Description

电源板、电加热装置及其组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电加热装置技术领域,特别涉及一种电源板、电加热装置及其组装方法。
背景技术
目前,微波炉、电饭煲、电压力锅等家用电器设备的参数显示主要采用电源板驱动显示板实现。以微波炉为例,其电源板主要包括继电器、炉灯等负载以及给负载供电的供电电源;显示板上要包括主控制电路、驱动模块及显示模块。其中,供电电源主要用于向负载模块及驱动模块供电,主控制电路主要用于控制驱动模块输出一定规格的电压/电流至显示模块,以驱动显示模块显示预设的信息。
随着用户的需求提高,微波炉、电饭煲、电压力锅等家用电器设备的显示板需要设计成不同的样式以满足不同的用户需求,而采用不同的显示板时,并不一定能与已有的电源板匹配,通常需要对显示板和电源板一起更换才能实现,由此,造成公司多种不同规格的电源板和显示屏的生产,开发成本及效率低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种电源板,旨在降低该电源板的开发成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种电源板,包括供电电源、与该供电电源电连接的负载模块、第一通讯接口及主控制电路,所述第一通讯接口用于与所述电源板匹配的显示板可拆卸连接;所述主控制电路具有电源输入端、按键信号输入端、第一控制端及第二控制端,所述主控制电路的电源输入端与所述供电电源连接,所述主控制电路的按键信号输入端用于接收按键板的按键信号;所述主控制电路的第一控制端与所述负载模块连接,用于通过所述第一控制端输出控制所述负载模块上电/断电的第一控制信号;所述主控制电路的第二控制端与所述第一通讯接口连接,用于通过所述第二控制端输出控制所述显示板工作的控制信号。
优选地,所述第一通讯接口用于与所述显示板插接连接。

本发明还提出一种电加热装置的组装方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
S10:控制第一传输机构将已成型的电源板运输至程序测试机台;
S20:控制程序测试机台的第一定位机构将所述电源板与程序测试机台的程序测试接口进行对位并插接,以测试所述电源板是否合格;
S40:控制第一夹持机构将测试合格的电源板传递至第二传输机构上;
S50:控制所述第二传输机构将所述电源板传输至组装机台,并控制组装机台的第二定位机构将所述电源板的第一通讯接口与预置于该组装机台上的显示板的第二通讯接口进行对位并插接,组装完成;其中,显示板已预装于电加热装置的壳体组件上。
本发明技术方案通过采用将主控制电路移至电源板,当制造商需要更换显示板时,无需更换主控制电路,节省了开发成本。此外,由于该电源板与显示板可拆卸连接,使得在更换显示屏的过程中,无需更改电源板的电路结构就可以实现电源板与更换后的显示板相匹配,便于电源板及显示板的标准化生产,从而提高开发效率。因此,相对于现有技术,本发明技术方案具有开发效率高的特点。

如图1所示,在本发明实施例中,该电源板10包括供电电源110及与该供电电源110电连接的负载模块130,所述电源板10还包括第一通讯接口140及主控制电路120,所述第一通讯接口140用于与所述电源板10匹配的显示板可拆卸连接;所述主控制电路120具有电源输入端、按键信号输入端、第一控制端及第二控制端,所述主控制电路120的电源输入端与所述供电电源110连接,所述主控制电路120的按键信号输入端用于接收按键板的按键信号;所述主控制电路120的第一控制端与所述负载模块130连接,用于通过所述第一控制端输出控制所述负载模块130上电/断电的第一控制信号;所述主控制电路120的第二控制端与所述第一通讯接口140连接,用于通过所述第二控制端输出控制所述显示板工作的控制信号。
当所述电源板10启动时,所述主控制电路120的电源输入端从所述供电电源110处获得工作电源,所述主控制电路120启动。所述主控制电路120的按键信号输入端接收到所述按键板的按键信号并在其第一控制端输出负载模块130上电的第一控制信号,所述负载模块130获得工作电源,所述负载模块130工作。与此同时,所述主控制电路120的第二控制端输出控制显示板显示的第二控制信号至所述第一通讯接口140,以使所述第一通讯接口140将所述第一控制信号发送至所述显示板。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述显示板20与所述电源板10匹配指的是两者的接口相匹配。
本发明技术方案通过采用将主控制电路120移至电源板10,当制造商需要更换显示板时,无需更换主控制电路120,节省了开发成本。此外,由于该电源板10与显示板可拆卸连接,使得在更换显示屏的过程中,无需更改电源板10的电路结构就可以实现电源板与更换后的显示板相匹配,便于电源板10及显示板的标准化生产,从而提高开发效率。因此,相对于现有技术,本发明技术方案具有开发效率高的特点。
优选地,所述第一通讯接口140用于与所述显示板插接连接。当厂商因更改显示屏的外观设计而更换显示板时,只需将原来的显示板拔出,插上新的显示板,既不需要调整电源板的电路结构也不需要调整显示板的硬件结构,操作非常简便,进一步为标准化生产提供便利,从而提高开发效率。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述电源板10还包括与所述主控制电路120的按键信号输入端连接的按键板30;其中,所述按键板30,用于通过其上的按键(图未示出)产生按键信号,以使所述主控制电路120根据所述按键信号控制所述显示板和/或所述负载模块工作。增设所述按键板30,使得用户通过调整按键板30上的按键状态就可以实现对电源板10输出状态的控制,非常简便。需要说明的是,为进一步方便用户操作的简便性,还可以在按键板30上设置通讯电路。如网络连接电路,可以使得用户远程控制电源板的输出状态。

当所述第一通讯接口140启动时,所述第一控制信号通过所述第一连接器1400输出。其中,所述第一控制信号分别包括数据信号SDA,时钟信号SCL和使能信号STB;所述第六电阻R6、所述第七电阻R7及所述第八电阻R8均为限流电阻,所述第四电阻R4及所述第五电阻R5为上拉电阻,所述第六电容C6及所述第七电容C7均用于滤波。值得一提的是,为使得所述第一连接器1400的接线端得到更合理的使用,还可以加入第九电阻R9、第十电阻R10及第一三极管Q1,其中,所述第十电阻R10的一端与所述第一连接器的1400第五接线端连接,所述第十电阻R10的另一端与所述第一电源VCC连接,如此,所述第十电阻R10可以将所述第一电源VCC的部分电能分至所述第一连接器1400的第五接线端,从而使得所述第一连接器1400的第五接线端可以用作供电。此外,所述第九电阻R9的的一端分别与所述第一连接器1400的第六接线端及所述第一三极管Q1的集电极连接,所述第九电阻R9的另一端与所述第一三极管Q1的基极连接,所述第一三极管Q1的发射极接地。此时,可在所述第一三极管Q1的基极输入一电信号BG_K,则所述第一连接器1400的第六接线端可以输出经放大的所述电信号BG_K。当然,还可以设置其它外围电路以使所述第一连接器1400的接线端得到更合理的应用,此处不做限制。
如图4所示,本发明还提出一种电加热装置,该电加热装置包括显示板20及如上所述的电源板10,所述显示板20包括第二通讯接口2300,所述显示板20的第二通讯接口2300与所述电源板10的第一通讯接口1400可拆卸连接。其中,所述电源板10包括供电电源110、与该供电电源110电连接的负载模块130、第一通讯接口140及主控制电路120,所述第一通讯接口140用于与所述电源板10匹配的显示板20可拆卸连接;所述主控制电路120具有电源输入端、按键信号输入端、第一控制端及第二控制端,所述主控制电路120的电源输入端与所述供电电源110连接,所述主控制电路120的按键信号输入端用于接收按键板30的按键信号;所述主控制电路120的第一控制端与所述负载模块130连接,用于通过所述第一控制端输出控制所述负载模块130上电/断电的第一控制信号;所述主控制电路120的第二控制端与所述第一通讯接口140连接,用于通过所述第二控制端输出控制所述显示板20工作的控制信号。
用户更改所述按键板30上按键的状态,以使所述按键板30输出开启信号至所述主控制电路120的按键信号输入端,所述主控制电路120的第一控制端输出控制所述负载模块130上电的第一控制的信号至所述负载模块130,所述负载模块130开始工作并释放热量。与此同时,所述主控制电路120的第二控制端输出第二控制信号,所述第二控制信号通过所述第一通讯接口140传输至所述第二通讯接口210,以使所述显示板20显示。
由于本电加热装置采用了以上电源板的所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
优选地,如图5所示,所述显示板20还包括驱动电路220及显示组件230;所述驱动电路220的输入端与所述第二通讯接口210电连接,所述驱动电路220的输出端与所述显示组件230电连接,所述驱动电路220用于通过所述第二通讯接口210接收所述主控制电路210发送的第二控制信号,驱动所述显示组件230显示。当所述显示板20开始工作时,所述第二通讯接口210的输入端获得所述第一控制信号,所述第二通讯接口210的输出端将所述第一控制信号输送至所述驱动电路220输入端,所述驱动电路220的驱动端输出与其所述第一控制信号相应的驱动信号至所述显示组件230,以驱动所述显示组件230显示。值得一提的是,所述显示组件230可以是数码管,也可以是LCD显示屏。

需要说明的是,所述驱动芯片U包括第一驱动端GR1、第二驱动端GR2、第三驱动端GR3、第四驱动端GR4、第五驱动端GR5、第六驱动端GR6、第七驱动端GR7、第一输出端SEG1、第二输出端SEG2、第三输出端SEG3、第四输出端SEG4、第五输出端SEG5、第六输出端SEG6、第七输出端SEG7、第八输出端SEG8、第九输出端SEG9、第十输出端SEG10、数据端DIO、时钟端CLK、使能端STB、电源端VDD和接地端GND。如图7所示,所述显示组件230包括四个规格参数相同第一数码管2301、第二数码管2302、第三数码管2303及第四数码管2304,每一数码管包括被驱动端、第一输入端A、第二输入端B、第三输入端C、第四输入端D、第五输入端E、第六输入端F、第七输入端G。所述驱动芯片U的第一输出端SEG1分别与所述第一输入端A连接,所述驱动芯片U的第二输出端SEG2分别与所述第二输入端B连接,所述驱动芯片U的第三输出端SEG3分别与所述第三输入端C连接,所述驱动芯片U的第四输出端SEG4分别与所述数码管的第四输入端D连接,所述驱动芯片U的第五输出端SEG5分别与所述第五输入端E连接,所述驱动芯片U的第六输出端SEG6分别与所述第六输入端F连接,所述驱动芯片U的第七输出端SEG7分别与所述第七输入端G连接。所述驱动芯片U的第一驱动端GR1与所述第一数码管2301的被驱动端S1连接,所述驱动芯片U的第二驱动端GR2与所述第二数码管2302的被驱动端S2连接,所述驱动芯片U的第三驱动端GR3与所述第三数码管2303的被驱动端S3连接,所述驱动芯片U的第四驱动端GR3与所述第四数码管2304的驱动端S4连接。
当所述显示板20启动时,所述驱动芯片U的使能端STB获得使能信号启动,所述驱动芯片U的数据端DIO通过所述第二连接器获得所述电源板10输入的所述第一控制信号,所述驱动芯片U根据所述第一控制信号在其驱动端和输出端输出相应的驱动信号至所述第一数码管2301、第二数码管2302、第三数码管2303和第四数码管2304,以使其显示相应的数据。其中,所述第一电阻R1、所述第二电阻R2及所述第三电阻R3分别用于限制流入所述驱动芯片U的数据端DIO、时钟端CLK及使能端STB的电流大小,从而防止驱动芯片U因输入其引脚的电流过大而烧坏。所述第一电容C1、所述第二电容C2及所述第三电容C3则均用于滤波。值得一提的是,由于所述驱动芯片U具有多个输出端及驱动端,所以,所述显示模块230还可以采用LCD显示屏。此外,由于所述驱动芯片U还有数个闲置的驱动端和输出端,因此,所述显示模块230除了包括所述数码管外,还可以增设指示灯等进一步加强显示的电路结构。此外,采用该种电路结构,可以节省驱动芯片U的接口资源。
需要指出,可以将所述第一连接器1400的接线端制成插孔,将所述第二连接器的接线端制成与所述插孔相对应的针脚,使所述显示板20与上述的电源板10插接连接。当用户需要更换显示板20时,只需将插接在所述电源板10上的旧显示板拔出,插上新的显示板。由于只要待更换的显示板20的第二连接器2300的接线端与电源板10的第一连接器1400的接线端相匹配,就可以不用更换任何其它的硬件设备实现新旧显示板的更换。因此,相对于现有技术,本发明技术方案具有节省成本,操作简便的特点。当然,也可以用跳线连接所述第一连接器1400的接线端与所述第二连接器2300的接线端,以方便更换所述显示板20放置的位置。
值得一提的是,本实施例中,所述第一连接器1400的第一接线端与所述第二连接器2300的第六接线端连接;所述第一连接器1400的第二接线端与所述第二连接器2300的第五接线端连接;所述第一连接器1400的第三接线端与所述第二连接器2300的第四接线端连接;所述第一连接器1400的第四接线端与所述第二连接器2300的第三接线端连接;所述第一连接器1400的第五接线端与所述第二连接器2300的第二接线端连接;所述第一连接器1400的第六接线端与所述第二连接器2300的第一接线端连接。
优选地,如图8至图9所示,所述显示板20具有显示板正面201和显示板背面202;所述显示板正面201设有数据显示单元2011、状态显示单元2012、至少两个螺钉孔2013及所述第二连接器2300。其中,所述数据显示单元2011为如上所述的数码管;所述状态显示2012单元包括多个LED灯,多个个所述LED灯可以用于指示所述电加热装置的工作状态,也可以用于指示所述数码管的工作状态,此处不做限制。其中,LED灯的数量也不限定,例如如图8所示的十个LED灯。所述螺钉孔2013用于与螺钉适配,以固定所述显示板20。所述第二连接器2300的针脚的裸露部分面向所述显示板背面202。在组装所述电加热装置时,只需将所述第二连接器2300的针脚的裸露部分对应插进所述第一连接器1400的插孔,并用螺钉(图未示出)将所述显示板20固定,不仅操作简便,还便于所述显示板20的批量的生产,从而提高电加热装置的生产效率。
如图10所示,本发明还公开一种电加热装置的组装方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:控制第一传输机构将已成型的电源板运输至程序测试机台;
步骤S20:控制程序测试机台的第一定位机构将所述电源板与程序测试机台的程序烧录接口进行对位并插接,以测试所述电源板是否合格;
步骤S30:控制第一夹持机构将测试合格的电源板传递至第二传输机构上;
步骤S40:控制所述第二传输机构将所述电源板传输至组装机台,并控制组装机台的第二定位机构将所述电源板的第一通讯结构与预置于该组装机台上的显示板的第二通讯接口进行对位并插接,组装完成;其中,显示板已预装于电加热装置的壳体组件上。
需要说明的是,可以在所述电源板10与所述显示板20组装成型之前向所述电源板10烧录程序,也可以在所述电源板10与所述显示板20组装成型之后向所述电源板10烧录程序,此处不做限制。
值得一提的是,现有的电加热装置生产工厂在生产所述电加热装置时,一方面,需要针对每一特定的电加热装置的显示板20的型号逐个向所述电加热装置烧录程序,不利于所述电加热装置的大规模生产。另一方面,工厂工作人员需要时刻应对向具有不同显示板20的电机热装置烧录程序,会降低工厂工作人员的工作效率。
而本发明技术方案中,由于对所述电加热装置中的电源板10及显示板20进行了模块化处理,在将所述电源板10及所述显示板20组装成所述电加热装置时,只需将所述电源板10中第一连接器1400中的针脚插进所述显示板20中第二连接器2300中的插孔。因此,本电加热装置组装方法提高了所述电加热装置的生产效率,实现了所述电加热装置的批量生产。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电源板,包括供电电源及与该供电电源电连接的负载模块,其特征在于,所述电源板还包括第一通讯接口及主控制电路,所述第一通讯接口用于与所述电源板匹配的显示板可拆卸连接;所述主控制电路具有电源输入端、按键信号输入端、第一控制端及第二控制端,所述主控制电路的电源输入端与所述供电电源连接,所述主控制电路的按键信号输入端用于接收按键板的按键信号;所述主控制电路的第一控制端与所述负载模块连接,用于通过所述第一控制端输出控制所述负载模块上电/断电的第一控制信号;所述主控制电路的第二控制端与所述第一通讯接口连接,用于通过所述第二控制端输出控制所述显示板工作的控制信号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电源板,其特征在于,所述第一通讯接口用于与所述显示板插接连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电源板,其特征在于,所述第一通讯接口包括第四电阻、第五电阻、第六电阻、第七电阻、第八电阻、第五电容、第六电容、第七电容及用于输出所述第一控制信号的第一连接器;所述第一连接器包括第一接线端、第二接线端、第三接线端、第四接线端、第五接线端及第六接线端;所述第一接线端空置;所述第二接线端与所述第八电阻的第二端连接;所述第三接线端与所述第七电阻的第二端连接;所述第四接线端与所述第六电阻的第二端连接;所述第五接线端、所述第五电容的第一端、所述第五电阻的第一端所述第四电阻的第一端及第二电源互连;所述第六接线端及所述第五电容的第二端接地;所述第六电阻的第一端、所述第四电阻的第二端及所述第六电容的第一端互连;所述第七电容的第一端、所述第五电阻的第二端、所述第七电容的第一端互连;所述第六电容的第二端及所述第七电容的第二端接地;其中,所述第六电阻的与所述第四电阻的连接结点为所述第一通讯接口的第一输入端;所述第七电阻与所述第五电阻的连接结点为所述第一通讯接口的第二输入端;所述第八电阻的第一端为所述第一通讯接口的第三输入端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电源板,其特征在于,所述电源板还包括与所述主控制电路的按键信号输入端连接的按键板;其中,所述按键板,用于通过其上的按键产生按键信号,以使所述主控制电路根据所述按键信号控制所述显示板和/或所述负载模块工作。
  5. 一种电加热装置,其特征在于,所述电加热装置包括显示板及如权利要求1所述的电源板,所述显示板包括第二通讯接口,所述显示板的第二通讯接口与所述电源板的第一通讯接口可拆卸连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述第一通讯接口用于与所述显示板插接连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述第一通讯接口包括第四电阻、第五电阻、第六电阻、第七电阻、第八电阻、第五电容、第六电容、第七电容及用于输出所述第一控制信号的第一连接器;所述第一连接器包括第一接线端、第二接线端、第三接线端、第四接线端、第五接线端及第六接线端;所述第一接线端空置;所述第二接线端与所述第八电阻的第二端连接;所述第三接线端与所述第七电阻的第二端连接;所述第四接线端与所述第六电阻的第二端连接;所述第五接线端、所述第五电容的第一端、所述第五电阻的第一端所述第四电阻的第一端及第二电源互连;所述第六接线端及所述第五电容的第二端接地;所述第六电阻的第一端、所述第四电阻的第二端及所述第六电容的第一端互连;所述第七电容的第一端、所述第五电阻的第二端、所述第七电容的第一端互连;所述第六电容的第二端及所述第七电容的第二端接地;其中,所述第六电阻的与所述第四电阻的连接结点为所述第一通讯接口的第一输入端;所述第七电阻与所述第五电阻的连接结点为所述第一通讯接口的第二输入端;所述第八电阻的第一端为所述第一通讯接口的第三输入端。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述电源板还包括与所述主控制电路的按键信号输入端连接的按键板;其中,所述按键板,用于通过其上的按键产生按键信号,以使所述主控制电路根据所述按键信号控制所述显示板和/或所述负载模块工作。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述第二通讯接口与所述第一通讯接口插接适配。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述第一通讯接口具有插孔,所述第二通讯接口具有与所述插孔插接配适的针脚。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述显示板具有显示板正面和显示板背面,所述显示板正面设有数据显示单元、状态显示单元、至少两个螺钉孔及所述第二连接器。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述显示板还包括驱动电路及显示组件;所述驱动电路的输入端与所述第二通讯接口电连接,所述驱动电路的输出端与所述显示组件电连接,所述驱动电路用于通过所述第二通讯接口接收所述主控制电路发送的第二控制信号,驱动所述显示组件显示。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述显示组件为数码管或者LCD显示屏。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述第二通讯接口包括具有第一接线端、第二接线端、第三接线端、第四接线端、第五接线端及第六接线端的第二连接器、第一电阻、第二电阻、第三电阻、第一电容、第二电容、第三电容;所述驱动电路包括驱动芯片及所述第四电容;其中,所述第一接线端空置;所述第二接线端、所述第三电容的第一端、所述第三电阻的第二端及所述驱动芯片的使能端互连;所述第三接线端、所述第一电容的第一端、所述第一电阻的第二端及所述驱动芯片的数据端互连;所述第四接线端、所述第二电容的第一端、所述第二电阻的第二端及所述驱动芯片的时钟端互连;所述第五接线端、所述第一电阻的第一端、所述第二电阻的第一端、所述第三电阻的第一端及第一电源的输出端互连;所述第六接线端、所述第一电容的第二端、所述第二电容的第二端、所述第三电容的第二端及地接线端互连;所述驱动芯片的电源端分别与所述第四电容的一端及所述第一电源连接,所述第四电容的另一端接地;所述驱动芯片的驱动端与所述显示组件电连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述驱动芯片包括第一驱动端、第二驱动端、第三驱动端、第四驱动端、第五驱动端、第六驱动端、第七驱动端、第一输出端、第二输出端、第三输出端、第四输出端、第五输出端、第六输出端、第七输出端、第八输出端、第九输出端、第十输出端、数据端、时钟端、使能端、电源端和接地端。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电加热装置,其特征在于,所述电加热装置为微波炉/电饭煲/电压力锅。
  17. 一种电加热装置的组装方法,其特征在于,所述电加热装置为如权利要求5至10任意一项所述的电加热装置,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S10:控制第一传输机构将已成型的电源板运输至程序测试机台;
    S20:控制程序测试机台的第一定位机构将所述电源板与程序测试机台的程序测试接口进行对位并插接,以测试所述电源板是否合格;
    S30:控制第一夹持机构将测试合格的电源板传递至第二传输机构上;
    S40:控制所述第二传输机构将所述电源板传输至组装机台,并控制组装机台的第二定位机构将所述电源板的第一通讯接口与预置于该组装机台上的显示板的第二通讯接口进行对位并插接,组装完成;其中,显示板已预装于电加热装置的壳体组件上。
