背景技术
密贴检查器这一名称的来源很久。最初只是用来检查道岔的密贴状态,后来又加上检查道岔的斥离状态。根据铁路的发展需要,把密贴检查器的功能定义为检查道岔牵引点之间的密贴和斥离状态。
现有的JM-A型密贴检查器仅能检查一根尖轨的密贴状态,因此每组道岔两根尖轨需要两台密贴检查器,分别安设在两侧。其接点系统采用圆弧接点,动接点轴通过花键连接有调整板、动接点组和拐臂。
当表示杆到位后,拐臂在拉簧接头和拉簧的拉动下,将动接点快速接通表示位。在表示杆拉出时,起动片上滚轮与表示杆上的斜面接触时开始,表示杆水平移动,起动片上的滚轮与表示杆上槽内平面接触,动接点组就能转换到中间位,可靠地切断表示,此时表示和斥离接点均断开。当继续表示杆拉出时,动接点组就能继续转换,直到接点组的斥离接点接通。
虽然现有的密贴检查器,在检查道岔的密贴状态或者斥离状态时有着不少优点,但是也存在一些问题,首先接点组的阻力较大,在转换过程中偶发卡阻现象,其次,由于表示杆为活动杆,会伸出底壳外部,这导致底壳内部的防水密封效果不佳,一旦水进入底壳内部,容易对内部的部件造成损害,影响密贴检查器的使用。

底壳7内还包括花键轴12、通过花键与该花键轴12连接的接点座13,所述接点座13沿所述花键轴12延伸的方向上的两端与花键之间设置有轴承14;也就是用轴承14代替现有的滑动衬套,以便消除接点组转换过程中的面摩擦,以降低接点组组件的运动阻力,提高系统的可靠性及稳定性;上述轴承14采用深沟轴承球轴承具有很好的效果。
所述花键与所述轴承14之间还设置有花键衬套15,以便防止接点座13沿所述花键轴12轴向的窜动,保证左右接点片接点压力一致。
所述接点座13与底壳7的配合面上设置有定位部件。最后,接点座10与底壳1的配合面上设置有定位部件如平键17,以便对接点座10进行定位,从而提高系统的安装精度。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的这种密贴检查器,通过轴承14消除了接点组转换过程中的面摩擦,降低接点组组件的运动阻力,消除接点组偶发的卡阻现象,提高系统的可靠性及稳定性;改进花键垫套15结构,增加轴向定位,防止由于加工误差导致的接点组零件轴向窜动,保证左右接点片接点压力一致,并且在接点座13与底壳7安装的配合面上设置平键17,以实现接点座13的定位,以极高系统的安装精度;通过改进表示杆1为圆形,并且增加了密封装置(如双唇密封圈)10和导向带11,提高了密封效果,增强了防水密封,防止了表示杆1在动作过程中将雨水带入底壳,尤其是在导向套8、9中设置导向带11,其可靠的耐磨性可有效的防止导向套的磨损,并可有效的起到对表示杆1的导向作用,有效的降低了整机转换阻力。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种密贴检查器,包括底壳(7),以及穿过底壳(7)并且沿底壳(7)轴向延伸的表示杆(1),所述表示杆(1)的左右两端上分别套设有左导向套(8)、右导向套(9),所述左导向套(8)、右导向套(9)分别与底壳(7)的左、右端部固定连接;所述表示杆(1)可沿所述左导向套(8)的轴向伸缩;
    还包含有起动片(2)、滚轮(3)、动接点(4),所述动接点(4)轴上装有起动片(2),所述起动片(2)上装有滚轮(3),所述动接点(4)通过起动片(2)和滚轮(3)与表示杆配合动作,所述表示杆(1)为一根,该表示杆(1)上有一凹槽,该凹槽为阶梯形,在凹槽的一边有斜面,将凹槽自表示杆(1)顶面至凹槽底面分成几层平行平面,所述表示杆(1)上的凹槽中装有一个速动片(5),该速动片(5)上有由斜面形成的台阶,该速动片(5)上的斜面分别对应于表示杆(1)上凹槽上的斜面;所述的速动片(5)与表示杆(1)之间装有连接装置;
    所述的速动片(5)与表示杆(1)之间的连接装置是弹簧(6),所述的表示杆(1)上的凹槽一边的斜面为2层,该2层斜面将凹槽自表示杆(1)顶面至凹槽底面分成上、中、下三层平行平面,所述的速动片(5)上的斜面也为2层,其特征在于:所述表示杆(1)的自所述左导向套(8)伸缩的左半部分为圆形,所述左导向套(8)的内孔为圆形,以便表示杆(1)的左半部分沿左导向套(8)轴向伸缩。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的密贴检查器,其特征在于:所述左导向套(8)左端口与表示杆(1)之间设置有密封部件(10)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的密贴检查器,其特征在于:所述密封部件(10)的内侧设置有置于所述左导向套(8)与表示杆(1)之间且绕该表示杆(1)的周向布置的导向带(11),以减小表示杆与导向套之间的摩擦阻力并增强所述左导向套(8)与表示杆(1)之间的密封性能。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的密贴检查器,其特征在于:所述底壳(7)内还包括花键轴(12)、通过花键与该花键轴(12)连接的接点座(13),所述接点座(13)沿所述花键轴(12)延伸的方向上的两端与花键之间设置有轴承(14)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的密贴检查器,其特征在于:所述轴承(14)为翻边轴承。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的密贴检查器,其特征在于:所述花键与所述轴承(14)之间还设置有花键衬套(15),以便防止接点座(13)沿所述花键轴(12)轴向的窜动。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的密贴检查器,其特征在于:所述接点座(13)与底壳(7)的配合面上设置有定位部件。
