The extending member (4) is easily held and moved by the help of the handle (4.1). When the extending member (4) is not being used, it remains fixed on the cabin rear wall and does not move upon acceleration of the vehicle. While the resting unit (2) can be used without being extended, it can be extended if preferred. When the resting unit (2) is used without being extended, the extending member (4) serves as a backrest.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une unité extensible de repos (1) qui est utilisée à des fins de repos dans des véhicules et qui est étendue par un élément d'extension (4) pour fournir un espace de repos plus confortable, et qui est étendue indépendamment du siège conducteur et permet au conducteur de conduire le véhicule en position étendue.
