本申请要求于2015年11月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520976364.3、名称为“一种音箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种音箱,尤其涉及一种针对音箱中易拆卸导轨的防震装置。
背景技术
目前,在soundbar以及smart soundbar(即音箱)领域,音箱在进行内部结构设计时,内部的PCB板都是直接固定在腔体内部不利于升级硬件及维修。
针对上述缺点,现有技术使用易拆卸的导轨结构。如图1至图3所示,显示了现有的易拆卸导轨结构中导柱与导套的配合结构。此结构的优点为便于拆卸,但是导柱与导套装配时会产生间隙。在音响工作过程中喇叭产生振动,导柱和导套会因为间隙造成震音。由于音响内的产品只要产生一点轻微的装配间隙都会因为震动引起震音、影响音质,因而对于高性能、高品质要求的产品这无疑是致命的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种可排除震音的音箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例的音箱的具体技术方案为:
一种音箱产品导轨结构的防震装置,包括音箱内的导柱和导套,导套套设在导柱的外部,导柱的外部套设有防震套,防震套位于导柱的外壁面与导套的内壁面之间,以填充导柱与导套之间的间隙。
进一步,防震套的外表面上设置有多个凹陷的减震槽。
进一步,防震套的开口端上设置有凸起,通过凸起插入导柱的凹陷内以将防震套固定在导柱上。
本发明实施例的音箱的优点在于:通过在导柱与导套之间增加防震装置,振动时防震装置与导套弹性接触来排除因震动而产生震音的问题,不会对音质产生影响。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
本发明实施例公开了一种音箱,如图4至图7所示,音箱内设置有导轨结构,导轨结构包括导柱1和导套3,导套3套设在导柱1的外部,导套3 与导柱1之间设置有防震套2。防震套2用于填充导柱1与导套3之间的间隙,以防导柱1在导套3内震动。当音箱震动时喇叭产生震动,通过防震套2可避免导柱1与导套3的接触排除因震动而产生震音的问题,从而不会对音质产生影响。
进一步,如图5所示,防震套2套设在导柱1的外部,紧贴设置在导柱1的外壁面与导套3的内壁面之间。防震套2为弹性结构,可为具有弹性的垫圈,可根据导柱1与导套3之间的间隙大小进行放大或缩小。其中,本发明中的防震套2采用硅胶套,但并不只限制于防震套2。
进一步,如图4所示,防震套2的一端为封口端,另一端为开口端。开口端上设置有向内凸起的凸起,凸起呈环形。导柱1的一端包容在防震套2的封口端内,另一端上设置有凹陷。凸起套设在导柱1的凹陷内,以将防震套2固定在导柱1上,以防进入导套3内防震套2滑脱。
进一步,如图5所示,防震套2为可包围导柱1的套状体,套设在导柱1外侧后防震套呈封闭状。防震套2的外表面上沿防震套长度方向设置有多个凹陷的减震槽21。减震槽21间隙设置的均匀分布在防震套2上。
本发明实施例的一种音箱,通过在导柱与导套之间增加防震装置,振动时硅胶套与导套弹性接触来排除因震动而产生震音的问题,不会对音质产生影响。
以上借助具体实施例对本发明做了进一步描述,但是应该理解的是,这里具体的描述,不应理解为对本发明的实质和范围的限定,本领域内的普通技术人员在阅读本说明书后对上述实施例做出的各种修改,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种音箱,其特征在于,音箱内设置有导轨结构,导轨结构包括导柱和导套,导套套设在导柱的外部,导套与导柱之间设置有防震套,防震套用于填充导柱与导套之间的间隙,以防导柱在导套内震动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套套设在导柱外,位于导柱的外壁面与导套的内壁面之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套为弹性结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套的一端为封口端,另一端为开口端,导柱的一端包容在防震套的封口端内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套的开口端上设置有向内凸起的凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套上的凸起呈环形。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的音箱,其特征在于,导柱的另一端上设置有凹陷,防震套上的凸起套设在导柱的凹陷内,以将防震套固定在导柱上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套的外表面上设置有凹陷的减震槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的音箱,其特征在于,防震套上的减震槽设置有多个。
