Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil d'enlèvement de copeaux à tige, sous la forme d'un foret perceur, foret aléseur, foret de centrage, foret de pointage, foret perceur étagé, foret aléseur étagé, foret de centrage étagé, foret de pointage étagé, tous munis de chanfreins de guidage, pour l'enlèvement de copeaux sur des pièces métalliques et non métalliques. Le problème que pose ce type d'outils d'enlèvement de copeaux réside dans leur configuration géométrique, conçue pour donner des résultats optimums lors de l'enlèvement de copeaux sur différents groupes de matériau. Ceci nécessite un grand nombre de variantes d'outils par configuration d'outil. La solution technique consiste à déplacer l'arête de coupe secondaire et le chanfrein de guidage (3) sur une distance (C) au niveau de chaque arête de coupe, en sens opposé au sens de rotation (R) de l'arête de coupe, en l'éloignant du bord de sortie de l'espace à copeaux du côté de la pointe de coupe. Cette solution technique permet de réduire toutes les configurations géométriques à une variante d'outil par diamètre et configuration d'outil, pour usiner par enlèvement de copeaux différents matériaux, qu'ils soit métalliques ou non métalliques. La solution offre ainsi une entière possibilité de rectification ultérieure des arêtes de coupe et des taillants de chaque arête de coupe.
