Abstract
本发明公开了一种实现播放视频时的交互方法、系统和装置,包括:在用户播放视频文件的过程中,获取该视频文件预先设置的用户列表;其中,所述预先设置的用户列表中存储有正在播放该视频文件的其他用户的用户信息;将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的页面中。本发明提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互方法、系统和装置可以为视频用户提供当前正在观看此视频的其他用户的用户信息,并遴选与本用户具有相同兴趣偏好的用户,作为本用户的交互目标;进一步,还为共同观看视频的用户提供了建立一对一聊天频道或建立多人讨论组的方案,使用户在观看视频的同时,完成多样的交互活动,以增强视频网站或应用的交互功能。

本申请基于申请号为2015108369822、申请日为2015年11月26日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
本发明涉及多媒体控制技术领域,特别是指一种实现播放视频时的交互方法、系统和装置。
随着网络技术的飞速发展,人们对于网络的需求体现在生活的每个角落:各式购物网站让电子商务行业进入黄金年代,各类搜索引擎方便了人们的日常生活,而各种各样的社交应用及网站,更是激发了人们的社交欲望,拉近了人与人之间的距离。全球最大的社交平台Facebook的总用户数量已经突破20亿,其他各种类型的社交平台也均在高速发展,可以说,社交网络已经融入了人们生活的每个角落,开始对社会产生深远的影响。
除了专门提供社交服务的网站或应用外,其他网络业务供应者也在努力尝试将社交功能融入自身,以提供更加全面的服务。在网络视频行业,大多视频服务商提供了站内信、推荐频道、评论分享以及近年来愈发流行的视频弹幕等功能,以促进用户之间的交流。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:对于网络视频服务而言,上述社交功能仍然在时间上存在延迟,很难体现交流的实时性。因此,当前的视频应用,总体来说仍然只是提供视频播放功能,而无法实现社交网络的实时交流沟通功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提出一种实现播放视频时的交互方法、系统和装置,满足人们在使用视频应用时,实时沟通的需要。
基于上述目的本发明实施例提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互方法包括以下步骤:
开始播放视频文件时,在预先设置的用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联;其中,所述用户列表用于多用户访问;
在用户播放视频文件的过程中,从所述用户列表中获取正在播放该视频文件的其他用户的用户信息,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中;
结束播放视频文件时,将该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联从所述用户列表移除。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述将其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中的步骤,包括:
获取所述其他用户的播放偏好;其中,所述播放偏好为用户播放各类型视频文件的数量占其播放视频文件总数的比例;
比较该用户与所述其他用户的播放偏好,得到偏好相似度;
在推送用户信息时,优先推送与该用户偏好相似度高的其他用户的用户信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,在所述将其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中的步骤后,还包括将其他用户添加为好友的步骤,包括:

关联单元,用于在开始播放视频文件时,在预先设置的用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联;还用于在结束播放视频文件时,将该的用户信息与该视频文件的关联从所述用户列表移除;
推送单元,用于在用户播放视频文件的过程中,从所述用户列表中获取正在播放该视频文件的其他用户的用户信息,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中。

从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互方法、系统和装置可以为视频用户提供当前正在观看此视频的其他用户的用户信息,并遴选与本用户具有相同兴趣偏好的用户,作为本用户的交互目标;进一步,还为共同观看视频的用户提供了建立一对一聊天频道或建立多人讨论组等方案,使用户在观看视频的同时,完成多样的交互活动,以增强视频网站或应用的交互功能。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
现有的视频播放技术通常会提供评论功能,近些年还出现了一种被称为“弹幕”的滚动字幕,可以将评论按照时间点发送至视频窗口内,一定程度提高了视频用户的互动。但是,上述功能均缺乏有效的沟通方法,用户即使可以
通过“弹幕”等方式,与其他共同观看者分享感受,但由于弹幕或评论存在延迟,因此用户之间无法实时地进行交流;并且无法实现进一步查找到与自己有共同偏好的其他用户。这就导致当前的视频网站仅仅是视频源的提供者,而无法成为社交网络的中枢。
为了提高视频网站的实时交互功能,为用户提供一个新型的交互平台,本发明实施例提供了一种实现播放视频时的交互方法及系统。
首先介绍一种实现播放视频时的交互方法的一个实施例。
图1为本发明提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互方法的实施例的流程图。如图所示,本方法包括以下步骤:
S100,开始播放视频文件时,在预先设置的用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联。所述用户列表建立于网络服务器上。
具体的,上述步骤包括以下子步骤:
S101,开始播放视频。
S102,用户向网络服务器发送自己的用户信息。
S103,网络服务器在用户列表建立用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联。
具体的,所述用户列表并非被严格限制为“表格”,而是包含了用户的用户信息的一类集合;进一步,所述用户信息包括用户名称、观看偏好、个人爱好等;进一步,用户可以对是否公开本人用户信息中的条目,或具体公开哪些条目进行预设值。
当用户开始播放视频文件时,只要检测到其执行“打开视频文件”、“点击播放链接”、“开始下载视频”等特定行为,即可判定用户开始播放该视频文件。此时,在用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联,从而完成对用户列表的更新;后续用户播放该视频文件时,即可通过所述关联关系,查找到该用户的用户信息,从而获取用户信息的推送。
所述用户列表可以预先设置有全部用户的用户信息,此时所述“建立该用
户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联”即为获取该视频文件的标记(例如视频文件在服务器的名称、或者视频文件的播放链接等),将该标记与用户信息关联;所述用户列表还可以预先设置有全部视频文件,此时所述“建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联”即为获取该用户的标记(例如用户的用户名或账号等),将该标记与视频文件的关联。
进一步,在执行步骤S100之前,还可以询问用户是否同意登入自身信息;或,直接根据用户预先设置的隐私选项,公开、不公开或部分公开该用户的用户信息。
S200,在用户播放视频文件的过程中,从所述用户列表中获取正在播放该视频文件的其他用户的用户信息,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中。
上述推送至显示页面中的形式有多种可选方案。例如,当该用户点击某个按钮时,弹出窗体,将所述用户信息显示在窗体内;或,在播放视频文件的过程中,在视频播放窗口底部/侧面等位置,设置专用的附加显示窗,在附加显示窗内显示用户信息;再或,在一窗体内滚动显示上述用户信息等。
推送用户信息的目的是,使该用户得知当前和自己播放同一视频文件的其他用户的信息,这些用户有较大的概率与该用户具备相近似的观看偏好,因此可以作为该用户交友的主要群体。
S500,结束视频文件播放时,将结束视频文件播放的用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联从所述用户列表移除。
具体的,步骤S500包括以下步骤:
S501,用户结束播放视频文件。
S502,用户向网络服务器发送结束播放视频文件的消息,
S503,网络服务器接收到结束播放视频文件的消息后,移除该用户的用户信息和视频文件的关联。
容易看出,通过执行步骤S100与S500,可以实现用户列表的自动更新,
从而保证用户列表中的用户始终为正在播放该视频的用户。
在一些优选的实施例中,S200,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的页面中的步骤,还包括以下子步骤:
S210,获取所述其他用户的播放偏好;其中,播放偏好为用户播放各类型视频文件的数量占其播放视频文件总数的比例。
本实施例汇总播放偏好简单地设定为用户播放各类型视频文件的数量占其播放视频文件总数的比例,这也符合大多数视频提供商的设置方法。事实上,还可以进一步加入时间判定条件,即用户近期所观看的视频会对其视频类型的权重进行提升,而较长时间之前观看的视频则会降低其视频类型的权重;例如,近期视频在计算该类型视频数量时,每1部视频乘以一个大于1的系数,同理较长时间之前的视频在计算该类型视频数量时,每1部视频乘以一个小于1的系数。这样一来,用户在近期偏好观看的视频类型能更加明显地体现,而其他希望与该用户进行交友的用户则可以得知该用户的近期播放偏好,从而更加准确地判断与该用户之间是否存在共同话题。
S220,比较该用户与所述其他用户的播放偏好,得到偏好相似度。
S230,在推送用户信息时,优先推送与该用户偏好相似度高的其他用户的用户信息。
上述优先推送有多种实时方式,可以是将相似度高的其他用户排列在列表前部进行推送,也可是以高亮形式进行标注,还可以是单独列出框体进行着重说明等。其宗旨在于,引起该用户的注意并使该用户可以简便地获取这一部分用户的用户信息。
进一步,在另一实施例中,给出了S220,比较该用户与所述其他用户的播放偏好,得到偏好相似度一种可选的具体实现方式,包括以下二级子步骤:
S2201,获取该用户及所述其他用户的观看历史中,不同视频类型所占比例。
S2202,将该用户的某一视频类型比例与其他用户中另一用户的同一视频类型比例进行比较,留取两比例中的较小值作为该视频类型的公共比例。
S2203,将全部公共比例相加,得到该用户和所述另一用户观看历史的相似度。
S2204,重复上述步骤,直至遍历当前播放列表中的全部用户。

进一步给出一个具体的例子,例如视频类型数为3,用户A观看3种视频的比例分别为a1=0.2,a2=0.3,a3=0.5;用户B观看3种视频的比例分别为b1=0.5,b2=0.3,b3=0.2;则用户A与用户B的观看历史相似度SAB=0.2+0.3+0.2=0.7。
考虑到一些特殊情况,例如视频类型数为5,用户A只观看了3种类型的视频,其比例分别为a1=0.6,a2=0.2,a3=0.2;用户B也只观看了3种类型的视频,其比例分别为b1=0.6,b4=0.2,b5=0.2;则用户A与用户B的观看历史相似度SAB=0.6+0+0+0+0=0.6。与前一例子相比,从相似度数值来看,前一例子中两用户的相似度高于后一例子,但是后一例子中的两用户在观看视频时,有60%的视频类型是完全相同的,证明他们拥有非常确定的共同偏好,于是上述方法在判断这类特殊用户时会出现一定偏差。
因此,给出一种可选实施例,当两用户观看视频类型为i的视频的公共比例高于某一数值(例如高于0.5时),将其乘以一个大于1的系数,以增加这
一类型视频在计算相似度时的重要性。这一系数可以是阶段式数值,例如在0.5-0.6时,系数为1.1,在0.6-0.7时,系数为1.2,在0.7-0.8时,系数为1.3,等等。当然,实际取值需要经过对用户群体进行取样调查,从而获取更加精确的数值。通过这样的方式,可以筛选出对某一特定类型的视频具有特别偏好的用户群体,加以推荐。
除上述实施例中的计算方法外,其他应用现有数学概念对相似度进行统计的方法也可应用于本方案。在实际实施时,可选用较为准确且省时的计算方法,提高用户体验。
在一些优选的实施例中,步骤S200还可以包括:
S240,查找所述用户列表中该用户的好友。
S241,在推送用户信息时,优先推送所述用户列表中的好友。
通过步骤S240及S241,可以使客户直观地看到和自己同时观看的用户中,哪些是自己的好友,从而可以选取好友进行聊天等。

S250,从所述其他用户的用户信息中,查找该好友的用户信息;将该好友的用户信息突出显示。

图2为本发明提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互方法的另一实施例的流程图。如图所示,进一步,S200,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的页面中的步骤后,还包括步骤S300,将用户列表中的其他用户添加为好友,包括:
S310,根据推送的所述其他用户的用户信息,选择其中至少一个用户发送好友申请;所述好友申请包括该用户的用户信息及播放偏好。
S320,在所述其他用户正在播放视频文件的页面,弹出包括该用户的用户信息、播放偏好的选项卡;具体的,该选项卡上还包括接受按钮和拒绝按钮,若其他用户点击接受按钮,则向该用户发送好友申请确认;若点击拒绝按钮,则不发送任何信息或发送相关拒绝消息。

上述步骤实现了以下过程:用户在播放视频文件时,若发现用户列表中有自己感兴趣的其他用户,则可以直接向其发送好友申请,若好友申请被所述其他用户接受或拒绝,则反馈相应确认信息。这一功能使得视频观看不再单单是简单的媒体资源推送,而成为了互动交友的手段。
在一优选的实施例中,继续参考图2,除S200,所述将其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的页面中的步骤外,还包括步骤S400,建立交互活动的步骤:
S410,获取该用户发送至所述其他用户的交互请求;其中,所述交互请求包括交互应用类型。
具体的,S410还包括:S411,其他用户接受所述交互请求后,向该用户发送交互请求确认消息。

用户在获取到推送的其他用户的用户信息后,可以选取自己感兴趣的用户,并向其发出交互请求,从而建立交流,如果二者有共同语言,则可以发展为好友,帮助用户完善自己的交互网络。此外,建立交互活动的对象还可以是用户的好友。
具体的,所述交互应用类型包括但不限于聊天频道、讨论组、在线放映室。其中,
所述聊天频道包括在两名用户之间建立的网络链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口,聊天频道的交互内容包括文字聊天和语音聊天。
所述讨论组包括在两名以上用户之间建立的网络链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口。同样的,讨论组的交互内容包括文字聊天和语音聊天。
针对播放视频的前提条件,本实施例还给出了较为特别的交互应用类型:在线放映室,所述在线放映室包括在两名或两名以上用户之间建立的网络链接、分别在多名用户与服务器之间设置的视频传输链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口。在该交互窗口中,不但包含用户进行文字输入的窗口,或进行语音输入的按钮,还包含一个用于播放视频的区域;视频放映室的管理者可以决定播放哪些视频,而放映室中的用户可以进行互动。这是一种类似现实生活中电影院的交互应用,用户之间可以进行交流;管理者可以利用视频播放功能组织一些活动,进一步提高了用户之间的互动性。
下面结合时序图对上述几个实施例的综合实施方式进行说明。图3为本发明提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互方法的另一实施例的时序图。如图所示,在一次实施中,依次实行以下步骤:
401,用户2开始播放视频文件。
402,用户2将自身的用户信息发送到网络服务器。
403,网络服务器在用户列表建立用户2的用户信息和视频文件的关联。

从本实施例可以看出,当用户1在用户2之后开始播放视频文件时,用户2可以在用户1获取用户列表时,更新本地用户信息,将用户1的用户信息加入,从而保证了用户2的本地用户信息始终为当前正在观看本视频的其他用户的用户信息。
图4为本发明提供的一种实现播放视频时的交互系统的实施例的系统模块图。如图所示,本发明还提供一种实现播放视频时的交互系统,包括:
显示单元1,用于显示播放视频的页面;
服务单元2,用于存储用户列表和视频文件,还用于提供其他服务支持;其中,所述用户列表用于多用户访问;
关联单元3,用于在开始播放视频文件时,在预先设置的用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联;还用于在结束播放视频文件时,将结束播放视频文件的用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联从所述用户列表移除。

从上面所述可以看出,本发明提供的一种播放视频时的交互方法、系统和装置可以为视频用户提供当前正在观看此视频的其他用户的用户信息,并遴选与本用户具有相同兴趣偏好的用户,作为本用户的交互目标;进一步,还为共同观看视频的用户提供了建立一对一聊天频道或建立多人讨论组的方案,使用户在观看视频的同时,完成多样的交互活动,以增强视频网站或应用的交互功能。
此外,典型地,本公开所述的装置可为各种电子终端设备,例如手机、个人数字助理(PDA)、平板电脑(PAD)、智能电视等,因此本公开的保护范围不应限定为某种特定类型的电子设备。本公开所述的系统、置可以以电子硬件、计算机软件或两者的组合的形式应用于上述任意一种电子终端设备中。
此外,上述方法步骤以及系统单元也可以利用控制器以及用于存储使得控制器实现上述步骤或单元功能的计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质实现。

- 一种实现播放视频时的交互方法,其中,包括以下步骤:开始播放视频文件时,在预先设置的用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联;其中,所述用户列表用于多用户访问;在用户播放视频文件的过程中,从所述用户列表中获取正在播放该视频文件的其他用户的用户信息,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中;结束播放视频文件时,将该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联从所述用户列表移除。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中的步骤,包括:获取所述其他用户的播放偏好;其中,所述播放偏好为用户播放各类型视频文件的数量占其播放视频文件总数的比例;比较该用户与所述其他用户的播放偏好,得到偏好相似度;在推送用户信息时,优先推送与该用户偏好相似度高的其他用户的用户信息。

- 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,所述交互处理单元包括聊天频道模块、讨论组模块、在线放映室模块;其中,聊天频道模块用于管理聊天频道,所述聊天频道包括在两名用户之间建立的网络链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口;讨论组模块用于管理讨论组,所述讨论组包括在两名以上用户之间建立的网络链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口;在线放映室模块用于管理在线放映室,所述在线放映室包括在两名或两名以上用户之间建立的网络链接、分别在多名用户与服务器之间设置的视频传输链接和分别独立于各用户的视频播放页面外、具备视频播放功能的交互窗口。
- 一种装置,其中,包括:一个或多个处理器;以及用于存储操作指令的存储器;所述一个或多个处理器被配置为从所述存储器中获取操作指令并执行:开始播放视频文件时,在预先设置的用户列表中建立该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联;其中,所述用户列表用于多用户访问;在用户播放视频文件的过程中,从所述用户列表中获取正在播放该视频文件的其他用户的用户信息,将所述其他用户的用户信息推送至正在播放视频文件的显示页面中;结束播放视频文件时,将该用户的用户信息与该视频文件的关联从所述用户列表移除。
- 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:获取所述其他用户的播放偏好;其中,所述播放偏好为用户播放各类型视频文件的数量占其播放视频文件总数的比例;比较该用户与所述其他用户的播放偏好,得到偏好相似度;在推送用户信息时,优先推送与该用户偏好相似度高的其他用户的用户信 息。
- 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:根据推送的所述其他用户的用户信息,选择其中至少一个用户发送好友申请;所述好友申请包括该用户的用户信息及播放偏好;在所述其他用户正在播放视频文件的页面中,弹出包括该用户的用户信息、播放偏好的选项卡;若接收到其他用户发送的好友申请确认,将所述其他用户添加至该用户的好友列表。
- 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:获取该用户的好友列表;所述好友列表包括该用户好友的用户信息;从所述其他用户的用户信息中,查找该好友的用户信息;将该好友的用户信息突出显示。
- 根据权利要求13-16任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:获取该用户发送至所述其他用户的交互请求;其中,所述交互请求包括交互应用类型;当接收到所述其他用户返回的交互请求确认时,向服务器发送资源请求;其中,所述资源请求包括存储空间大小、网络带宽;当接收到服务器返回的资源请求确认时,将用户加入所述交互请求指定的交互应用。
- 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述交互应用类型包括聊天频道、讨论组、在线放映室;其中,所述聊天频道包括在两名用户之间建立的网络链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口;所述讨论组包括在两名以上用户之间建立的网络链接和分别设置于各用户的视频播放页面中的交互窗口;所述在线放映室包括在两名或两名以上用户之间建立的网络链接、分别在多名用户与服务器之间设置的视频传输链接和分别独立于各用户的视频播放页面外、具备视频播放功能的交互窗口。
