本申请要求于2015年11月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520977861.5、名称为“一种音箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及一种音箱,尤其涉及一种音箱中的PCB板易拆装导向装置。
背景技术
在目前soundbar以及smart soundbar的音箱领域,在进行内部结构设计时,内部的PCB板都是直接固定在腔体内部,不利于拆卸升级硬件及维修。
如图1所示,现有的soundbar内部PCB板通过螺丝固定在Soundbar主体内部,然后再装配固定盖6、铁网或外观装饰件7等进行装饰。拆机升级或维修时需要拆除外观装饰件等料件,拆卸复杂且易造成外观损伤。随着soundbar以及smart soundbar的发展,消费者对其外观和性能的要求也越来越高,产品需要升级更新。目前以上方案无法满足将来的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种具有易拆卸PCB板导向装置的音箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例的音箱的具体技术方案为:
一种音箱,包括音箱主体,音箱主体上设置有易拆装导向装置,易拆装导向装置包括PCB板固定架和PCB板,PCB板固定在PCB板固定架的内侧,通过PCB板固定架与音箱主体相连以将PCB板放置在音箱主体内。
进一步,PCB板固定架的两端设置有固定架导柱,音箱主体内设置有可容纳固定架导柱的导套,通过固定架导柱插入导套内以将PCB板固定架与 音箱主体连接在一起。
进一步,音箱主体上设置有第一通孔,PCB固定架上设置有第二通孔,通过固定件穿过第一通孔和第二通孔以将PCB板与音箱主体固定连接在一起。
进一步,音箱主体中的导套设置在与PCB固定架上的固定架导柱相对应的位置上。
进一步,固定架导柱为凸起的圆柱形立柱。
进一步,导套为凸起的圆柱形立柱,导套内设置有可容纳固定架导柱的凹槽。
进一步,PCB板固定架呈弧形,中部具有凹陷部。
进一步,PCB板固定在PCB板固定架的中部凹陷部。
进一步,音箱主体呈空心圆柱形,音箱主体与PCB板固定架组合在一起可形成完整的圆柱体。
本发明实施例的音箱的优点在于:当升级或维修需要拆机时,只需要拆卸锁附PCB固定架上的螺丝,沿导柱方向抽出即可进行升级和维修,拆卸简便且不易造成外观损伤,可满足消费者对其外观和性能的要求。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示 了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
本发明实施例公开了一种音箱,如图2所示,包括音箱主体,音箱主体1上设置有易拆装导向装置。易拆装导向装置包括PCB板固定架3和PCB板2。PCB板2固定在PCB板固定架3的内侧,通过PCB板固定架3与音箱主体1相连以将PCB板2放置在音箱主体1内。其中,PCB板固定架3的两端设置有固定架导柱4,音箱主体1内设置有可容纳固定架导柱4的导套5,通过固定架导柱4插入导套5内以将PCB板固定架3与音箱主体1连接在一起。
为了将音箱主体1与PCB固定板2固定连接,音箱主体1上设置有第一通孔11,PCB固定架3上设置有第二通孔12。通过固定件穿过第一通孔11和第二通孔12以将PCB板2与音箱主体1固定连接在一起。其中,固定件可为螺丝。当需要升级硬件和维修的时候,只需要拆卸锁附在PCB固定架3上的螺丝,沿导柱方向将固定架导柱4抽出导套5即可进行升级和维修。
进一步,固定架导柱4位于与PCB板2同侧的PCB板固定架3上,固定架导柱4靠近PCB固定架的两端边缘处,固定架导柱4为凸起的圆柱形立柱。音箱主体1内的导套5为凸起的圆柱形的立柱。导套5内设置有可容纳固定架导柱4的凹槽。导套设置在与PCB固定架上的固定架导柱4相对应的位置上。固定架导柱4可插入音箱主体1上导套5的凹槽内以将PCB板2固定在音箱主体1内。其中,本发明中的PCB板2包括电源板、功放板、主板等,上述PCB板均固定在PCB固定架3上。
进一步,PCB板固定架呈弧形,在竖直方向上中部具有凹陷部。具体来说PCB板2固定在PCB板固定架的中部凹陷部。此外,音箱主体1呈空心圆柱形,音箱主体1与PCB板固定架3组合在一起可形成完整的圆柱体,
本发明的一种音箱,当升级或维修需要拆机时,只需要拆卸锁附PCB固定架上的螺丝,沿导柱方向抽出即可进行升级和维修,拆卸简便且不易造成外观损伤,可满足消费者对其外观和性能的要求。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种音箱,其特征在于,包括音箱主体,音箱主体上设置有易拆装导向装置,易拆装导向装置包括PCB板固定架和PCB板,PCB板固定在PCB板固定架的内侧,通过PCB板固定架与音箱主体相连以将PCB板放置在音箱主体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,PCB板固定架的两端设置有固定架导柱,音箱主体内设置有可容纳固定架导柱的导套,通过固定架导柱插入导套内以将PCB板固定架与音箱主体连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音箱,其特征在于,音箱主体上设置有第一通孔,PCB固定架上设置有第二通孔,通过固定件穿过第一通孔和第二通孔以将PCB板与音箱主体固定连接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,音箱主体中的导套设置在与PCB固定架上的固定架导柱相对应的位置上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,固定架导柱为凸起的圆柱形立柱。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的音箱,其特征在于,导套为凸起的圆柱形立柱,导套内设置有可容纳固定架导柱的凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,PCB板固定架呈弧形,中部具有凹陷部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的音箱,其特征在于,PCB板固定在PCB板固定架的中部凹陷部。
  9. 根据权利要求1或7所述的音箱,其特征在于,音箱主体呈空心圆柱形,音箱主体与PCB板固定架组合在一起可形成完整的圆柱体。
