Description

一种试管自动注双重液洗刷装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗装置,特别是一种试管自动注双重液洗刷装置。
背景技术
在实验或工作过程中,往往会使用到试管进行各种化学实验。其中试管是整个检测过程中的重要工具,清洗用过的试管是实验后处理中的一个重要步骤。当大批量试管需要清洗时,因为数量多,手工清洁慢,会增加检测后处理的工作时间。如果能够提高样品瓶清洗步骤的效率,就可以很好地衔接上批次和下批次之间的工作间隙,提升检测工作的整体效率。
而现有的手工清洗的过程中,存在以下问题:①清洗时,需要工作人员用手把试管中的溶液甩出来,如果操作大批量试管时,重复性工作占用大量的工作时间,造成整个清洗过程的效率低下。
②由于试管体积较小,把溶液甩出过程中容易污染试管外表面,造成二次污染,增加清洗工作量。
③在转移过程中,因为是人工操作,手指等人体器官会接触到试管中的样品溶液,或者挥发性有机气体通过呼吸器官进入人体,而试管溶液中的溶剂有可能是甲苯、正己烷等有毒有害的有机溶剂,对人体健康造成极大的危害。
发明内容
本发明在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种可自动清洗试管的装置。
本发明的技术方案为:一种试管自动注双重液洗刷装置,包括装夹机构、旋转机构、清洗槽、供给机构和刷洗机构;
所述装夹机构设置在旋转机构上,用于将试管固定在装夹机构中;

接着,为了清洗该试管6,通过供给机构4向清洗槽3中放入纯净水,以浸满旋转机构2的下方。具体为,开启液泵45和第二电磁阀44,将纯净水箱42中的纯净水通过供液管46流入清洗槽3中。
然后在重复上述步骤,启动步进电机21,对试管6进行清洗。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述试管自动注双重液洗刷装置,其特征在于:所述垂直旋转部包括 第二电机和导轨;所述水平旋转部设置在导轨上,所述第二电机用于驱动导轨的上下移动。
