作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支架连接器还包括垫片,所述垫片设有垫片孔,所述螺栓穿过所述垫片孔,使用时,所述垫片位于所述扳手与所述支架内侧。
本发明还提供了一种LED屏模块,该LED屏模块设有与第一自锁部件进行锁紧或解锁配合的第二自锁部件。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该LED屏模块设有与定位组件进行定位配合的定位孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二自锁部件为自锁配件,所述自锁 配件包括自锁杆、以及设于所述自锁杆端部的凸起,所述自锁杆根部与所述LED屏模块相连。
本发明还提供了一种LED屏幕,包括所述LED支架和所述LED屏模块,所述LED屏模块安装在所述支架上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支架为多个,多个所述支架通过支架连接器拼装在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的支架设有自锁器,从而可以单独拆装更换LED屏模块,并且不影响其他LED屏模块的使用,使的LED屏模块的拆装方便,提高工作效率。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种LED支架10,包括支架101,所述支 架101设有供安装LED屏模块20的安装机构,所述安装机构包括第一自锁部件,所述第一自锁部件与所述支架101相连。
该第一自锁部件可以是自锁器102或者是自锁配件201,本发明的优选实施例是该第一自锁部件为自锁器102。
如图8-10所示,所述自锁器102包括自锁器壳体1021、左抱臂1022、右抱臂1023、滑块1024,所述自锁器壳体1021设有自锁器壳体开口10211,所述左抱臂1022和所述右抱臂1023分别与所述滑块1024为活动连接,所述滑块1024位于所述自锁器壳体1021内,且所述滑块1024能够在所述自锁器壳体1021内滑动,所述自锁器102还包括用于将所述滑块1024向所述自锁器壳体开口10211方向推进的弹性部件;所述自锁器102还包括当所述滑块1024向所述自锁器壳体1021内部移动时、使所述左抱臂1022和所述右抱臂1023进行闭合配合的辅助机构,所述自锁器102包括通过按压方式使所述滑块1024进行锁定及解锁的按压式自锁机构。
该自锁器壳体1021由上盖10211和下盖10212扣合在一起形成。
左抱臂1022和右抱臂1023分别与滑块1024为活动连接是指:左抱臂1022可以在滑块1024上转动,同样,右抱臂1023也可以在滑块1024上转动。
所述按压式自锁机构包括自锁器限位杆1025、以及设置在所述滑块1024上的滑槽10241,所述自锁器限位杆1025一端位于所述滑槽10241内,所述自锁器限位杆1025另一端与所述自锁器壳体1021为转动配合,所述滑槽10241内设有与所述自锁器限位杆1025一端过行限位配合的限位块1026,所述限位块1026与所述滑槽10241之间的间隙形成供所述自锁器限位杆1025移动的通道。
该自锁器限位杆1025两端分别设有90度弯折。在自锁器壳体1021内设有孔,自锁器限位杆1025另一端嵌入该孔内,且自锁器限位杆1025另一端能够在孔内转动,从而实现自锁器限位杆1025另一端与自锁器壳体1021的转动配合。
所述辅助机构为安装在所述自锁器壳体1021内部的两个导柱1027,两个所述导柱1027分别位于所述自锁器壳体开口10211两侧,当所述滑块1024向所述自锁器壳体1021内部移动时,使所述左抱臂1022和所述右抱臂1023分别受到两个所述导柱1027的挤压,从而使左抱臂1022和所述右抱臂1023进行闭合配合。
滑块1024向自锁器壳体1021内部移动是指滑块1024向远离自锁器壳 体开口10211方向移动,即,按压滑块1024使滑块1024向自锁器壳体1021内部移动。
左抱臂1022和右抱臂1023进行闭合配合是指左抱臂1022和右抱臂1023向内合拢,从而夹紧自锁配件201。
所述弹性部件为推进弹簧1027,所述滑块1024设有滑块连杆10242,所述推进弹簧1027一端与所述自锁器壳体1021内表面接触,所述推进弹簧1027另一端与所述滑块1024接触,所述滑块连杆10242插入所述推进弹簧1027内部;所述自锁器102还包括为所述左抱臂1022和所述右抱臂1023分别提供扭转力的两个扭转弹簧1028;所述滑块1024设有触点块10243,所述触点块10243位置与所述自锁器壳体开口10211位置对应。
所述限位块1026与所述滑槽10241内表面之间存在间隙,所述限位块1026设有限位槽10261,所述限位块1026与所述滑槽10241内表面的间隙形成供所述自锁器限位杆1025移动至所述限位槽10261的第一通道,所述限位块1026与所述滑槽10241内表面的间隙形成供所述自锁器限位杆1025脱离所述限位槽10261滑动至所述滑槽10241端部的第二通道。
在图12中,滑槽10241内的虚线是第一通道。在图14中,滑槽10241内的虚线是第二通道。
工作时,如图11所示,自锁配件201对准触点块10243;如图12所示,自锁配件201向下压,使滑块1024向自锁器壳体1021内部移动,从而带动左抱臂1022和右抱臂1023向内合拢,此时自锁器限位杆1025一端会由第一通道向限位槽10261位置移动;如图13所示,左抱臂1022和右抱臂1023成闭合配合锁紧自锁配件201,此时自锁器限位杆1025一端与限位槽10261呈限位配合;如图14所示,再用力向下按压自锁配件201,使自锁器限位杆1025一端脱离限位槽10261,此时,自锁器限位杆1025一端沿着第二通道滑动至滑槽10241端部,在推进弹簧1027的作用下,滑块1024向自锁器壳体开口10211方向移动,在扭转弹簧1028的作用下,左抱臂1022和右抱臂1023向两边张开,这样便可以取出自锁配件201。
所述安装机构还包括定位组件103,所述定位组件103与所述支架101相连。
如图2所示,所述定位组件103包括定位杆1031、以及套设于所述定位杆1031外表面的弹簧1032。
定位杆1031能给屏模块20定位并且在按压的时候保证垂直向下,保证自锁器102连接位置。使用弹簧1032是因为在自锁配件201放开(解锁) 的情况下能将屏模块20弹起。
所述定位组件103安装于所述支架101正面,所述自锁器102安装于所述支架101内侧面。
所述安装机构为至少两个。
该LED支架10还包括支架连接器104,所述支架连接器104包括扳手1041、以及与所述扳手1041相连的螺栓1042,所述支架101设有过孔,所述扳手1041位于所述支架101内侧,所述螺栓1042从所述过孔中伸出,所述支架101还设有连接孔。
所述支架101呈长方形,所述支架连接器104至少为两个,两个所述支架连接器104分别安装在支架101的相邻两条边框上,所述连接孔至少为两个,两个连接孔分别设于支架101的另外两条相邻边框上。
如图15所示,所述扳手1041与所述螺栓1042为活动连接,所述支架连接器104还包括垫片1043,所述垫片1043设有垫片孔,所述螺栓1042穿过所述垫片孔,使用时,所述垫片1043位于所述扳手1041与所述支架101内侧。
垫片1043的作用是使螺栓1042具有更好的旋转锁紧效果,防止扳手1041与支架101表面的摩擦。
工作时,螺栓1042穿过垫片孔、过孔,然后再顺时针旋紧螺母。
如图16所示,通过扳手1041的变化可知,随着扳手1041方向转动,扳手1041与螺母之间距离被压缩,拉紧支架101起到稳固作用。
支架101作为LED屏模块20安装载体,通过支架连接器40可以将多块支架101拼接变为任意尺寸和形状的载体。
如图5所示,本发明还公开了一种LED屏模块20,该LED屏模块20设有与第一自锁部件进行锁紧或解锁配合的第二自锁部件。
该第二自锁部件可以是自锁配件201或者是自锁器102,本发明的优选实施例是该第二自锁部件为自锁配件201。
即,该LED屏模块20设有与自锁器102进行锁紧或解锁配的自锁配件201。
该LED屏模块20设有与定位组件103进行定位配合的定位孔202。
如图6所示,所述自锁配件201包括自锁杆2011、以及设于所述自锁杆2011端部的凸起2012,所述自锁杆2011根部与所述LED屏模块20相连。
定位组件103与LED屏模块20中的定位孔202配合,用于安装LED 屏模块20时的定位。
自锁器102与LED屏模块20中的自锁配件201配合,用于将LED屏模块20与支架101完全固定,自锁器102中包含自锁机构,第一次按压会锁住自锁配件201,第二次按压会放开并弹起自锁配件201,如此往复。
本发明还公开了一种LED屏幕,包括所述LED支架10和所述LED屏模块20,所述LED屏模块20安装在所述支架101上。
所述支架101为多个,多个所述支架101通过支架连接器104拼装在一起。
安装LED屏幕时,按照如下步骤进行:
第一步:通过支架连接器104将两个支架101连接在一起,具体为,将左边的支架101的螺栓1042伸入右边的支架101的连接孔中,然后再通过螺丝帽将螺栓1042锁紧,从而将左边和右边的两个支架101连接在一起。
第二步:将LED屏模块20安装在支架101上,具体为,先通过定位组件103与定位孔202配合进行定位(即,将定位杆1031插入定位孔202中,弹簧1032与LED屏模块20背面接触),然后再通过自锁器102与自锁配件201配合将LED屏模块20固定在支架101上(即,将LED屏模块20按下,通过自锁器102与自锁配件201配合锁紧)。
当然,本发明的安装LED屏幕的步骤的可以颠倒的,即先将LED屏模块20安装在支架101上,然后再将多个支架101拼接成任意形状、尺寸。
本发明以支架101作为载体,通过定位组件103、定位孔202、自锁器102、以及自锁配件201的配合实现LED屏模块20从支架101前方单独安装、拆卸。
使用自锁配件201能往复自锁和弹起功能,按压所述LED屏模块20实现简单方便对所述LED屏模块20拆卸。
通过支架连接器104将多个已安装好LED屏模块20的支架101拼接在一起,实现多个LED屏模块20拼接在一起,变为更大或者任意尺寸的LED屏幕。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种LED支架,其特征在于:包括支架(101),所述支架(101)设有供安装LED屏模块(20)的安装机构,所述安装机构包括第一自锁部件,所述第一自锁部件与所述支架(101)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述第一自锁部件为自锁器(102),所述自锁器(102)包括自锁器壳体(1021)、左抱臂(1022)、右抱臂(1023)、滑块(1024),所述自锁器壳体(1021)设有自锁器壳体开口(10211),所述左抱臂(1022)和所述右抱臂(1023)分别与所述滑块(1024)为活动连接,所述滑块(1024)位于所述自锁器壳体(1021)内,且所述滑块(1024)能够在所述自锁器壳体(1021)内滑动,所述自锁器(102)还包括用于将所述滑块(1024)向所述自锁器壳体开口(10211)方向推进的弹性部件;所述自锁器(102)还包括当所述滑块(1024)向所述自锁器壳体(1021)内部移动时、使所述左抱臂(1022)和所述右抱臂(1023)进行闭合配合的辅助机构,所述自锁器(102)包括通过按压方式使所述滑块(1024)进行锁定及解锁的按压式自锁机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述按压式自锁机构包括自锁器限位杆(1025)、以及设置在所述滑块(1024)上的滑槽(10241),所述自锁器限位杆(1025)一端位于所述滑槽(10241)内,所述自锁器限位杆(1025)另一端与所述自锁器壳体(1021)为转动配合,所述滑槽(10241)内设有与所述自锁器限位杆(1025)一端过行限位配合的限位块(1026),所述限位块(1026)与所述滑槽(10241)之间的间隙形成供所述自锁器限位杆(1025)移动的通道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述限位块(1026)与所述滑槽(10241)内表面之间存在间隙,所述限位块(1026)设有限位槽(10261),所述限位块(1026)与所述滑槽(10241)内表面的间隙形成供所述自锁器限位杆(1025)移动至所述限位槽(10261)的第一通道,所述限位块(1026)与所述滑槽(10241)内表面的间隙形成供所述自锁器限位杆(1025)脱离所述限位槽(10261)滑动至所述滑槽(10241)端部的第二通道。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述辅助机构为安装在所述自锁器壳体(1021)内部的两个导柱(1027),两个所述导柱(1027) 分别位于所述自锁器壳体开口(10211)两侧,当所述滑块(1024)向所述自锁器壳体(1021)内部移动时,使所述左抱臂(1022)和所述右抱臂(1023)分别受到两个所述导柱(1027)的挤压,从而使左抱臂(1022)和所述右抱臂(1023)进行闭合配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述弹性部件为推进弹簧(1027),所述滑块(1024)设有滑块连杆(10242),所述推进弹簧(1027)一端与所述自锁器壳体(1021)内表面接触,所述推进弹簧(1027)另一端与所述滑块(1024)接触,所述滑块连杆(10242)插入所述推进弹簧(1027)内部;所述自锁器(102)还包括为所述左抱臂(1022)和所述右抱臂(1023)分别提供扭转力的两个扭转弹簧(1028);所述滑块(1024)设有触点块(10243),所述触点块(10243)位置与所述自锁器壳体开口(10211)位置对应。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述安装机构还包括定位组件(103),所述定位组件(103)与所述支架(101)相连。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述定位组件(103)包括定位杆(1031)、以及套设于所述定位杆(1031)外表面的弹簧(1032)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述定位组件(103)安装于所述支架(101)正面,所述第一自锁部件安装于所述支架(101)内侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述安装机构为至少两个。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的LED支架,其特征在于:该LED支架还包括支架连接器(104),所述支架连接器(104)包括扳手(1041)、以及与所述扳手(1041)相连的螺栓(1042),所述支架(101)设有过孔,所述扳手(1041)位于所述支架(101)内侧,所述螺栓(1042)从所述过孔中伸出,所述支架(101)还设有连接孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述支架连接器(104)至少为两个,所述连接孔至少为两个。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述扳手(1041)与所述螺栓(1042)为活动连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的LED支架,其特征在于:所述支架连接器(104)还包括垫片(1043),所述垫片(1043)设有垫片孔,所述螺栓(1042)穿过所述垫片孔,使用时,所述垫片(1043)位于所述扳手(1041)与所述支架(101)内侧。
  15. 一种LED屏模块,其特征在于:该LED屏模块(20)设有与第一自锁部件进行锁紧或解锁配合的第二自锁部件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的LED屏模块,其特征在于:所述第二自锁部件为自锁配件(201),所述自锁配件(201)包括自锁杆(2011)、以及设于所述自锁杆(2011)端部的凸起(2012),所述自锁杆(2011)根部与所述LED屏模块(20)相连。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的LED屏模块,其特征在于:该LED屏模块(20)设有与定位组件(103)进行定位配合的定位孔(202)。
  18. 一种LED屏幕,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至14任一项所述LED支架(10)和权利要求15至17任一项所述LED屏模块(20),所述LED屏模块(20)安装在所述支架(101)上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的LED屏模块,其特征在于:所述支架(101)为多个,多个所述支架(101)通过支架连接器(104)拼装在一起。
