本发明涉及通信领域,具体涉及一种多媒体数据获取方法、多媒体数据发送方法、多媒体数据交互方法、机顶盒、电子节目服务器、多媒体系统。
背景技术
随着互联网OTT(Over The Top)视频技术的飞速发展,IPTV机顶盒访问OTT视频服务器的需求已成为常态。但是,目前而言,机顶盒与PC电脑一样,都是通过直连互联网来访问互联网视频资源的,请参见图1所示。由于机顶盒的性能与PC电脑性能存在较大差距,从而引发资源不对称的问题,即互联网传输速率高,视频传输信息量大,而机顶盒的信息处理能力有限。因此如何避免由于资源不对称导致IPTV机顶盒访问OTT视频时所需要的时间长、用户体验的满意度低成为亟需解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的主要技术问题是,提供一种多媒体数据获取方法、多媒体数据发送方法、多媒体数据交互方法、机顶盒、电子节目服务器、多媒体系统,解决现有机顶盒与互联网资源不对称导致访问视频所需要的时间长、用户体验的满意度低的问题。
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种多媒体数据获取方法,包括:
机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求;

以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
本实施例提供多媒体系统请参见图2所示,其包括依次连接的机顶盒、 电子节目(EPG,Electronic Program Guide)服务器和互联网多媒体服务器(具体可以是互联网视频服务器);其并非像图1所示的机顶盒直接与互联网多媒体服务器连接。基于图2所示的多媒体系统,在进行多媒体数据交互时,机顶盒可直接向电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求,电子节目服务器根据该多媒体数据获取请求从互联网获取对应的多媒体数据后反馈给机顶盒,并不需要机顶盒直接从互联网去下载多媒体数据;而众所周知电子节目服务器的性能比机顶盒要强的多,因此其能比机顶盒更快、更可靠的从互联网获取大量的多媒体信息,从而大大的缩短访问视频等多媒体所需要的时间长,进而提高用户体验的满意度。
同时,在图1所示的多媒体系统中,机顶盒是与互联网多媒体服务器直接进行会话通讯。其中部分多媒体网站(例如视频网站)的会话过程是通过https实现的,此时安全系数则会相对较高。而有些多媒体网站的会话通讯则是简单的通过的http实现的,此时二者之间的会话的安全系数则较低,存在会话过程中用户信息泄漏的风险。且互联网上病毒、木马等攻击性软件多,而机顶盒防御能力有限。通过本实施例图2所示的架构,将机顶盒获取多媒体数据资源的会话过程由与互联网的会话转移至与电子节目服务器的会话。其会话过程包括机顶盒首先与电子节目服务器建立可靠连接,然后在该连接的基础上,机顶盒再向电子节目服务器请求多媒体数据,EPG服务器获取到该多媒体数据请求信息之后,从服务器缓存或者视频网站处获得视频资源,再将视频资源传输给机顶盒。在这种通信机制下,机顶盒所发送的验证信息、请求信息、电子节目服务器的请求响应信息、电子节目服务器反馈的多媒体数据都是在通过非对称加密算法所建立的安全通道上的,通讯过程中信息泄漏的可能性得到极大的降低,从而提高了会话过程的安全性;同时多媒体数据是由电子节目服务器从视频网站所获取,在获取数据的过程中,电子节目服务器还可过滤掉伴随多媒体数据传输的伪 装性攻击性软件,机顶盒就可直接从电子节目服务器获取到安全的多媒体数据,避免了受到恶意攻击软件攻击情况的发生。上述会话过程(以获取视频数据为例)可请参见图3所示,包括:
步骤301:机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送SSL握手请求消息;
步骤302:电子节目服务器向机顶盒反馈SSL握手成功的响应消息;
步骤303:机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送视频数据获取请求;
步骤304:电子节目服务器根据该视频数据获取请求向互联网多媒体服务器请求对应的视频数据;
步骤305:互联网多媒体服务器向电子节目服务器反馈对应的视频数据;
步骤306:电子节目服务器将互联网多媒体服务器反馈的视频数据发送给机顶盒;
步骤307:机顶盒接收电子节目服务器反馈的视频数据并进行播放。
另外,由于互联网视频网站的网页中信息内容较为繁杂,对于PC机而言,用户通过移动鼠标可方便快速的定位到自己感兴趣的内容。而对于机顶盒用户而言,通过遥控器在繁杂的页面中定位自己感兴趣的内容是比较困难的。因此,在本实施例中,在图2所示的多媒体系统框架下,电子节目服务器还可用于订制、生成多媒体用户界面,该多媒体用户界面(多媒体UI界面)具体可自定义以实现符合用户需求的多媒体访问个性化界面,进而缩短用户寻找视频等多媒体所需花费的时间,提升用户体验。
本实施例中,电子节目服务器具体可通过对互联网多媒体服务器提供的界面进行封装得到该多媒体用户界面,类似于设计模式中的门户模式,可设计机顶盒必须通过该多媒体用户界面才能访问特定互联网视频网站。本实施例中电子节目服务器生成的多媒体用户界面具体可以包括主界面数据和多媒体列表数据,其中:
主界面生成过程如下:
电子节目服务器根据多媒体网站中的多媒体分类生成的主界面数据,也即该主界面可根据具体的多媒体网站中多媒体分类信息来确定其布局风格。所展示的效果可根据用户需求信息进行个性化订制。具体的,请参见图4所示,该图所示为机顶盒加载完主界面数据后在多媒体终端上显示出的主界面,其包含电影(movie)、音乐(music)、体育(sport)等类型。
多媒体列表数据的生成过程如下:
电子节目服务器根据主界面上各分类下当前的节目信息生成的多媒体
列表数据。具体为从主界面选取多媒体分类进入多媒体列表界面之后,界面从互联网视频网站中对应多媒体分类所包含的多媒体集合中,选取时间排列在最前面的N(例如N=5)个节目进行展示,或者选取点击数排列在最前面的N个节目。其余节目则可通过点击MORE进入节目详细列表界面来获取。在针对机顶盒记载完成后生成的多媒体列表界面中,电子节目服务器具体可通过ajax实时刷新时间信息,从而减轻机顶盒的布局排版工作量。同时js代码生成多媒体简介信息的滚动效果,可避免由marquee标签实现滚动时出现的空白现象。具体的,请参见图5所示,该图所示为机顶盒加载完多媒体列表数据在多媒体播放终端显示出的多媒体列表,该列表具体显示了在运动这一类视频下排在前面的几个视频节目列表。
在机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送上述多媒体数据获取请求前,机顶盒先向电子节目服务器发送获取多媒体用户界面获取请求;电子节目服务器收到该请求后将多媒体用户界面数据发送给机顶盒;机顶盒接收并加载多媒体用户界面数据,然后通过多媒体播放终端将该多媒体用户界面播放出来,此时的多媒体用户界面根据多媒体分类信息对页面进行了极大的简化,用户可首先进入感兴趣的视频分类,然后在该分类对应的列表界面中,寻找自己感兴趣的视频进行播放。此时机顶盒则可接收到用户通过该多媒体 用户界面发送的多媒体数据获取指令生成相应的多媒体数据获取请求;然后将该多媒体数据获取请求发送给电子节目服务器,通过电子节目服务器获取到相应的多媒体数据。
对于加密类多媒体网站,机顶盒在第一次点击视频链接进入视频播放页面时,需要加载播放框架页面需要的视频播放器数据。例如,对于youtube网站,机顶盒在第一次点击视频链接进入视频播放页面时,要加载播放框架页面需要串行下载8个文件,以及并行下载大量的图片和css文件,据统计,所需下载的播放器数据量在1.6M左右,机顶盒完成文件下载所需时间在10s以上,再加上js、css文件解析及页面排版,总共所需要的时间为20s左右。若再加上视频数据的加载时间,总体的响应时间对于用户来说是无法接受的。这就需要对该时间进行优化处理。为了避免该问题,本实施例对多媒体播放器数据的下载进行了优化,具体如下:
根据分析,在机顶盒从请求多媒体用户界面到点击多媒体链接播放多媒体的整个过程来看,在进入请求、进入多媒体用户界面过程中,机顶盒所需下载的文件数量少且数据量小,机顶盒资源及网络资源处于闲置状态,而点击多媒体链接之后,机顶盒所需下载的文件数量多且数据量大,机顶盒资源及网络资源处于繁忙阻塞的状态。同时,由于机顶盒浏览器提供了缓存机制,其缓存区域可缓存有限大小的js文件、css文件及图片文件。因此,本实施例将上述部分文件的下载工作往前移。其具体操作为,在对请求多媒体用户界面的响应时间影响不大的前提下,将视频播放时所需下载的部分播放器资源文件合理分配至多媒体用户界面加载过程,具体可分别分配至多媒体用户界面的主界面数据加载过程和多媒体列表数据的加载过程进行相应数据的下载,然后存储在机顶盒上。请求多媒体资源时,机顶盒发现其请求的资源已存储至缓存空间,直接从缓存区域读取文件,不需要从互联网重新下载资源文件。这样就进一步减少了该过程中花费在播放器数 据加载上的时间,提升了机顶盒性能及用户体验。
在本实施例中,播放器数据的下载可以是机顶盒直接从相应的网站下载,也可以是先由电子节目服务器从相应的网站下载下来,然后机顶盒从电子节目服务器下载。因此,在本实施例中,当电子节目服务器判断机顶盒请求的多媒体用户界面数据是加密类多媒体网站的用户界面数据时,在机顶盒加载电子节目服务器发送的多媒体用户界面数据过程中,向机顶盒发送多媒体播放器数据下载通知;机顶盒在收到该通知后,在上述用户界面数据加载过程中,完成播放器数据的下载。
机顶盒在接收多媒体数据过程中,和/或在加载多媒体用户界面数据过程中,会显示当前数据加载的进度的提示动画。目前的提示动画都是通过实时的复杂计算拼接而成,该计算过程会消耗大量的机顶盒资源,且若计算过程中遇到阻塞,提示动画会出现跳帧或停止的情况,这样在占用机顶盒资源的同时,不能提供较好的显示效果。目前,在默认情况下,提示动画(gif动画)是由js文件通过复杂计算拼接而成的。为了避免该问题,本实施例在机顶盒在接收多媒体数据过程中,和/或在加载多媒体用户界面数据过程中,机顶盒直接播放预设好的进度提示动画,也即该进度提示动画是之前就已经生成好的,不再需要临时进行复杂的计算拼接,例如可设置机顶盒直接播放固定的gif动画,具体的,可以在在机顶盒开始下载视频数据时,发送开始的消息事件,浏览器响应该事件,主动显示预设好的固定的gif动画,而在视频数据完成加载并准备播放时,发送结束的消息事件,浏览器响应该事件,关掉gif动画。这样可以避免机顶盒资源被用于计算生成提示动画而浪费,可进一步提高机顶盒的性能。在本实施例中,预先设置的进度提示动画可直接存储在机顶盒中,也可存储在电子节目服务器中,在机顶盒需要播放时从电子节目服务器上进行获取即可。
经上述过程,机顶盒接收用户通过多媒体用户界面发送的多媒体数据 获取指令向电子节目服务器发送对应的多媒体数据获取请求,电子节目服务器根据该请求从互联网多媒体服务器下载对应的多媒体数据发送给机顶盒,机顶盒接收加载该多媒体数据后开始进入对该多媒体数据进行播放的程序。当当前播放多媒体数据资源来源是加密类多媒体网站,例如youtube等视频网站,此时播放时需用这类网站指定的多媒体播放器。经上述介绍可知,机顶盒已在用户界面的记载过程中提前下载了对应的多媒体播放器数据,此时只需要直接读取存储的多媒体数据生成对应的播放器即可。在本实施例中,在生成该播放器的过程中,可对其功能进行补充,也即对该播放器进行接口扩展,从而实现多媒体的播放控制功能。例如,当根据播放器数据生成的播放器没有快退、快进键时,则可对该播放器的接口进行扩展生成对应的快进、快退键。在本实施例中,机顶盒的播放实现过程具体如下:
对于单个多媒体(下面以视频为例进行说明)而言,部分视频网站比如搜狐、播视等其直接提供完整的视频资源URL,但如youtube等视频网站所提供的视频资源URL是不完整的,只能使用其提供的youtube api iframe框架组装得到完整视频资源URL信息。针对这种现状,本实施例将播控框架的实现分为两个部分:播控实现层、播控适配层。播控实现层是访问所有视频网站都必须的,其接收用户的播放控制请求来控制视频的播放。播控适配层则是针对youtube这种视频网站本身提供播放框架的情况,在用户通过视频网站所提供的播控框架发送命令时,播控适配层截取该命令,并对命令进行包装和转换,最终将命令发送给播控实现层实现视频播放控制操作。具体的,播控实现层总体上可分为业务层、浏览器层与视频流操控层,其中:
业务层:接收遥控器所发出的点击事件,并将其映射为对应的视频播控事件;
浏览器层:接收到页面传送过来的播控事件之后,其所需要完成的工作为:识别解析事件;根据事件定位到已经注册的视频流操作接口;调用视频流操作接口将控制命令发送给视频流操控层;
视频流操控层:根据所接收到的控制命令来实现视频流控制操作,并将处理结果反馈给浏览器层。最终通过电视终端来展示出用户所需的播控效果。
播控适配层:其实现体现在业务层,在视频网站自身提供用于播控的js库时,默认的视频播放流程为:点击视频链接进入视频播放界面时,浏览器首先加载js库,加载成功之后,回调接口并发送事件给页面,页面接收到加载成功的事件后,构造js库实例对象,该对象提供一系列的接口,页面可调用接口实现视频播放,在视频播放过程中,利用js库的回调函数机制实时监控视频播放状态。在本实施例中,在用户通过点击遥控器调用页面js库对象的接口时,播控适配层对接口调用事件进行截取,并将其转换为浏览器可识别的消息事件,然后发送给播控实现层中浏览器层进行处理。同时在现有js库对象不能满足业务需求时,可根据实际业务需求进行接口的扩展,例如扩展快进、快退接口等。

在本实施例中,机顶盒还包括用户界面数据请求模块和用户界面数据获取模块;电子节目服务器还包括用户界面数据响应模块和用户界面数据处理模块;其中:
用户界面数据请求模块,配置为在多媒体数据请求模块向所述电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求之前,向该电子节目服务器发送多媒体用户界面获取请求;
用户界面数据响应模块,配置为接收机顶盒发送的多媒体用户界面获取请求;
用户界面数据处理模块,配置为根据多媒体用户界面获取请求向机顶盒反馈多媒体用户界面数据;
用户界面数据获取模块,配置为接收并加载所述电子节目服务器根据多媒体用户界面获取请求反馈的多媒体用户界面数据。
在本实施例中,电子节目服务器还包括用户数据生成模块,配置为生成多媒体用户界面数据,生成的用户界面数据包括根据多媒体网站中的多媒体分类生成的主界面数据和根据各分类下当前的节目信息生成的多媒体列表数据。其具体的生成过程在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,电子节目服务器还包括播放器数据下载触发模块;机顶盒还包括播放器数据获取模块;其中:
播放器数据下载触发模块,配置为在判断机顶盒请求的多媒体用户界面数据是对应加密类多媒体网站(例如youtube等视频网站)的用户界面数据时,在机顶盒加载多媒体用户界面数据过程中,向机顶盒发送多媒体播放器数据下载通知;机顶盒根据该通知完成相应多媒体播放器数据的下载。
播放器数据获取模块用于在用户界面数据获取模块加载多媒体用户界面数据过程中,接收到电子节目服务器发送的多媒体播放器数据下载通知时,根据该多媒体播放器数据下载通知下载并存储对应的多媒体播放器数据,以备后续播放过程中使用。
应当理解的是,本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤和上述各功能模块可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的多媒体数据获取方法、多媒体数据发送方法、多媒体数据交互方法、机顶盒、电子节目服务器、多媒体系统,在进行多媒体数据交互时,机顶盒直接向电子节目服务器发送请求,电子节目服务器根据该请求从互联网下载对应的多媒体数据并反馈给机顶盒;并非现有的机顶盒直接从互联网去下载多媒体数据。由于电子节目服务器的性能比机顶盒要强很多,其相对机顶盒能更快、更可靠的从互联网获取大量的多媒体信息,从而大大的缩短访问视频等多媒体所需要的时间长,进而提高用户体验的满意度。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种多媒体数据获取方法,所述方法包括:
    机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述机顶盒接收所述电子节目服务器根据所述多媒体数据请求反馈的多媒体数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多媒体数据获取方法,其中,所述机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述电子节目服务器发送多媒体用户界面获取请求;
    接收并加载所述电子节目服务器根据所述多媒体用户界面获取请求反馈的多媒体用户界面数据;
    接收用户通过所述多媒体用户界面发送的多媒体数据获取指令生成所述多媒体数据获取请求。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的多媒体数据获取方法,其中,所述方法还包括所述机顶盒在接收所述多媒体数据过程中,和/或在加载所述多媒体用户界面数据过程中,播放预设好的进度提示动画。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的多媒体数据获取方法,其中,所述机顶盒加载所述多媒体用户界面数据过程中还包括:接收到所述电子节目服务器发送的多媒体播放器数据下载通知时,根据该多媒体播放器数据下载通知下载并存储对应的多媒体播放器数据;在播放所述多媒体数据时,直接调用存储的所述多媒体播放器数据生成对应的播放器。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的多媒体数据获取方法,其中,在调用所述多媒体播放器数据生成播放器的过程中,还包括对该播放器进行接口扩展。
  6. 一种多媒体数据发送方法,所述方法包括:
    电子节目服务器接收机顶盒发送的多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述电子节目服务器根据所述多媒体数据获取请求获取对应的多媒体 数据并将其发送给所述机顶盒。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的多媒体数据发送方法,其中,所述电子节目服务器接收机顶盒发送的多媒体数据获取请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述机顶盒发送的多媒体用户界面获取请求;
    根据所述多媒体用户界面获取请求向所述机顶盒反馈多媒体用户界面数据。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的多媒体数据发送方法,其中,所述多媒体用户界面数据包括:所述电子节目服务器根据多媒体网站中的多媒体分类生成的主界面数据和根据各分类下当前的节目信息生成的多媒体列表数据。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的多媒体数据发送方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述电子节目服务器判断所述机顶盒请求的多媒体用户界面数据是加密类多媒体网站的用户界面数据时,在所述机顶盒加载所述多媒体用户界面数据过程中,向所述机顶盒发送多媒体播放器数据下载通知。
  10. 一种多媒体数据交互方法,所述方法包括:
    机顶盒向电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述电子节目服务器根据所述多媒体数据请求获取对应的多媒体数据并向所述机顶盒反馈;
    所述机顶盒接收所述电子节目服务器反馈的多媒体数据。
  11. 一种机顶盒,所述机顶盒包括多媒体数据请求模块和多媒体数据获取模块;
    所述多媒体数据请求模块,配置为向电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述多媒体数据获取模块,配置为接收所述电子节目服务器根据所述多媒体数据请求反馈的多媒体数据。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的机顶盒,其中,所述机顶盒还包括用户界面 数据请求模块和用户界面数据获取模块;
    所述用户界面数据请求模块,配置为在所述多媒体数据请求模块向所述电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求之前,向该电子节目服务器发送多媒体用户界面获取请求;
    所述用户界面数据获取模块,配置为接收并加载所述电子节目服务器根据所述多媒体用户界面获取请求反馈的多媒体用户界面数据。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的机顶盒,其中,所述机顶盒还包括播放器数据获取模块,配置为在所述用户界面数据获取模块加载所述多媒体用户界面数据过程中,接收到所述电子节目服务器发送的多媒体播放器数据下载通知时,根据该多媒体播放器数据下载通知下载并存储对应的多媒体播放器数据。
  14. 一种电子节目服务器,所述服务器包括多媒体数据响应模块和多媒体数据处理模块;
    所述多媒体数据响应模块,配置为接收机顶盒发送的多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述多媒体数据处理模块,配置为根据所述多媒体数据获取请求获取对应的多媒体数据并将其发送给所述机顶盒。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子节目服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括用户界面数据响应模块和用户界面数据处理模块;
    所述用户界面数据响应模块,配置为在所述多媒体数据响应模块接收机顶盒发送的多媒体数据获取请求之前,接收所述机顶盒发送的多媒体用户界面获取请求;
    所述用户界面数据处理模块,配置为根据所述多媒体用户界面获取请求向所述机顶盒反馈多媒体用户界面数据。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电子节目服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括 用户数据生成模块,配置为生成所述多媒体用户界面数据,生成的用户界面数据包括根据多媒体网站中的多媒体分类生成的主界面数据和根据各分类下当前的节目信息生成的多媒体列表数据。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子节目服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括播放器数据下载触发模块,配置为在判断所述机顶盒请求的多媒体用户界面数据是对应加密类多媒体网站的用户界面数据时,在所述机顶盒加载所述多媒体用户界面数据过程中,向所述机顶盒发送多媒体播放器数据下载通知。
  18. 一种多媒体系统,所述系统包括机顶盒和电子节目服务器,所述机顶盒包括多媒体数据请求模块和多媒体数据获取模块,所述电子节目服务器包括多媒体数据响应模块和多媒体数据处理模块;
    所述多媒体数据请求模块,配置为向所述电子节目服务器发送多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述多媒体数据响应模块,配置为接收所述多媒体数据请求模块发送的多媒体数据获取请求;
    所述多媒体数据处理模块,配置为根据所述多媒体数据获取请求获取对应的多媒体数据并将其发送给所述机顶盒;
    所述多媒体数据获取模块,配置为接收所述多媒体数据处理模块反馈的多媒体数据。
