Description

一种打蛋器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种打蛋器,尤其涉及一种使用电池进行供电的打蛋器。
背景技术
现有技术中,打蛋器通常采用带电源线的交流电机作为动力源,由于交流电机功率较大,通常采用的交流电机功率为100-300W之间,使得打蛋器整体较为笨重,使用时容易累,而且使用过程中也容易引发安全事故,为此,迫切需要一种体积小、重量轻、操作方便、节能安全的打蛋器。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种体积小、重量轻、操作方便、节能安全的打蛋器。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种打蛋器,包括壳体、由壳体内腔延伸出的搅拌组件、驱动搅拌组件的电机、设置在壳体上的开关和设置于壳体内的控制电路板,搅拌组件包括搅拌轴和设置在搅拌轴上的搅拌桨,壳体内设置有对电机进行供电的可充电电池,电机、可充电电池和开关均与控制电路板电连接。
优选的,所述可充电电池为锂电池,电机为有刷直流电动机。
优选的,所述电机的传动轴上套装有蜗杆,搅拌轴的端部上套装有与蜗杆相配合的蜗轮。
优选的,所述搅拌组件为两组,两组搅拌组件相互平行设置并对称设置于所述蜗杆的两侧。
优选的,所述壳体包括相互对合的左半罩和右半罩,壳体内设置有支承电机的安装板,安装板上设置有容置搅拌轴贯穿的第一通孔,左半罩和右半罩上均设置有容置搅拌轴贯穿的第二通孔。
优选的,所述安装板上设置有容置电机的凹槽,凹槽的上方设置有固定电机的罩盖,凹槽和/或罩盖上设置有若干第一散热孔。
优选的,所述安装板上设置有若干支承控制电路板的螺钉柱,控制电路板通过螺钉与螺钉柱进行连接,控制电路板设置于第一通孔的正上方。
优选的,所述左半罩和右半罩的上部分别设置有左凹孔和右凹孔,左凹孔和右凹孔相互贯通以使壳体的顶部构造成供使用者提握的手把。
优选的,所述搅拌组件和可充电电池分别设置于电机的前端和后端。
优选的,所述搅拌桨包括两组固设于搅拌轴上的框体,两组框体相互垂直设置。
有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本实用新型的打蛋器,由于采用了有刷直流电机作为动力源以及可充电电池作为电源,从而无需使用功率较大的交流电机作为动力源,减少了打蛋器的体积和重量,使能效大幅提高,由于无需再拖挂电线,使得操作更为方便,安全性大大提高。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种打蛋器,包括壳体1、由壳体1内腔延伸出的搅拌 组件2、驱动搅拌组件2的电机3、设置在壳体1上的开关和设置于壳体1内的控制电路板4,搅拌组件2包括搅拌轴21和设置在搅拌轴21上的搅拌桨22,壳体1内设置有对电机3进行供电的可充电电池5,电机3、可充电电池5和开关均与控制电路板4电连接。由于采用了有刷直流电机3作为动力源以及可充电电池5作为电源,从而无需使用功率较大的交流电机3作为动力源,减少了打蛋器的体积和重量,使能效大幅提高,由于无需再拖挂电线,使得操作更为方便,安全性大大提高。
可充电电池5优选为采用锂电池。具体地,可选用12V以下的直流锂电池,以使操作者在使用打蛋器时有更高的安全系数。可充电电池5可选用型号为18650的锂电池。电机3可选用功率为15-40W的有刷直流电动机。
电机3的传动轴上套装有蜗杆31,也即为传动轴与蜗杆31同轴设置。搅拌轴21的端部上套装有与蜗杆31相配合的蜗轮23,电机3通过蜗轮蜗杆传动驱动搅拌轴21转动。
搅拌组件2可设置为两组,两组搅拌组件2相互平行设置并对称设置于蜗杆31的两侧,从而可提高打蛋的效率。
具体地,壳体1包括相互对合的左半罩11和右半罩12,壳体1内设置有支承电机3的安装板6,安装板6上设置有容置搅拌轴21贯穿的第一通孔,左半罩11和右半罩12上均设置有容置搅拌轴21贯穿的第二通孔13。更为具体地,安装板6上设置有容置电机3的凹槽,凹槽的上方设置有固定电机3的罩盖7,凹槽和/或罩盖7上设置有若干第一散热孔71。安装板6上可设置有若干支承控制电路板4的螺钉柱61,控制电路板4通过螺钉与螺钉柱61进行连接,控制电路板4设置于第一通孔的正上方。也即为,安装板6主要用于固定电机3、搅拌 轴21和控制电路板4。左半罩11和右半罩12上均可设置若干第二散热孔15,以将电机3工作时产生的热量向外进行扩散。
左半罩11和右半罩12的上部可分别设置有左凹孔111和右凹孔121,左凹孔111和右凹孔121相互贯通以使壳体1的顶部构造成供使用者提握的手把14,从而可使壳体1的密封性进一步提高,并且使壳体1整体结构紧凑。
搅拌组件2和可充电电池分别设置于电机3的前端和后端。电机3的前端为传动轴伸出的一端,另一端为后端。
搅拌桨22包括两组固设于搅拌轴21上的框体,两组框体相互垂直设置,以构造成以搅拌轴21的轴线为中心的笼式结构。
壳体1上开关可包括用于控制搅拌轴21转动速度的调速开关81和切换电机3的转动方向的切换开关82。
壳体1、安装板6、罩盖7、蜗轮23和蜗杆31均可由塑胶材料制成,搅拌轴21和搅拌桨22可由不锈钢材料制成。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种打蛋器,包括壳体、由壳体内腔延伸出的搅拌组件、驱动搅拌组件的电机、设置在壳体上的开关和设置于壳体内的控制电路板,其特征在于,搅拌组件包括搅拌轴和设置在搅拌轴上的搅拌桨,壳体内设置有对电机进行供电的可充电电池,电机、可充电电池和开关均与控制电路板电连接;所述电机的传动轴上套装有蜗杆,搅拌轴的端部上套装有与蜗杆相配合的蜗轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述可充电电池为锂电池,电机为有刷直流电动机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述搅拌组件为两组,两组搅拌组件相互平行设置并对称设置于所述蜗杆的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括相互对合的左半罩和右半罩,壳体内设置有支承电机的安装板,安装板上设置有容置搅拌轴贯穿的第一通孔,左半罩和右半罩上均设置有容置搅拌轴贯穿的第二通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述安装板上设置有容置电机的凹槽,凹槽的上方设置有固定电机的罩盖,凹槽和/或罩盖上设置有若干第一散热孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述安装板上设置有若干支承控制电路板的螺钉柱,控制电路板通过螺钉与螺钉柱进行连接,控制电路板设置于第一通孔的正上方。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述左半罩和右半罩的上部分别设置有左凹孔和右凹孔,左凹孔和右凹孔相互贯通以使壳体的顶部构 造成供使用者提握的手把。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述搅拌组件和可充电电池分别设置于电机的前端和后端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打蛋器,其特征在于,所述搅拌桨包括两组固设于搅拌轴上的框体,两组框体相互垂直设置。
