随着中国台湾人口逐渐高龄化,许多老人疾病亦随之增加,而许多行动不便、中风、脑部病变、中枢神经受损及瘫痪或长期卧病在床,都缺乏行动能力,必须长期躺在护理床,因此病患的移动,需仰赖家属、看护以较大力量来进行辅助,亦造成家属、看护及病患的不便,此外,病患于家属或看护人辅助解决排泄物或洗澡的问题,使病患感觉失去尊严,并给予病患极大的心理负担。
目前所见到的现有病床,并无简单又方便而可让病患直接在病床上排便的装置或结构设计。一般都只是在病床边准备有尿桶,病患欲排尿时,就使用尿桶来排尿,若欲排便,便须到厕所进行,造成病患及照顾者的极度不便。
本发明人有鉴于现有病床的缺失,期能提供病人一实用性的病床装置,为本发明所欲解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种多功能病人自行排便护理床,可供病人直接在病床上进行排便的动作,而无须再行动到厕所排便,一方面可以减低病人的负担,增进病人排便的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效;进一步可提供年长者、瘫痪、中风或植物人等类的病人,在病床上洗澡,方便也能便于照顾者或清洁维护人员的清理的功效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能病人自行排便护理床,包括:一床体,由一前架体、后架体,及连接在该前、后架体之间的数个支架所组成;
一床板构件,设在该床体之上,并位于该前、后架体之间,该床板构件至少包 括一第一板体及一第二板体,且该第一板体及一第二板体的相邻边呈可转动的枢接端,使该第一、二板体可相对调整角度;
一第一顶撑机构,设在该第一板体下方,用以支撑该第一板体,且以该第一顶撑机构调整该第一板体的上升或下降高度;一第二顶撑机构,设在该第二板体下方,用以支撑该第二板体,且以该第二顶撑机构的升降,进而调整该第二板体以该枢接端相对于该第一板体的仰起角度;其特征在于:
该第一板体靠近该第二板体这一侧,相对人体臀部的位置,设有一第一通孔;一排便装置,相对设在该第一通孔下方,其包括一盆体,一设在该盆体顶面周缘的坐垫,一承接容器呈可分离地置于该盆体下方,用以承接由该盆体落下的排泄物;一清洗机构,其包括一第一水管,该第一水管其中一端连接至该排便装置,另一端连接一第一泵,该第一泵具有一抽吸管,用以抽吸一水箱内部的水,经该第一水管至该排便装置进行冲洗;一挡尿装置,设在该排便装置前侧,其包括一容置导槽,一可于该容置导槽升起或下沉的尿遮罩,该尿遮罩背面设有尺排,一第一马达设在该容置导槽的侧边,该马达用以带动一齿轮,该齿轮与该尺排相啮合,用以驱动该尿遮罩自该容置导槽升起或下沉隐藏;一遮盖装置,设在该排便装置与该第一板体之间,其包括一盖体,该盖体位于该坐垫上方,其由二片左、右板体相并合所构成,二支前、后滑杆,呈平行状架设在该盖体的前、后侧,且该盖体的前、后端分别设有一套件连结至该二支前、后滑杆上,使该左、右二片板体可于该二支前、后滑杆之间滑移,呈相向并合或反向分开,又该二支前、后滑杆的两侧分别连接有直向的导杆,该导杆上穿套有弹簧,且底端穿出该床体的支架,使得该遮盖装置呈现可于该清洗机构上方弹性升降的状态,且当该床板构件下降时压制该遮盖装置,使该该遮盖装置下沉,并使该盖体位于该第一板体的第一通孔内;二驱动组件,呈左、右对称设在该二支前、后滑杆其中一侧,其包括有一第二马达及第三马达,用以带动一第一螺杆及第二螺杆转动,该第一螺杆及第二螺杆上分别套设有螺套,并将该第一螺杆及第二螺套分别与该左、右二片板体的套件连结,使该第二马达及第三马达驱动该第一螺杆及第二螺杆转动时,同步带动该左、右二片板体呈相向并合或反向分开位移;以及一控制装置,分别电性连接该第一、二顶撑机构、该第一泵,及该第一、二、三马达,用以控制其启动或关闭;借此,病人欲大、小便时,该控制装置令该第一、二顶撑机构启动,使该床板构件上 移,在此同时该遮盖装置升起,接着该盖体打开后,该床板构件下降回到原位,同时该遮盖装置被压制而下沉,最后该排便装置的坐垫,即位在该第一通孔下方,该挡尿装置的尿遮罩升起,呈现可供病人使用的状态。
依据前揭特征,该床板构件设有数个透气孔,并于该透气孔表面铺设有一床垫,该床垫相对于该第一板体的第一通孔,设有一第二通孔;且该床板构件底部还包括设有一个以上的风扇,该风扇将空气流经该透气孔后,导入该床垫内,且该床垫由透气性材质所构成。
依据前揭特征,该排便装置的盆体于中间位置呈缩口,并于该缩口设有一跷板,该跷板包括有一板体,该板体后端设有枢转轴,且连接一配重体,该枢转轴枢设在该缩口的后端,常态时借由该配重体使该板体封住该缩口,而当该板体上方有排泄物时,因而改变该跷板偏转倾斜,以使该排泄物由该缩口往下落入该承接容器。
依据前揭特征,该清洗机构还包括设有一第二水管,该第二水管其中一端连接至该排便装置,另一端连接一第二泵,该第二泵具有一第二抽吸管,用以抽吸该水箱内部的水,经该第二水管至该排便装置,用以清洗使用者屁股;再者,该清洗机构还包括设有一风管,该风管其中一端连接至该排便装置,另一端连接一吹风机,用以吹干使用者屁股。
依据前揭特征,还包括一电热器装设在该床体的支架上,该电热器包括一机体,连接一第三水管及一莲蓬头,该第三水管另一端连接一第三泵,该第三泵具有一第三抽吸管,用以抽吸该水箱内部的水,经该机体加热后,由该莲蓬送出洗澡水。
借助上揭技术特征,本发明针对长期卧病在床、中风的病患而设计,其可提供病患应有的自尊及清洁身体的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效;并可使家属能轻易移动病患进行身体清洗,让病患的环境及卫生更加优质。
本发明的有益效果是,可供病人直接在病床上进行排便的动作,而无须再行动到厕所排便,一方面可以减低病人的负担,增进病人排便的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效;进一步可提供年长者、瘫痪、中风或植物人等类的病人,在病床上洗澡,方便也能便于照顾者或清洁维护人员的清理的功效。

具体实施方式
首先,请参阅图1~图13所示,本发明多功能病人自行排便护理床的较佳实施例,包括:一床体10,由一前架体11、一后架体12及连接在该前、后架体之间的数个支架13所组成,所述支架13包括横向及纵向。
一床板构件20,设在该床体10上,并位于该前、后架体11、12之间,该床板构件20至少包括一第一板体21及一第二板体22,且该第一板体21及一第二板体22的相邻边呈可转动的枢接端23,使该第一、二板体21、22可相对调整角度;本实施例中,该床板构件20设有数个透气孔24,并于该透气孔24表面铺设有一床垫25,且该床板构件20底部还包括设有一个以上的风扇26,该风扇26将空气流经该透气孔24后,导入该床垫25内;据此,可避免病人躺在床上的闷热。
一第一顶撑机构30A,设在该第一板体21下方,用以支撑该第一板体21,且以该第一顶撑机构30A调整该第一板体21的上升或下降高度;本实施例中,该第一顶撑机构30A包括:二个X型升降杆组31,其呈对称状设在该第一板体21的底缘两侧,该X型升降杆31由一第一杆体311及一第二杆体312交叉枢接所构成,其中该第一杆体311的上端枢接在该第一板体21,下端枢接在该床体10的支架13上,该第二杆体312上端枢接在该第一板体21,下端连接一第一横杆32,该第一横杆32中间连接一第一纵向螺套33,一第三螺杆34,其一端穿套该第一纵向螺套33,另一端由一第四马达35所带动,借以驱动该第三螺杆34转动,进而带动第一横杆32纵向位移,以控制该X型升降杆31呈收合而使该第一板体21升高,或呈张开而使该第一板体21下降。
一第二顶撑机构30B,设在该第二板体22下方,用以支撑该第二板体22,且以该 第二顶撑机构30B的升降,进而调整该第二板体22以该枢接端23相对于该第一板体21的仰起角度;本实施例中,该第二顶撑机构30B包括:二支顶撑杆36,其呈对称状设在该第二板体22的底缘两侧,该顶撑杆36的上端枢接在该第二板体22,下端连接一第二横杆37,该第二横杆37中间连接一第二纵向螺套38,一第四螺杆39,其一端穿套该第二纵向螺套38,另一端由一第五马达391所带动,借以驱动该第四螺杆39转动,进而带动该第二横杆37纵向位移,以控制该二支顶撑杆36呈顶高或放下,达调整该第二板体22的仰起角度。
进一步,本发明的重要特征在于:该第一板体21靠近该第二板体22这一侧,相对人体臀部的位置,设有一通孔211;一排便装置40,相对设在该通211孔下方,其包括一盆体41,一设在该盆体41顶面周缘的坐垫42,一承接容器43呈可分离地置于该盆体41下方,用以承接由该盆体41落下的排泄物(E);本实施例中,该排便装置40的盆体41于中间位置呈缩口43,并于该缩口43下方设有一跷板44,如图11A所示,该跷板44包括有一板体441,该板体441后端设有枢转轴442,且连接一配重体443,该枢转轴442枢设在该缩口43的后端,常态时借由该配重体443使该板体441封住该缩口43,而当该板体441上方有排泄物(E)时,因而改变该跷板偏转倾斜,以使该排泄物(E)由该缩口43往下落入该承接容器43。
一清洗机构50,其包括一第一水管51,该第一水管51其中一端连接至该排便装置40,另一端连接一第一泵52,该第一泵52具有一抽吸管53,用以抽吸一水箱54内部的水,经该第一水管51至该排便装40置进行冲洗;本实施例中,该清洗机构50还包括设有一第二水管55,该第二水管55其中一端连接至该排便装置40,另一端连接一第二泵56,该第二泵56具有一抽吸管57,用以抽吸该水箱54内部的水,经该第二水管55至该排便装置40,以清洗使用者屁股,再者,该清洗机构50还包括设有一风管58,该风管58其中一端连接至该排便装置40,另一端连接一吹风机59,用以吹干使用者屁股。
一挡尿装置60,设在该排便装置40前侧,其包括一容置导槽61,一可于该容置导槽61升起或下沉的尿遮罩62,该尿遮罩62背面设有尺排63,一第一马达64设在该容置导槽61的侧边,其传动轴带动一齿轮65,该齿轮65与该尺排63相啮合,用以驱动该尿遮罩62自该容置导槽61升起或下沉隐藏。
一遮盖装置70,设在该排便装置40与该第一板体21之间,其包括一盖体71,该盖 体71位于坐垫42上方,其有左、右二片板体71L、711R相并合所构成,二支前、后滑杆72、73,呈平行状架设在该盖体71的前、后侧,且该盖体71的前、后端分别设有套件711连结至该二支滑杆72、73上,使该左、右二片板体71L、71R可于该二支前、后滑杆72、73之间滑移,呈相向并合或反向分开,又该二支前、后滑杆72、73的两侧分别连接有直向的导杆74,该导杆74上穿套有弹簧75,且底端穿出该床体10的支架13,使得该遮盖装置70呈现可于该清洗机构50上方弹性升降的状态,且当该床板构件20下降时压制该遮盖装置70下沉,并使该盖体71位于该第一板体21的通孔211内;本实施例中,该左、右二片板体71L、711R表面设有凹面712,可供尿布(图未示)置放。
二驱动组件80,呈左、右对称设在该二支前滑杆72、后滑杆73其中一侧,其包括有一第二马达81及第三马达82,用以带动一第一螺杆811及第二螺杆821转动,该第一螺杆811及第二螺杆821上分别套设有第一螺套812、第二螺套822,并将该第一螺套812及第二螺套822分别与该左、右二片板体71L、71R的套件711连结,使该第二马达81及第三马达82驱动该第一螺杆811及第二螺杆821转动时,同步带动该左、右二片板体71L、71R呈相向并合或反向分开位移;以及
一控制装置90,其表面设有操作接口,内部具有控制电路,分别电性连接该第一顶撑机构30A、第二顶撑机构30B、及该第一泵52,该第一、二、三马达64、81、82,用以控制其启动或关闭;本实施例中,该控制装置90设置在该床体10支架13的预定处,如图2、图3所示。至于控制装置90其表面可设有操作接口,而内部具有控制电路,但,此是熟悉此项技术所能轻易达成,容不赘述。
承上,如图2、图3及图3A所示,本实施例中,包括一电热器100装设在该床体10的支架13上,该电热器100包括一机体101,连接一第三水管102及一莲蓬头105,该第三水管102另一端连接一第三泵103,该第三泵103具有一第三抽吸管104,用以抽吸该水箱54内部的水,经该机体101加热后,由该莲蓬头105送出洗澡水。
图14及图15是本发明另一可行实施例的分解图及组合立体图,其还包括一澡盆110可置于该床板构件20的上,该澡盆110相对于该床垫25的第一通孔251及该第一板体21的第二通孔211,设有一第三通孔111;本实施例中,该澡盆110由防水的挠性材质所构成,据此可供病人洗澡;是以,本发明借由排便装置40具有排水功能,进而衍生可供置放澡盆110。
图16A及图16B是本发明另一可行实施例的示意图,其还包括一淋浴架120架设在该床体10上,该淋浴架120可供一浴帘121吊挂,方便洗澡之用。且如图16A所示,当要置放澡盆110时,可在该淋浴架120中间位置,装设一临时性的吊床130,方便将病人抱起放在吊床130上,等澡盆110放好后再将病人放在澡盆110洗澡。
图17A及图17B是本发明再一可行实施例的示意图,其是在该床板构件20的第二板体22上,装设一可调整角度的U型架140,该U型架140上设有一荧幕150,可做为观赏电视节目,或与计算机连接,作为远程视讯或监控之用。
本发明借由上述构成,其使用上具有如下的功效,兹说明如后:
一、如图1所示,本发明常态时该盖体71是左、右二片板体71L、711R呈相并合,使该排便装置40隐藏在该第一板体21下,不仅卫生且臭味不会散发出来;再者,该左、右二片板体71L、711R的凹面712可置放尿布(图未示),使得本发明平时与一般护理床一样,不会有任何不舒服的地方;何况,如图1A及图2所示,该床板构件20设有数个透气孔24,该风扇26将空气流经该透气孔24后,导入该床垫25内,可避免病人躺在床上的闷热。
二、当病人欲大、小便时,须将该盖体71打开,未避免该盖体71打开时会夹到病人的屁股,本发明的重要特征,如图7及图8所示,将该第一、二顶撑机构30A、30B启动,使该床板构件20上移,此时该遮盖装置70的压制力解除,于是利用弹簧75的弹力使得导杆74升起,进一步使得二支前、后滑杆72、73及其上的盖体71上升,此时该盖体71位于该床板构件20下方与排便装置40之间的空间(S),于是,二驱动组件80的第二马达81及第三马达82驱动该第一螺杆811及第二螺杆821转动时,同步带动该左、右二片板体71L、71R,在该二支前、后滑杆72、73上呈反向分开位移,接着该盖体71打开后,该床板构件20下降回到原位,同时该遮盖装置70被压制而下沉,最后该排便装置40的坐垫42,即如图10所示,位在该第一通孔211及第二通孔251下方,且如图9所示,该挡尿装置60的尿遮罩62升起,呈现可供病人使用的状态。
三、当病人的排泄物(E)落入盆体41时,该跷板44的板体441因承重而改变该跷板的平衡,产生偏转倾斜,以使该排泄物(E)由该缩口43往下落入该承接容器43。接着,以该清洗机构50的第一水管51对该排便装40置进行冲洗;并能以该第二水管55清洗使用者屁股,再者,更以风管58及吹风机59,吹干使用者屁股,达到清洁与卫生的功效。
是以,借助上揭技术特征,本发明针对长期卧病在床、中风的病患而设计,其可提供病患应有的自尊及清洁身体的方便性,具有无需他人协助,达到病人自理的功效;并可使家属能轻易移动病患进行身体清洗,让病患的环境及卫生更加优质。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
综上所述,本发明在结构设计、使用实用性及成本效益上,完全符合产业发展所需,且所揭示的结构亦是具有前所未有的创新构造,具有新颖性、创造性、实用性,符合有关发明专利要件的规定,故依法提起申请。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能病人自行排便护理床,包括:
    一床体,由一前架体、后架体,及连接在该前、后架体之间的数个支架所组成;
    一床板构件,设在该床体的上,并位于该前、后架体之间,该床板构件至少包括一第一板体及一第二板体,且该第一板体及一第二板体的相邻边呈可转动的枢接端,使该第一、二板体可相对调整角度;
    一第一顶撑机构,设在该第一板体下方,用以支撑该第一板体,且以该第一顶撑机构调整该第一板体的上升或下降高度;
    一第二顶撑机构,设在该第二板体下方,用以支撑该第二板体,且以该第二顶撑机构的升降,进而调整该第二板体以该枢接端相对于该第一板体的仰起角度;其特征在于:
    该第一板体靠近该第二板体这一侧,相对人体臀部的位置,设有一第一通孔;
    一排便装置,相对设在该第一通孔下方,其包括一盆体,一设在该盆体顶面周缘的坐垫,一承接容器呈可分离地置于该盆体下方,用以承接由该盆体落下的排泄物;
    一清洗机构,包括一第一水管,该第一水管其中一端连接至该排便装置,另一端连接一第一泵,该第一泵具有一抽吸管,用以抽吸一水箱内部的水,经该第一水管至该排便装置进行冲洗;
    一挡尿装置,设在该排便装置前侧,包括一容置导槽,一可于该容置导槽升起或下沉的尿遮罩,该尿遮罩背面设有尺排,一第一马达设在该容置导槽的侧边,该马达用以带动一齿轮,该齿轮与该尺排相啮合,用以驱动该尿遮罩自该容置导槽升起或下沉隐藏;
    一遮盖装置,设在该排便装置与该第一板体之间,包括一盖体,该盖体位于该坐垫上方,其由二片左、右板体相并合所构成,二支前、后滑杆,呈平行状架设在该盖体的前、后侧,且该盖体的前、后端分别设有一套件连结至该二支前、后滑杆上,使该左、右二片板体可于该二支前、后滑杆之间滑移,呈相向并合或反向分开,又该二支前、后滑杆的两侧分别连接有直向的导杆,该导杆上穿套有弹簧,且底端穿出该床体的支架,使得该遮盖装置呈现可于该清洗机构上方弹性升降的状态,且当该床板构 件下降时系压制该遮盖装置,使该遮盖装置下沉,并使该盖体位于该第一板体的第一通孔内;
    二驱动组件,呈左、右对称设在该二支前、后滑杆其中一侧,包括有一第二马达及第三马达,用以带动一第一螺杆及第二螺杆转动,该第一螺杆及第二螺杆上分别套设有螺套,并将该第一螺杆及第二螺套分别与该左、右二片板体的套件连结,使该第二马达及第三马达驱动该第一螺杆及第二螺杆转动时,同步带动该左、右二片板体呈相向并合或反向分开位移;以及
    一控制装置,分别电性连接该第一、二顶撑机构、该第一泵,及该第一、二、三马达,用以控制其启动或关闭;
    借此,病人欲大、小便时,该控制装置令该第一、二顶撑机构启动,使该床板构件上移,在此同时该遮盖装置升起,接着该盖体打开后,该床板构件下降回到原位,同时该遮盖装置被压制而下沉,最后该排便装置的坐垫,即位在该第一通孔下方,该挡尿装置的尿遮罩升起,呈现供病人使用的状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,所述床板构件设有数个透气孔,并于该透气孔表面铺设有一床垫,该床垫相对于该第一板体的第一通孔,设有一第二通孔;且该床板构件底部还包括设有一个以上的风扇,该风扇将空气流经该透气孔后,导入该床垫内,且该床垫由透气性材质构成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,所述第一顶撑机构包括:二个X型升降杆组,其呈对称状设在该第一板体的底缘两侧,该X型升降杆由一第一杆体及第二杆体交叉枢接所构成,其中该第一杆体的上端枢接在该第一板体,下端枢接在该床体的支架上,该第二杆体上端枢接在该第一板体,下端连接一第一横杆,该第一横杆中间连接一第一纵向螺套,一第三螺杆,其一端穿套该第一纵向螺套,另一端由一第四马达所带动,以驱动该第三螺杆转动,进而带动该第一横杆纵向位移,以控制该X型升降杆呈收合而使该第一板体升高,或呈张开而使该第一板体下降。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,所述第二顶撑机构包括:二支顶撑杆,其呈对称状设在该第二板体的底缘两侧,该顶撑杆的上端枢接在该第二板体,下端连接一第二横杆,该第二横杆中间连接一第二纵向螺套,一 第四螺杆,其一端穿套该第二纵向螺套,另一端由一第五马达所带动,借以驱动该第四螺杆转动,进而带动该第二横杆纵向位移,以控制该二支顶撑杆呈顶高或放下,以调整该第二板体的仰起角度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,所述排便装置的盆体于中间位置呈缩口,并于该缩口设有一跷板,该跷板包括有一板体,该板体后端设有枢转轴,且连接一配重体,该枢转轴枢设在该缩口的后端,常态时借由该配重体使该板体封住该缩口,而当该板体上方有排泄物时,因而改变该跷板偏转倾斜,以使该排泄物由该缩口往下落入该承接容器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,所述清洗机构还设有一第二水管,该第二水管其中一端连接至该排便装置,另一端连接一第二泵,该第二泵具有一第二抽吸管,用以抽吸该水箱内部的水,经该第二水管至该排便装置,用以清洗使用者屁股;再者,该清洗机构还设有一风管,该风管其中一端连接至该排便装置,另一端连接一吹风机,用以吹干使用者屁股。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,还包括一电热器装设在该床体的支架上,该电热器包括一机体,连接一第三水管及一莲蓬头,该第三水管另一端连接一第三泵,该第三泵具有一第三抽吸管,用以抽吸该水箱内部的水,经该机体加热后,由该莲蓬头送出洗澡水。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,还包括一澡盆可置于该床板构件之上,该澡盆相对于该床垫的第一通孔及该第一板体的第二通孔,设有一第三通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,还包括一淋浴架架设在该床体上,该淋浴架可供一浴帘吊挂,且该淋浴架中间可装设一临时性的吊床。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能病人自行排便护理床,其特征在于,还包括一可调整角度的U型架,装设在该床板构件的第二板体上,该U型架上设有一荧幕。
