本申请要求于2015年12月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510952813.5、名称为“一种翻修钛网”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用假体,尤其涉及一种可弥补膝关节置换手术中的骨缺损的翻修钛网。
背景技术
翻修钛网是膝关节置换手术中的植入性假体,主要作用是为了弥补病人的骨缺损。国内外现有技术在弥补骨缺损的手术中主要使用翻修垫块,翻修垫块主要由形状各异的实体结构组成,以适应不同的骨缺损病人。翻修垫块主要应用于翻修手术和骨缺损严重的初次手术置换中。随着我国临床手术中翻修病例的增多,翻修的垫块的应用逐渐增多,也暴漏了翻修垫块的一些缺点。
现阶段我国市场上在膝关节手术置换中主要用于弥补骨缺损的是翻修金属垫块。金属垫块主要是由钛合金生产加工成的实体结构或者是3D打印的骨小梁结构,其中间部位会增加螺钉孔用于固定在膝关节假体上。但是这种结构比较笨重不利于骨骼的长入,对于病人的恢复不利。由于金属垫块规格固定,不能满足骨缺损严重的病人的需求。
而现阶段使用的翻修钛网存在的问题有:翻修钛网为网状结构,不如实体结构稳定,容易出现断裂的情况,网状结构应力比较集中,对支撑柱的强度要求较高,另外钛网在生产加工过程中难度比较大,不易批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可弥补膝关节置换手术中的骨缺损的翻修 钛网。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种翻修钛网的具体技术方案为:
一种翻修钛网,用于弥补膝关节置换手术中的骨缺损,其特征在于,翻修钛网包括用于将翻修钛网植入人体的横向脊带和支撑横向脊带的纵向脊带,横向脊带与纵向脊带交叉设置组合形成网状的翻修钛网。
进一步,翻修钛网中设置有多条横向脊带和纵向脊带。
进一步,横向脊带与纵向脊带之间具有镂空部,翻修钛网外部的异体骨和/或膝关节假体可通过进入镂空部内与翻修钛网固定在一起。
进一步,翻修钛网环绕围成环形,且翻修钛网的横截面呈上宽下窄的楔形。
进一步,翻修钛网采用钛合金材料。
进一步,横向脊带的侧壁与底壁具有65°-75°的夹角,通过夹角插入骨头中,可将翻修钛网稳定植入骨头中。
本发明的一种翻修钛网的优点在于:
1)翻修钛网的网状结构可保证病人的骨骼长入,也可对其进行剪切,为病人提供一个良好的匹配度,以满足病人的需求;
2)可更好的保证病人骨骼的长入,对于病人后期恢复比较有利;
3)配合使用的器械较少,节省了手术时间;
4)减少了介入材料的使用,减轻了重量,有利于骨缺损部位的修复,而不是单纯的以假体代替;
5)可应对各种特殊情况的病例,有利于手术的顺利进行。

本发明的较佳实施方式
为了更好的了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明的一种翻修钛网做进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,其示为本发明的一种翻修钛网,用于弥补膝关节置换手术中的骨缺损,包括多条横向脊带2和多条纵向脊带3,通过横向脊带2插入骨头内以将翻修钛网1植入人体中,横向脊带2与纵向脊带3交叉设置组合形成网状的翻修钛网1,纵向脊带3用于支撑横向脊带2进而实现支撑整个翻修钛网1的结构,
进一步,横向脊带2与纵向脊带3之间具有镂空部4,翻修钛网1外部的异体骨和/或膝关节假体可通过进入镂空部内与翻修钛网固定在一起,可以和平台托、股骨髁配合使用,以将翻修钛网固定在人体上。
进一步,翻修钛网1环绕围成环形,且翻修钛网1的横截面呈上宽下窄的楔形,可获得较稳定的内在结构。此外,翻修钛网1的外形是模仿人体骨骼形状设计而成,可通过对翻修钛网1进行剪切,设计出了多种尺寸,为病人提供一个良好的匹配度,以适应不同病人的手术需求。翻修钛网1的网状结构还减少了介入材料的使用,减轻了重量,使用的器械较少,节省了手术时间。
进一步,本发明的翻修钛网1采用钛合金材料,横向脊带2的侧壁与底壁具有65°-75°的夹角,即横向脊带2的侧壁与轴向方向具有15°-25°的夹角,通过夹角插入骨头中,可将翻修钛网稳定植入骨头中。
本发明的一种翻修钛网,翻修钛网的网状结构可保证病人的骨骼长入,也可对其进行剪切,为病人提供一个良好的匹配度,以满足病人的需求;可更好的保证病人骨骼的长入,对于病人后期恢复比较有利;配合使用的器械较少,节省了手术时间;减少了介入材料的使用,减轻了重量,有利于骨缺损部位的修复,而不是单纯的以假体代替;可应对各种特殊情况的病例,有利于手术的顺利进行。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种翻修钛网,用于弥补膝关节置换手术中的骨缺损,其特征在于,翻修钛网包括用于将翻修钛网植入人体的横向脊带和支撑横向脊带的纵向脊带,横向脊带与纵向脊带交叉设置组合形成网状的翻修钛网。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻修钛网,其特征在于,翻修钛网中设置有多条横向脊带和纵向脊带。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的翻修钛网,其特征在于,横向脊带与纵向脊带之间具有镂空部,翻修钛网外部的异体骨和/或膝关节假体可通过进入镂空部内与翻修钛网固定在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的翻修钛网,其特征在于,翻修钛网环绕围成环形,且翻修钛网的横截面呈上宽下窄的楔形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的翻修钛网,其特征在于,翻修钛网采用钛合金材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的翻修钛网,其特征在于,横向脊带的侧壁与底壁具有65°-75°的夹角,通过夹角插入骨头中,可将翻修钛网稳定植入骨头中。
