Description

전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정 장치
본 발명은 전기밥솥에 관한 것으로, 특히 입력 전원의 상용 주파수를 검출하여 표시문자와 음성안내 사용언어를 제품 사용국의 공용어로 자동으로 설정하기 위한 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치에 관한 것이다.
전기밥솥은 열원으로 전기를 이용하는 자동 밥솥을 일컫는다. 일반적인 전기밥솥은 솥 외부의 밑바닥에 있는 히터가 솥 내부를 가열하고, 밥이 다 되면 자동적으로 스위치가 끊어진다.
단순히 밥을 짓기 위해 사용되던 전기밥솥은 죽, 찜, 국 등을 요리할 수 있는 다용도 소형가전기기로 발전해 가고 있으며, 판매 시장 역시 국내시장은 물론 중국시장과 동남아 시장으로 급속히 확장되고 있다.
중국 소형가전시장에서 가장 빠르게 성장하고 있는 시장은 전기밥솥 시장이라고 한다. 중국의 소형 가전제품시장은 개혁개방 이후 꾸준히 성장하고 있으며, 전기밥솥의 경우 성장이 가장 빠른 제품으로서, 중국전기공업연감에 따르면 시장규모가 년 평균 16%씩 성장하고 있으며, 전 세계 보급량의 약 70%를 차지하고 있다고 한다. 또한 고급 전기밥솥이 일반 서민 가정에도 널리 보급됨에 따라 한국으로부터의 수입도 증가하고 있어 우리 업계의 지속적인 관심이 요구된다.
다만, 국내의 전기밥솥 제조업체 입장에서는 내수용과 수출국의 사용 언어가 다르기 때문에, 전기 밥솥의 동작상태를 표시부에 표시하기 위한 문자 혹은 표출 음성을 수출국에 맞게 별도 설정해야 하거나 별도의 제조라인을 통해 제품을 구분 생산해야 하는 문제가 있어, 생산성을 높이는데에 제약이 따른다.

상술한 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치는,
입력 전원의 상용 주파수를 검출하기 위한 상용 주파수 검출부와;
적어도 전기 밥솥의 동작상태를 공용어 문자로 표시하기 위한 표시문자 데이터를 저장하되, 상용 주파수에 따라 국가별 공용어 표시문자 데이터가 저장되는 표시문자 저장부와;
상기 상용 주파수 검출부를 통해 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가별 공용어 표시문자 데이터로 전기 밥솥의 동작 상태를 표시 제어하는 제어부;를 포함함을 특징으로 하며,

이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 본 발명을 설명함에 있어 관련된 공지 기능 혹은 구성, 예를 들면 전기밥솥의 전체 블럭 구성, 동작원리와 같은 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
우선 도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정 장치의 주변 블럭 구성도를 도시한 것이다.
도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치는 외부로부터 유입되는 상용 전원의 상용 주파수(60Hz 혹은 50Hz)를 검출하기 위한 상용 주파수 검출부(100)를 포함한다. 주파수 검출부(100)의 일예로서 영점 검출부를 이용할 수 있다. 즉, 후술할 제어부(110)는 주파수 검출부(100)가 공급되는 상용 전원에 대해 영점을 검출하여 검출되는 영점 간의 시간을 산출하는 방식으로 상용 주파수가 50Hz인지 60Hz 인지 인지할 수 있다. 예컨대 영점 간의 산출시간이 0.02이면 50Hz이고, 0.016초이면 60Hz이다. 영점 검출부 외에 공지된 여러 주파수 검출부(100)가 사용될 수 있음은 당업자에게 있어 자명하다 할 것이다.

도 3을 참조하면, 우선 제어부(110)는 주파수 검출부(100)를 통해 입력 전원의 상용 주파수를 검출(S10단계)한다. 검출 방법으로는 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 주파수 검출부(100)를 통해 검출되는 영점 간의 시간을 카운트함으로써, 전기밥솥이 사용되는 국가의 상용 주파수가 50Hz 인지 60Hz인지를 검출할 수 있다.
상용 주파수가 검출되면 제어부(110)는 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가 리스트를 유저 인터페이스부(120)상에 표시(S20단계)해 준다. 이때 표시 문자는 영어로 표시할 수 있으며, 단순히 중국 시장만을 고려한 경우는 국가 리스트의 표시 없이 50Hz인 경우 중국어를, 60Hz인 경우 한글이 표기되는 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 참고적으로 국가 리스트는 표시문자 저장부(105)에 이용되는 정보를 활용할 수 있다.
유저 인터페이스부(120)를 통해 사용자에 의해 국가 선택이 있으면(S30단계), 제어부(110)는 사용자에 의해 선택된 국가의 공용어 문자로 전기밥솥의 동작상태를 표시(S40단계)한다. 만약 전기밥솥이 음성 안내 송출이 가능한 밥솥이라면 음성 송출모드를 사용자에 의해 선택된 국가의 공용어 음성 송출모드로 설정한다.
이와 같은 방법에 의하면, 제품이 사용되는 국가의 전원 상용 주파수(60Hz, 50Hz)를 자동 검출하여 유저 인터페이스부(120)에 표시되는 표시문자 혹은(및) 음성안내 사용언어를 제품 사용국의 공용어로 자동 설정해 주기 때문에, 전기밥솥 생산자 입장에서 보면 제품 수출국에 맞게 유저 인터페이스부(120)에 사용되는 표시문자와 표출언어를 설계하거나 설정해야 하는 부담을 덜 수 있으며, 수출국별로 제품을 생산해야 하는 라인을 줄일 수 있어 생산성을 높이는 동시에 생산원가를 낮출 수 있는 이점도 있다.
더 나아가 본 발명은 입력 전원의 상용 주파수를 자동 검출하여 해당 상용 주파수를 이용하는 국가의 리스트를 표시해 주고, 표시된 리스트에서 사용자가 직접 유저 인터페이스부(120)에 사용되는 공용어를 선택할 수 있기 때문에, 사용자는 자신이 사용 가능한 언어를 선택하여 전기밥솥을 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상 본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예들을 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 예를 들면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 사용언어 자동 설정장치의 제어부는 상용 주파수 검출부를 통해 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가(예를 들면, 중국)의 공용어(중국어) 표시문자 데이터로 자동 변경되도록 할 수 있으며, 이러한 상태에서 사용자 선택에 따라 공용어 표시문자가 변경 설정(중국어에서 한국어로)되도록 제어할 수 있다. 기본적으로 제어부는 상용 주파수 검출부를 통해 검출된 상용 주파수가 50Hz이면 단순히 중국어 표시문자 데이터가 표시되도록 시스템 제어할 수도 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의해서만 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 입력 전원의 상용 주파수를 검출하기 위한 상용 주파수 검출부와;
    적어도 전기 밥솥의 동작상태를 공용어 문자로 표시하기 위한 표시문자 데이터를 저장하되, 상용 주파수에 따라 국가별 공용어 표시문자 데이터가 저장되는 표시문자 저장부와;
    상기 상용 주파수 검출부를 통해 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가별 공용어 표시문자 데이터로 전기 밥솥의 동작 상태를 표시 제어하는 제어부;를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 전기밥솥의 동작상태 혹은 사용 안내 음성을 표출하기 위한 음성 데이터를 저장하되, 상용 주파수에 따라 국가별 공용어 음성 데이터가 저장되는 음성 저장부와;
    상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 상기 음성 저장부에 저장된 국가별 공용어 음성 데이터를 독출하여 가청음으로 출력하기 위한 음성신호 처리부;를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상용 주파수 검출시 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가 리스트를 전기밥솥의 표시부에 표시하고, 사용자에 의해 선택된 국가의 공용어로 음성 표출, 표시문자 표출되도록 제어함을 특징으로 하는 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치.
  4. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 상용 주파수 검출부를 통해 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가의 공용어 표시문자 데이터로 자동 변경한 후 사용자 선택에 따라 공용어 표시문자가 변경 설정되도록 제어함을 특징으로 하는 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 상용 주파수 검출부를 통해 검출된 상용 주파수를 사용하는 국가의 공용어 표시문자 데이터로 자동 변경하여 표시문자 표출 제어함을 특징으로 하는 전기밥솥의 사용언어 자동 설정장치.
