Abstract

본 발명은 안테나에 관한 것으로, 본 실시 예에 따른 안테나는 유전체 기판; 유전체 기판상에 형성되는 주 모노폴 안테나; 유전체 기판상에 형성되고, 주 모노폴 안테나를 사이에 두고 배치되는 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나; 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 접지면; 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 고리 형태의 전송선로; 전송선로의 일측에 형성되어 전송선로의 제1 부분을 단락시키는 제1 단락소자; 및 전송선로의 타측에 형성되어 전송선로의 제2 부분을 단락시키는 제2 단락소자를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 의하면 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 빔 조향을 구현할 수 있으며, 직교 빔을 형성하여 고속데이터 전송을 실현할 수 있다. 제시된 구조는 이론적으로 무한대의 전송속도를 갖는 상황에서도 순수 L과 C를 유지하게 된다. 즉, 고속 전송속도 구현의 저해요인이 되지 않는다. 그 이유는, 적용된 원형 전송선의 전파모드가 TEM모드로써 전송선 이론에 의하여 차단 주파수가 존재하지 않기 때문이다. 그 결과, 제안된 원형 전송선은 전송속도가 증가하더라도 순수 L과 C를 유지하게 된다.

본 발명은 안테나에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 빔 조향을 구현할 수 있는 안테나에 관한 것이다.
전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나(electronically steerable parasitic array radiator antenna)는 능동 소자와 주변의 기생 소자를 이용하는 안테나로서, 기존의 배열 안테나를 사용하는 MIMO(multi-input multi-output) 시스템의 하드웨어 복잡도 및 전력 소비 증가 등의 단점을 극복하기 위해 연구되고 있는 기술이다. IEEE Antenna and Propagation Magazine Vol. 47 NO. 2 와 IEEE transactions on antenna and propagation Vol. 60 No. 2에는 단일 RF chain을 갖는 전자 빔 조향 기생 배열 안테나를 사용한 빔 공간 MIMO 시스템이 제시되어 있다. 종래의 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 빔 조향을 구현하기 위해서 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자를 사용해야 하는 단점을 갖는다. 기존의 이산소자 L과 C는 고속 데이터 전송일수록 내포된 기생소자의 효과 역시 커져 고속 전송속도 구현의 저해요인이 된다.
본 발명은 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 빔 조향을 구현할 수 있는 안테나를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 다른 과제는 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 직교 빔을 형성하여 고속데이터 전송을 실현할 수 있는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 이상에서 언급된 과제로 제한되지 않는다. 언급되지 않은 다른 기술적 과제들은 이하의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 안테나는 유전체 기판; 상기 유전체 기판상에 형성되는 주 모노폴 안테나; 상기 유전체 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나를 사이에 두고 배치되는 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나; 상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 접지면; 상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 고리 형태의 전송선로; 상기 전송선로의 일측에 형성되어 상기 전송선로의 제1 부분을 단락시키는 제1 단락소자; 및 상기 전송선로의 타측에 형성되어 상기 전송선로의 제2 부분을 단락시키는 제2 단락소자를 포함한다.
상기 접지면은 상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 금속면을 포함하고, 상기 전송선로는, 상기 금속면에 고리 형태로 식각 형성된 제1 식각라인과, 상기 금속면에 상기 제1 식각라인을 둘러싸는 고리 형태로 식각 형성된 제2 식각라인을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전송선로는 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 하단면을 경유하도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 식각라인은 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 내측으로 형성되고, 상기 제2 식각라인은 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 외측으로 형성될 수 있다.

상기 제1 다이오드 및 상기 제2 다이오드는, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나와 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성되고, 상기 제3 다이오드 및 상기 제4 다이오드는, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나와 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 상기 복수의 단락 조절 소자에 의해 직교 빔을 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 의하면 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 빔 조향을 구현할 수 있는 안테나가 제공된다.
또한 본 발명의 실시 예에 의하면 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 직교 빔을 형성하여 고속데이터 전송을 실현할 수 있는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나가 제공된다.
본 발명의 효과는 상술한 효과들로 제한되지 않는다. 언급되지 않은 효과들은 본 명세서 및 첨부된 도면으로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확히 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

전송선로(150)는 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)의 하단면(131a,132a)을 경유하도록 형성될 수 있다. 일 실시 예로, 제1 식각라인(151)은 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)의 내측으로 형성되고, 제2 식각라인(152)은 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)의 외측으로 형성될 수 있다.

본 실시 예에 따른 안테나(100)는 제1 단락소자(160)와 제2 단락소자(170)에 의한 전송선로(150)의 단락 위치에 따라 지향성이 조절될 수 있다. 즉 제1 단락소자(160)와 제2 단락소자(170)에 의해 전송선로(150)의 길이가 결정되고, 전송선로(150)의 길이에 상응하여 안테나(100)에 의해 전송되는 빔의 지향성이 조절될 수 있다. 따라서 본 실시 예에 의하면 인덕터, 커패시터 같은 수동 소자를 사용하지 않고, 제1 단락소자(160)와 제2 단락소자(170)의 형성 위치에 따라 빔 조향을 구현할 수 있다. 도시된 실시 예에서, 2개의 단락소자(160,170)가 형성되어 있으나, 기생 모노폴 안테나의 개수, 유전체 기판의 크기 등에 따라 더 많은 개수의 단락소자가 형성되는 것도 가능하다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 안테나의 최적화된 물리적 파라미터를 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 유전체 기판(110)의 직경(D3)은 λ/4 (λ는 신호 전송 주파수에 상응하는 파장), 주 모노폴 안테나(120)와 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)의 길이(L1)는 λ/4, 주 모노폴 안테나(120)와 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132) 간의 거리(D1)는 λ/10 로 결정될 수 있다.
일 실시 예로, 신호 전송 주파수가 2.45 GHz 일 경우, λ 는 122.4 mm 로 결정될 수 있다. 유전체 기판(110)의 두께를 2mm 로 하고, 공동(112,114)의 상부 직경을 2mm 로 하고, 주 모노폴 안테나(120)와 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)의 직경을 1mm 로 하고, 전송선로(150)의 전체 둘레 길이를 76.8mm 로 하여 안테나를 제작하고, 안테나의 빔 조향 특성을 분석하는 실험을 하였다.
도 6은 주 모노폴 안테나(120)에서 제1 기생 모노폴 안테나(131)를 향하는 방향을 기준으로 제1 단락소자(160)와 제2 단락소자(170)를 각각 시계 방향으로 75°, -75° 위치에 형성하여 제조한 안테나의 후면도이다. 도 7은 도 6에 도시된 안테나의 표면 전류(surface current) 및 이득(gain)을 보여주는 이미지이다. 도 6 및 도 7을 참조하면, 도 6에 도시된 안테나의 빔은 180° 방향으로 지향되는 것을 알 수 있다.
도 8은 주 모노폴 안테나(120)에서 제1 기생 모노폴 안테나(131)를 향하는 방향을 기준으로 제1 단락소자(160)와 제2 단락소자(170)를 각각 시계 방향으로 105°, -105° 위치에 형성하여 제조한 안테나의 후면도이다. 도 9는 도 8에 도시된 안테나의 표면 전류(surface current) 및 이득(gain)을 보여주는 이미지이다. 도 8 및 도 9를 참조하면, 도 8에 도시된 안테나의 빔은 0° 방향으로 지향되는 것을 알 수 있다.
도 10은 주 모노폴 안테나(120)에서 제1 기생 모노폴 안테나(131)를 향하는 방향을 기준으로 제1 단락소자(160)와 제2 단락소자(170)를 각각 시계 방향으로 90°, -90° 위치에 형성하여 제조한 안테나의 후면도이다. 도 11은 도 10에 도시된 안테나의 표면 전류(surface current) 및 이득(gain)을 보여주는 이미지이다. 도 8 및 도 9를 참조하면, 도 8에 도시된 안테나의 빔은 무지향성을 갖는 것을 알 수 있다.
도 12는 도 6에 도시된 안테나의 주파수별 임피던스를 보여주는 그래프이고, 도 13은 도 8에 도시된 안테나의 주파수별 임피던스를 보여주는 그래프이고, 도 14는 도 10에 도시된 안테나의 주파수별 임피던스를 보여주는 그래프이다. 도 12 내지 도 14와 같이, 본 실시 예에 따른 안테나는 단락소자(160,170)의 위치 변화시 2.45 GHz 주파수에서의 임피던스 변화가 크지 않은 것을 알 수 있다.
도 15는 도 6에 도시된 안테나의 방사 패턴을 보여주는 그래프이고, 도 16은 도 6에 도시된 안테나의 3차원 방사 패턴 이득을 보여주는 그래프이고, 도 17은 도 8에 도시된 안테나의 방사 패턴을 보여주는 그래프이고, 도 18은 도 8에 도시된 안테나의 3차원 방사 패턴 이득을 보여주는 그래프이다. 도 15 내지 도 18의 도시와 같이, 도 6에 도시된 안테나는 180° 방향의 빔 지향성을 가지며, 도 8에 도시된 안테나는 0° 방향의 빔 지향성을 갖는 것을 알 수 있다.
도 19는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나(100)의 후면도이다. 도 19의 실시 예를 설명함에 있어서, 앞서 설명한 실시 예와 동일하거나 상응하는 구성에 대하여는 중복되는 설명을 생략할 수 있다. 도 19의 실시 예는 단락 소자 대신 복수의 단락 조절 소자(190~220)에 의해 전송선로(150)의 단락과 연결을 조절할 수 있도록 하고, 복수 쌍(190,200)(210,220)의 단락 조절 소자에 의해 빔 조향을 조절할 수 있도록 한 점에서 앞서 설명한 실시 예와 차이가 있다.
도 19에서, 제1 단락 조절 소자(190)와 제2 단락 조절 소자(200)는 주 모노폴 안테나(120)에서 제1 기생 모노폴 안테나(131)를 향하는 방향을 기준으로 각각 시계 방향으로 75°, -75° 위치에 형성되고, 제3 단락 조절 소자(210)와 제4 단락 조절 소자(220)는 105°, -105° 위치에 형성되어 있으나, 단락 조절 소자(190~220)가 형성되는 각도는 다양하게 변형될 수 있다. 또한 주 모노폴 안테나(120)에서 제1 기생 모노폴 안테나(131)를 향하는 방향을 기준으로 각각 시계 방향으로 90°, -90° 위치에 단락 조절 소자를 형성할 경우, 무지향성을 구현하는 것도 가능하다.
복수의 단락 조절 소자(190~220)는 전송선로(150) 상의 서로 다른 위치에 설치되고, 단락 신호에 따라 전송선로(150)를 단락시킬 수 있다. 일 실시 예로, 복수의 단락 조절 소자(190~220)는 제1 다이오드(192), 제2 다이오드(202), 제3 다이오드(212) 및 제4 다이오드(222)를 포함할 수 있다. 단락 신호는 다이오드를 온(on)/오프(off)시키는 신호일 수 있으며, 도시되지 않은 제어회로로부터 제공될 수 있다.
도 20은 도 19의 'C'부 확대도로서, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나(electronically steerable parasitic array radiator antenna)를 구성하는 제1 단락소자(190)를 보여주는 도면이다. 도시되지 않았으나, 제2 내지 제4 단락소자(200~220)는 제1 단락소자(190)와 동일하게 제공될 수 있다. 제1 단락소자(190)는 입력단자(194)를 통해 제공되는 단락 신호에 따라 동작하는 제1 다이오드(192)를 포함한다.
제1 다이오드(192)는 제1 단락 신호에 따라 전송선로(150) 상의 제1 부분을 접지면(140)에 의해 단락시킨다. 제2 다이오드(202)는 상기 제1 단락 신호에 따라 전송선로(150) 상의 제2 부분을 접지면(140)에 의해 단락시킨다. 제3 다이오드(212)는 제2 단락 신호에 따라 전송선로(150) 상의 제3 부분을 접지면(140)에 의해 단락시킨다. 제4 다이오드(222)는 상기 제2 단락 신호에 따라 전송선로(150) 상의 제4 부분을 접지면(140)에 의해 단락시킨다.
제1 다이오드(192) 및 제2 다이오드(202)는 주 모노폴 안테나(120) 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성될 수 있다. 제3 다이오드(212) 및 제4 다이오드(222) 역시 주 모노폴 안테나(120)와 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성될 수 있다.
제1 단락 조절 소자 쌍(190,200)과, 제2 단락 조절 소자 쌍(210,220)은 보수관계(complementary relation)로 동작할 수 있다. 즉 제1 다이오드(192)와 제2 다이오드(202)가 동작하여 전송선로(150)의 제1 부분과 제2 부분이 단락되는 동안 제3 다이오드(212)와 제4 다이오드(222)로는 단락 신호가 제공되지 않을 수 있다. 반대로, 제3 다이오드(212)와 제4 다이오드(222)가 동작하여 전송선로(150)의 제3 부분과 제4 부분이 단락되는 동안 제1 다이오드(192)와 제2 다이오드(202)로는 단락 신호가 제공되지 않을 수 있다.
일 실시 예로, 전송선로(150)를 단락시키는 단락 신호가 제1 단락 조절 소자(190)와 제2 단락 조절 소자(200)로 제공되면, 제1 단락 조절 소자(190)와 제2 단락 조절 소자(200)에 의해 전송선로(150)가 단락된다. 이때 제3 단락 조절 소자(210)와 제4 단락 조절 소자(220)는 개방 동작하고, 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같은 안테나의 특성을 갖게 되어 180° 방향의 빔 조향이 구현된다.
반대로, 단락 신호가 제3 단락 조절 소자(210)와 제4 단락 조절 소자(220)로 제공되면, 제3 단락 조절 소자(210)와 제4 단락 조절 소자(220)에 의해 전송선로(150)가 단락된다. 이때 제1 단락 조절 소자(190)와 제2 단락 조절 소자(200)는 개방 동작하고, 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같은 안테나의 특성을 갖게 되어, 0° 방향의 빔 조향이 구현된다.
도 21은 도 19에 도시된 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나의 방사 패턴을 보여주는 그래프이다. 도 21에서 'DC(+1.5)'는 제1 다이오드(192)와 제2 다이오드(202)에 의해 전송선로(150)를 단락시킨 경우를 나타내고, 'DC(-1.5)'는 제3 다이오드(212)와 제4 다이오드(222)에 의해 전송선로(150)를 단락시킨 경우를 나타낸다.
도 21에서 각도는 주 모노폴 안테나(120)와 기생 모노폴 안테나(131,132)를 연결하는 방향과 수직인 방향을 기준으로 한 것이다. 도 21를 참조하면, 제1 다이오드(192)와 제2 다이오드(202)에 의해 전송선로(150)의 우측 부분을 단락시킨 경우 좌수 방향(도시에서 90° 방향)의 빔 지향성을 가지며, 제3 다이오드(212)와 제4 다이오드(222)에 의해 전송선로(150)의 좌측 부분을 단락시킨 경우 우수 방향(도시에서 270° 방향)의 빔 지향성을 갖는 것을 알 수 있다.
도 22는 도 19에 도시된 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나의 제1 기본 패턴(basis pattern)(B1)을 보여주는 그래프이고, 도 23은 도 19에 도시된 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나의 제2 기본 패턴(basis pattern)(B2)을 보여주는 그래프이다. 여기서 제1 기본패턴(B1)은 (G2+G1)/2 이고, 제2 기본패턴(B2)은 (G2-G1)/2 이다. 도 22 및 도 23의 도시로부터, 제1 기본패턴(B1)과 제2 기본패턴(B2)은 직교 관계를 이루는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉 본 실시 예에 따른 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 복수의 단락 조절 소자(190~220)에 의해 직교 빔을 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 복수의 단락 조절 소자에 의해 전송선로의 길이를 조절하여 빔 조향 기술을 실현할 수 있다. 본 실시 예에 따른 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나는 특히 인덕터, 커패시터, 등의 수동소자 사용 없이 빔 조향을 구현할 수 있는 이점을 갖는다. 또한 본 실시 예에 의하면 두 개의 직교 빔을 형성하여 고속데이터 전송을 실현할 수 있다. 제시된 구조는 이론적으로 무한대의 전송속도를 갖는 상황에서도 순수 L과 C를 유지하게 된다. 즉, 고속 전송속도 구현의 저해요인이 되지 않는다. 그 이유는, 적용된 원형 전송선의 전파모드가 TEM모드로써 전송선 이론에 의하여 차단 주파수가 존재하지 않기 때문이다. 그 결과, 제안된 원형 전송선은 전송속도가 증가하더라도 순수 L과 C를 유지하게 된다.
이상의 실시 예들은 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 제시된 것으로, 본 발명의 범위를 제한하지 않으며, 이로부터 다양한 변형 가능한 실시 예들도 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것임을 이해하여야 한다. 본 발명의 기술적 보호범위는 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이며, 본 발명의 기술적 보호범위는 특허청구범위의 문언적 기재 그 자체로 한정되는 것이 아니라 실질적으로는 기술적 가치가 균등한 범주의 발명에 대하여까지 미치는 것임을 이해하여야 한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 유전체 기판;
    상기 유전체 기판상에 형성되는 주 모노폴 안테나;
    상기 유전체 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나를 사이에 두고 배치되는 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나;
    상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 접지면;
    상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 고리 형태의 전송선로;
    상기 전송선로의 일측에 형성되어 상기 전송선로의 제1 부분을 단락시키는 제1 단락소자; 및
    상기 전송선로의 타측에 형성되어 상기 전송선로의 제2 부분을 단락시키는 제2 단락소자를 포함하는 안테나.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 접지면은 상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 금속면을 포함하고,
    상기 전송선로는, 상기 금속면에 고리 형태로 식각 형성된 제1 식각라인과, 상기 금속면에 상기 제1 식각라인을 둘러싸는 고리 형태로 식각 형성된 제2 식각라인을 포함하는 안테나.
  3. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 전송선로는 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 하단면을 경유하도록 형성되는 안테나.
  4. 제3 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 식각라인은 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 내측으로 형성되고,
    상기 제2 식각라인은 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 외측으로 형성되는 안테나.
  5. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 단락소자는 상기 전송선로의 상기 제1 부분을 상기 접지면으로 접지시키는 제1 스터브를 포함하고,
    상기 제2 단락소자는 상기 전송선로의 상기 제2 부분을 상기 접지면으로 접지시키는 제2 스터브를 포함하는 안테나.
  6. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 단락소자와 상기 제2 단락소자에 의한 상기 전송선로의 단락 위치에 따라 지향성이 조절되는 안테나.
  7. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 전송선로의 중심부에 상기 유전체 기판을 관통하는 공동이 형성되고,
    상기 주 모노폴 안테나는 상기 공동을 관통하여 형성되고,
    상기 유전체 기판의 하부에서 상기 주 모노폴 안테나를 급전하는 급전부를 더 포함하는 안테나.
  8. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 단락소자 및 상기 제2 단락소자는, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나와 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성되는 안테나.
  9. 유전체 기판;
    상기 유전체 기판상에 형성되는 주 모노폴 안테나;
    상기 유전체 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나를 사이에 두고 배치되는 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나;
    상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 접지면;
    상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 고리 형태의 전송선로; 및
    상기 전송선로 상의 서로 다른 위치에 설치되고, 단락 신호에 따라 상기 전송선로를 단락시키는 복수의 단락 조절 소자를 포함하는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나.
  10. 제9 항에 있어서,
    상기 접지면은 상기 유전체 기판의 하면에 형성되는 금속면을 포함하고,
    상기 전송선로는 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 하단면을 경유하도록 형성되며,
    상기 전송선로는,
    상기 금속면에 고리 형태로 식각 형성되고, 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 내측으로 형성된 제1 식각라인; 및 상기 금속면에 상기 제1 식각라인을 둘러싸는 고리 형태로 식각 형성되고, 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나의 외측으로 형성된 제2 식각라인을 포함하는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나.
  11. 제9 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 단락 조절 소자는,
    제1 단락 신호에 따라 상기 전송선로 상의 제1 부분을 상기 접지면에 의해 단락시키는 제1 다이오드;
    상기 제1 단락 신호에 따라 상기 전송선로 상의 제2 부분을 상기 접지면에 의해 단락시키는 제2 다이오드;
    제2 단락 신호에 따라 상기 전송선로 상의 제3 부분을 상기 접지면에 의해 단락시키는 제3 다이오드; 및
    상기 제2 단락 신호에 따라 상기 전송선로 상의 제4 부분을 상기 접지면에 의해 단락시키는 제4 다이오드를 포함하는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나.
  12. 제11 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 다이오드 및 상기 제2 다이오드는, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나와 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성되고,
    상기 제3 다이오드 및 상기 제4 다이오드는, 상기 주 모노폴 안테나와 상기 복수의 기생 모노폴 안테나를 연결하는 방향을 기준으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성되는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나.
  13. 제9 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 단락 조절 소자에 의해 직교 빔을 형성하는 전자적 조정 기생 방사체 안테나.
