Description

控制播放设备播放视频的方法和装置
本申请要求在2015年12月4日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510884371.5、发明名称为“控制播放设备播放视频的方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及播放设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着多媒体技术的迅速发展,用户可以通过各种播放设备观看各式各样的视频。以智能电视为例,智能电视是顺应电视机高清化、网络化、智能化的趋势而出现的一种智能播放设备,具备从因特网、计算机等多种渠道获得节目内容,并通过简单易用的整合式操作界面将消费者最需要的内容在大屏幕上清晰地展现的功能。与传统电视的应用平台相比,智能电视可实现网络搜索、网络电视、视频点播、数字音乐、网络新闻、网络视频电话等各种应用服务。
现有技术中,控制播放设备播放视频主要有两种方式,方式一为用户通过与播放设备配套的遥控器选择播放设备中的视频进行播放;方式二为在智能移动终端上安装适用于播放设备的视频推送的客户端应用,用户可以通过在该应用上选择需要观看的视频并将其推送到播放设备上,播放设备即可播放该推送视频。
但是在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:,上述方式一依靠遥控器选择视频的方式,需要慢慢查找视频,效率较低,降低了用户的使用体验;上述方式二通过客户端应用向播放设备推送视频的方式,仅适用于智能移动终端,而对于非智能移动终端则无法实现向播放设备推送视频,通用性差;并且需要在智能移动终端上安装相关的客户端应用,这样将占用智能移动终端的内存空间。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法和装置,用以解决现有技术中通过移动终端向播放设备推送视频的方式通用性差,占用移动终端的内存空间的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法,包括:
移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取所述播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址;
移动终端加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
移动终端获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备;以使所述播放设备依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
本发明实施例还提供了一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法,包括:
播放设备显示二维码;以使移动终端通过扫描所述二维码获取所述播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,并加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
播放设备接收所述移动终端发送的推送请求,其中,所述推送请求为所述移动终端获取的针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的请求,并依据所述IP地址发送至所述播放设备的;
播放设备依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
本发明实施例还提供了一种控制播放设备播放视频的装置,包括:
扫描模块,用于通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取所述播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址;
加载模块,用于加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
发送模块,用于获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备;以使所述播放设备依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。

本发明实施例提供的控制播放设备播放视频的方法和装置,移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码可以获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,获取后移动终端即可加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,该推送网页中包括多个视频信息,当用户需要观看视频时,即可从推送网页中选择一待推送的视频信息进行推送,移动终端依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备,以使播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。由此可知,本发明实施例无需在移动终端中安装相关的客户端应用,故不会由于安装应用而占用移动终端的内存空间,并且对于非智能移动终端和智能移动终端来说,均可实现向播放设备推送视频,通用性强。

实施例一
参照图1,示出了本发明实施例一的一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法的步骤流程图。
本发明实施例的控制播放设备播放视频的方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101,移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址。
本发明实施例的移动终端可以为智能移动终端(如智能手机、平板电脑 等),也可以为非智能移动终端(如非智能手机等),只要该移动终端能够进行二维码扫描即可,而无需在移动终端上安装用于向播放设备推送视频的应用。
本发明实施例的播放设备可以为智能电视等设备。播放设备对应有自身的IP(Internet Protocol,网络之间互连的协议)地址以及用于向该播放设备推送视频的推送网页,其中,IP地址用于移动终端与播放设备之间进行通信,推送网页对应有推送网页地址,在该推送网页上执行相关动作,即可将推送网页上提供的视频信息对应的视频推送给播放设备播放。
播放设备对应的上述IP地址和推送网页地址可以以二维码的形式保存,在播放设备上可以显示对应的二维码,移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码即可获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址。二维码(Two-dimensional code)是用特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(二维方向)上分布的黑白相间的图形,是所有信息数据的一把钥匙,在现代商业活动中,可实现的应用十分广泛,如:产品防伪/溯源、广告推送、网站链接、数据下载、商品交易、定位/导航、电子凭证、车辆管理、信息传递、名片交流、WIFI共享等。播放设备显示的二维码中可以包括与该播放设备相关的各种信息,其中即包括有播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址。可选地,移动终端首先扫描播放设备的显示界面上所显示的二维码,扫描之后即可得到二维码信息,然后移动终端对得到的二维码信息进行解析从而得到播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址。其中,可以预先在移动终端上安装二维码扫描软件,利用该二维码扫描软件对播放设备上的二维码进行扫描,还可以预先在移动终端上安装具有二维码扫描功能的其他软件,利用该软件的二维码扫描功能对播放设备上的二维码进行扫描,本发明实施例对此并不加以限制。对于其中扫描二维码得到二维码信息的具体过程,本领域技术人员根据实际经验进行相关处理即可,本发明实施例在此不再详细论述。
步骤102,移动终端加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,推送网页中包括多个视频信息。
移动终端获取到播放设备对应的推送网页地址后,即可自动加载上述推送网页地址对应的推送网页。
可选地,本发明实施例中推送网页地址可以为该推送网页的IP地址,该 地址的形式可以为播放设备的IP地址加上推送网页的空间域名的形式。播放设备对应的推送网页可以为HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language,超文本标记语言)形式的页面,该推送网页对应的页面信息可以预先保存在播放设备中,页面信息与推送网页地址对应保存。
故该步骤102可以包括以下子步骤:
子步骤a1,移动终端启动预置的浏览器,将携带有推送网页地址的页面请求通过浏览器发送至播放设备;以使播放设备依据推送网页地址获取对应的页面信息,并将页面信息返回至移动终端;
移动终端可以通过浏览器加载上述推送网页,首先移动终端自动启动预置的浏览器,其中,预置的浏览器可以为移动终端上安装的浏览器或者带有浏览器内核的任意应用中的浏览器;然后,移动终端将携带有推送网页地址的页面请求通过浏览器发送至播放设备,由于播放设备中保存有推送网页地址及其对应的页面信息,故播放设备解析上述页面请求得到推送网页地址后,即可依据该推送网页地址获取对应的页面信息,并将页面信息返回至移动终端。
可选地,本发明实施例中还可以预先创建播放设备对应的服务器,该服务器在实现上可以为一软件应用,将上述推送网页对应的页面信息保存在服务器中,播放设备在接收到移动终端发送的页面请求之后,即可将该页面请求发送至该服务器,由服务器对该页面请求进行解析得到推送网页地址,并获取对应的页面信息,再将页面信息返回至移动终端。
子步骤a2,接收播放设备返回的页面信息,采用页面信息生成推送网页地址对应的推送网页,并加载推送网页。
播放设备返回的页面信息可以包括页面布局、页面内容、页面大小等信息,移动终端接收到页面信息后即可采用该页面信息生成推送网页地址对应的推送网页,生成后即可加载该推送网页,也即在移动终端的界面上显示该推送网页。
步骤103,移动终端获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备;以使播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
推送网页中包括多个视频信息,视频信息可以包括视频名称、视频地址 等,在推送网页中可以以列表的形式显示这些视频信息。当用户想要将某个视频推送至播放设备时,可以在移动终端显示的该推送网页上进行相关操作以触发推送请求,例如,用户点击某个视频信息后,该推送网页上可以显示带有“推送”字样的提示框,用户点击该提示框后即可触发推送请求,该推送请求所针对的待推送的视频信息即为用户点击的上述视频信息。
可选地,该步骤103中移动终端获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求的过程可以包括:移动终端选择一个待推送的视频信息;按照设定协议生成携带有推送指令及待推送的视频信息的推送请求。可选地,如上本发明实施例中可以在播放设备中预先创建上述设定协议的服务器,如该服务器可以为HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol,超文本转移协议)服务器,该HTTP服务器可以基于安卓电视平台创建,HTTP服务器能够对移动终端发送的相应协议的请求进行解析。故上述设定协议可以为HTTP,也即推送请求为HTTP请求,移动终端与播放设备之间的一次通信为一次HTTP请求的方式。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的上述设定协议并不限定于HTTP,本领域技术人员可以采用其他任意适用的协议,如Web Socket协议(Web Socket是HTML5一种新的协议,它是实现了浏览器与服务器全双工通信)等,只要在播放设备中创建该协议对应的服务器即可。
移送终端在通过扫描播放设备上的二维码获取到播放设备的IP地址后,即可依据该IP地址与播放设备进行通信连接,故移送终端获取到上述推送请求后,将依据播放设备对应的IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备。可选地,移动终端可以通过上述浏览器将推送请求发送至播放设备中预先创建的上述设定协议的服务器。播放设备接收到推送请求后依据该推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频,对于播放设备的具体播放过程将在下面的实施例二中详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的控制播放设备播放视频的方法,移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码可以获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,获取后移动终端即可加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,该推送网页中包括多个视频信息,当用户需要观看视频时,即可从推送网页中选择一待推送的视频信息进行推送,移动终端依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备,以使播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。由此可知,本发 明实施例无需在移动终端中安装相关的客户端应用,故不会由于安装应用而占用移动终端的内存空间,并且对于非智能移动终端和智能移动终端来说,均可实现向播放设备推送视频,通用性强。
实施例二
参照图2,示出了本发明实施例二的一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法的步骤流程图。
本发明实施例的控制播放设备播放视频的方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201,播放设备显示二维码;以使移动终端通过扫描二维码获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,并加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,推送网页中包括多个视频信息。
本发明实施例中可以预先生成播放设备对应的二维码,该二维码中保存有播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址等相关信息,也即依据播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址生成二维码,如可以使用开源代码生成二维码,对于二维码的具体生成过程,本领域技术人员根据实际经验进行相关处理即可,本发明实施例在此不再详细论述。上述生成的二维码将保存在播放设备中,播放设备具有用于显示二维码的二维码显示页面,当用户选择进入到二维码显示页面后即可在该页面中显示二维码以供移动终端对其进行扫描。其中,二维码显示页面可以为播放设备原有的某一页面,也可以为单独生成的专为显示二维码的页面,本发明实施例对此并不加以限制。
进一步地,本发明实施例考虑到播放设备对应的IP地址可能会发生改变,例如人为地切换播放设备的网线接口后其对应的IP地址会发生改变,因此在该种情况下无法再通过保存的原有二维码获取改变后的IP地址,而需要重新生成携带有改变后的IP地址的新的二维码。故可选地,本发明实施例中在播放设备显示二维码之前,还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1,播放设备在检测到进入二维码显示页面时,确定是否需要重新生成二维码;若需要,则执行步骤2,若不需要,则执行步骤3。
其中,确定是否需要重新生成二维码的过程可以包括:获取播放设备当前对应的IP地址;判断当前对应的IP地址与已保存的原有二维码中包括的IP地址是否相同;若相同,则确定不需要重新生成二维码,若不相同,则确 定需要重新生成二维码。
步骤2,若需要,则依据播放设备当前对应的IP地址和推送网页地址生成新的二维码;
生成新的二维码后,播放设备显示二维码时即为显示该新的二维码,具体为在二维码显示页面中显示新的二维码。

获取已保存的原有二维码后,播放设备显示二维码时即为显示该原有二维码,具体为在二维码显示页面中显示原有二维码。
步骤202,播放设备接收移动终端发送的推送请求,其中,推送请求为移动终端获取的针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的请求,并依据IP地址发送至播放设备的。
移动终端通过扫描二维码获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址后,加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,推送网页中包括多个视频信息,通过对该推送网页的相关操作可以在移动终端上触发针对待推送的视频信息触发的请求,移动终端依据IP地址将该推送请求发送至播放设备。对于具体过程,参照上述实施例一的相关描述即可。
步骤203,播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
如上述实施例一,本发明实施例中可以在播放设备中预先创建设定协议的服务器,上述推送请求为移动终端按照该设定协议生成的请求,因此服务器可以对推送请求进行解析以得到其中携带的信息。故可选地,该步骤203可以包括以下子步骤:
子步骤b1,播放设备将推送请求发送给预先创建的设定协议的服务器,服务器按照设定协议解析推送请求,得到推送请求中携带的推送指令及待推送的视频信息;
以服务器为HTTP服务器为例,移动终端发送的推送请求为HTTP请求,HTTP服务器能够按照HTTP协议解析推送请求,按照HTTP协议解析推送请求的过程可以包括包头(Header)解析和请求体(Body)解析,其中Body解析具体可以包括:PUT代码解析和Post代码解析,对于具体的解析过程本发明实施例在此不再详细论述。
子步骤b2,服务器响应推送指令,启动预置的播放器播放待推送的视频 信息对应的视频。
HTTP服务器解析推送请求后得到推送请求中携带的推送指令及待推送的视频信息,其中推送指令用于指示将要执行的动作(即播放视频的动作),HTTP服务器响应推送指令即可启动预置的播放器播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。具体地,HTTP服务器可以调用上述播放器的API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口),并将待推送的视频信息通过API传送给播放器,该待推送的视频信息可以包括待推送的视频的名称、地址等信息,播放器依据该视频信息从播放设备对应的视频资源服务器中查找到对应的视频,获取该视频的资源后播放该视频。
本发明实施例无需在移动终端中安装相关的客户端应用,故不会由于安装应用而占用移动终端的内存空间,并且对于非智能移动终端和智能移动终端来说,均可实现向播放设备推送视频,通用性强。
实施例三
参照图3,示出了本发明实施例三的一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法的步骤流程图。
本发明实施例的控制播放设备播放视频的方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤301,启动播放设备,触发进入播放设备对应的二维码显示界面。
步骤302,播放设备在检测到进入二维码显示页面时,确定是否需要重新生成二维码;若需要,则依据播放设备当前对应的IP地址和推送网页地址生成新的二维码;若不需要,则获取已保存的原有二维码。
步骤303,播放设备显示二维码。
步骤304,移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址。
步骤305,移动终端加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,推送网页中包括多个视频信息。
步骤306,移动终端获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备。
步骤307,播放设备接收移动终端发送的推送请求。
步骤308,播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
对于上述各个步骤的具体过程,参照上述实施例一和实施例二的相关描述即可,本发明实施例在此不再详细论述。
对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
实施例四
参照图4,示出了本发明实施例四的一种控制播放设备播放视频的装置的结构框图。
本发明实施例的控制播放设备播放视频的装置为移动终端中的装置,该装置包括以下模块:
扫描模块401,用于通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址;
加载模块402,用于加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
发送模块403,用于获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备;以使播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
可选地,加载模块包括:第一发送子模块,用于启动预置的浏览器,将携带有推送网页地址的页面请求通过浏览器发送至播放设备;以使播放设备依据推送网页地址获取对应的页面信息,并将页面信息返回至移动终端;网页生成子模块,用于接收播放设备返回的页面信息,采用页面信息生成推送网页地址对应的推送网页,并加载推送网页。
可选地,发送模块包括:请求生成子模块,用于选择一个待推送的视频信息;按照设定协议生成携带有推送指令及待推送的视频信息的推送请求;第二发送子模块,用于依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备中预先创建的设定协议的服务器。
可选地,推送请求为HTTP请求。
本发明实施例提供的控制播放设备播放视频的装置,移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码可以获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,获取后移动终端即可加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,该推送网页中包括多个视频信息,当用户需要观看视频时,即可从推送网页中选择一待推送的视频信息进行推送,移动终端依据IP地址将推送请求发送至播放设备,以使播放设备依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。由此可知,本发明实施例无需在移动终端中安装相关的客户端应用,故不会由于安装应用而占用移动终端的内存空间,并且对于非智能移动终端和智能移动终端来说,均可实现向播放设备推送视频,通用性强。
实施例五
参照图5,示出了本发明实施例五的一种控制播放设备播放视频的装置的结构框图。
本发明实施例的控制播放设备播放视频的装置为播放设备中的装置,该装置包括以下模块:
显示模块501,用于显示二维码;以使移动终端通过扫描二维码获取播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,并加载推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
接收模块502,用于接收移动终端发送的推送请求,其中,推送请求为移动终端获取的针对选择的待推送的一视频信息触发的请求,并依据IP地址发送至播放设备的;
播放模块503,用于依据推送请求播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
可选地,播放模块包括:请求发送子模块,用于将推送请求发送给播放设备中预先创建的设定协议的服务器;请求解析子模块,用于按照设定协议解析推送请求,得到推送请求中携带的推送指令及待推送的视频信息;指令响应子模块,用于响应推送指令,启动预置的播s放器播放待推送的视频信息对应的视频。其中,请求解析子模块和指令响应子模块为上述服务器中的模块。
可选地,本发明实施例的装置还包括:确定模块,用于在显示模块显示二维码之前,在检测到进入二维码显示页面时,确定是否需要重新生成二维 码;生成模块,用于在确定模块确定出需要时,依据播放设备当前对应的IP地址和推送网页地址生成新的二维码;获取模块,用于在确定模块确定出不需要时,获取已保存的原有二维码。
本发明实施例无需在移动终端中安装相关的客户端应用,故不会由于安装应用而占用移动终端的内存空间,并且对于非智能移动终端和智能移动终端来说,均可实现向播放设备推送视频,通用性强。
对于装置实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
例如,图6示出了可以实现根据本发明的电子装置,例如上述的移动终端或播放设备。该电子装置传统上包括处理器610和以存储器620形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器620可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器620具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码631的存储空间630。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间630可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码631。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到 这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图7所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图6的电子装置中的存储器620类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码631’,即可以由例如诸如610之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由电子装置运行时,导致该电子装置执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动终端通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取所述播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址;
    移动终端加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
    移动终端获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备;以使所述播放设备依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页的步骤,包括:
    启动预置的浏览器,将携带有所述推送网页地址的页面请求通过所述浏览器发送至所述播放设备;以使所述播放设备依据所述推送网页地址获取对应的页面信息,并将所述页面信息返回至所述移动终端;
    接收所述播放设备返回的页面信息,采用所述页面信息生成所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,并加载所述推送网页。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求的步骤,包括:
    移动终端选择一个待推送的视频信息;
    按照设定协议生成携带有推送指令及所述待推送的视频信息的推送请求;
    所述依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备的步骤,包括:
    依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备中预先创建的所述设定协议的服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推送请求为HTTP请求。
  5. 一种控制播放设备播放视频的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    播放设备显示二维码;以使移动终端通过扫描所述二维码获取所述播放 设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,并加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
    播放设备接收所述移动终端发送的推送请求,其中,所述推送请求为所述移动终端获取的针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的请求,并依据所述IP地址发送至所述播放设备的;
    播放设备依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频的步骤,包括:
    将所述推送请求发送给所述播放设备中预先创建的设定协议的服务器,所述服务器按照所述设定协议解析所述推送请求,得到所述推送请求中携带的推送指令及所述待推送的视频信息;
    所述服务器响应所述推送指令,启动预置的播放器播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述播放设备显示二维码的步骤之前,还包括:
    播放设备在检测到进入二维码显示页面时,确定是否需要重新生成二维码;
    若需要,则依据所述播放设备当前对应的IP地址和推送网页地址生成新的二维码;
    若不需要,则获取已保存的原有二维码。
  8. 一种控制播放设备播放视频的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    扫描模块,用于通过扫描播放设备上显示的二维码获取所述播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址;
    加载模块,用于加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
    发送模块,用于获取针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的推送请求,并依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备;以使所述播放设备依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加载模块包括:
    第一发送子模块,用于启动预置的浏览器,将携带有所述推送网页地址的页面请求通过所述浏览器发送至所述播放设备;以使所述播放设备依据所述推送网页地址获取对应的页面信息,并将所述页面信息返回至一移动终端;
    网页生成子模块,用于接收所述播放设备返回的页面信息,采用所述页面信息生成所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,并加载所述推送网页。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块包括:
    请求生成子模块,用于选择一个待推送的视频信息;按照设定协议生成携带有推送指令及所述待推送的视频信息的推送请求;
    第二发送子模块,用于依据所述IP地址将所述推送请求发送至所述播放设备中预先创建的所述设定协议的服务器。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推送请求为HTTP请求。
  12. 一种控制播放设备播放视频的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    显示模块,用于显示二维码;以使移动终端通过扫描所述二维码获取所述播放设备对应的IP地址和推送网页地址,并加载所述推送网页地址对应的推送网页,其中,所述推送网页中包括多个视频信息;
    接收模块,用于接收所述移动终端发送的推送请求,其中,所述推送请求为所述移动终端获取的针对所选的待推送的一视频信息触发的请求,并依据所述IP地址发送至所述播放设备的;
    播放模块,用于依据所述推送请求播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述播放模块包括:
    请求发送子模块,用于将所述推送请求发送给所述播放设备中预先创建的设定协议的服务器;
    请求解析子模块,用于按照所述设定协议解析所述推送请求,得到所述推送请求中携带的推送指令及所述待推送的视频信息;
    指令响应子模块,用于响应所述推送指令,启动预置的播放器播放所述待推送的视频信息对应的视频。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定模块,用于在所述显示模块显示二维码之前,在检测到进入二维码显示页面时,确定是否需要重新生成二维码;
    生成模块,用于在所述确定模块确定出需要时,依据所述播放设备当前对应的IP地址和推送网页地址生成新的二维码;
    获取模块,用于在所述确定模块确定出不需要时,获取已保存的原有二维码。
  15. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在移动终端上运行时,导致所述移动终端执行根据权利要求1-4中的任一个所述的控制播放设备播放视频的方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求15所述的计算机程序。
  17. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在播放设备上运行时,导致所述播放设备执行根据权利要求5-7中的任一个所述的控制播放设备播放视频的方法。
  18. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求17所述的计算机程序。
