔中安装有蜗杆,支撑体内与所述蜗杆配合设置有蜗轮,支撑体上侧和下侧分别设有上导向件和下导向件,上导向件和下导向件内配合设有可垂直升降的升降杆,所述升降杆中部设有外螺纹段,所述外螺纹段啮合安装在蜗轮中心,升降杆上端设有安装座,安装座上设有用于安装压辊轴的安装孔;调节轴上还安装有同步带轮,同步带轮经同步带连接有数显机构。
本发明工作时,压辊轴的经轴承可转动地安装在安装孔中,通过手轮旋转,带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,蜗轮驱动升降杆升降运动,升降杆经安装座带动压辊上下运动,实现间隙的调整。在调整同时,同步带轮经同步带带动数显机构动作,实现数字显示,可直观显示进给量,便于操作者调整进给量。此外,由于蜗轮不能反向驱动蜗杆转动,因此,调整定位后,来自压辊的反作用力不能驱动蜗杆转动,使得调整后的位置不会跑位。与现有技术相比,本发明可以方便地调节压辊间隙,其调节精度高,且能直观显示压辊高度的变化量。该装置适用于整平送料机上。
为保证能消除升降杆升降时的游离间隙,所述蜗轮的上端面经上平面轴承支承在上导向件的下端面上,蜗轮的下端面经下平面轴承支承在下导向件的上端面上。上平面轴承和下平面轴承不仅具有较大的承载力,可以承受来自压辊的较大的反作用力,同时,其具有较小的间隙,可消除升降杆上下运行时的游离间隙,提高调节精度。
为便于同步带和数显机构的安装,所述同步带轮及同步带设置在手轮与支撑体之间。
为进步精确定位蜗杆,所述蜗杆套装在调节轴上,蜗杆和调节轴之间插装有定位销。
为保证压辊能整体水平升降,所述蜗轮、蜗杆、支撑体、升降杆、安装座、上导向件和下导向件在调节轴上对称设有两套。同一压辊的两端分别安装在对称的两个安装座上,可保证压辊两端同步升降。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,为整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其支撑体11为中空结构,调节轴12水平穿过支撑体11,调节轴12的一端设有手轮1,调节轴12上位于支撑体11内腔中安装有蜗杆9,蜗杆9套装在调节轴12上,蜗杆9和调节轴12之间插装有定位销16;支撑体11内与蜗杆9配合设置有蜗轮13,支撑体11上侧和下侧分别设有上导向件7和下导向件10,蜗轮13的上端面经上平面轴承14支承在上导向件7的下端面上,蜗轮13的下端面经下平面轴承15支承在下导向件10的上端面上;上导向件7和下导向件10内配合设有可垂直升降的升降杆8,升降杆8中部设有外螺纹段,外螺纹段啮合安装在蜗轮13中心,升降杆8上端设有安装座6,安装座6上设有用于安装压辊轴的安装孔5;调节轴12上还安装有同步带轮2,同步带轮2经同步带3连接有数显机构4,同步带轮2及同步带3设置在手轮1与支撑体11之间。
本装置中,蜗轮13、蜗杆9、支撑体11、升降杆8、安装座6、上导向件7和下导向件10在调节轴12上对称设有两套。同一压辊的两端分别安装在对称的两个安装座6上,可保证压辊两端同步升降。
该装置适用于整平送料机上,工作时,通过手轮1旋转,带动蜗杆9转动,蜗杆9 带动蜗轮13转动,蜗轮13驱动升降杆8升降运动,升降杆8经安装座6带动压辊上下运动,实现间隙的调整。在调整同时,同步带轮2经同步带3带动数显机构4动作,实现数字显示,可直观显示调整量,便于操作者控制进给量。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其特征在于:包括中空的支撑体,调节轴水平穿过支撑体,调节轴的一端设有手轮,调节轴上位于支撑体内腔中安装有蜗杆,支撑体内与所述蜗杆配合设置有蜗轮,支撑体上侧和下侧分别设有上导向件和下导向件,上导向件和下导向件内配合设有可垂直升降的升降杆,所述升降杆中部设有外螺纹段,所述外螺纹段啮合安装在蜗轮中心,升降杆上端设有安装座,安装座上设有用于安装压辊轴的安装孔;调节轴上还安装有同步带轮,同步带轮经同步带连接有数显机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其特征在于:所述蜗轮的上端面经上平面轴承支承在上导向件的下端面上,蜗轮的下端面经下平面轴承支承在下导向件的上端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其特征在于:所述同步带轮及同步带设置在手轮与支撑体之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其特征在于:所述蜗杆套装在调节轴上,蜗杆和调节轴之间插装有定位销。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的整平送料机的压辊升降装置,其特征在于:所述蜗轮、蜗杆、支撑体、升降杆、安装座、上导向件和下导向件在调节轴上对称设有两套。
