背景技术
加湿是人工调节产业环境和卫生保健等的湿度要舒适,人们需要一定的空气湿度——不要太高,也不低。适当加湿在制造环境中可以稳定木材中水分,纸,纺织品,同时防止胶在接头翘曲。在所有环境中,加湿降低火灾风险和静电力而使该地区感到舒适。常用加湿量,绝对湿度表示每立方米空气的含水量,而更常用的相对湿度表示为一个比率之间的水量目前在空气和水分的空气可容纳在发生凝结。一个典型的舒适水平相对加湿之间是35%和50%。过高的湿度会导致霉菌生长或真菌,太少的湿度会导致静电放电或积累的有害粉尘,造成过敏。
建筑工地混凝土养护室的温度、湿度要求,在规范中有一定的标准范围,实验室的质量管理体系要求,对温度、湿度数据进行的监控和记录,一般建筑工地现场混凝土养护室的做法为:温度高时,采用空调机制冷降温,温度低时,通过空调机制热或采用加热空气来进行嘉文,人工或自动装置喷洒水雾保持湿度,大都采用人工或半自动控制,手工记录,根据以往经验,以上此类建筑工地养护室,由于空间较大,温度和湿度很难达到现行规范标准要求,混凝土标 准养护试块质量不容易保证,费工费时,浪费资源。

本实用新型针对现有的建筑工地养护室大多采用人工或半自动控制,由于空间较大,温度和湿度很难达到现行规范标准要求,混凝土标准养护试块质量不容易保证,费工费时,浪费资源的问题,设计了一种建筑工地混凝土养护室加湿装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
该一种建筑工地混凝土养护室加湿装置,其结构包括:推杆、前轮、底板、后轮、水箱、入口、水管、喷头、发电机;所述推杆通过连杆与底板右侧边缘位置实现焊接固定,所述底板通过前轮和后轮实现支撑,所述前轮和后轮对称分布在底板下表面的左右两侧,所述水箱为密封式空心体结构,所述水箱回转面的左侧正上方设有入口,所述水箱右侧面中心位置设有与水管相接的圆形孔,所述水管为T型结构设计,所述水管的水平方向分布有多个喷头,所述发电机设在底板上。
所述水管的水平方向分布的多个喷头的尺寸、规格和大小相同,所述多个喷头均匀分布在水平方向的水管上。
所述水箱右侧面中心位置设有与水管相接的圆形孔直径大于水管的截面直径。
所述前轮和后轮的规格和尺寸相同。
本实用新型有如下优点:
1.本实用新型新颖独特,借助多个喷头的设计结构,很好的满足了其使用需求,解决了现有的建筑工地养护室大多采用人工或半自动控制,由于空间较大,温度和湿度很难达到现行规范标准要求,混凝土标准养护试块质量不容易保证,费工费时,浪费资源的问题,增加了湿度面积,有利于提高达到规范的要求,省时省力,节省了资源。
2.本实用新型结构简单,通过脚轮移动更便利,易操作,部件材质价格低廉,工艺性好。

如图1所示:一种建筑工地混凝土养护室加湿装置,其结构包括:推杆1、前轮2、底板3、后轮4、水箱5、入口6、水管7、喷头8、发电机9;所述推 杆1通过连杆与底板3右侧边缘位置实现焊接固定,所述底板3通过前轮2和后轮4实现支撑,所述前轮2和后轮4对称分布在底板3下表面的左右两侧,所述水箱5为密封式空心体结构,所述水箱5回转面的左侧正上方设有入口6,所述水箱5右侧面中心位置设有与水管7相接的圆形孔,所述水管7为T型结构设计,所述水管7的水平方向分布有多个喷头8,所述发电机9设在底板2上,所述水管7的水平方向分布的多个喷8头的尺寸、规格和大小相同,所述多个喷头8均匀分布在水平方向的水管7上,所述水箱5右侧面中心位置设有与水管5相接的圆形孔直径大于水管5的截面直径,所述前轮3和后轮4的规格和尺寸相同。
本实施例所描述的一种建筑工地混凝土养护室加湿装置,使用时通过入口6往水箱5里加满水,然后开启发电机9,使得水经过水管7由多个喷头8喷出,拉动推杆1,通过前轮2和后轮4实现自由移动,使得更大范围进行加湿,本实用新型新颖独特,借助多个喷头的设计结构,很好的满足了其使用需求,解决了现有的建筑工地养护室大多采用人工或半自动控制,由于空间较大,温度和湿度很难达到现行规范标准要求,混凝土标准养护试块质量不容易保证,费工费时,浪费资源的问题,增加了湿度面积,有利于提高达到规范的要求,省时省力,节省了资源,本实用新型结构简单,通过脚轮移动更便利,易操作,部件材质价格低廉,工艺性好。
